It is difficult to provide proper cloud services for cloud users, because the number of cloud services are increasing and the type of cloud services are diversifying. To overcome this problem, the concept of cloud service broker is presented to mediate cloud services between cloud providers and tenant. The most important role of cloud service broker is to finding cloud services that fulfill requirements of tenant. However, current existing cloud service broker conduct passive requirements analysis process with cloud service expert's assistance. In addition, the systematic functional and non-functional requirement analysis is insufficient. Therefore, we need the new methods for requirement analysis to find nearest service that matches with requirement of tenant. In this paper, we apply pairwise comparison from AHP method to analyze requirement automatically and systematically. It calculates score of service by comparing requirement with service specification, calculating importance rate, and so on.
Cloud computing is provided on demand service via the internet, allowing users to pay for the service they actually use. Categorized as one kind of cloud computing, SaaS is computing resource and software sharing model with can be accessed via the internet. Based on virtualization technology, SaaS is expected to improve the efficiency and quality of the IT service level and performance in company. Therefore this research limited cloud services to SaaS especially focused on collaborative application service, and attempts to identify the factors which impact the performance of collaboration and intention to use. This study adopts technological factors of cloud SaaS services and factors of task characteristics to explore the determinants of collaborative performance and intention to use. An experimental study using student subjects with Google Apps provided empirical validation for our proposed model. Based on 337 data collected from respondents, the major findings are following. First, the characteristics of cloud computing services such as collaboration support, service reliability, and ease of use have positive effects on perceived usefulness of collaborative application while accessability, service reliability, and ease to use have positive effects on intention to use. Second, task interdependence has a positive effects on collaborative performance while task ambiguity factor has not. Third, perceived usefulness of collaborative application have positive effects on intention to use.
This paper considers service deployment and priority optimization for multiple service-oriented applications sharing reusable services, which are deployed as multiple instances in the cloud. In order to handle variations in the workloads of the multiple applications, service instances of the individual reusable services are dynamically provisioned in the cloud. Also service priorities for each application in a particular reusable service are dynamically adjusted. In this paper, we propose an analytic performance model, based on a queueing network model, to predict the expected sojourn times of multiple service-oriented applications, given the number of service instances and priority disciplines in individual reusable services. We also propose a simple heuristic algorithm to search an optimal number of service instances in the cloud and service priority disciplines for each application in individual reusable services. A numerical example is also presented to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed performance model and algorithm to the proposed optimal decision problem.

Attack on Cloud Computing, an intensive service solution using network infrastructure recently released, generates service breakdown or intrusive incidents incapacitating developmental platforms, web-based software, or resource services. Therefore, it is needed to conduct research on security for the operational information of three kinds of services (3S': laaS, PaaS, SaaS) supported by the Cloud Computing system and also generated data from the illegal attack on service blocking. This paper aims to build a system providing optimal services as a 4-stage defensive method through the test on the attack and defense of Cloud Computing services. It is a defense policy that conducts 4-stage, orderly and phased access control as follows: controlling the initial access to the network, controlling virtualization services, classifying services for support, and selecting multiple routes. By dispersing the attacks and also monitoring and analyzing to control the access by stage, this study performs defense policy realization and analysis and tests defenses by the types of attack. The research findings will be provided as practical foundational data to realize Cloud Computing service-based defense policy.
In accordance with the cloud conversion of public sector information systems and the implementation of cloud native introduction policies, review items were presented to review the cloud native of information systems for stable and efficient cloud native deployment. By presenting cloud native considerations when promoting a project, we propose a plan to flexibly respond to policy and business changes and improve development quality and productivity to operate cloud services stably. In order for information project managers to switch to a cloud-native-based information system in order to efficiently utilize the cloud as a cloud, they must decide whether to introduce cloud-native through suitability review questions and sufficiently review development and operation costs and efficiency to promote the project. As a result of conducting a focus group interview (FGI) with a council of cloud native experts, there was an opinion that information systems can be operated in a cloud-native manner even with a monolithic structure. By fully considering the circumstances of each system, development quality and productivity, we expect to be able to operate improved to provide a stable cloud service.
Globally, cloud service is a core infrastructure that improves industrial productivity and accelerates innovation through convergence and integration with various industries, and it is expected to continuously expand the market size and spread to all industries. In particular, due to the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, the introduction of cloud services was an opportunity to be recognized as a core infrastructure to cope with the untact era. However, it is still at the preliminary stage for market expansion of cloud service in Korea. This paper aims to empirically analyze how cloud services can be accepted by users by each industry through extended Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), and what factors influence the acceptance and avoidance of cloud services to users. For this purpose, the impact and factors on the acceptance intention of cloud services were analyzed through the hypothesis test through the proposed extended technology acceptance model. The industrial sector selected four industrial sectors of education, finance, manufacturing and health care and derived factors by examining the parameters of TAM, key characteristics of the cloud and other factors. As a result of the empirical analysis, differences were found in the factors that influence the intention to accept cloud services for each of the four industry sectors, which means that there is a difference in perception of the introduction or use of cloud services by industry sector. Eventually it is expected that this study will not only help to understand the intention of using cloud services by industry, but also help cloud service providers expand and provide cloud services to each industry.

Service robots providing services according to user's needs in dynamically changing environments should be able to utilize external services such as cloud services. Cloud services are, however, changing and expanding continuously and thus the interface to the services must be general and flexible to adapt to the changes of the functionality and data of the services. In order to facilitate the adaptation of the interface to the changes, a model-based general interface to various cloud services is proposed. In this approach, a general and extensible interface is realized by defining standard service profiles that can be easily extended to adapt to the changed services. Experiments with intelligent service robots show satisfying results exhibiting flexible adaptations to new or changed external services.

Recently, usage of mobile cloud services has been increasing. In particular, beyond the constraints of a single cloud computing service, studies on the multi-cloud have been actively pursued. A user must authenticate multiple cloud service providers to use additional cloud services in a multi-cloud. In previous studies, an authentication method using single sign-on (SSO) was not available in all cloud services. Cloud services will not be available when the SSO server is not available due to malicious attacks, because all authentication is done via the SSO server. Additionally, using a broker, there is a vulnerability that can expose authentication information for the service provider to a user who did not sign up. In this paper, we propose a secure user authentication protocol using biometric authentication that does not expose user information when using additional cloud services. The proposed protocol can use a single biometric authentication for multi-cloud services without storing authentication information in each cloud service. In terms of key stability (to ensure stability through the key agreement process and the key area), by disabling various attack methods, such as man-in-the-middle attacks and replay attacks, we provide secure mobile cloud services.

The recent years, the cloud-based paradigm of cloud services are developed rapidly, it come with many a new problems. However, the collaboration between a individual with other users is still difficult. Cloud service is considered when users need to take advantage of security and the availability of cloud services. In this paper, we proposed an detection framework to detect an intrusion attack that threaten to cloud-based collaboration services and cloud security. Identify vulnerabilities and prepare for the safety of the collaboration services to create a variety of content in the cloud, it help to prevent the threats.

Recently, the various types of data are began to increase. In order to manage the data efficiently, a variety of cloud services are being made. However, while providing a cloud service, the problem is the cost and waste a lot of human power to manage the data that is generated and managed by the server. To solve this problem, it is build the cloud environment using a single board computer with Raspberry pi. In this paper, we used Raspberry pi as a cloud server to provide services for the users. And we construct a Total Server to manage the generated data. It can separate the processing of data and the provision of services. We ensure the efficient operation by building a cloud environment with Raspberry pi and by managing the data which generated in cloud environment with the total server.
