과학기술분야 국제협력은 국가 경쟁력 확보를 위해서 필수적이다. 한국은 과학기술의 인적 물적 자원의 한계를 극복하고자 연구의 국제화를 추진하고 있으며 최근 아시아 국가와 연구협력에서 높은 성장률을 보여주었다. 본 연구에서는 네트워크 분석을 이용하여 한국과의 공동연구가 크게 증가한 아시아 국가 간 공동연구 현황을 공저논문 수와 주제범주로 구분하여 실증적으로 파악하였다. 최근 5년간 아시아 국가 간 공저논문 수 기반 네트워크를 살펴보면, 일본, 중국, 한국 등 동북아시아 국가들이 네트워크 중심부에 있었으며 국가 상호 간 공동연구가 활발하게 이루어졌다. 또한 아시아 지역별로 공동연구의 주제범주를 분석한 결과, 동북아시아 지역은 기초과학 분야에서, 남부아시아, 동남아시아, 서남아시아 지역은 의학 분야에서 공동연구가 활발하게 이루어진 것으로 나타났다.

The main objectives of this research are to analyse and evaluate the demolishing walls initiative in Daegu city as the collaborative urban environment improvement initiative in South Korea using the actor network theory concept. Local authorities are unable to effectively and efficiently improve urban environment because of their limited statutory and financial powers. This inability crucially led to the formation of the demolishing walls initiative in Daegu city with building a coalition of the local people, interest groups and public and non-governmental organisations in the operational processes in order to improve the physical and social urban environments. Furthermore, co-ordination between local authorities and landscape architecture specialists not only to change the way in which they tackle urban environmental problems but also to make the local people aware of their potential ability in positively improving the urban environment.

This study investigates the social network among authors to improve the quality of Panel researches. Korea Health Panel (KHP), implemented by the collaborative work between KIHASA (Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs) and NHIC (National Health Insurance Service) since 2008, provides a critical infrastructure for policy making and management for insurance system and healthcare service. Using bibliographic data extracted from academic databases, eighty articles were extracted in domestic and international journals from 2008 to 2014, April. Data were analyzed by NetMiner 4.0, social network analysis software, to identify the extent to which authors are involved in healthcare use research and the patterns of collaboration between them. Analysis reveals that most authors publish a very small number of articles and collaborate within tightly knit circles. Centrality measures confirm these findings by revealing that only a small percentage of the authors are structurally dominant, and influence the flow of communication among others. It leads to the discovery of dependencies between the elements of the co-author network such as affiliates in health panel communities. Based on these findings, we recommend that Korea Health Panel could benefit from cultivating a wider base of influential authors and promoting broader collaborations.

This research studies the Virtual Reality simulation of Newton's physics law on rigid body type of objects for physics learning. With network support, collaborative interaction is enabled so that people from different places can interact with the same set of objects in Collaborative Virtual Environment. The taxonomy of the interaction in different levels of collaboration is described as: distinct objects and same object, in which there are same object - sequentially, same object - concurrently - same attribute, and same object - concurrently - distinct attributes. The case studies are the interaction of users in two cases: destroying and creating a set of arranged rigid bodies. We identify a specific type of application for contents authoring with modeling systems integrated with real-time physics and implemented in VR system. In our application called Virtual Dollhouse, users can observe physics law while constructing a dollhouse using existing building blocks, under gravity effects.

기존의 연구자 유형 구분 모델은 대부분 연구성과 지표를 활용해왔다. 이 연구에서는 인용 영향력이 공동연구와 관련이 있다는 점을 감안하여 인용 데이터를 활용하지 않고 공동연구 지표만으로 연구자 유형을 분석하는 새로운 방법을 모색해보았다. 공동연구 패턴과 공동연구 범위를 기준으로 연구자를 Sparse & Wide (SW) 유형, Dense & Wide (DW) 유형, Dense & Narrow (DN) 유형, Sparse & Narrow (SN) 유형의 4가지로 구분하는 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델을 양자계측 분야에 적용해본 결과, 구분된 연구자 유형별로 인용지표와 공저 네트워크 지표에 차이가 있음이 통계적으로 검증되었다. 이 연구에서 제시한 공동연구 특성에 따른 연구자 유형 구분 모델은 인용정보를 필요로 하지 않으므로 연구관리 정책과 연구지원서비스 측면에서 폭넓게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper is analyzed the successful fundamentals of collaborative design management strategy from case of corporates such as, Louis Vuitton, H&M, MINI, Black Berry, Chanel, and Prada. Collaborative design management contributes creating cultural life and concurrently achieving corporate purpose through new vision and value creations which is a combination of rationality and originality as interacting design area and management area.In addition, collaborative design management has been emerged in order to create new business model in the rapidly changing modern society. It should be horizontal intercourse in order to increase social value and positive effects of each others to collaborative design management and play an important role in the new partner to build an effective business model. These case studies established the successful design strategy which is well structuring the systematic design network and efficiently managing the brand image from analyzing the user's needs and their life styles as an element of collaborative design management. This research is presented the mean of collaborative design management as a managing element to build a successful business model and proposed an appropriate application plan through the case studies.

본 논문에서는 재난 상황에서의 신속하고 효과적인 의사결정 및 대응을 지원하기 위하여 학술 연구 논문의 저자소속 기관을 식별하고 이를 바탕으로 협업관계 분석연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 국내 학술지 69종에 수록된 재난안전유형 논문 2,308건을 대상으로 KISTI의 한국과학기술인용색인데이터베이스와 기관식별데이터를 기반으로 실험데이터를 구축하였다. 협업관계 분석은 기관, 기관유형, 기관지역, 대학기관의 단위별로 출현빈도 등의 통계 현황을 비교 분석하고, 사회네트워크분석 기법을 사용하여 각각의 동시출현 네트워크의 기본 속성과 주요 중심성 지수를 산출하고 분석하였다. 또한 단위별 네트워크 협업관계를 전체적으로 조망할 수 있도록 시각화 맵을 생성 및 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 효과적인 재난 대응을 지원하는 기관 및 협업 그룹의 탐색 활동과 관련 정보서비스체계 기반 마련에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

학술 분야의 연구자들의 협업을 기반으로 한 공동연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이에 따라 공동연구 및 연구자 간 학문적 관계에 대한 관심 또한 증대되고 있다. 공동연구를 통해 연구자들은 연구 생산성 증대, 비용 및 시간의 효율적 사용, 그리고 연구의 위험요소를 감소시켜 연구 성과와 생산성을 극대화하고 있다. 본 연구는 ISR에 2006년부터 2012년까지 투고된 논문의 저자 및 심사자 데이터를 기반으로 연구 생산성 및 심사 효율성 분석을 실시하였다. 투고된 논문 230편을 대상으로 소셜 네트워크 분석 기법인 중심성 분석과 하위그룹 분석을 실시하였고, 상관분석과 회귀분석을 통해 연구의 타당성을 검토하였다. 연구의 결과는 공저자 집단의 연구 생산성이 향상되는 것을 확인하였으며, ISR의 논문 심사자의 효율성도 소셜 네트워크 분석 지표들을 통해 검증할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 국내 문헌정보학 분야의 공동연구의 동향을 파악하기 위하여, 26개 대학의 교수업적평가기준 중 공동연구기여도 부분과, 2000년부터 2017년까지 국내 문헌정보학과 교수 195명의 국내외 학술지에 게재된 논문 5,383편의 서지데이터와 키워드 분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과, 첫째. 국내 대학의 교수연구업적평가기준에 따르면 저자는 공동연구에서의 역할과 관계없이 단독연구 보다 낮은 연구업적으로 그 가치를 인정받는다. 둘째. 국내외 논문 게재 추이로 현재 공동연구가 단독연구보다 많은 게재양이 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째. 사립대학 소속 저자가 국립대학 소속 저자보다 상대적으로 공동연구 비율이 낮았다. 넷째. 교수직급별 공동연구의 비율의 경우, 부교수가 상대적으로 타 교수 직급에 비해 공동연구 비율이 낮았다. 다섯째. 키워드 분석의 결과로, 국내 공동연구와 국내 연구자가 참여하여 국제학술지에 게재된 국외 공동연구 모두 사회 현상을 반영한 주제 및 신기술을 활용한 정보학관련주제가 두각을 나타냈다.

이 논문의 목적은 산업발전을 위한 불리한 입지여건을 지닌 강원도가 산학연관 협력적 네트워크를 통하여 POSCO 를 유치한 전략을 고찰하는 데 있다. 그러나 최근 POSCO의 마그네슘 제련공장을 강릉에 유치하게 되면서 강원도의 산업 발전은 새로운 국면을 맞이하고 있다. 강원도의 POSCO 마그네슘 제련공장 유치의 성공 요인은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지자체와 지방연구소, 투자 대상 기업의 기술연구소, 지역의 연관 기업이 상호 협력적으로 역할 분담, 둘째, 지자체와 투자대상 기업, 연구소의 상호 배려에 입각한 합리적인 제안을 통해 형성한 신뢰, 셋째, 기업에 대한 철저한 분석을 토대로 수립한 기업 유치 전략, 마지막으로, 전방산업의 수요시장의 확보 등을 들 수 있다.
