장수 발효의 미생물학적 연구 (Microbial Characterization of Jangsu)

  • 우리나라 신라시대를 전후하여 일반적인 청량음료로 사용되었던 것으로 알려진 장수(?水)의 제조방법을 제민요술에 근거하여 재현하고 그 발효학적 특징을 규명 하려 하였다. 새로지은 뜨거운 쌀밥을 항아리에 담고 찬물을 부어 3일간 상온에서 발효한 후 윗물과 밥 절반을 떠낸 후 다시 새로지은 뜨거운밥과 찬물을 채워 넣는 일을 주기적으로 반복하면서 미생물균총의 조성을 관찰하였다. 밥과 물을 혼합하여 실온에 방치하면 3일 동안 총균수, 단백 질 분해균, 산생성균수가 지수적으로 증가하나 그 이후부터 다소 감소하며 6일 후에는 단백질 분해균수가 증가하여 부패현상을 나타낸다. 그러나 장수 제조법에 의하면 단백질 분해균이 크게 감소하고 산생성균이 지배균총이 된다. 장수에서 분리한 주요 산생성균은 Lactobacillus, Lactococcus, Pediococcus, Leuconostoc spp.였으며 이중 주요균으로 Lactococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus coryniformis 및 Leuconostoc mesenterioides를 잠정 동정하였다. 분리한 유산균 들을 starter로 사용하여 장수를 제조한 결과 산생산력이 크고 풍미가 우수한 제품을 얻을 수 있었다.

동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 중(中) 백지(白芷)가 주약(主藥)으로 배오(配伍)된 방제(方劑)의 활용(活用)에 대한 고찰(考察) (A study on Applications of prescriptions including Radix Angelicae Dahuricae as a main component in Donguibogam)

  • This report describes 94 prescriptions related to the use of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae main bl ended from Donguibogam. The following conclusions were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Radix Angelicae Dahuricae as a key component. 11.7% of wind. 10.6% of carbuncle and deep-rooted carbuncle. recorded the largest number of clinical frequency of the prescriptions in therapeutic use when Radix Angelicae Dahuricae was ta ken as a monarch drug in prescriptions, Prescriptions that utilize Radix Angelicae Dahuricae as t he main component are used in the treatment of apoplexy and carbuncle and deep-rooted carbuncle. headache. wound and they are also used for treating 26 different types of diseases. The prescriptions are compounded with Radix Angelicae Dahuricae as a monarch drug can ap ply to apoplexy, exogenous febrile disease, invasion by wind. wind-cold pathogen, wind-heat path ogen. epidemic disease, pestilence. bruise, bites, deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency, phlegm-fire, phlegm-heat. The dosage of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae is 0.37g to 7.5g, however 3.75g has be en taken the most for clinical application. The function of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae is to expelling Wind and relieving pain, to expelling wound and forming muscle. to astrict and neutralizing poison. to expelling wind and to getting through body hole. to emit and relieving pain from the combination of drugs and prescriptions.

과메기 제조·가공·판매 전문인력 양성 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cultivating Professional-human Resources for Manufacturing and Processing and Sales of Guamegi)

  • In around of Guryongpo Pohang Port, a Guamegi production special zone is being established as modernized processing plants, cold storages, Guamegi research centers, or publicity centers are being built in a row with forming the tourism and culture streets as a start. Regarding the special Guamegi production zone, the local autonomous entities are promoting various projects as investing approximately 40 billion won as its budget; however, it is still very rare to elevate the level of Guamegi, the special product, and make investment plans to create a brand for it. To make a special product brand cannot be realized just by building the Guamegi industrialization processing complex, and mere publicity also does not guarantee sustainable development. It can be realized only when the product's taste or hygiene satisfies the people's needs. Therefore, this study examines the changes of Guamegi-related business and the strategies to develop Guamegi industry in order to find ways to manufacture Guamegi and cultivate specialized manpower for processing to make a special brand with Guamegi. Regarding the Guamegi business and the cultivation of specialized manpower for Guamegi, this study conducted a survey to 377 persons including the business owners, employees, or civil servants related with Guamegi. It is needed to install educational institutions to cultivate specialized manpower for Guamegi and also operate various programs so as to conduct education to cultivate specialized manpower for Guamegi. And it is necessary to elevate the quality and sanitation of Guamegi and create a brand by inducing a specialized license system that can help those involved in Guamegi business have pride.

KEOP 집중관측자료를 활용한 2004년 2월 4일 황해 남부해상의 강설세포 형성과정 특성 분석 (Characteristics of Snow-cell Formation Processes over the Southern Part of Yellow Sea on 4 February 2004 using the KEOP Intensive Observation Data)

  • The formation mechanism of the snow cells of the Yellow Sea associated with snowfall over the southwestern part of Korea on 4 February, 2004 has been investigated using special upper-air sounding and radar data obtained for the KEOP(Korea Enhanced Observing Period) Intensive Observing Period(IOP). Results show that the types of snow cells for the selected period are classified into L(Longitudinal)-mode, Low-level convergence, and T(Transverse)-mode with their evolution from L-mode to T-mode. In particular, the existence of low-level warm and humid layer associated with temporally southwesterly inflow for about 4 hours provides a favorable condition in forming the T-mode snow cells. The vertical depth of the T-mode snow cells is deeper than that of L-mode ones due to the southeastward penetration of cold and dry air into relatively warm and humid air. In addition, it is found that wind shear vector between 1000 hPa and 600 hPa is one of the factors which control the orientation of snow cells in formation embedded into the snowbands for the both modes.

  • The purpose of this study is to find a root from naturalism to contribute the identity of Korean fashion design in the world which has universality and particularity. The beauty of nature has accumulated in our unconscious-ness, influenced to our unconsciousness, and contributed to make the formative sense. Our consciousness influenced by climate, for example, the sense of softness from soft curve which can feel from the sight of Korean mountain, land the sense of comfort and security from round rock formed by weathering, the sense of thick-ness from cotton to endure cold winter etc. has a tendency to thick and act by nature's law. This tendency made naturalism by Korean climate and linked to the sense of natural-istic beauty and became a important part forming the Korean fashion design. In this study, the researcher found Korean climate is a important factor acting in our consciousness, and influenced the formative sense. The concept of climate which is made our formative sense include topography, climate, soil, plant and so on. This influenced a lot to set up a foundation of Korean fashion design. And the naturalism by Korean climate newly created and developed shape, color, material and design. It is our duty to develope design based on naturalism to secure the competitive power against the world in this period of information and this design is getting important as a high value added method put into Korean culture. Therefore, developing Korean design which shapes the beauty of Korean nature and traditional culture will have a important competitive power in the world. Moreover, it will make a new tradition of Korean fashion culture stagnated by internationally universalized western fashion after the modernization. Also, it will be needed to develop a common design which can be agreed not only us but all the world for the request of these days of international. Therefore, this study contributed to find definite ours and found centripetal point to find the direction of Korean's philosophy and ideology. But this approach, we could secure the competitive power in this period of international and information and determine and develope the Korean fashion as a culture base, leading the world.

열간단조 플랜지 금형의 형상에 따른 충전 및 응력해석 (Analysis of Filling and Stresses in the Hot Forging Process Depending on Flange Die Shapes)

  • 표면의 균열, 겹침결함, 금형의 코너반경이 작아 재료의 유동성이 낮을 때 발생하는 콜드셧, 부분충진등의 단조결함이 없는 자동차용 단조 플랜지를 생산하기 위해서 열전달, 단류선 흐름, 응력분포를 고려하여 형단조 공정과 금형에 대한 해석을 수행하였다. 축박기(up-set) 단조, 예비성형, 최종성형, 단조압력으로 구성된 단조과정은 유한요소법으로 해석되었다. 예비성형과 상하 금형의 높이비율이 단조공정과 금형에 미치는 영향을 평가하여 예비금형의 각 $10^{\circ}$와 최종 금형의 상하비율 1.5:1이 단조결함이 없는 결과를 나타내었다. 이를 반영한 새로 설계된 금형은 재료강도, 완전충진, 하중한계 13,000 KN 이라는 공정변수를 모두 만족시켰다. 이론 입증을 위해서 개선된 금형과 플랜지가 제작되었으며, 단조결함이 발견되지 않았다.

  • The biggest topics in the automobile industry are light weightening and fuel efficiency improvement. There's a lot of research going on. It is focused on light weight materials. Light weight material is seen as the best way to reduce fuel consumption and to solve the problem of environmental pollution and resource depletion. For the light weight materials, new materials such as aluminum, magnesium, and carbon-hardening materials can be found. Research on the joining techniques of dual materials, improvement of material properties by improving the method of manufacture of existing materials, and studies on ultra-high strength steel sheets are expected to take up the most weight in lightweight materials. As the strength of the ultra-high strength steel sheets increases during forming, it is difficult to obtain dimensional precision due to the increase in elastic restoring force compared to mild or high strength steel sheets. Spring back is known to be affected by a number of factors due to poor plastic molding, and can be divided into the effects of the material spraying and the process. The study on the plasticitic variables were studied as plasticitic factors that can be controlled by a part company. Tensile testing of ultra-high strength materials was conducted to derive properties for plasticitic analysis and to analyze spring back with two factors controlling the height of the bead and blank holding force by adding tensile force and controlling the flow rate.

용접조립 각형 CFT 기둥-보 외다이아프램 접합부의 구조특성 (Structural Characteristics of Welded Built-up Square CFT Column to Beam Connections with External Diaphragm)

  • 기존 콘크리트충전 각형강관(CFT) 구조에 사용하는 각형강관은 4개의 판을 용접하여 제작하는 박스칼럼이 일반적이다. 그러나 이러한 강관은 제작효율이 저하되며, 또한 기둥-보 접합부에는 내측 다이아프램과 관통 다이아프램을 용접하는데 특수한 용접기술이 필요하다. 따라서, 얇은 강판을 절곡하는 방식으로 응력집중 위치의 용접을 피하고, 단면효율이 극대화된 내부앵커 돌출형의 각형강관을 개발하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 이 개발된 강관의 기둥-보 접합부로 외다이아프램형식을 채택하고. 보 플랜지의 응력 전달을 명확히 하기 위한 기둥-보 접합부 상세를 확 정하고자 이 접합부에 대한 단순인장 실험체를 제작하여 성능평가 실험을 수행하였다. 이 실험을 통해 콘크리트충전 기둥-보 접합부의 기둥-보 플랜지 용접 유무, 기둥-다이아프램 용접량, 콘크리트 충전유무, 다이아프램 설치 기둥과 일반기둥의 비교 등에 따른 인장영역 응력분포 및 내력평가를 진행하고 내부 앵커와 콘크리트 사이의 합성효과를 파악하였다.

국내 주요 수계 내 원생동물의 분석과 매질의 영향 (Cryptosporidium and Giardia (oo)cysts in Korean Rivers and the Effect of Sample Matrix)

  • The outbreak cases of Cryptosporidium or Giardia from drinking water in abroad have drawn attentions on the public health. It is well known that Cryptosporidium is the most resistant organism against chlorine disinfection. To guesstimate the levels of Cryptosporidium and Giardia in Korean surface water, 1~2 samples from 22 drinking water sources in four Korean major rivers of Han, Keum, Nakdong, and Youngsan were monitored. In addition, two sites in Kyunganchon, a contaminated river were monitored for comparison. In source waters, detection rates of Cryptosporidium and Giardia were 15% (6/39) and 21% (5/24) with the range of 1~3 oocysts/10 L and 1~6 cysts/10 L, respectively. In Kyunganchon, they were 60% (6/10) and 70% (7/10) in the range of 1~9 oocysts/10 L and 10~72 cysts/10 L, respectively. When one of the source waters in Han river was monitored monthly, Cryptosporidium were found mostly in cold season. Matrix of the samples gave influence on the recoveries of the spiked protozoa. The recoveries of both Cryptosporidium and Giardia increased in the samples of Kyunganchon, known as contaminated area. However, protozoan recovery did not show significant relation with turbidity, the index of matrix contamination, which implies that there are additional unveiled features of matrix affecting the recoveries of the protozoa. The protozoan distribution in Kyunganchon showed significant relations with Cl. perfringens, anaerobic and spore forming indicator bacteria of fecal contamination by regression analysis, but not with turbidity, the general indicator of water quality.

  • 기존 콘크리트충전 각형강관(CFT) 구조에 사용하는 각형강관은 4개의 판을 용접하여 제작하는 박스칼럼이 일반적이다. 그러나 이러한 강관은 제작효율이 저하되며, 또한 기둥-보 접합부에는 내측 다이아프램과 관통 다이아프램을 용접하는데 특수한 용접기술이 필요하다. 따라서, 얇은 강판을 절곡하는 방식으로 응력집중 위치의 용접을 피하고, 단면효율이 극대화된 내부앵커 돌출형의 용접조립 각형강관을 개발하게 되었다. 용접조립 각형강관은 강관내부에 스티프너가 설치되어 내측 다이아프램과 관통 다이아프램과 간섭이 발생하게 되므로 본 연구에서는 용접조립 각형CFT 기둥-보 접합부로 외다이아프램형식을 채택하고 외다이아프램의 설계식을 제안하였으며, 기둥-보 접합부의 거동을 파악하기 위해 실대형 4개 실험체를 제작하여 구조거동 및 내력을 분석하였다.
