인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자의 소비자 관여에 따른 의류제품 및 웹 서비스 평가기준에 관한 연구 (Criteria of Evaluating Clothing and Web Service on Internet Shopping Mall Related to Consumer Involvement)

  • 정보기술의 급격한 발전은 새로운 시장환경인 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 증가에 영향을 미쳤다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 소비자 관여와 같은 소비자 행동을 변화시켰고, 이에 따라 마케터들은 인터넷 상에서 소비자들이 의류제품을 구매할 때 중요시하는 제품 평가기준 및 점포 평가기준에 관심을 가지게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자의 소비자관여와 인터넷 사용능력에 따라 소비자 집단을 분류하여 인터넷 상에서 각 소비자 집단에 따른 의류제품 및 웹 서비스 평가기준의 차이를 알아보았다. 본 연구의 연구대상은 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 의류제품 구매경험이 있으며, 수도권에 거주하는 $20\sim30$대 성인남녀로 판단표본 추출하였다. 설문지 방식을 사용해 자료를 수집, 총 305부를 분석에 사용하였으며, 소비자관여와 의류제품 평가기준 및 웹 서비스 평가기준을 측정하기 위한 변수들은 기존 선행연구들에서 조사한 후 본 연구에 맞도록 재구성하였다. 자료의 분석은 요인분석, 일원분산분석, Duncan test를 실시하였다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자의 소비자집단 유형은 소비자관여와 인터넷 사용능력을 기준으로 네 집단으로 분류하였으며, 쇼핑몰 이용자의 소비자집단에 따른 의류제품 평가기준의 차이를 알아본 결과, 심미적, 품질성능적, 그리고 외재적 기준 모두에서 집단간 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 인터넷 쇼핑몰 소비자집단 유형에 따른 웹 서비스 평가기준의 차이는 신뢰성, 제품관련, 거래 후 만족, 그리고 판촉/정책 기준에서 집단간 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 의류제품 및 웹 서비스 평가기준 모두에서 고관여고능력 집단과 고관여저능력 집단은 동질집단으로서 다른 집단에 비해 두 평가기준 모두를 중요시하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 고관여 소비자들은 인터넷 쇼핑 시 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 위험요소들에 대해 크게 지각하고 있어 평가기준 모두를 중요시하므로, 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 고관여 소비자집단을 만족시킬 수 있는 의류제품을 구비하도록 해야 하며, 그들이 느끼는 위험요소를 찾아 없애는데 주력하여야 할 것이다. 또한 신속 정확한 약속의 이행 등을 통해 쇼핑몰 업체의 이미지를 향상시켜야 할 것이고 거래 후에도 제품의 교환이나 반품 및 환불에 대해서도 끝까지 책임을 짐으로써 고객에게 만족을 주어야 한다.

미국상점의 환불제도하의 의복구매행동 특성 -미국거주 한국인을 대상으로- (The Characteristics o Clothing Buying Behavior Under The Refund Policy of U.S. Stores - Focus on Korean Subjects Living in U.S-)

  • The main objectives of this study were to investigate the characteristics of clothing buying behavior under the refund policy of stores (CCBBURPS) and the influence variables on CCBBURPS and to build the model of CCBBURPS. Additionally frequency and reasons for refund were researched. The interviews with 26 subjects the reviews of previous studies and the empirical investigation were processed for the study. The data was collected from 163 Korean females living in U.S. and analyzed by frequency mean factor analysis {{{{ chi ^2 }}-test, t-test and regression. The following results were found : the easyness of decision making (EDM) the loyalty of refund policy store (LRPS) and the increase of buying (IB) were found as the characteristics of clothing buying behaviors under the refund policy. EDM, LRPS and IB were influenced by clothing attitudes-shopping involvement and perceived buying risk-. The frequency of refund with 10 purchases was usually 0~1 times(38.7%) or 1~2 times (38.7%) The reasons for refund were : size unflattering appearance design com\ulcorner. The model of CCBBURPS was built based on the above findings(fig. 1)

특수의복에 관한 실태조사 연구 -한국과 미국의 교과과정과 연구경향분석을 중심으로- (Comparative Analysis of Curriculum and Research Trends Related to Clothing for Persons with Special Needs between Korea and America)

  • With the purpose of identifying clothing for persons with special needs one of new directions in Clothing and Textiles, this pater comparatively analyzed current curriculum and research trends related to this field between Korea and America. Questionaire was distributed to 25 Korean colleges with Clothing and Textiles department and 4 American colleges known for special clothing study. Questions regarded the name of course, level (grade), number of credit houre, prerequisits and supporting courses, subjects of lecture and projects, way of managing lecture and projects, evaluation system, other special characteristics. Resources for analyzing research trends are Thesis and Dissertations in Clothing and Textiles, Research Journal of Clothing & Textiles/Home Economics Association, College Professors' research reports collection, of both Korea and America. Years of publications are 1972∼1986 (America), 1978∼1988 (Korea). Findings are as follows; 1. Clothing for special needs can be classified into various groups; Clothing for physically handicapped, mentally retarded, elderly, unusual-sized, pregnant/nursing mothers, institutionalized, protective clothing, uniform/career apparel. 2. Management of coursework related to special clothing has several common characteristics specially in America; Building-up coursework, problem-solving orientation, cooperative team-preject, interdisciplinary approach, client-versus-designer preference, community involvement. In Korea, a few school only has special clothing coursework and its scope of study was very limited. 3. Majority of research reports done with the subjects of special clothing had made for physically handicapped people and the elderly. Protective clothing and uniform have recently been paid much interests. 4. Researchers had mainly concerned on Design and Construction Aspects and nextly on social-psychological aspects. However, in America, selection and care aspects and marketing aspects of special clothing have been very procuctive issues recently. 5. Study on clothing for special needs has several opportunities to be stressed and improvements to be strengthened. Opportunities included active participation to the welfare of community society, strong publicity of accurate professional image, share with business and industry, interdisciplinary approach and new job market. Improvements were discussed in terms of strengthening supporting courses/prerequistes, intensifying interdisciplinary cooperation, provoking strong community involvement and securing financial support and research funds.

한국과 중국 대학생들의 쇼핑가치에 따른 의류점포속성 중요도 비교 (A Cross-National Comparison of the Importance of Apparel Store Attributes for Shopping Values between Korean and Chinese College Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국과 중국 대학생을 대상으로 의복쇼핑가치 유형을 밝히고 쇼핑가치 유형에 따라 한국과 중국의 대학생들의 의류점포속성 중요도에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고, 각 세분집단에서 한국과 중국에 대학생들에 따라 의류점포속성 중요도에 차이가 있는지를 알아보았다. 한국의 경우 고 관여 쇼핑 집단의 응답자들은 다른 집단들 보다 점포 분위기, 편의성, 판매원의 행동을 더 중요하게 생각하고 있었다. 반면 중국 소비자들의 경우 쾌락적 쇼핑 집단인 다른 집단들 보다 점포 분위기를 더 중요시 여기고 있었으며 고 관여 쇼핑 집단이 다른 집단들 보다 점포 분위기, 점포 서비스, 제품의 구색과 편의성을 더 중요하게 생각하고 있었다. 쾌락적 쇼핑 집단에서 한국 응답자들은 중국 응답자들 보다 서비스를 더 중요시 여기고 있었으며 중국의 응답자들은 점포의 편의성 더 한국의 응답자들보다 더 중요하게 생각하고 있었다. 저 관여 쇼핑 집단에서 한국의 응답자들은 중국의 응답자들보다 점포의 분위기와 서비스, 다양한 상품의 구색을 갖추고 있는지를 더 중요하게 생각하고 있었다. 고 관여 쇼핑 집단에서 한국의 응답자들은 중국의 응답자들보다 판매원의 행동 부분들을 더 중요하게 생각하고 있었으며 중국의 응답자들은 한국의 응답자들보다 점포의 거리와 같은 편리성 부분을 더 중요하게 생각하고 있었다. 실용 쇼핑 집단에서 한국의 응답자들이 중국의 응답자들보다 점포의 서비스, 상품구색, 판매원을 더 중요하게 생각하고 있었다.

향수 관여수준별 향수 소비행동 및 향기감성태도에 관한 연구 (Perfume Consumption Behaviors and Fragrance Sensibility Attitude according to Perfume Involvement Levels)

  • 본 연구에서는 향수 관여수준에 따른 향수 제품의 사용 및 구매행동과 가장 선호하는 향수 제품에 대한 향기감성태도를 고찰하였다. 자료수집은 한국에서 가장 핵심적인 향수 소비자층으로 인식되고 있는 20-24세 여성인 241명의 여대생을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 요인분석, t-검정 등을 통해 분석되었다. 결과로 향수 제품 사용 및 구매행동과 향기감성태도의 일부 항목에 있어 향수 관여수준 집단간 차이가 발견되었다. 특히 향수 관여수준이 높은 집단은 낮은 집단에 비하여 향수제품 소유개수, 사용빈도, 구매액이 더 많았으며, 향수 전문점을 더 많이 활용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 향수 고관여 집단은 타인에게 좋은 이미지를 주기 위하여 사용하는 비율이 더 높았으며, 향수 시향 테스트를 더 중요한 정보원으로 고려하였다. 또한 여대생들은 유쾌하며 젊은 감성의 향수 향기를 가장 선호하고 자극적이며 강한 향을 좋아하지 않았는데, 특히 고관여 집단은 저관여 집단에 비하여 도회적이고 현대적인 향기감성이 느껴지는 향수를 더 선호하는 것으로 파악되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 향수 제품개발과 마케팅을 위한 제안점들이 제시되었다.

조정변수로서 소비자의 유행관여, 상표친숙성, 부정적 정보가 의류상표확장 평가에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Fashion Involvement, Familiarity and Expertise of Negative Information as Moderate Variable on Extended Apparel Brand Evaluation)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate whether customers' fashion involvement, brand familiarity, and expertise of negative information moderate the influence of the original brand attitudes on the attitude toward extended brand attitudes in the fashion market. For these purposes, four hypotheses were developed and data was collected from 480 students. Data was analyzed using SPSS methods such as factor analysis, frequency, 1-test, and moderated regression analysis. The results were as follows; first, it was found that the original brand attitudes positively influence the extended brand attitudes. Second, the influence of the original brand attitudes on the extended brand attitudes was stronger when fashion involvement was high rather than low. Third, in the case that perceived similarity between the original and the extended product classes was high, the influence of the original brand attitudes on the extended brand attitudes was stronger when brand familarity was high. Fourth, the influence of original brand attitudes on the extended brand attitudes was stronger when the perceived expertise of negative information source on the extended brand was high. Therefore, the results suggest that extending brands requires the systematic brand management considering customers' variables such as fashion involvement, brand familiarity, negative information etc. Also, it seems that the brand strategy should be based on the segmentation for targeted customers' characteristics.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 소비자의 공정성 지각이 불평처리 후 재구매의도와 부정적 구전의도에 미치는 영향 -패션관여도 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Effect of Perceived Justice on Postcomplaint Behavior in the Internet Open Market -Focused on the Moderating Effect of Fashion Involvement-)

  • The purposes of this study were (1) to identify the effects of perceived justice on trust, commitment, repurchasing, and negative word-of-mouth intention in the Open Market by recovering the customer's dissatisfaction, and (2) to compare the effects of perceived justice between two consumer groups divided by the level of fashion involvement(High/Low). In this survey, the respondents were 369 consumers who experienced dissatisfaction in the Open Market in a year. The data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis, and multiple group analysis using Amos 7.0 program. The results were as follows. It tested main effect of perceived justice on trust and commitment with dissatisfaction handling. 1) As expected, all of the perceived justice had the positive effects on trust. 2) However, only interactional justice positively influenced on commitment. 3) The customers' trust had the positive effect on the customers' commitment after the perception of justice. 4) The trust and commitment had the positive effects on repurchasing intention. 5) However, trust negatively influenced on negative word-of-mouth intention and commitment positively influenced on negative word-of-mouth intention. 6) The consumer groups classified by the level of fashion involvement showed significantly different effects of perceived justice on postcomplaint behavior.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 의류제품 구매결정요인 (Purchase Decision Factors on Clothing in Internet Shopping Mall)

  • This study aims to find out the influential factors and the relative power of these factors on the clothing purchase decision in internet shopping mall. For this purpose, this study surveyed 500 male and female consumers in their 20's~40's for empirical analysis who have ever purchased clothing through internet shopping malls. Respondents are selected using the convenience sampling through internet survey in August 2011. For statistical analysis descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis are carried out using SPSS for Windows 12.0. The results are as follows. First, purchase decision is significantly affected by the expressional/physical properties of the product and product pictures. Second, purchase decision is significantly affected by the usefulness of shopping mall and the importance of purchase. Third, in consumer related factors, product value awareness, reliability of shopping mall, clothing involvement, psychological/economical perceived risks and age affect purchase decision. Fourth, in the regression analysis of the above significant variables on purchase decision, the order of power of these influential factors is expressional/physical properties of product, the importance of purchase, product picture, age and clothing involvement. The results of this study will help internet fashion enterprises to handle the variables of product, shopping mall, and consumer related for enhancing the purchase rate.

여대생의 자기이미지와 미디어관여가 외모관리행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of female college students' self-image and media involvement on appearance management behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify effects of female college students' self-image on appearance management behavior and investigate the differences caused by TV involvement and entertainer imitation on the appearance managing behavior. Respondents of the survey were 424 college females living in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. For statistical analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression were conducted using SPSS 18.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, self-image among college females were composed of 5 factors, which were active image, feminine image, intelligent image, gentle image and modern image. Second, college females' self-image influenced on skin management behavior, hair management behavior, make-up behavior, clothing behavior and weight management behavior significantly. Specifically, as respondents' active image and modern image are getting higher, they tend to perform skin management behavior, hair management behavior and clothing behavior. As female students' intellectual image and modern image were getting higher, more positive effects were found on make-up behavior. As female students' gentle image and active image were getting higher, there was more positive effects on weight management behavior. But, female students' self-image didn't show significant effects on cosmetic surgery behavior. Third, when subjects' TV involvement was high, self-image made greater effect on skin management behavior and cosmetic surgery behavior than those with low TV involvement. Forth, when entertainer imitation was high, self-image made greater effects on skin management behavior, hair management behavior, clothing behavior, make-up behavior, weight management behavior, cosmetic surgery behavior than those with low entertainer management.

사이클웨어에 대한 전자 구전 정보 탐색 행동 (eWOM Information Search Behavior of Cycle Wear)

  • The purpose of this research is to scrutinize the cyclist's consumer behavior by analyzing the eWOM information search behavior of cycle-wear according to benefits sought and involvement. The research was conducted through an online survey and the respondents were 291 men who wore cycle-wear and searched information via online. The results of this research are as following. First, the benefits sought from wearing cycle apparel are composed of five sub-factors such as, ideal body figure, brand ostentation, comfort ease, personality, and economic feasibility. In addition, the cycle-wear involvement consisted of two sub-factors: cycling involvement and fashion involvement. Second, the eWOM information search behavior of cyclists was different depending on the benefits sought by the cyclists. When the cyclists pursued ideal body figure they searched more information of design and color, while cyclists put more weight on the information of design, color, and brand when they sought brand ostentation. Moreover, the valence and the type of the information were dissimilar depending on the benefits sought. Third, the sub-factors of eWOM information search behavior affected the eWOM effect distinctively. The price information was the only factor that influenced the eWOM effect among the contents of the information. The valence of the information influenced the eWOM effect, and the effect of positive information was stronger than negative information. Additionally, the subjective information also affected the eWOM effect. Lastly, the effect of the benefits sought influencing the eWOM information search behavior varied by the difference of the cycle-wear involvement. For example, when they are both high in the involvement there were various benefits sought affecting the eWOM information search behavior. However, when only the cycling involvement was high, and they pursued personality, the price information was not important to them.
