In this study, select the Republic of Korea mother-of-pearl lacquerware Lim chung hyu coach, I tried to find out the until the background and coach of his growth. A numerical analysis method for predicting aerodynamic noise at inter-coach space of high-speed trains, validated by wind-tunnel experiments for limited speed range, is proposed. The wind-tunnel testing measurements of the train aerodynamic sound pressure level for the new generation Korean high-speed train have suggested that the inter-coach space aerodynamic noise varies approximately to the 7.7th power of the train speed. The observed high sensitivity serves as a motivation for the present investigation on elucidating the characteristics of noise emission at inter-coach space. As train speed increases, the effect of turbulent flows and vortex shedding is amplified, with concomitant increase in the aerodynamic noise. The turbulent flow field analysis demonstrates that vortex formation indeed causes generation of aerodynamic sound. For validation, numerical simulation and wind tunnel measurements are performed under identical conditions. The results show close correlation between the numerically derived and measured values, and with some adjustment, the results are found to be in good agreement. Thus validated, the numerical analysis procedure is applied to predict the aerodynamic noise level at inter-coach space. As the train gains speed, numerical simulation predicts increase in the overall aerodynamic sound emission level accompanied by an upward shift in the main frequency components of the sound. A contour mapping of the aerodynamic sound for the region enclosing the inter-coach space is presented.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of coach confidence on member satisfaction and perceived performance in throwers. The participants were 198 throwers who were competed in the 40th National Athletics Championship. To analyze the data, multiple regression was performed using SPSS 18.0 ver Windows. The results showed that coach confidence of throwers affected significantly on the athlete satisfaction(p<0.05). In other words, the subfactor of coach confidence such as integrity, ability, consistency, sacrifice, and openness affected the subfactor of player satisfaction such as technical analysis, teaching ability, and coaching qualification. And also, coach confidence of throwers affected significantly on the perceived performance(p<0.05). The subfactor of coach confidence such as integrity, ability, consistency, sacrifice, and openness affected the subfactor of player satisfaction such as victory will and skill exhibition. It was concluded that the coach confidence of throwers may affect player satisfaction and perceived performance.

In this study, fire behavior for subway coach fire in the 1/10 reduced scale model is analyzed using numerical analysis method (FDS). The size of the reduced model coach is 1.9 m long, 0.290 m high and 0.235 m. The simulation is carried out only one-sided four doors of the coach are opened. A fire source is the n-heptane pool fire with a mean heat release rate 2.33 kW. Smoke temperature, heat release rate and mass loss rate for the model are calculated.

Our study examines the relationship between coach turnover and professional sport team performance using the evidences of Korean professional soccer teams. We collected panel dataset of 304 team-year observations and 96 coaches from Korean professional soccer league during the period of 1983-2013. Among them, our final sample is comprised of 226 observations and 81 coaches manifested for fixed-effect generalized least square (GLS) regression analysis. Drawing on sport management literatures and organizational learning theory, we argue that it takes time for a new head coach to take charge of the team in which the new leader who secure more time to interact with organization members is better able to remodel and improve team performance. Our empirical findings reveal that off-season coach turnover has a positive impact while turnover during the season has its negative influences on team performance. In addition, we find that subsequent team performance in association of off-season coach turnover is comparably better than that of on-season succession. The results show that coach succession rendered from inside the professional soccer team mediates the relationship between coach turnover and team performance. Our findings imply that coach turnover in professional sport teams is a significant factor affecting team performance.

The purpose of this study was to prove a development and initial validation of the korean version of coach-athlete relationship maintenance scale that originated from the work of Rhind & Jowett(2012) in pro baseball. The items were then administered to 132 Participants(29 coaches and 103 athletes) completed the questionnaires of the coach-athlete relationship maintenance in First preliminary investigation. Maximum likelihood estimate was used to identify the latent underlying structure. In order to verify the validity of Korean version of coach-athlete relationship maintenance was administered to an independent sample of 273 coaches and athletes. Pro baseball coach-athlete relationship maintenance is consisted of six factors(25 items) with conflict management, motivational, preventative, openness/assurance, support, and social network. SPSS18.0 and AMOS16.0 were used to analyze the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factory analysis and internal consistency, test-retest with bootstrapping using of the data in this study. The results of the pro baseball coach-athlete relationship maintenance scale had six factors with 25 items, and each six factor was positively correlated. Overall, this study verified pro baseball coach-athlete relationship maintenance questionnaire. Thus, suggest that path of comparing the differences between the first division and farm team by using the test of the structural model invariance across the groups.

In this study, we have analyzed the optimum control of wheel for coach car in maintenance process to grasp the problem relating to this coach's wheel exchanged. So, these problems brought about decrement maintenance cost. This study were deliberated to solve problems concerning maintenance process of wheel exchanged and wheel specification in rolling stock workshops of KNR. Here, we describe some results.
