본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생이 인지하는 임상실습 교육환경, 실습교과목 만족도 및 전공 만족도와의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 일개 지역의 간호학과 118명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였다. 2017년 9월 자료수집을 하였고, 기술통계와 Pearson's correlation으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 임상실습 교육환경의 평균은 $3.32{\pm}0.41$점, 실습교과목 만족도의 평균은 $3.88{\pm}0.55$점, 전공만족도 평균은 $3.99{\pm}2.30$점이었다. 임상실습 교육환경과 실습교과목 만족도는(r=.586, p=.000) 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있고, 실습교과목 만족도와 전공만족도(r=.560, p=.000), 임상실습 교육환경과 전공만족도는(r=.530, p=.000) 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 각 변수간의 관계가 있음을 확인하였고, 이후 세부영역에 따른 연구를 통해 임상실습 교육환경을 개선하여 실습교과목과 전공만족도를 높일 수 있는 효과적 방안이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore clinical practice performance according to type of practice in students in pediatric nursing and the relationship with satisfaction of clinical practice. Methods: The subjects consisted of 531 nursing students (307 at a pediatric ward and 224 at a nursery) from 5 colleges of nursing. Data collected from March to June 2012 were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, AVONA and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: Clinical practice performance on direct nursing activity was significantly different according to the course on pediatric nursing, grade point average, and satisfaction of nursing major. Observation practice was different according to type of college, the course on pediatric nursing, grade point average, duration of practice and clinical educator in the pediatric ward. In the nursery, direct nursing activity was significantly different according to the type of college, the course on pediatric nursing, hospital type, and duration of practice. Observation practice was different according to type of college, satisfaction of a nursing major, and the clinical educator. In addition, significant correlations were found between clinical practice performance and satisfaction of clinical practice. Conclusion: Our research can assist effective pediatric nursing practice planning for nursing students.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the current status of the relationship between clinical practice stress, satisfaction and self-concept of dental hygiene department students in order to effectively implement the clinical practice, which is a necessary course for professional dental hygienists. Methods: The subjects in this study were 299 dental hygiene department students who participated in clinical practice. The survey was conducted from November 1, 2017 to December 31, using self-filling questionnaire (INJE 2017-08-004-002). Statistical analysis was conducted to identify the clinical practice characteristics, clinical practice stress, satisfaction and self-concept and the results according to clinical practice characteristics were compared through t-test and ANOVA. The regression analysis was conducted to identify the effects on self concept. Results: Clinical practice stress, satisfaction and self concept were identified to be significant(p<0.01). Multiple regression analysis results of the factors affecting self concept of study subjects showed that self concept was statistically significant in grade, education programs and satisfaction. Conclusions: Self-concept, clinical practice stress and satisfaction were significantly correlated. In order to raise the quality of clinical practice and to become a professional dental hygienist, it is necessary to continue research on the measures to improve the stress management and satisfaction in clinical practice for establishing self-concept.

Purpose : This study was investigation of satisfaction in clinical practice of students in a college. Methods : 250 students were participated in this study for 8 weeks though getting results of clinical practice from 1, 2, 3 clinic hospitals. Results : This was for knowing about achievement, It could figure out the increasing achievement the higher satisfaction with education and environment for clinical practice of physical therapy. As a result, whole satisfactions for environment and course or education in clinical practice was higher. Conclusion : This research was not too much higher satisfaction on participated students in clinical practice. So, it needs to suggest to more study for increasing satisfaction on clinical practice.

Purpose: This research was to examine some 4-year dental technology students perceptions of field learning environment(FLE). Methods: This study was conducted from October 15th to November 30th, 2017. 163 copies were used as the final analysis data. We surveyed questionnaire 163 of some 4-year dental technology students. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 22.0 for windows, and frequency analysis, chi-square test analysis, and correlation analysis were performed. Results: Satisfaction of practicing educator 3.88, satisfaction of clinical practice 3.49, major satisfaction 3.34, and university life satisfaction 3.25. Factors influencing satisfaction with clinical practice were clinical practice place, number of clinical practice sites, work done in clinical practice, and difficulties (p < .05). There was a significant positive correlation between satisfaction with clinical practice and satisfaction with major (P < .05). Conclusion: The results of this study, we were able to check the current field learning environment(FLE) and actual condition of students. Through the investigation of the desired clinical practice, it is anticipated that it will be possible to provide a field learning environment suitable for the course of the field desired by the user.

본 연구는 효과적인 임상실습을 위하여 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 특성을 조사하기 위하여 대구, 경부지역의 치위생(학)과에 임상실습 경험이 있는 228명의 학생들을 대상으로 전공에 대한 실습여건 특성에 따른 임상실습 만족도를 분석하였다. 학생들의 전공에 대한 실습여건이 4년제인 경우, 전공의 만족도가 높은 경우, 실습병원 선택권이 본인인 경우, 실습병원의 치과위생사 수가 많은 경우 임상실습 시 만족도가 높았으며(p<.05). 4년제인 경우, 전공의 만족도가 높은 경우, 실습병원의 치과위생사 수가 많은 경우 임상실습 평가 만족도가 높게 나타났다(p<.05). 학생들의 전공에 대한 실습여건이 4년제 학제인 경우, 전공의 만족도가 높은 경우, 치과병원인 경우, 실습병원 선택권이 본인인 경우, 치과위생사 수가 많은 경우 대인관계 만족도가 높았으며(p<.05), 4년제인 경우, 전공만족도가 높은 경우, 실습병원 선택권이 학교와 본인인 경우 실습 후 만족도가 높게 나타났다(p<.05).

Purpose: This study was to compare the influencing factors of clinical competence between associate and bachelor nursing students completing nursing courses. Method: The subjects were 429 students completing the nursing courses (172 bachelor course students, and 257 associate course students). The study design was cross sectional. Results: Bachelor students showed a significant higher score in clinical competence than associate students. There were significant influencing factors on clinical competence including critical thinking disposition, professional conduct, communication skill, theoretical education satisfaction, and practice education satisfaction. The strongest factor influencing clinical competence was critical thinking disposition. All the factors mentioned above explained 49% of clinical competence in associate courses, and 40.0% in bachelor courses excluding the factor of practice education satisfaction. The level of theoretical and practice education satisfaction of bachelor courses was significantly lower than associate. Conclusion: It is recommended that associate course nursing students should be encouraged in critical thinking disposition, professional conduct, and communication skill. Bachelor course nursing students should be encouraged in practical education including practical environments, instruction methods, and content for improving clinical competence.

Purpose : The purpose of the research is that get a cut above clinical practice effect through satisfaction of clinical training, practical training, content, oversight of training and evaluation system. Clinical training consists of part of university in Gwang Ju and Jeon nam. Method : The target of training student was studying at physiotherapy a tree or four-year-course collage in Gwang ju and Jean nam. Data collection period is from 21 November 2012 to 1 February. We explained how to do a means of collecting data and get students consent fill in questionnaire. Data collection prossed by using spss 10.1 program also independent proofs, descriptive statistics, crosstabulation, regression analysis and frequency analysis. Results : The subjects average age is 24 in general characteristic. A school system of subjects was a tree-year-course students. They were 58people(39.1%). A school system of subjects was a four-year-course students. They were 90people(60.9%).The male was 72(48.6%) and the female was 76(51.4%). We researched to know about satisfaction of clinical training, practical training, content, environment of practical establishment, trainee manage and evaluation method. All-round satisfaction of clinical training average was 1.90 Satisfaction of clinical training period and content average was 1.83Satisfaction of environment of practical establishment average was 1.88 Satisfaction of clinical training establishments' trainee manage and evaluation average was 1.94 Conclusion : It is important that student can get specific their future and can do at clinical throught clinical training after their graduation improving satisfaction of clinical training would give to impact a physical therapist reserve.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of clinical practice and associated factors with satisfaction among students in the department of emergency medical service. Methods : The study subjects were 498 students who finished clinical practice course in 9 universities. General characteristics, current status of clinical practice, frequency of some medical procedure and practice satisfaction were collected using self-administered questionnaire. The association between clinical practice and satisfaction was tested by t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results : Of 498 students, 257 (51.6%) subjects were male and the mean age was $22.1{\pm}2.01$. The overall satisfaction score of clinical practice was $96.76{\pm}18.04$. Male students had higher satisfaction scores than that of female. The students who were satisfied with the emergency room practice wanted to work in hospital or fire station and they had a tendency to take paramedic as their lifelong career. The students preferred to practicing in the emergency department that hire the paramedic. Conclusion : Gender, grades, future jobs, occupational views, practical places, agency orientation, departments, and educators were associated with educational satisfaction. The practice program considering the results of this study will help to increase the educational satisfaction in students of emergency medical service.

방사선과 학생의 임상실습 만족도에 관한 조사연구 목적은 임상실습을 더욱 효율적으로 시행하기 위해 기초조사 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 수도권에 소재한 대학에 재학 중인 방사선과 학생 227명을 조사 대상으로 2004년 1월부터 2월까지 임상실습 만족에 관한 항목을 8개 항목으로 나누어 설문조사하여 SPSS/PC+ 통계프로그램으로 분석하였다. 1. 설문조사 8개 항목의 평균점수는 3.64이고, 임상실습 내용에 대한 만족도는 4.00, 임상실습 분야별 만족도는 3.64, 임상실습시간에 대한 만족도는 3.69, 임상실습 후 만족도는 3.88, 임상실습 후 대인관계에 대한 만족도는 3.72, 임상실습평가에 대한 만족도는 3.21, 임상실습지도에 대한 만족도는 3.37, 임상실습 환경에 대한 만족도는 3.57로 나타났다. 2. 임상실습 시기는 대부분 3학년 1학기, 3학년 여름방학 또는 3학년 2학기에 시행하고 있으며, 학생들의 의견은 3학년 1학기 또는 2학년 겨울방학을 선호한 것으로 나타나 대학의 교과과정에 따라 차이가 있을 수 있기에 합리적인 임상실습 시기를 선택해야겠다. 3. 실습평가에 있어서 보다 객관적이고 타당성 있는 평가기준과 폭넓게 활용할 수 있는 표준화된 실습교재 개발이 시급히 필요하며, 대학교수는 병원횟수를 좀 더 늘려 학생들의 임상실습에 관심을 가져야겠다.
