이 연구는 인터넷 기반 분류체계를 제공하는 주제별 디렉토리인 Yahoo Korea와 Argus Clearinghouse, DDC의 분류체계, ERIC시소러스의 분류체계, KEDI교육 시소러스의 분류체계를 비교. 분석하여 봄으로써 웹 주제별 디렉토리의 교육학 학술정보의 분류체계의 모형을 구축하기 위해 시도되었다. 이들의 분류체계는 주제범위의 포괄성, 분류체계의 논리성, 주제 용어의 정확성 탐색의 효율성의 4가지 척도를 가지고 분석되었다. 새로운 교육학 학술정보를 위한 검색엔진의 분류체계 모형은 학술적인 면과 실용적인 면을 고려하여 주제영역의 내용, 정보자료의 형태, 이용자의 탐색의 효율성을 고려하여 16개의 대구분 주제항목과 47개의 중구분 주제항목으로 전개되어 구축되었다.

학교기록물은 기록물관리에 대한 개념조차 전혀 인식하고 있지 못한 초중등 일반교사들이 기록물을 직접 생산, 관리하고 있는 실정으로 인해 기록관리상 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 각급 학교기록물 분류기준표의 구성항목의 문제점과 관리운영의 실태를 면밀히 조사 분석하여 그 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 개선 내용으로는 먼저 기능분류체제의 완성과 업무의 표준화 및 상세 매뉴얼의 개발 그리고 관리 범위의 확장 및 평가 절차 강화 등을 강조하였다.

이 연구는 최근 어린이독서에 대한 관심과 함께 어린이도서관이 급증하고 있지만 여기에 대한 실태분석은 물론 어린이도서관을 위한 표준분류표가 제정되지 않아 도서관 실무자들과 이용자들이 많은 어려움과 불편을 감수하고 있는 현실을 생각하여, 향후 어린이도서관 전용 분류표 개발 시에 고려해야 할 기본원칙과 요건을 제안하고자 시도되었다. 이를 위해 국내 어린이도서관의 실태와 어린이도서의 특성을 분석한 후, 공립 인표어린이도서관, 기적의 도서관, 사립어린이도서관으로 대별하여 분류체계 사용현황을 살펴보았으며, 대표적인 어린이도서관 분류표인 느티나무도서관 분류표와 파랑새도서관 분류표에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 어린이도서관 전용 분류표 개발을 위한 기본사항을 제안하였다.

법률상의 기록분류체계인 정부기능분류체계를 운용하는데 있어 여러 문제점이 확인되고 있는 상황에서 현재 정부출연연구기관 기록분류체계의 수준은 어떠한지를 확인하고 공공기관이자 연구기관인 정부출연연구기관이 어떤 분류체계로 정련되어가야 하는지 앞으로의 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 23개 정부출연연구기관의 분류체계와 이를 뒷받침하는 관련 규정을 분석한 결과, 대다수 기관의 기록물관리규정이 기본적으로 공공기록물법, 더 나아가 공공기록물관리법 이전에 존재하던 규정에 근거하고 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 또한 공공기록물법을 반영한 기록생산시스템이 도입된 기관도 많지 않아 기록의 생산과 분류가 별개로 이뤄지고, 조직분류와 기능분류가 혼합된 분류체계는 보존기간 책정시 참고도구로서만 기능하는 경우도 많았다. 이런 상황을 극복하기 위해서는 제도, 체계, 시스템 측면에서의 개선전략이 필요하다. 국가차원에서의 법률 개정과 기관차원에서의 기록관리규정 제정이 이뤄져야 하며 연구기관의 핵심기능인 '연구'에 대해 특성화된 분류체계가 설계되고 이 분류체계는 반드시 기록의 생산등록 단계부터 적용되어야 할 것이다. 기록관리의무를 외면하고 생산기록을 제대로 관리하지 않는 것은 해당 연구 분야 기록의 가치를 스스로 부정하는 것이다. 빠른 기간 내에 정부출연연구기관의 기록관리가 제자리를 찾고, 실무적 이슈가 학계로 전달되어 더 나은 방향으로 발전할 수 있는 좋은 아이디어가 다시 실무영역으로 환류되길 기대한다.

이 연구는 해리스 분류법과 관련하여 해리스의 사상적 활동과 해리스 당시 미국의 문헌분류 흐름을 살펴본 후, 해리스 분류법의 구성원리 및 내용, 베이컨과 헤겔, DDC와의 관계를 중심으로 분석하였다. 지금까지 알려진 바와 같이 해리스 분류법의 구성체계는 무엇보다 베이컨의 분류순서를 도치시킨 역베이컨식으로 배열하였다고 해리스가 직접 언급하고 있으며, 해리스 분류법에는 어디에도 헤겔의 사상을 반영하였다는 표현이 나타나 있지 않다. 그렇지만 분석결과 해리스 분류법이 발표된 시기에 그는 헤겔주의자이고 미국의 대표적인 헤겔 해설자였으므로 그의 분류법에는 헤겔의 세계관이 반영되어 있다는 것을 충분히 짐작할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 헤겔의 사상이 분류체계 곳곳에 구체적으로 반영되어있다. 또한 베이컨의 분류사상이 반영되어 역베이컨식라고 부르는 것도 당연한 주장이며, 다만 지금까지 알려진 바와 같이 베이컨의 직접적인 영향도 있지만 존스톤을 통해서 간접적인 영향도 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

Land cover classification is an essential basic information in natural environment management; however, land cover classification studies in Korea have not yet been proceeded to a sufficient level. At the present, only a limited number of the precedent studies that only cover definite city area has been conducted. Furthermore, there is almost no research conducted on the land cover classification schemes that could accurately classify the Korea's land cover conditions. This study primarily focuses on the land cover classification scheme which carries the most urgent priority in order to classify and to map out the Korean land cover conditions. In order to develop the most suitable land cover classification scheme, many foreign land cover classification cases and projects that are being carried out were reviewed in depth. The land cover classification scheme this study proposes comprises 3 levels : The first level consists of 7 different classes; the second level consists of 22 different classes; and the third level is made up of 50 classes. The land cover classification map will serve many important roles in natural environment management, such as the conjecture of natural habitats and estimation of oxygen production or carbon dioxide absorption capability of a forest. In water pollution modelling, the land cover classification data can be used to estimate and locate non-point sources of water pollution. If applied to a watershed, modelling it will allow to estimate the total amount of pollution from non-point sources of pollution in the water shed. The land cover classification data will also be good as a barometer data that determines defusion of air pollutants in air pollution modelling.

기록학에서의 분류는 기록 자체의 내용보다는 기록이 생산되고 활용되는 맥락에 초점을 둔다. 본 연구에서는 업무활동이 반영된 기록을 업무활동 분석에 기반하여 구축된 분류체계에, 개별 기록의 내용이 아닌 기록의 집합적 맥락을 중심으로 자동분류 할 수 있는 기록 자동분류시스템을 설계하였다. 기 분류된 기록집합체뿐 아니라 분류체계와 시소러스를 분류기준으로 같이 구축하여 상호보완 할 수 있도록 설계하였으며, 분류대상기록의 범주를 할당한 후 바로, 분류된 기록의 맥락정보를 실시간으로 분류기준에 반영할 수 있는 방안도 포함하였다. 설계된 기록 자동분류시스템은 맥락정보의 품질에 따라 시스템의 성능이 좌우되는 한계가 있지만, 이를 통해 맥락정보를 제대로 충실하게 남길 수 있도록 유도하는 역할을 할 수 있다고 판단되었다.

This paper presents the classification scheme of the signal facilities on the railroad considering the construction costs and maintenance costs in a low population area. The construction costs of the new signal facility system can be compare with the costs of the present signal facilities as the classification scheme. The signal facilities on the railroad were classified as the railroad security regulations and then the scheme is considered through the LCC analysis. In order to test this research, the costs of signal facilities obtained from ones on TAEBACK railroad line. The costs categorized the construction costs, the labor cost and the maintenance costs can be effectively applied to the LCC analysis. The scheme is very useful to make a decision whether the new signal facilities on railroad in low population area is build or not in terms of the costs.

This paper is focused on the modulation scheme detection of the IEEE 802.11 standard. In the IEEE 802.11ac standard, the information of the modulation scheme is indicated by the modulation coding scheme (MCS) included in the VHT-SIG-A of the preamble field. Transmitting end determines the MCS index suitable for the low signal to noise ratio (SNR) situation and transmits the data accordingly. Since data field decoding can take place only when the receiving end acquires the MCS index information of the frame. Therefore, accurate MCS detection must be guaranteed before data field decoding. However, since the MCS index information is the information obtained through preamble field decoding, the detection rate can be affected significantly in a low SNR situation. In this paper, we propose a relatively robust modulation classification method based on deep learning to solve the low detection rate problem with a conventional method caused by a low SNR.

In the last decade many advanced home network services have been provided by construction industry, and many researches on the area have been carried out. One of the problems we are confronted with is that we do not have a standard classification scheme for home network services yet. In this paper a more stable classification scheme is suggested after comparative analysis of many different schemes in previous researches. More commonly highly attended service categories in the scheme is selected, and those are examined in terms of how commonly they are supplied by construction industry. In the later part of this paper the current home network building certification code is reviewed if the code complies with the highly attended categories in the classification scheme suggested in this paper. Some ideas to improve the current certification code is suggested by adding or optionally adding the highly attended categories.
