MANET transmits data by hop-by-hop method because it is composed of mobile nodes without support of any infrastructure. Its structure is very similar to a block chain. However, it is exposed to various threats such as data tampering or destruction by malicious nodes because of transmission method. So, ensuring the integrity of transmitted data is an important complement to MANET. In this paper, we propose a method to apply the block chain technique in order to protect the reliability value of the nodes consisting the network from malicious nodes. For this, hierarchical structure of a cluster type is used. Only cluster head stores the reliability information of the nodes in a block and then, this can be spread. In addition, we applied block generation difficulty automatic setting technique using the number of nodes selecting cluster head and the reliability of cluster head to prevent the spread of wrong blocks. This can prevent block generation and spread by malicious nodes. The superior performance of the proposed technique can be verified by comparing experiments with the SAODV technique.
Background: Personal socio-economic abilities are crucial as it affects health inequalities. These multidimensional inequalities across the regions have been structured and fixed. This study aimed to analyze health vulnerabilities by regional cluster and identify regional health disparities of self-rated health, using nationally representative cross-sectional data. Methods: This study used personal and regional data. Data from the Community Health Survey 2021 were analyzed. K-means cluster analysis was applied to 250 si-gun-gu using administrative regional data. The clusters were based on three areas: physical environment, health-related behaviors and biological factors, and the psychosocial environment through the conceptual framework for action on the social determinants of health. And binary logistic regression analyses were conducted to examine the differences in self-rated health status by the regional clusters, controlling human biology, environment, lifestyle, and healthcare organization factors. Results: The most vulnerable group was group 3, the moderate vulnerable group was group 1, and the least vulnerable group was group 2. The group 2 was more likely to have high self-rated health status than the moderate vulnerable group (odds ratio [OR], 1.023; p<0.001). And the group 3 showed low self-rated health status than the moderate vulnerable group (OR, 0.775; p<0.001). However, the moderate vulnerable group had significantly higher self-rated health status than the most vulnerable group (group 2: OR, 1.023; p<0.001; group 3: OR, 0.775; p<0.001). Conclusion: These results demonstrate that community members' health status is influenced by regional determinants of health and individual levels. And these contribute to understanding the importance of specific and differentiated interventions like locally tailored support programs considering both individual and regional health determinants.

Social interest in the fine particulate matter has increased significantly since the 2010s, and various efforts have been made to reduce it through environmental plans and policies. To support such environmental planning, in this study, spatial cluster characteristics of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) concentrations were analyzed in the metropolitan area to identify high-risk areas spatially, and the correlation with local environmental characteristics was also confirmed. The PM2.5 concentration for the recent 5 years (2016-2020) was targeted, and representative spatial statistical methods Getis-Ord Gi* and Local Moran's I were applied. As a result of the analysis, the cluster form was different in Getis-Ord Gi* and Local Moran's I, but they show high similarity in direction, therefore complementary results could be obtained. In the high concentration period, the hotspot concentration of the Getis-Ord Gi* method increased, but in Local Moran's I, the HH region, the high concentration cluster, showed a decreasing trend. Hotspots of the Getis-Ord Gi* technique were prominent in the Pyeongtaek-Hwaseong and Yeoju-Icheon regions, and the HH cluster of Local Moran's I was located in the southwest, and the LL cluster was located in the northeast. As in the case of the metropolitan area, in the results of Seoul, there was a phenomenon of division between the northeast and southwest regions. The PM2.5 concentration showed a high correlation with the elevation, vegetation greenness and the industrial area ratio. During the high concentration period, the relation with vegetation greenness increased, and the elevation and industrial area ratio increased in the case of the annual average. This suggests that the function of vegetation can be maximized at a high concentration period, and the influence of topography and industrial areas is large on average. This characteristic was also confirmed in the basic statistics for each major cluster. The spatial clustering characteristics of PM2.5 can be considered in the national land and environmental plan at the metropolitan level. In particular, it will be effective to utilize the clustering characteristics based on the annual average concentration, which contributes to domestic emissions.
This study was designed to evaluate the social support network of schizophrenic patients. 64 schizophrenic patients being treated as out-door patient were compared with 30 neurotic control patients. Schizophrenics were divided into positive, subpositive, subnegative and negative subgroups by present symptom and social network of both schizophrenics and control group were evaluated. The results are as follows: 1) Social network of schizophrenics was smaller than that of control group. Size of social network of schizophrenics was 10.6 and that of control group was 23.5. 2) In both kin and nonkin, social network of schizophrenics was smaller than that of control group. Of the kin, schizophrenics were more supported by wife or husband, father, and mother, but were less supported by brother, son and other relatives. 3) There was no difference in the kin or nonkin or total supporters between the four subgroups of schizophrenics. But, subgroup of schizophrenics which was divided as having negative symptom had smaller network than control group in active formal and informal supporters. 4) When divided into 4 support areas, schizophrenics was remarkably less supported in emotional, instrumental and appraisal support area than control group, but there was no difference in the informational support areas. 5) Compared with control group, schizophrenics more often mentioned parent and ten often mentioned nonkin supporter as the one that is most important to him. 6) Schizophrenics had smaller cluster and less leisure activity than control group. Subgroup of schizophrenics who was divided as having negative symptom had less frequency of leisure activity than other subgroups.
In school PC labs or other educational purpose PC labs with a few dozens of PCs, computers are configured in a distributed architecture so that they are set up, maintained and upgraded separately. As an alternative to the distributed architecture, we can consider a thin-client computing environment. In a thin-client computing environment, client side devices provide mainly I/O functions with user friendly GUI and multimedia processing support whereas remote servers called terminal server provide computing power. In order to support many clients in the environment, a cluster of terminal servers can be configured. In this architecture, it is difficult due to the characteristics of terminal session persistence and different pattern of computing usage of users so that the utilization of terminal server resources becomes low. To overcome this disadvantage, we propose an adaptive terminal cluster where terminal servers ,ire partitioned into groups and a terminal server in a light-loaded group can be dynamically reassigned to a heavy-loaded group at run time. The proposed adaptive scheme is compared with a generic terminal service cluster and a group based non-adaptive terminal server cluster. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

The Korean military supplies industry tends to become limited in terms of its development to specific areas in line with strategic promotion policies of the local private direct industrial site. However, the relation between base and small cluster is getting lower of the local industrial site. In this study, information related to authorized test reports for munitions was collected through the military quality information system and subjected to social network analysis(SNA). SNA was performed through the relationships among defense quality assurance agencies, test institutions, contracts and cooperative firms through UCINET's Two-Mode Network. In the field of weapon systems, the median technology industry, and the test analysis dependent are high in Seoul, so the analysis revealed that strengthening the infrastructure for test analysis is needed. Also, it was deemed necessary for government-driven political support. Besides, the field support system was efficiently utilizing a relatively local test analysis. It was analyzed that they are overcoming the regional boundaries of small clusters by strategically changing their contract and cooperative firms' status. The research found some spatial inconsistencies between base and small clusters in the military supplies industry, and it was judged that a political suggestion was needed.

In this paper we attempt to explore the institutional and clutural milieu of high-tech venture business cluster in Daegu City and provide policy implications for creating sustainable high-tech venture businesses cluster. Although since 1998 the Korean government has made explicitly a great deal of efforts to help attract and create high-tech new start-ups in non-capital cities such as the support of business incubating centers and the establishment of real service centres, it reveals that such policies are not so successful in creating a sustainable venture ecology. One of the most critical resions is that such policies are centred simply on building physical infrastructure such as incubating space and service centre with less concern with promoting venture business cluster reflecting cultural and institutional specificities in a given region. In this respect we argue that the focus of industrial policies to support promoting high-tech venture business clusters in non-capital cities urgently need to move towards to make it for firms to encourage entrepreneurship driving innovation and to create social capital incucing trust and networks amongst firms, universities, public &privite supporting agencies, together with the building up of physical infrastructure the existing policies have done.
The purpose of this study was to search the clustering and variables in discriminating the groups by the level of the loss experience and ego-integrity among the elderly. In addition, the study aimed to confirm the moderating effects of variables related to resilience in the relationship between a loss experience and ego-integrity. The subjects were 245 elderly aged 60 or above, most of whom were socially active with comparatively high education levels. Six individual variables(physical self-efficacy, general self-efficacy, social self-efficacy, existential spirituality, religious spirituality, optimism) and five environmental variables(emotional support, instrumental support, informational support, appraisal support, social activity) were used in the study. The results of the study are as follows. To data analysis, ANOVA, Stepwise Discriminant analysis, Cluster analysis, Regression analysis and Two-way analysis of variance was employed. First, the subjects were 4 cluster into overcome group, crisis group, stable group and vulnerable group according to the level of loss experience and ego-integrity. Second, optimism, physical self-efficacy, existential spirituality and emotional support were seen to be significant variables in discriminating the groups. Third, the ego-integrity became higher as the variables related to resilience were increased.
With the globalization of economy, there is keen competition among countries to be a logistics hub and companies are striving to be first in establishing logistics system centering on advantageous sites, especially airport and seaports, to perform supply, production and distribution. Gwangyang port has been designated as Free Economy Zone. This paper analyzes many problems and presents various measures to activate Gwangyang port as follows regional economy to promote Gwangyang Free Economy Zone, governmental support, introduction & logistics functions, early development of the hinterland, investment attraction into the area and diversified promotion & marketing activities.
The authors aimed to identify the patterns of mutual support between aged parents and their adult offsprings and to analyze the demographic and social characteristics of each pattern and the quality of living for the aged parents. The data of the study were drawn from the 2008 Survey of the Living Conditions and Welfare for the Elderly published by the Ministry of the Health and Welfare. The sample of our analysis was 14,843 aged persons with their adult offsprings. A cluster analysis produced four types of mutual support patterns: High mutual supporters, parents as beneficiaries, parents as benefactors, ans low mutual supporters, with parents as benefactors as the most frequent pattern of mutual support. The study showed that the group of high mutual supporters was highest in the quality of life while the group of parents as beneficiaries lowest. This findings imply that the support relationship between old people and their adult offsprings may undergo transformation towards a two-way relation of mutual support.
