농업인 참여식 실천학습모델 개발과 성과분석 -농촌진흥청 강소농 사업을 중심으로- (Case Study on Dynamics of RDA PLA Model with Agri-SMEs)

  • This case study aims to explore how RDA PLA model affects the agri-SMEs' empowerment. As an agri-business management renovation program from main workshop it was conducted on March to December 2011 with agri-SMEs and extension officials nationwide by RDA. Especially, as a packaged action learning process in the model used participatory action research. This study collected data with participants observation, interviews, situational analysis and systematic review of discourse in qualitative method. For the validity and identifying empirical results, this study used statistic analysis as a mixed method. Further including various pedagogic methods and business coaching skills, this model was conducted from workshop in RDA, in turn, on-farm business coaching as follow-up, CoPs' activities, and local ATCs extension services by each actors. The dynamic process and effects of each process led some change for farmers' innovative knowledge, skills, attitude, practice and aspiration on their farm business. RDA PLA model development based on the previous practices and research, which provided a configurated picture in the holistic action learning process. In statistic research, this study focused on 279 farmers as respondents who had participated in the program. It shows that their income and benefits increased from their renovative practices on farm business. Following the sampling group, it was surveyed by four indicators - products, customer, quality and cost. The level of contribution of education on economic impact 15% is quoted from previous paper. Even in some limitations of public sector, RDA PLA model actively suggests the paradigm shift of agricultural HRD and development of alternative extension-service system.

기업 팀장이 인식하는 팀원과의 의사소통 과정 연구 (A study on communication process with team members perceived by team leader in corporation)

  • 본 연구는 기업 팀장이 인식하는 팀원과의 의사소통 과정을 깊이 있게 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울·경기 지역의 대기업, 중견 기업, 외국계 기업의 팀장 10명을 대상으로 심층면접을 진행하였고, Strauss와 Corbin이 제시한 근거이론 연구방법 절차에 따라 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 따라 총 51개의 개념과 17개의 하위범주 그리고 8개의 범주가 도출되었다. 인과적 조건으로는 '조직에 필요한 소통을 고민하고 재해석함'이 개념으로 도출되었고, 이에 따른 중심현상은 '업무대화와 사적대화 병행방식으로 의도적인 노력을 함'으로 나타났다. 맥락적 조건은 '환경변화에 대한 대처 필요성을 인식함', 중재적 조건은 '스스로 성찰하고 셀프코칭 시간을 가짐'이 도출되었다. 작용/상호작용 전략은 업무중심 대처, 갈등해결 대처, 관계증진 대처를 의사소통 과정으로 개념화되었고, 중심현상 상호작용 결과로서 '조직 내 선순환 소통을 인식함'으로 확인되었다. 팀장의 의사소통 과정분석 결과는 노력단계, 접근단계, 대처단계, 순환단계로 나타났고, 그 유형 분석 결과로써 업무중심 대처는 촉진자, 갈등해결 대처는 조력자, 관계증진 대처는 배려자로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기업 팀장이 팀원과의 관계에서 의사소통을 어떻게 인식하고 표현하는지에 대한 경험적 연구로 기업에서의 리더십 코칭과 리더 대상 상담에 차별적인 개입전략을 세우기 위한 정보를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

  • In this paper, we develop a prototype of ITS(Intelligent Tutoring Systems) system: UNIX TUTOR. It is designed for the purpose of teaching the UNIX beginners the principal concepts of UNIX and the shell commands using the communication between the student and the system. UNIX TUTOR engages the student in a two-way conversation that is mixed-initiative dialogue and attempts to teach the student UNIX via the Socratic method of guided discovery and the Coaching method interchangeably. And the student model is based on both the overlay model and the buggy model together. Thus TUTOR aims at teaching the students effectively whose levels of learning are different using various explanations which are determined by the student model. Because the knowledge representation for UNIX-TUTOR is based on the frame structure and the production rules it is easy to represent the complicated constructs. UNIX TUTOR is implemented on the SPARC station using X/Motif and C for cp command among 10 ones which were selected.

자기효능 정보자원 프로그램이 관상동맥 질환 환자의 지각된 자기효능감과 자가간호행위에 미치는 효과 (An Effect of a Self-Efficacy Information Resources Program on Perceived Self-Efficacy and Self-Care in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate whether a self-efficacy information resources program based on the self-efficacy theory of Bandura (1986) would increase self-efficacy and self-care in patients with CAD. Method: The study was a one group, pretest-posttest pre-experimental design research. The Self-Efficacy Information Resources Program was composed of a video tape program and a telephone coaching program and based on vicarious experiences and verbal persuation. The Program was used as an experimental treatment from February 27. to May 27, 1999. Twenty patients participated from a university hospital located in Seoul. Three days later after a pretest the telephone coaching program was given. It was repeated weekly during a 3 week period. At the end of this period post-test data were collected by mail. Data were analyzed with a random permutation test using SAS program. Result: 1) Scores on self-efficacy after the Self-Efficacy Information Resources Program were significantly higher than before the program (p=0.06). 2) Scores on self-care after the Program were significantly higher (subjective self-care, p=0.0005; objective self-care, p= 0.0002) than before the program. Conclusion: The Program was found to be an effective nursing intervention for increasing self-efficacy and self-care. When nurses who care for CAD patients plan to increase their patients' self care ability, they should always consider the concept of self-efficacy.

물리치료(학)과 졸업생의 취업준비 노력과 성과 (Effects of Pre-Employment Effort of the Physical Therapy Graduates)

  • Background : This study aims to examine actual conditions of college students' life, behaviors to prepare for employment, and employment performance, thereby providing basic materials to create efficient measures for college students' employment strategies. Method : The subjects of this study were 207 graduates from the Department of Physical Therapy employed in medical and health institutions in Gyeongsangnam-do and Busan. Aquestionnaire devised by Yu Yeon-wha and Lim Gyeong-ae(2012, 2011) was revised and complemented into a self-reporting questionnaire composed of 29 questions. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS Win 18.00 program. Results : 1) The biggest reason for the respondents' selecting physical therapy as a major was bright prospect for employment, and the largest percent of the respondents answered that they started to prepare for employment in the second semester of junior year. 2)Regarding behaviors to prepare for employment, those who largely provided information on employment were the respondents' seniors and friends. 62.3% of the respondents owned certificates and diplomas. 59.9% took part in programs related to employment in order to prepare for employment. Their weakest area was English and what they wanted to know most was annual salaries provided by companies. They put self-development and growth potential before everything as what should be considered in priority when getting a job. 3)The most frequently asked question in their interviews for employment was the motive for application. The biggest reason for their employment at their current institution was their good personality and manner. 4)As for employment performance, they were unsatisfied with their current average annual salary. Conclusion : School should provide consciousness education and employment coaching so that students can early prepare for employment with an active attitude. In particular, educational environment where many students can gain easy access to information about employment in diverse areas should be provided and student coaching should be actively conducted.

맞춤형 암성통증관리 개별교육 및 코칭의 효과 (Effects of a Tailored Education and Coaching Program to Enhance Care of Cancer-related Pain)

  • Purpose: The study was to develop a tailored education and coaching program (TECP) for cancer patients, and to identify the effects of TECP on pain severity, daily living impairment, barriers on pain management, self-efficacy, and pain management satisfaction. Methods: A randomized controlled trial was used. Patients referred to an oncology nurse specialist from oncologists for pain management were randomly assigned to TECP (25) or usual education program (UEP, 22). The intervention was offered by educating the method of taking opioid medication, managing opioid-induced side effects, reducing pain misconceptions and enhancing self-efficacy for communicating with a medical team on cancer pain severity, and pain-related impairment. Patients completed questionnaires before the education program and on the next visit 3~4 weeks later. Data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 program using percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, x2 test and independent t-test. Results: At all levels, pain severity improved significantly in the experimental group-worst pain (8.16 to 3.80, p<.001), average pain (6.16 to 2.52 p=.008), and least pain (3.32 to 0.96, p=.038)-but not in the control group. Pain management satisfaction also showed significant differences (t=2.93, p=.005) between experimental (4.70±0.49) and control (4.17±0.73) groups. Interference with daily living, barriers to managing cancer pain, and self-efficacy for managing pain improved in both groups but there were no significant differences. Conclusion: The findings suggest that TECP should be considered for outpatients who need cancer pain management.

Effect of Modified High-heels on Metatarsal Stress in Female Workers

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of high-heels (HH) modification on metatarsal stress in female workers. Method: Seven females who work in clothing stores ($heights=160.4{\pm}3.9cm$; $weights=47.4{\pm}4.1kg$; $age=31.3{\pm}11.1yrs$; $HH\;wear\;career=8{\pm}6.5yrs$) wore two types of HH (original and modified). The modified HH had been grooved with 1.5 cm radius and 0.2 cm depth around the first metatarsal area inside of the shoes using the modified shoe-last. Participants were asked to walk for 15 minutes on a treadmill and to stand for 10 minutes with original and modified HH, respectively. Kinetics data were collected by the F-scan in-shoe system. After each test, participants were asked to rate their perceived exertion using the Borg's 15-grade RPE scale and interviewed about their feeling of HH. Nonparametric Wilcoxon signed-rank test and effect size (Cohen's d) were used to determine the difference of the variables of interest between the original and modified HH. Results: In the present study, modified HH of the peak contact pressure of 1st metatarsal (PCP) left, PCP right, pressure time integral (PTI) left, peak pressure gradient (PPG) left during standing and PPG right during walking are greater than original HH. And even it didn't show statistically significant, the average in all pressure values of modified HH showed bigger than original HH. It surmised to be related to awkward with modified HH. Even though they said to feel the comfortable cause of big space inside of HH in the interview, they seemed to be not enough time to adapt with new HH. So their walking and standing postures were unstable. Conclusion: Modified the fore-medial part of HH can reduce the stress in the first metatarsal head and big toe area during standing and walking.

초임 유소년 축구지도자의 교수경험 탐색 (Exploring Beginning youth Football Coach's Experience in Teaching)

  • 본 연구는 초임 유소년 축구지도자들의 교수 경험을 탐색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 의도적 표집방법으로 선수경력 10년이상, 지도경력 5년 미만, 대한축구협회 지도자 자격증 C급 이상 취득자 중 U-12팀에 등록된 지도자 4명을 선정하여, 심층면담을 실시하였다. 이에 연구문제에 따라 분석 범주와 분석단위를 범주화하였고, 귀납적 방법을 통해 자료분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과 유소년축구지도자들은 과거 자신의 경험을 토대로 '나는 안그래야겠다', '나는 할 수 있다'는 마음가짐으로 지도자를 시작하고 있었다. 이들은 지도 현장에서 의사소통방법, 교수학습 방법에 대한 부족함, 미래에 대한 불확실함으로 어려움을 느끼고 있었지만, 가르침에서의 보람을 느끼며 전문성을 갖추기 위해 노력하고 있었다. 이에 따라 유소년 축구지도자에 대한 처우개선 및 지도자양성제도 내 프로그램 개선을 논의하였다.

C/S 기반의 UI/UX를 개선한 골프장 스코어카드 App 개발 (Developed a golf course scorecard App that improved UI/UX based on C/S)

  • 본 연구는 기존 골프장에서 사용하던 필기식 스코어(score) 작성 방법을 스마트 폰과 패드를 활용한 스코어카드(scorecard) 응용 프로그램 앱(App) EZ Touch App을 개발하여 개선하고, 고객 관리 시스템 (C/S)과 연동하여 성능 평가를 실시하였다. 연구는 다음과 같은 내용으로 진행되었다. 첫째, 스코어카드에서 EZ Touch 입력 방법은 어떻게 처리할 것인가? 둘째, 고객(회원)관리 시스템(C/S)과 데이터 서버시스템의 플랫폼(platform)은 어떻게 구성할 것인가? 셋째, EZ Touch App은 고객관리시스템(C/S)과 유기적으로 동작하는가? 에 두고 실시되었다. 개발된 EZ Touch는 본 연구 결과 손가락의 동작(gesture)을 사용한 입력방법으로 스코어카드에 입력되고, 이를 C/S시스템과 유기적으로 연동하여 리뷰 기능, 홀 정보기능, 스코어를 통한 필드코치 기능, 회원정보관리 기능 등 차별화 통계를 통한 된 앱 (App)등에 활용 가능함으로써, 차후 다양한 콘텐츠로 활용범위가 확대 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

The Effects of Medication and Symptom Management Education Program Based on Self Efficacy Theory for the Psychiatric Patients

  • Propose. An effective rehabilitation program had been developed for psychiatric patients' self management of medication and symptoms in Korea. The rehabilitation program was designed to allow the patients to understand their illness, cope with their medical regimen, and prevent a relapse by recognizing any of the symptoms when they recur. Methods. The developed program utilizes the self efficacy method reported by Bandura, it includes manuals and videotapes focusing on real life situations, small group discussions, and telephone coaching. This study investigated the effects of this program with respect to various predictable variables in psychiatric rehabilitation. Thirty eight patients were selected for this study, 18 in the experimental program and 20 as controls. Results. The results showed that the subjects who attended this educational program reported significantly more improvement in attitude toward medication compliance (p=0.033), and significantly less relapse warning symptom scores (p=0.000) than the controls. Conclusion. This program may be a useful psychoeducational resource for professionals in the field of clinical practice in psychiatry.
