  • Airway clearance technique are used to aid in mucus clearance in a variety of disease states. In this review I discuss airway physiology including airway mucus, action of airways, and airway resistance and review the literature and theory regarding forced expiratory technique, active cycle of breathing technique, and autogenic drainage. Also, I look at the appropriate device such as positive expiratory pressure mask(PEP mask), Flutter, and HFCWO(Vest system) which can be applied in the field of respiratory physical therapy. This study is provided as the basic resource regarding the application method of respiratory physical therapy.

  • EDI is fast becoming the standard way of exchanging business documents, not only in this country but throughout the world. The purpose of EDI is currently being used for all the most common business transactions such as purchase orders, invoice, quotes, bill of lading, status reports, receiving advices; and also for some very specific transaction. Thus, the purpose of this study, by way of literature survey and survey research are to find the effectiveness in EDI Service of Clearance Physical. The model of the Trust Dimension and EDI Provider Loyalty in EDI Service of Clearance Physical is tested here using data from 163 samples. Based on the research model, a comprehensive set of hypotheses is formulated and a methodology for testing them is outlined. some of the hypotheses are tested empirically to demonstrate the applicability of the theoretical model. In examining the relationships of the Clearance EDI determinants factors, Trust and e-loyalty show in significantly by customs practice trust, clearance EDI, EDI provider trust and clearance EDI loyalty. but that show in not significantly by a list of names, EDI benevolence.

  • This paper presents dynamic clearance verification considering engine movement for vehicle engine room package and validates through physical vehicle test. Traditionally, static clearance guide has been used for engine room package, but it's only 2-dimension criteria that results in requiring unnecessary space and it's not possible to conduct engine movement with real driving conditions. Thus, the dynamic DMU considers engine movement based on 28 load cases that are Roll Data analyzed by CAE for maximum engine movement and visualizes part-to-part dynamic clearance into virtual space. The dynamic DMU enables to develop compact engine room package without unnecessary space. The result of comparison between simulation and physical test has 0.892 correlation coefficient.

  • Tip clearance losses occur in every turbomachine. To estimate the losses in efficiency it is important to understand the mechanism of this secondary flow. Tip clearance losses are mainly caused by a spiral vortex formed on the suction side of the blade of a turbomachine, which induces a drag and also has an influence on the incident flow of the blades. In this paper a physical based scaling method is developed out of an analytical ansatz for the tip clearance losses. This scaling method is validated by measurements on an axial fan with five different tip clearances.

  • The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of silver spike point (SSP) low frequency electrical stimulation on glomerular filtration rate (GFR), specifically, such as diuretic action in 24 hour urine and in plasma analysis from normal volunteer. The current of 1 Hz continue type (CT) of SSP low frequency electrical stimulation significantly decreased in plasma creatine from normal volunteer. However, the urine creatinine clearance (Ccr) was significantly increased by SSP low frequency electrical stimulation in normal volunteer. These results suggest that the SSP low frequency electrical stimulation, especially current of 1 Hz continue type, significantly regulates urine creatinine clearance and glomerular filtration rate from normal volunteer. Therefore, the SSP low frequency electrical stimulation is a good regulator through a diuretic action of hypertension.

  • In this paper I tried to explain and survey various aspects of the Physical Distribution Service through EDI based on Automated Cargo Clearance System of Japan. As the world import-export System have gradually standardized, the Japanese system on air and sea cargo clearance system will effect on Korea promoting rationalization policy of harbor, electronic or automatic technology of import-export Clearance System. Because the rational reform of the present cargo transportation system of Korea might have been inevitable in the growth of a global Electronic Data System, Therefore the object of the paper is to suggest policy direction and provide the necessary of the Nippon Automated Cargo Clearance System, that is, NACCS about air and sea Cargo Clearance System. The most important thing in this study is that the author put the stress on research and analyzes of the application in Korea.

  • A gas turbine is the main equipment of a power plant that generates electricity by high-speed rotation of the rotor in a high-temperature environment. In particular, in the case of medium to large-sized gas turbines, the rotor is composed of a plurality of stages, and each component is exposed to different physical environments. Especially, in the case of the tip clearance of the turbine, it is a very important factor in the performance of the design items and the operation of the stable turbine, and a design considering the physical behavior of all major parts should be done. In this study, we will discuss the process of visualizing the physical behavior of turbine operating conditions and the method of designing tip clearance for stable operation by using commercial finite element analysis program for gas turbine assembly model and single product.

Regional Structure of International Physical Distribution through Clearance Depot (통관거점을 이용한 국제물류의 지역구조)

  • This study is to clarify regional structure and connection of international physical distribution through clearance depot of Cheongju customs of inland location. The trade of clearance depot of Cheongju customs industrial characteristics reflects of territorial hinterland. As origins and destinations of freight as exports and imports region, territories of Cheongju customs trade mainly with Japan, China, and USA. Origin and destination of freight of Cheongju customs territory are hinterland and foreland of Incheon International Airport and Busan port. In case of export, foreland of Busan port is board, and in case of import, the hinterlands of Incheon International Airport and Busan port are similar. Clearance depot of inland-located Cheongju is construct by the advantages of rapidness and inexpensive cost. And the kind of freight and system of physical distribution of each enterprise show different characteristics. For each export and import freight, each shipper corporation has its own physical distribution system, and structure of international distribution is classified into export pattern of bonded industry and bonded warehouse. Again the patterns of bonded warehouse are distinguished free on board price system with division of labor in base of production in overseas, free on board price system, and cost-insurance-freight with division of labor in base of production in overseas. These Phenomena are caused by transaction between headquarter and its overseas corporation, initiative freight handling of export corporation, choice of inexpensive cost, and international convention.

Kinematic Analysis of the Hurdle Clearance Technique used by World Top Class Women's Hurdler (세계 정상급 여자 허들 선수들이 사용하는 허들 넘는 기술의 운동학적 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the kinematic characteristics of 5th hurdle clearance during the 100m hurdle final competition at the 2010 Colorful DaeGu pre-championship meeting. This study was also intended to provide the technical data for better performance for preparing the 2011 world championship. Lee and Jung need to change technical movement by reducing the distance of the take-off point from the hurdle and by decreasing the vertical velocity of the C.G.(center of gravity) at the takeoff. Powell's angle of the take-off leg showed bigger at the touchdown and smaller at the takeoff comparing to Lee's and Jung's. Furthermore, Powell's horizontal velocity of the C.G. was maintained at the takeoff and touchdown. So, Lee and Jung need to change angle of the take-off leg the same as Powell's. Both Lee and Jung need to increase the angle of landing leg at the touchdown. In addition to increasing the angle Jung needs to improve the knee and ankle velocity with the hurdling leg.

Performance Analysis of Men's 110-m Hurdles using Rhythmic Units

  • Objective: This study aimed to create a strategic training method to enhance optimal athletic ability using information from 1H to 10H rhythmic units. Method: Top three world class athletes and three national winners of 110-m hurdle finals from the 2010 Daegu International Athletics Competition and 2017 National Athletics Championship, respectively, were selected. To analyze the kinematic variables, Dartfish 9.0 was used for two-dimensional analysis. Results: Regarding the interval time from the start to the finish line, the national athletes took less time during the pure acceleration phase (start to 1H) than the foreign athletes. The horizontal velocity increase was slower after 1H; the national athletes showed a lack of ability to accelerate at the interval phases. Moreover, the hurdle clearance time between phases was longer in the national athletes than in the foreign athletes and lacked consistency. Conclusion: The national athletes lacked the ability to accelerate at the transition, maximum rhythm, rhythm maintenance, and re-acceleration phases and showed a longer hurdle clearance time. If technical improvements and strategic training methods using rhythmic units are applied for hurdling motions, the national athlete's hurdling abilities, performance, and consistency could improve.
