SCP 보강 점성토 지반의 지지력 및 응력분담특성 (Characteristics of Bearing Capacity and Stress Concentration of Clay Ground Improved with Sand Compaction Piles)

  • 본 논문은 SCP로 보강된 점성토 지반의 파괴메카니즘 및 응력분담비, 지지력등에 미치는 설계변수에 대한 실험적 수치적 연구 결과이다. SCP로 보강된 점성토 지반의 거동을 알아보기 위하여 SCP의 치환율을 20, 40, $70\%$로 변화시키고, 비소성 세립분 함유량을 5, 10, $15\%$로 변화시켰으며 하중재하폭에 대한 지반개량폭의 비를 1, 2, 3으로 변화시키는 광범위한 원심모형실험을 실시하였다. 한편, 원심모형실험 결과를 모사하기 위하여 상용 유한요소 프로그램인 CRISP을 이용하였으며, 수치해석시 모래다짐말뚝은 탄소성모델로 점토지반은 한계상태이론에 기초한 수정 Cam-clay 모델을 사용하였다.

한국잔디의 토성별 적정파종량 구명 연구 (Studies on the Optimal Seeding Rate of Korean Lawngrass (Zoysia japonica Steud.)in Three Different Soil Textures)

  • This study was carried out to determine the optimal seeding rate of Korean lawngrass in three different soil textures. The results obtained are summarized as follows;1.In early development, there were not significant differences in leaf length and width except for leaf width in mean seeding rates. And there was significant difference in tillering number. Tillering number of Korean lawngrass grown in sandy clay loam soil was more abudant than that grown in sandy clay and sandy loam soils.2.The rate of ground cover of Korean lawngrass grown in sandy clay loam soil was faster than that in other soils. The ground cover rate was faster in the following order: 15, 12, 10, 7, 5, 3 kg/10a. But in sandy clay loam soil, it was showed that the plot seeded at 12kg/10a be faster than that at l5kg/10a. Plots seeded from 5 to 15kg/10a in sandy clay loam soil and 15kg/10a in sandy clay soil were showed the 100% ground cover during the period of the year seeded.3.There were not significant differences in dry weight of each part measured at 11 and l4months after seeding. But there were significant differences in dry weight of shoot and total dry weight. Total and shoot dry weight of Korean lawngrass grown in sandy clay loam soil were heavier than that in others. 4.It was revealed that the optimal seeding rate in sandy clay loam soil was 12 kg/10a. But it was suggested that the optimal seeding time and rate in each soil textures be undertaken in future.

연약지반 개량 시공의 실제와 문제점 (The Reality and Problem of Soft Ground Improvement Construction)

  • During recent years, the large soft ground improvements very rapidly increase with industrial development and it is the types and scales of structure that is enlarged by degree. Then, we must enter construct equipment to improve soft ground and we fulfilled works by carrying out soft clay soil to gain trafficability for them. For improving the soft ground, we lay geotextile on soft clay ground and fill the filter sand that can drain the pore water. Then, we landfill cover soil for come by trafficability of construction tools. Ater that we penetrate vertical drain for dehydration through soft ground. there are very complicated works. For these reason we suggest the methods of soft ground improvement constructions.

연약점성토지반에서의 깊은굴착에 따른 지반거동의 예측과 현장계측 (Prediction and Field Measurement on Behaviour of Soft Clay during Deep Excavation)

  • 중요구조물에 인접하여 지하굴착을 수행할 경우에 지반변형을 정확히 예측하여 피해를 최소화하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 대규모의 지하수조에 인접하여 연약점성토 내에서 굴착이 수행될 때, 지반거동을 예측하기 위하여 지반조사와 실내토질실험과 함께 유한요소해석이 실시되었다. 이러한 예측과 현장계측을 통하여 흙막이벽체와 인접구조물의 거동 및 안정성이 검토되었다 지반변형에 대한 계측 및 예측결과의 비교에서 굴착공정 및 지하수위 강하를 해석시에 고려하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 보여주었다. 향후 더 좋은 예측을 위해서는 해석방법의 개선이 요구되었다.

PBD가 설치된 연약지반의 원심모형실험에 관한 연구 (A Study on Centrifuge Model Experiments of Soft Soil Ground Installed with PBD)

  • This study is the results of experimental and numerical study on the consolidational behavior of multi-layered soft soil ground installed with plastic board drains (PBD). Centrifuge model tests with a marine clay sampled from field were performed to investigate the consolidational behavior of multi-layered ground where a dredged soil was placed on the soft clay ground and PBDs were installed. Test results were compared with those of numerical analyses, using the 2-D equivalent model previously proposed. From test results, it was found that the amount of consolidation settlement occurred in the original ground due to embankment surcharge loads was in the range of 38% of total settlement in the whole ground. From the results of cone penetration tests executed after finishing the centrifuge model tests, the cone resistance was found to increase with depth. The measured water contents inbetween PBDs were in the ranges of 38~50% and their values tended to increase with increasing the distance between PBDs.

지반개량재 혼합에 따른 해안점토와 사질토에서의 강도증진에 관한 연구 (A Study about the Increase of Strength according to Mixing Ground Improvement Material with Coastal Clay and Sandy Soil)

  • 본 연구는 해안점토 또는 육상의 사질토에 지반개량재를 혼합하였을 때 어떤 강도변화를 보이는지에 관한 것이다. 철광석을 제련할 때 부산물인 슬래그와 제지류 소각할 때 생기는 paper fly ash를 일정한 비율로 혼합하여 지반개량재를 만들었다. 이러한 지반개량재를 해안점토와 육상의 사질토에 혼합한 후 함수비, 양생일, 혼합비 등으로 구분하여 일축압축강도 시험용 공시체를 제작하였다. 공시체가 28일간 양생되는 동안 일축압축강도의 변화와 생성물질의 변화를 분석하였다. 강도분석 결과 육상의 사질토보다 해안점토에서 최대 11배 정도의 강도증가의 효과가 나타났는데, 이는 지반개량재로 인한 ettringite 반응이 사질토보다 해안점토에서 명확하게 보여주는 것을 의미한다.

  • 쇄석말뚝은 연약지반의 침하 억제 및 지지력 보강에 사용되는 연약지반 보강공법 가운데 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 연약지반의 침하저감효과를 평가하는데 영향을 미치는 중요한 인자인 응력분담특성을 살펴보기 위하여 쇄석말뚝으로 보강된 점토지반에 대한 실내실험을 수행하였다. 상재하중 재하 시 시간경과에 따라 쇄석말뚝의 응력비 값은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 점토지반의 강성도가 증가함에 따라 쇄석말뚝의 응력비는 증가하는 경향성을 보였다. 또한, 쇄석말뚝으로 보강된 연약지반의 응력분담율을 간편하게 예측하기 위하여 제안된 수정된 Baumann & Bauer의 해가 계측 결과와 잘 일치되는 결과를 보여주는 것으로 나타났다.

Assessment of long-term behaviour of a shallow tunnel in clay till

  • Ground settlements and pore pressure changes were monitored around a shallow tunnel constructed in clay till during the excavation and primary lining installation. The settlements above the tunnel continued to develop for up to 100 days after the primary lining installation. Triaxial compression tests were carried out to estimate the short-term and long-term deformation characteristics of the till. Numerical simulation was conducted to history match the field measurements, and thus, to quantify the settlements induced by ground stress relief, consolidation and creep. It was found that the surface settlements due to ground stress relief, consolidation and creep are 17, 12 and 71% of total settlement (about 44 mm), respectively. In addition, early installation of rigid concrete lining could be an effective means to reduce the settlement due to creep.

해안 연약지반상의 교량 구조물 변위 억제 (Method of Reducing Lateral Displacement of Abutment Constructed on Marine Clay Deposits)

  • Since 1970s, though many effective construction methods have been established to solve soft ground problems which had occurred in the off shore land reclamation and on shore highway construction, lateral movement of structure on soft ground is still a big problem to engineers. In this study an applicability of criteria for determining the lateral movement of the structure in soft ground is examined and most measured data is obtained from 140 bridge abutments in highway construction sites. Characteristics and effectiveness of existing methods that used for deciding amount of lateral movements of abutment are analyzed using the obtained data. From the analysis, a proper method to prevent lateral movement is proposed. This method is confirmed on several case histories which were constructed on marine clay.

  • In this study, clay sampled from Yangsan$.$Mulkum site were used to analyze mineral properties. Mineral and chemical properties of clay were investigated through X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF), X-Ray Diffraction(XRD), and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) analysis. The result of this test represents that Yangsan$.$Mulkum clay are composed of quartz, albite, anorthite, orthocalse and illite.
