Hyaluronic acid 함유 콘택트렌즈의 습윤성과 착용감 향상 효과 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Wettability and Comfort in Contact lens with Hyaluronic acid)

  • 목적: 인공눈물, 렌즈용 다목적 용액, 화장품, 근골격계 용제에 널리 사용되고 있는 히알루론산(hyaluronic acid, HA)의 콘택트렌즈의 습윤성과 착용감에 대한 효과를 알아보기 위해 HA가 첨가된 콘택트렌즈(+HA)와 HA가 첨가되지 않은 렌즈(-HA)를 임상 평가하여 비교하였다. 방법: 안질환이 없는 대학생 28명을 대상으로 하여 4주 동안 우안에는 HA가 첨가된 렌즈(+HA, With HA)를 좌안에는 HA가 첨가되지 않은 렌즈(-HA, Without HA)를 착용하여, 좌안을 대조군으로 우안을 비교하였다. 이 때, 렌즈 도수는 등가구면으로 처방하고, 자동굴절검사기를 이용해 덧댐굴절검사를 한 뒤 2주와 4주 동안 렌즈 착용 후 눈물검사, 전안부 검사, 피팅 용이성 평가, 표면 습윤성 검사, 설문조사를 시행하였다. 결과: 히알루론산이 첨가된 렌즈(+HA)가 -HA 렌즈보다 우수한 습윤성을 보였으며, 눈물량은 +HA 렌즈 착용자에서는 4주 동안 차이가 크지 않았지만, -HA 렌즈 착용자에서는 4주가 되면서 눈물량이 줄어드는 결과를 보였다. +HA와 -HA 렌즈 착용자의 충혈정도는 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 렌즈 피팅은 +HA 렌즈에서 용이한 것으로 나타났다. 설문조사 결과에서 착용감, 습윤감, 세척의 용이성과 건조감은 +HA 렌즈가 -HA 렌즈에 비해 우수한 결과를 보였으나, 충혈정도와 렌즈 취급성은 차이가 적은 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 히알루론산이 첨가된 소프트콘택트렌즈(+HA)는 HA가 첨가되지 않은 소프트콘택트렌즈(-HA)에 비해 렌즈착용에 따른 표면 습윤성을 높임으로써 착용감을 증진시키는 것으로 사료된다.

매스티지 브랜드의 소비가치와 소비자 행복과의 관계에 관한 연구 (Study on Relationship Between Consumption Values of Masstige and Consumer Happiness)

  • Purpose - The objective of this study is to verify whether there are differences between Korean and Chinese consumers in the importance of the attributes such as shopping value and loyalty in social commerce. With the purpose of finding out these differences, the following questions are set up as research questions. First, will there be a difference between Korea and China in the importance of attributes of social commerce? Second, will there be a difference between Korean and Chinese consumers in shopping value? Third, will there be a difference between Korean and Chinese consumers in their loyalty? Research design, data, and methodology - The researchers collected data through self-administered questionnaires from Korean and Chinese consumers who had used social commerce within the past six months before answering the questionnaire. First, for social commerce users in Korea, comprising male and female university students in Chungcheong, a questionnaire was circulated. For social commerce users in China, university students within Beijing were surveyed. Responses to 336 questionnaires were used, excluding those with no answers or unreliable answers. Data coding and data cleaning were used. SPSS 18.0 was used. First, exploratory factor analysis is done to verify the validity of testing tools, and Cronbach's α coefficient is used to verify credibility. For factor analysis, the Varimax method is used. To verify the internal consistency reliability of each factor, the Cronbach's α coefficient is used to verify the credibility. Second, a T-test is done to verify differences between Korean and Chinese consumers for the importance of attributes. Third, ANOVA (Analysis of variance) is done to verify differences between Korean and Chinese consumers in shopping value and loyalty. Results - When Korean and Chinese consumers use social commerce, first, the importance of the attributes of social commerce is affected by four factors; playfulness and economic factors are more important to Korean consumers than Chinese consumers. As for informativeness factors, including product information and quality, and buyer comments, there was no confirmed difference between Korean and Chinese consumers. The convenience factor is more important to Chinese consumers than Korean consumers. Second, the factors affecting shopping value for Korean and Chinese consumers were hedonic shopping value and rational shopping value. To see the difference between Korean and Chinese consumers in shopping value factors, a t-test is conducted. As a result, in the rational shopping value factors of social commerce, Korean consumers scored higher than did Chinese consumers. These results were verified to be meaningful through statistics. In the hedonic shopping value factor of social commerce, Korean consumers scored higher than Chinese consumers. These results showed a significant difference. Third, loyalty in social commerce is higher for Chinese consumers than for Korean consumers. However, there is no difference in loyalty depending on sex. Conclusions - These results will hopefully be valuable and used in the future by Korean companies that wish to enter the Chinese social commerce market.

표면처리방법에 따른 강교용 일반중방식도장계의 열화진행수명 평가 (Evaluation of Deterioration Propagation Life of Steel Bridge Paints According to Surface Treatment Methods and Heavy-Duty Painting Types)

  • 본 연구에서는 강교량용 일반중방식 도장계열의 신설 도장계 및 재도장계의 내구수명 예측과 도막 열화곡선을 검토하기 위하여 표면처리방법과 도장 종류를 변수로 총 12종류의 도장 시험편에 대하여 실내 부식촉진시험을 실시하였다. 표면처리는 신설(공장도장)과 재도장(현장도장)에 따라 수공구 (SSPC SP-2), 동력공구 (SP-3), 블라스트 처리(SP-10)를 적용하였다. 도장 시험편은 ISO 20340 부식환경 조건에서 실시하였으며, 각 도장계별 열화곡선은 초기결함으로부터 발생된 부풂 및 녹 면적을 기준으로 평가되었다. 또한 대기 부식성 범주와 강재 내구 성능평가 기준을 이용하여 신설 및 보수 도장계의 내구수명을 실험적으로 평가하였다. 그 결과 표면처리 방법에 따른 신설 도장계와 재도장계의 내구수명을 정량적으로 평가하였으며, 대기부식성 등급 C4에서 일반중방식 신설 도장계의 내구수명은 18 ~ 21년, 재도장계는 5.3 ~ 8.0년으로 추정된다.

성인 발달장애인 대상 수단적 일상생활활동 작업치료 프로그램이 일상생활활동 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Impact of an Instrumental Daily Living Activities Occupational Therapy Program for Adults With Developmental Disabilities on Their Daily Living Activities and Quality of Life)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 성인 발달장애인을 대상으로 수단적 일상생활활동 프로그램을 제공하였을 때 일상생활활동 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 단일집단 사전-사후 실험설계로, E 장애인복지관의 성인 발달장애인 17명을 대상으로 시행하였다. 프로그램은 사전-사후 평가를 포함하여 총 10회기로 이루어졌으며, 장보기, 식사준비 및 정리, 가정관리, 안전 및 응급관리와 관련된 훈련 및 교육을 제공하였다. 평가도구는 삶의 질 설문지(Quality of Life: QOL), 한국어판 생활공간 평가(Korean version of the Life Space Assessment: K-LSA), 한국어판 수단적 일상생활활동(Korean version of the Instrumental Activities of Daily Living: K-IADL)을 사용하였다. 결과 : 수단적 일상생활활동 작업치료 프로그램 전과 후의 QOL과 K-IADL 점수에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, K-LSA 점수는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론 : 본 연구는 성인 발달장애인 대상으로 수단적 일상생활활동 프로그램을 시행함으로써 수단적 일상생활활동 수행도와 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 성인 발달장애인의 일상생활 및 사회참여를 영위하기 위해 일상생활활동 훈련을 포함한 작업참여의 중재가 확대되어야 한다.

홈서비스로봇의 맵빌딩을 위한 효율적인 휴먼-로봇 상호작용방식에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Human-Robot Interaction Style for a Map Building Process of a Home-service Robot)

  • 홈서비스로봇은 지능적으로 인간과 상호작용하고 스마트하게 서비스를 제공하기 위해 주변 환경에 대한 충분한 공간정보를 파악하고 있어야 한다. 따라서 인간과 로봇이 공조하여 맵빌딩을 수행할 경우 보다 효율적으로 태스크를 수행하기 위한 상호작용 방식에 대해 연구할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 우선 청소용 로봇의 맵빌딩 태스크를 분석하여 맵빌딩수순(태스크우선/방우선), 표시창 설치(본체/본체+리모컨), 로봇 유도방식(푸쉬방식/풀방식), 피드백 제시양식 (GUI/GUI+TTS)등 4 가지 디자인 요인을 추출하고 그에 대한 잠정적 해결안을 제시하였다. 디자인 요인과 잠정적 해결안을 실험 변인과 수준으로 정의하고 맵빌딩 태스크의 수행도와 행태에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하였다. 이를 위해 총 8종류의 실험용 프로토타입을 제작하고 16명의 가정주부를 대상으로 사용성 평가를 실시하여 실증적인 데이터를 수집하였다. 실험결과 맵빌딩 수순이라는 측면에서는 예상과 같이 태스크우선 방식보다는 방우선 방식에서 우수한 태스크 수행도를 보였다. 표시창 설치라는 디자인 요인에 대해서는 리모컨에 표시창이 부착되어 있는 경우 높은 작업수행도와 주관적 만족도를 나타냈다. 로봇 유도방식 측면에서는 예상과는 달리 풀방식과 푸쉬방식 사이에서 태스크 수행도에 큰 차이를 발견할수 없었고 오히려 푸쉬방식에 대한 높은 주관적 만족도를 나타냈다. 피드백 제시양식에 대한 분석결과에서도 예상과 달리 TTS에 의한 부가적인 조작지침 제시는 부정적 이라는 사실을 발견하였다. 맵빌딩을 통해 환경정보를 취득하기 이전 청소용 로봇의 자율성은 초보적인 상태이기 때문에 사용자는 단지 이동성이 있는 가전제품과 상호작용하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 총체적으로 보아 전통적인 가전제품을 조작할 때 사용되는 리모컨기반 상호작용방식을 청소용 로봇의 빌빌딩 과정에서도 선호하는 것으로 보인다.

Stellite bearings for liquid Zn-/Al-Systems with advanced chemical and physical properties by Mechanical Alloying and Standard-PM-Route

  • An important business-field of world-wide steel-industry is the coating of thin metal-sheets with zinc, zinc-aluminum and aluminum based materials. These products mostly go into automotive industry. in particular for the car-body. into building and construction industry as well as household appliances. Due to mass-production, the processing is done in large continuously operating plants where the mostly cold-rolled metal-strip as the substrate is handled in coils up to 40 tons unwind before and rolled up again after passing the processing plant which includes cleaning, annealing, hot-dip galvanizing / aluminizing and chemical treatment. In the liquid Zn, Zn-AI, AI-Zn and AI-Si bathes a combined action of corrosion and wear under high temperature and high stress onto the transfer components (rolls) accounts for major economic losses. Most critical here are the bearing systems of these rolls operating in the liquid system. Rolls in liquid system can not be avoided as they are needed to transfer the steel-strip into and out of the crucible. Since several years, ceramic roller bearings are tested here [1.2], however, in particular due to uncontrollable Slag-impurities within the hot bath [3], slide bearings are still expected to be of a higher potential [4]. The today's state of the art is the application of slide bearings based on Stellite\ulcorneragainst Stellite which is in general a 50-60 wt% Co-matrix with incorporated Cr- and W-carbides and other composites. Indeed Stellite is used as the bearing-material as of it's chemical properties (does not go into solution), the physical properties in particular with poor lubricating properties are not satisfying at all. To increase the Sliding behavior in the bearing system, about 0.15-0.2 wt% of lead has been added into the hot-bath in the past. Due to environmental regulations. this had to be reduced dramatically_ This together with the heavily increasing production rates expressed by increased velocity of the substrate-steel-band up to 200 m/min and increased tractate power up to 10 tons in modern plants. leads to life times of the bearings of a few up to several days only. To improve this situation. the Mechanical Alloying (MA) TeChnique [5.6.7.8] is used to prOduce advanced Stellite-based bearing materials. A lubricating phase is introduced into Stellite-powder-material by MA, the composite-powder-particles are coated by High Energy Milling (HEM) in order to produce bearing-bushes of approximately 12 kg by Sintering, Liquid Phase Sintering (LPS) and Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP). The chemical and physical behavior of samples as well as the bearing systems in the hot galvanizing / aluminizing plant are discussed. DependenCies like lubricant material and composite, LPS-binder and composite, particle shape and PM-route with respect to achievable density. (temperature--) shock-reSistibility and corrosive-wear behavior will be described. The materials are characterized by particle size analysis (laser diffraction), scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. corrosive-wear behavior is determined using a special cylinder-in-bush apparatus (CIBA) as well as field-test in real production condition. Part I of this work describes the initial testing phase where different sample materials are produced, characterized, consolidated and tested in the CIBA under a common AI-Zn-system. The results are discussed and the material-system for the large components to be produced for the field test in real production condition is decided. Outlook: Part II of this work will describe the field test in a hot-dip-galvanizing/aluminizing plant of the mechanically alloyed bearing bushes under aluminum-rich liquid metal. Alter testing, the bushes will be characterized and obtained results with respect to wear. expected lifetime, surface roughness and infiltration will be discussed. Part III of this project will describe a second initial testing phase where the won results of part 1+11 will be transferred to the AI-Si system. Part IV of this project will describe the field test in a hot-dip-aluminizing plant of the mechanically alloyed bearing bushes under aluminum liquid metal. After testing. the bushes will be characterized and obtained results with respect to wear. expected lifetime, surface roughness and infiltration will be discussed.

프랜차이즈 모기업 핵심역량 자원이 가맹점 관계결속과 재계약의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Core Competence and Resource Sharing on the Relational Bond among Franchisees and on Re-contract Intention in the Franchising Parent Companies)

  • Purpose - The domestic franchise industry has made significant contributions to industry such as investment, employment, and community economy development, facilitating growth potential. The franchise industry provides management knowhow transfer between parent companies and franchisees as per contracts addressing use of business signs, franchisees' independent position, franchisor support, and royalties to be paid to the franchisors. However, many franchisors lack management knowhow and provide insufficient support because of poor control of franchisees and not having a systematic approach to support. This results in dissatisfied franchisees and failure to establish long-term relationships. Few studies have examined relational commitment and/or re-contract intention by support resources between franchisors and franchisees, despite a considerable output of theories and studies of the growth of the franchise industry. The purpose of this study, therefore, was to examine the effects of the ability to provide resources on relational commitments and re-contract intention, and to suggest causal relationships and implications. Research design, data, and methodology - The subject was domestic franchisors registered with the Association of Franchise with more than 50 franchisees. Franchisees under contract for 2 years and considering re-contract of their franchise 2 years later were used. The subjects totaled 300 franchisees in Seoul. A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the subject of franchisees' concessions during the 10 days from November 21, 2013 to November 30, 2013. After excluding 16 surveys with poor answers, 284 responses were finally used. Four areas and 44 questions were used. A nominal scale was used for four common characteristics questions including gender, ages, educational background, and franchise managing time. Questions regarding ability, relational commitment, and re-contract intention made use of a Likert 5-point scale. Data coding and data cleaning were used. SPSS 18.0 was used as follows. First, frequency analysis was done to investigate demographic characteristics. Second, exploratory factor analysis was done to verify validity of testing tools, and Cronbach's α coefficient was used to verify reliability. Third, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were done. An exploratory factor analysis was done to verify validity of concepts. A correlation analysis was done to test relationships between the variables, and multiple regression analysis was done to verify franchisor's ability, franchisees' relational commitment, and re-contract intention. Results - The following were the outcomes. First, store operation management, finance operation management, and human resource management affected the calculated bond. Second, store operation management and finance operation management affected the emotional bond. Third, store operation management, finance operation management, human resource management, and marketing management affected the prescriptive bond. Fourth, calculated bond and prescriptive bond had an effect on re-contract intention. Conclusions - As stated above, in franchise management, parent companies' offer and instruction of core competence to their franchisees as an information resource could improve the relational bond by helping them grow together through the resource sharing. Consequently, core competence factors were promoting factors that could improve franchisees' re-contract intention for a long time.

장기요양시설 요양보호사의 구강건강관리에 대한 지식, 태도, 행동 (Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavior Status on Oral Health Care of Geriatric Care Workers in Long-Term Care Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사의 구강관리교육 프로그램에 필요한 근거를 마련하기 위해 전국 장기요양시설에 근무하는 요양보호사를 대상으로 구강관리교육 실태와 관련 지식, 태도 및 행동을 설문조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 연구대상자의 27.9%가 구강관리에 관한 교육을 수혜한 경험이 있다고 하였고, 배운 내용으로는 틀니관리와 이 닦기 방법이 90%로 가장 많았다. 그리고 연구대상자들의 구강관리에 대한 지식수준을 확인한 결과, 노인이 복용하는 약물의 부작용, 오연성 폐렴과 치태의 연관성, 잇몸질환, 틀니세척 방법, 와상노인의 구강위생관리에 대한 지식이 부족함을 알 수 있었다. 입소노인의 구강관리의 책임자로서 연구대상자들의 태도수준은 총 10개의 조사 문항 중 8개 문항에서 3점 이상(5점 만점)의 높은 동의수준을 보였으며, 노인의 구강관리를 제공하기 어려운 이유로 구강관리 방법에 대한 어려움(46.4%), 지식의 부족(27.1%) 순으로 응답하였고, 치과의사와 치과위생사가 업무수행에 도움자로서 매우 필요하다(57.3%, 52.9%)고 생각하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 연구대상자들은 요양시설 입소노인에게 구강관리를 제공하기 위한 태도는 높았지만, 이와 관련한 교육이 부족하며 구강관리업무를 수행하는 데 있어 전문가의 도움이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다.

유아 교육기관의 급식 운영실태와 유아의 식사 섭취량 조사 (A Study on Kindergarten's Meal Service Program and Children's Food Intake)

  • Today, the role of kindergarten is more important as nutrition provider through snack and meal services. Desirable kinds and amounts of food items at school lunch menu were important factors of nutrients intakes in children. This study was performed to assess the kindergarten's meal service program (snack and lunch) and the consumption amount of lunch according to each dishes. Twenty four institutions that cared over one hundred children were observed at Seoul and Kyunggido area. Well-trained observers checked meal and snack serving activity and foodservice facilities by formal checklist. And using the weighing method assessed the consumption levels of food items at lunch. During 3 days, 30 children in each kindergarten were selected randomly according to age, observers measured serving and residual weight of each food. The data was compiles by performing ANOVA-test using SPSS WIN 10.0. The result were as follows: 1) Foodservice facilities in kindergarten was limited to provide qualified foodservice. $91.7\%$ of institution had kitchen, $41.7\%$ had dinning. The kitchen equipment possession rate was $12.5\%$ (oven), $30.8\%$ (heating cabinet), $58.3\%$ (refrigerator). The rate of using document about foodservice was used $83.3\%$ (menu list), $41.7\%$ (daily foodservice record), $25\%$ (standard recipe). $41.7\%$ of institution employed licensed dietitian. Only $41.7\%$ of subjects preserved meal after daily meal service. 2) Meal serving size was decided by teacher, $54.5\%$ at snack and $43\%$ at lunch and pre-divided individual portion type was $36.4\%$ at snack and $28.6\%$ at lunch. The rate of cleaning activity before meal was $72.2\%$ at snack, $90.5\%$ at lunch.
