대기 중 이산화탄소 농도 및 온도 증가와 강수 패턴 변화에 따른 가뭄 정도 및 횟수의 변화는 습지에서 발생하는 온실가스의 양에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 습지에 존재하는 다양한 미생물 군집(탈질세균 및 메탄생성세균) 이 온실가스 생성에 있어 중요한 역할을 감당한다. 본 논문은 지금까지 전지구적 기후변화가 습지에서의 온실가스 발생과 관련 미생물 군집에 미치는 영향에 관한 다양한 연구를 정리하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 대기 중 이산화탄소 농도와 기온 증가는 일반적으로 온실가스 생성을 증가시켰다. 반면, 가뭄의 영향은 기체 종류와 가뭄 정도에 따라 다양한 결과가 보고되었다. 기후변화에 따른 미생물 군집의 변화는 습지시스템에서 보고된 연구의 부족으로 인해 특정한 결론을 도출할 수 없었다. 본 총설은 습지에서 미생물을 매개로 한 반응을 연구함에 있어 관련 미생물 군집구조의 특성을 파악하고, 다양한 환경인자에 대한 그들의 반응을 알아내는 것과 미생물 반응과 군집구조간의 상관 관계를 도출하는 것의 중요성을 제안한다. 이는 향후 전지구적 기후 변화가 습지의 생태학적 기능에 미칠 영향을 더 잘 이해하고 예측하는데 있어 매우 중요할 것이라 사료된다.

본 논문은 한반도의 기후변화 영향이 수자원에 미치는 영향을 물부족과 가뭄을 중심으로 분석하였고 대상지역은 4대 하천이 중심이 되었다. 물론 기후변화의 영향은 강수량의 증가로 인한 홍수피해의 증가와 온도 상승 및 강수량의 감소로 인한 가뭄의 증가로 구분되어 설명해야 한다. 하지만 본 논문에서는 자료의 한계와 홍수피해를 산정하기 위한 우리나라의 침수피해모형이 존재하지 않기 때문에 기후변화의 영향이 가뭄피해에 국한되어 연구의 한계점을 가지고 있다. 또한 기후변화가 수자원에 영향을 주는 것을 확률적으로 분석할 필요성이 있으나 본 논문에서는 gamma function을 이용하여 실패확률 5% 이내에서 추산하였기 때문에 다양한 확률모형으로 연구의 분석 방법을 확장할 수 있다. 정치한 분석을 위해서 할인율은 단기, 중기, 장기로 구분하여 각각 2.76%, 1.45%, 0.62%로 가정하여 분석하였다. 전체적인 한강수계를 제외하고는 단기에 피해비용이 발생하지 않는 것으로 나타난다. 한강의 경우는 생활용수의 급격한 증가로 인하여 물 수요가 증가하는 것이 초기에 물 부족 현상으로 인하여 지속적인 피해를 발생시키는 것으로 나타났다.

The effects of Climate change and Installation Price for Photovoltaic System were investigated through power generation analysis and economic analysis though. Photovoltaic System would be the same as governmental regulated 3 KW capacity used for the analysis. Also climate information which are serviced on the KMA (Korea Meteorological Administration) used as well. The experimental results indicate that climate change and installation price change could be influenced more higher on photovoltaic system than last 30-years. Furthermore the economic advantages could be higher on the future.

The purpose of this study is to examine the negative effects of silence climate on the innovation behavior and LMX (Leader-Member Exchange). In order to test our model, we conducted a survey based on the questionnaire. Results showed that silence climate had a negative effect on the innovation behavior and LMX. Secondly, The LMX had a positive effect on innovation behavior. Moreover, the LMX partially mediated silence climate and the innovation behavior. Finally, we drew a conclusion by discussing limitations and implications of the research, and suggested directions for further researches.

The main purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of participation motivation of continuing professional development between the level of organizational learning transfer climate and learning transfer. In the analysis of the relationship among the level of the organizational learning transfer climate, learning transfer and participation motivation of CPD, organizational learning transfer climate had indirect influence on learning transfer through participation motivation of CPD. Based upon the findings of this study, several suggestions were made to improve professional engineers' participation and learning transfer in CPD and implement future research on professional engineer's CPD.

The spatial resolution of local weather and climate information for agronomic practices exceeds the current weather service scale. To supplement the insufficient spatial resolution of official forecasts and observations, gridded climate data are frequently generated. Most ecological models can be run using gridded climate data to produce ecosystem responses at landscape scales. In this lecture, state of the art techniques derived from geospatial climatology, which can generate gridded climate data by spatially interpolating point observations at synoptic weather stations, will be introduced. Removal of the urban effects embedded in the interpolated surfaces of daily minimum temperature, incorporation of local geographic potential for cold air accumulation into the minimum temperature interpolation scheme, and solar irradiance correction for daytime hourly temperature estimation are presented. Some experiences obtained from their application to real landscapes will be described.

The significance of this study is to see the influence of experience environmental education program on youth's environmental consciousness due to climate change. An experience environmental education can provide an opportunity to make cooperative interaction with friends and can give interest in surrounding environment. Also in this study, it reveals that experience education played an important role in changing of attitude and awareness to environment and nature. As climate change is very important through all countries, these positive effects suggest that experienced environmental education lessons are important for the future generation's awareness on climate change and environmental consciousness.

Experiencing work as a calling has been associated with various positive work-related attitudes and outcomes. Recent studies have examined personal and contextual factors related to job calling; however, gaps remain in the literature on how employees' perception of organizational environment may lead to the formation of employees' job calling. We focused on psychological climate of innovation as the predictor of employees' job calling and further investigated its effect on extra-role behaviors, including innovative work behavior (IWB) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). A total of 165 Malaysian employees from diverse industries and organizations participated in a self-reported online questionnaire. We found support for the mediation model in which the association between a psychological climate of innovation and increased extra-role behaviors through increased job calling. Altogether, these findings provided new insights into the important role of innovative climate on employees' job calling and the mediating role of job calling on extra-role behaviors within occupational settings. Theoretical and practical implications are further discussed.
