The aim of this study was to identify strain KCOM 1265 isolated from subgingival plaque at the species level by comparing 16S ribosomal RNA gene (16S rDNA) and genome sequences. The whole genome of strain KCOM 1265 was extracted using the phenol-chloroform extraction method. 16S rDNA was amplified using polymerase chain reaction and sequenced using the dideoxy chain termination method. Pairwise genome comparison was performed using average nucleotide identity (ANI) and genome-to-genome distance (GGD) analyses. The data showed that the percent similarity of 16S rDNA sequence of strain KCOM 1265 was 99.6% as compared with those of Fusobacterium polymorphum ATCC 10953T and Fusobacterium hwasookii KCOM 1249T. The ANI values of strain KCOM 1265 with F. polymorphum ATCC 10953T and F. hwasookii KCOM 1249T were 95.8% and 93.0%, respectively. The GGD values of strain KCOM 1265 with F. polymorphum ATCC 10953T and F. hwasookii KCOM 1249T were 63.9% and 49.6%, respectively. These results indicate that strain KCOM 1265 belongs to F. polymorphum.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibilities on national recycling goal upto 40% in 2002 or more in the future. Sampling survey, Including waste generation rates, seperated recyclables and collection forces, covered households of 16,199 units, work places of 90 units and road length of 159km in Seoul. Survey results were used to calculate amounts of solid waste and recyclables according to physical properties, policy oriented measures, generator sand collection forces. This study founded followings ; Seoul's solid waste totaled 11,098ton/day, about 45% of which were recyclables and supposed to maximun level for recycling. Therefore, national goal for recycling proved to be attainable At this time,71.4% of recyclables was seperated by generators, and to stimulate the seperation activities of recyclables, endeavor of establishments, which seperated 65.6% of their recyclables, will be needed more than one of residence, which did 87.4% of their recyclables. Private forces collected 86.6% of recyclables seperated by generators, and have collection potentials equivalent to all recyclables generated in Seoul. But some incetives should be introduced to encourage private forces' activities, because values of recyclables to be collected in the future are lower than that did now.
The electrostatic precipitation of Auto- Bias has the advantages of a little of power consumption by the voltage to apply only at ionizer and the prevention of fire danger by current flow over. As this ionizer wire was used WXN- Pt material of diameter 90$\mu $m, that improved ion efficiency and safety, simplified a existing source of electric power by induced Auto- Bias voltage. Also, the new type collector used electric conductivity- film wag superior a electric safety and dust collection efficiency and was possible to wash it by water. As a experiment result of this Auto- Bias electrostatic collector, the induced Auto- Bias voltage by appling D.C 4.0∼6.0kV at ionizer was 1.3∼2.3kV and then the power consumption by applied voltage was 8- l8W. The pressure loss of collector by the amount of flowing was 6.1 OmmH$_{2}$O in 300m$^{3}$/hr and showed a safe state of the dust collection. The collection efficiency by particle size was 65.1-95.8% in 0.5∼5.0$\mu $m. After corona discharge of ionizer, the remains ozone concentration was found much lower than that of ACGIH or air pollution criteria in Korea.
This study developed the cyclone conveying system using roughage cutter for the round bale reported in the previous papers. Performance tests were conducted whether it can easily separate dust from roughage such as rice straws and it can transport roughages from cutter to TMR mixer. In addition, the airflow patterns in the cyclone conveying system were investigated using CFD code (FLUENT 6.2) for various velocities of dust collection fan. The cyclone conveying system was designed based on dried rice straws with a diameter of 1,340 mm, a cylinder length of 1,220 mm, a cone length of 850 mm and the current velocity of the dust collection fan was 15~20 m/s. It was found that transporting of roughage from cutter to TMR mixer and the separation of dust were satisfactory, and the dust removal rate of rice straws was around 31.9%. CFD analysis showed that, at the blowing fan velocity of 11.6 m/s, the airflow velocity inside the dust collector increased as velocity of the dust collection fan increased, but the airflow patterns inside the dust collector were all much the same.
To investigate the usability of frozen canine embryos for embryo transfer in the dog, 19 donors, 3 recipients, and 6 male dogs were used for the experiment. Natural mating or artificial insemination was performed for breeding the bitches in natural estrus. Vaginal smear test along with progesterone titre test were performed to detect the appropriate mating time and the bitches were bred twice during 3-6days following LH surge. Embryo collection was done on 8, 9-11, 12-13 days after the second mating to collect morula and blastocyst. Embryos were frozen using a programmable freezer and preseued in LNE tank. Embryos were thawed in 37$^{\circ}C$ water for 15 seconds and transferred into each uterine horn within 30 minutes. Embryos were collected from 13 bitches of 19 donors(68.4%) and the collected embryos were from between 9 and 13 days after 2nd mating. Embryos were produced both by natural mating(60.0%, 9115) and AI with frozen semen(100.0%, 4/4). Embryos were collected from the donors weighed between 2.5 and 30 kg and their age was from 1.5 to 3 years. 52 embryos were collected from 13 donors and the mean number of embryos was four. The stage of embryos was from 2-cell to gastrula and morulae were colledted mostly from 10 to 11 days after 2nd mating. Embryos were collected evenly from each uterine horn and the rate of embryo collection for the number of corpus luteum was 83.9%. Embryos were transferred to 3 recipients(morula 8, blastocyst 1, gastrula 8), however, no offspring was produced.
Purpose: It is crucial that 119 emergency medical technician (EMT) have adequate knowledge regarding forensic science. This study aimed to assess the forensic knowledge of EMTs in the Republic of Korea. Methods: This study was conducted on EMTs of five fire stations in D metropolitan city between August 6 and August 13, 2018. A questionnaire consisting of items on crime-related incident recognition (i.e., mechanical asphyxiation, trauma, sex crimes, and child abuse), forensic evidence management (i.e., evidence collection, preservation, and recording) was administered to the participants. Finally, 119 questionnaires were analyzed. Results: The ratio of correct answers for crime-related incidents recognition was 55.82%, which was lower than that for forensic evidence management(84.5%). In particular, the scores for the type of neck compression(16.5%) and wound assessment(44.0%) were low. The percentage of correct answers for forensic evidence management was 78.4% for evidence collection, 84.4% for evidence preservation, and 90.6% for evidence recording. Previous forensic education experience was not a significant variable. Conclusion: Specific and practical forensic science education on perception of crime-related incident, including asphyxia and wound identification, and forensic evidence collection is needed.

Feasibility analysis was performed to verify the traffic data extracted from drone videos and optimal methodology for extracting data was established through analysis of various data reduction scenarios. It was found from this study that drones are very economical traffic data collection devices and have strength of determining the level-of-service(LOS) for uninterrupted flow condition in a very simple and intuitive way.
Using crowdsourced sensor data collection technique, it is possible to collect high-density ground vibration data which is difficult to obtain by conventional methods. In this study, we have developed a crowdsourced ground vibration data collection system using MEMS sensors mounted on small electronic devices including smartphones, and implemented client and server based on the proposed infrastructure system design. The system is designed to gather vibration data quickly through Android-based smartphones or fixed devices based on Android Things, minimizing the usage of resource like power usage and data transmission traffic of the hardware.
Twenty isolates resistant to seven quinolones were isolated from major rivers in Korea. All isolates had three mutations, Ser83$\rightarrow$Leu and Asp87$\rightarrow$Asn in GyrA and Ser80$\rightarrow$Ile or Ser80$\rightarrow$Arg in ParC and three isolates had an additional mutation Glu84$\rightarrow$Gly or Glu84$\rightarrow$Val in ParC. In addition, a clonal spread was not found in these isolates.

In this study, the characteristics of various electricity and high resistivity ash collection were measured at superimposed nanosecond pulse energization. The pulse was generated through the hydrogen thyratron. Superimposed pulse was nanosecond duration pulse that had fast pulse rising time 100[ns], short pulse width 500∼850[ns] and pulse fall time 400∼750[ns]. The results of this study are summarized as followings; Frist, compared with the DC ESP(electrostatic precipitator), superimposed pulse ESP could induce higher peak voltage, and had the about 30[%] reduction of ESP collection area and 50∼80[%] reduction of power consumption. showing the same efficiency. Second, enhancement factor H had 1.9∼3.6 with the increase of migration velocity.
