  • The ultimate goal of CSV activities is to increase consumer loyalty to the company, brand or organization concerned. Thus, for a professional sports club, CSV activities will ultimately aim to enhance the loyalty of spectators who are consumers of the club. Subjects of this study are the spectators of professional volleyball. We distributed 300 survey to people who were aware of the club's CSV activities among the home spectators of Hyundai Capital SkyWalkers. Data processing was performed using SPSS 23 and AMOS 18 for the analysis of confirmed factors, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis. From these results, we were able to come up with the social problem resolution and long-term orientation among the CSV activities of professional volleyball clubs which affect the club identification. And the identification formed within the spectators of the clubs through CSV affects the club loyalty directly or through the medium of club emotion. Professional volleyball clubs need to identify the problems the community has in planning and proceeding with CSV activities and seek strategies to address them together, and approach them from a long-term oriented perspective.

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically examine how the perception of CSR of domestic professional baseball clubs was related to the reputation of clubs, identification of clubs, and parent company image. For the research, a survey was conducted by 277 fans of LG Twins, Doosan Bears, SK Wyverns, and KT Wiz in the metropolitan area. First, the reputation of the club had a positive impact on club reputation. Second, CSR of professional baseball clubs had a positive impact on club identification. Third, the reputation of the club had a positive impact on the image of the professional baseball team. Fourth, the identification of clubs had a positive effect on the image of the professional baseball team's mother-company.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the degree of participation in leisure activity, organizational identification and organizational commitment with the emphasis on bicycle riding club members. A total of 265 respondents were selected using the purposive sampling method. From the statistical analyses, three meaningful results were extracted. First, there were differences in the degree of bicycle riding participation, organizational identification and organizational commitment on the basis of individual background characteristics. Second, the age and the monthly income of riding club participants partly influenced the degree of bicycle riding participation, organizational identification and organizational commitment. Third, the degree of bicycle riding participation directly or indirectly had influences on organizational commitment mediated by organizational identification. As a result, we found the fact that beside the degree of bicycle riding participation, the age and the monthly income of riding club participants also have influences on organizational identification and organizational commitment.

  • Club root is one of the major diseases that occur in crucifers. It is caused by Plasmodiophora brassicae. In order to discover microbial biopesticides against P. brassicae, forty-eight Streptomyces isolated from soil were screened. Among these, three strains showed excellent pesticidal activities. We report results on in vivo screening with fermentation broths of these strains and identification of the strain taxa.

  • This paper concerns stress distribution of the soft golf clubs using FEM. The identification of the stress distribution of the soft golf clubs used the finite element method using ABAQUS. The soft golf clubs which were designated is a new golf clubs to keep a good health for the elderly. To design the soft golf clubs, we concerns two main purpose ; First, our efforts concentrate to reduce the weight of the soft golf clubs. We considers the change of material and geometry of the golf club‘s head and shaft. Second, it is to increase the size and shape of 'sweet spot' of the soft golf club’s head face. To accomplish this purpose, we made the various type of the soft golf club's head. In this paper, we simulates putter models of the soft golf clubs. The pre-processing which generates the mesh of the model used HyperMesh with geometry data by CATIA ver 5.0 This paper compares the stress distribution of putter type which was loaded.

  • A novel neuro controller based simple neuro-structure with modified error function is introduced in this paper. This controller consists of two independent controllers, known as the voltage regulator and the angular controller. The voltage regulator is used to modify terminal voltage for the purpose of tracking a reference voltage. The angular controller is utilized to guarantee the stability of the system. In this structure each neuron uses a linear hard limit activation function that depends on the controlled variable and its derivatives. There is no need for parameter identification or any off-line training data. Two proposed controllers are merged by a smooth switch to build a complete controller. The effectiveness of the proposed novel control action is demonstrated through some computer simulations on a Single-Machine Infinite-Bus (SMIB) power system.

  • This research aims to provide empirical basic data for the development of local communities through the establishment of efficient strategies for the formation of positive relations between the club and the region through the Creation of Shared Value (CSV) activities. We come up with the results of this study to show that CSV, social problem orientation, and core competency utilization affect the team trust of local community, and that CSV, long-term orientation, social problem orientation and core competency utilization affect community identification. The research should enhance the value of professional sports teams that promote their own path to self-sustaining as a single independent business area, and identify their trust through CSV activities for co-prosperity with their local communities, and thus their relationship with the community. Therefore, various strategies and efforts will ultimately increase the team trust and community identity of local residents in professional volleyball teams, while at the same time gaining positive effects on professional volleyball teams.

  • Minors' law evasion is getting serious. Some of them make a fake ID card or use a stolen ID card illegally. They are illegally used for buying alcohol, cigarette, bond or going to club, pub, motel and so on. On the latest News, there was a case that teens rented a car with a driver licence without checking and had severe car accident. Like this case, car rental service was fined and suspended from business because they did not figure out ID card's counterfeit or modification. Thus, this study investigates the detecting method about the ID card(including a driver license) counterfeit, modification or illegal use. The server has a database of 17~19's minors one fingerprint and services whether the visitor is adult true or not. The method will be usable and economical for business. Then, it was compared and analyzed with methods already in use in business.

  • In order to find microorganisms showing antifungal activities against Plasmodiophora brassicae, which causes club root, Korean salt-fermented fishery products were tested. Several fermented broths of microorgansims isolated from Ammodytes personatus fishery products showed high antifungal activities. The identification of microorganisms and their in vivo antifungal activities are reported herein.

  • R&D strategies of companies with low and high technological levels are discussed based on the concept of technology convergence and divergence. However, empirically detecting enterprise technology convergence in the distribution of enterprise technology (total productivity increase) over time and identifying key change factors are challenging. This study used a novel statistical indicator that captures the internal technology distribution change with a single number to clearly measure the technology distribution peak as a change in critical bandwidth for enterprise technology convergence and presented it as evidence of each technology convergence or divergence. Furthermore, this study applied the quantitative technology convergence identification method. Technology convergence appeared from the separation of total corporate productivity distribution of 69 IT companies in Korea in 2019-2020 rather than in 2015-2016. Results indicated that when the total technological level was separated from the technology leading and technology catch-up, IT companies were found to be pursuing R&D strategies for technology catch-up.
