This paper deals with the consideration of mathematical models with regards to growth of cluster and firms by reviewing the Metcalf and Breuner's articles. prior studies have been argued the phenomenon of local industrial clusters and districts. Several concepts have been adopted to support the success of and changes to these clusters and firm growth. Through the review of two papers, evolution of both cluster and firm growth may be achieved in terms of utilizations of the different local aspects and mechanisms. This paper supports the theoretical back bone with regards to the regional cluster policy implementing in Korea for the purpose of regional developments. In particular, a mathematical model that, on a more abstract level, captures the fundamental dynamic structure of all the observed mechanisms. On the basis of this model, the emergence and evolution of local clusters can be described. Also this model has given that the knowledge sharing between firms has an important role to firms and cluster' growth.

This paper deals with the problem of port administration and management of the port of Pusan. As the port of Pusan has been administrated by central government, several problems on port administration and management have occurred. These include the time-lagged port development, the inconsistent port planning with city planning, the insufficient long-term port development planning the various operation authorities the low productivity of port and the lack of port sales activities etc. In addition to solving the above mentioned problems to diversify the function of port the following measures are to be taken for the port of Pusan ; the transfer from port administration system to port management system, the introduction of Port Authority with a board, and the conversion of the management system from production-oriented to marketing-oriented.

프랑스에서 2004년부터 국가주도로 실시되고 경쟁거점 정책은 '프랑스형 클러스터 모델'로서, 기업 간 파트너십, R&D 중심 협력프로젝트, 세계적 수준의 경쟁력을 추구하는 개념이다. 그동안 프랑스가 추진해온 지방분권적 거버넌스 구축의 결실이기도 한 이 정책은 우리나라의 관련 정책들에 시사 하는 바가 크다. 본 연구는 먼저 90년대 말 실시된 프랑스 최초의 본격적인 클러스터 정책인 지역생산시스템(SPL), 이를 더욱 발전시키고 새로운 국토정책 사조에 따라 재정립한 경쟁거점 정책의 주요 측면을 살펴보겠다. 그리고 프랑스 국토정책 기조 전반에 입각하여 경쟁거점 정책의 의의를 분석하며 우리에게 주는 시사점을 비교적 관점에서 도출하고자 한다. 비교 대상으로는 우리나라 혁신클러스터 정책 외에도 기업도시나 혁신도시 등 클러스터 개념이 접목된 일련의 국토정책들이 될 것이다.

This paper deals with 111 buildings built between 1962 and 1987, from various parts of the city of Osijek, for which, through the collection of documentation, a database is created. The aim of this paper is to provide the first steps in assessing seismic risk in Osijek applying method based on vulnerability index. This index uses collected information of parameters of the building: the structural system, the construction year, plan, the height, i.e., the number of stories, the type of foundation, the structural and non-structural elements, the type and the quality of main construction material, the position in the block and built-up area. According to this method defining five damage states, the action is expressed in terms of the macroseismic intensity and the seismic quality of the buildings by means of a vulnerability index. The value of the vulnerability index can be changed depending on the structural systems, quality of construction, etc., by introducing behavior and regional modifiers based on expert judgments. Since there is no available data of damaged buildings under earthquake loading in our country, we will propose behavior modifiers based on values suggested by earlier works and on judgment based on available project documentation of the considered buildings. Depending on the proposed modifiers, the seismic vulnerability of existing buildings in the city of Osijek will be assessed. The resulting vulnerability of the considered residential buildings provides necessary insight for emergency planning and for identification of critical objects vulnerable to seismic loading.

본 연구는 가속페달에 반력을 생성하여 운전자의 경제운전을 유도하기 위한 에코페달의 설계와 성능 검증을 다룬다. 에코페달의 제어로직은 사전에 설정된 "허용가속도"를 바탕으로 현재 속도에서 허용되는 연료소비량을 정하고 이를 실제 연료소비량과 비교하여 에코페달의 작동을 결정하는 방식을 제안하였다. 폐달 반력은 운전자가 충분히 인지하되 불쾌감을 느끼지 않아야 하며, 차량의 정상 거동에 간섭이 없어야 한다. 스텝형과 램프형 반력 등과 같이 페달 답력이 급속하게 증가하는 형태의 반력은 반력 작동이 멈춘 직 후 운전자의 답력에 의한 급작스러운 가속 현상 때문에 적용이 어렵고, 이러한 문제가 없는 진동형 반력을 채택하였다. 진동형 반력의 주파수, 진폭, 작동시간은 운전자의 주관적 평가와 연비 향상 효과를 고려하여 결정하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 에코페달을 차량에 장착하여 주행시험을 실시한 결과 고속도로와 시내주행에서 각각 13%와 15%의 연비향상 효과를 보여주었다.

Pusan is the largest fishing port in Korea, and deals with more than I million ton of fish catches annually, including catches of coastal and off-shore fisheries as well as those of deep-sea fishery. However, it hen had no fishing port facilities specialized fer deep-sea fishery since it started 30 years ago. Economic and physical losses resulting from this have teen enormous. Although fishing port facilities are a part of infra-structures built by Governments, the construction of them has been delayed due to financial difficulties of Central or local governments. To overcome this harsh situation to which deep-sea fishery cooperations faced, some cooperations have decided to construct fishing port facilities including fish-pier specialized for deep-sea fishery in Gamcheon port. The construction expenses of these facilities were financed by private funds to which they themselves jointly contributed. As a result, a fish-[pier, which has the capacity of serving one fishing vessel of 10, 000 ton or four of 5, 000 ton or four of 1, 000 ton at the same time, will be opened in here by 1994. The paper examines the master plan to revitalize the deep-sea fisheries industry in a deep depression with the opening of these physical facilities. The framwork of the plan is pursued in two different aspects, which are both hardware and software. In a hardware aspect, the plan in to develop Pusan into a city which is suitable for one of the best fishing ports in the world. That is, it is to develop the city into a place famous for sightseeing as well as the distribution and processing of fish-products centering around fish-piers. On the other hand, in a software aspet, it is regarding improvement of the distribution system of fish-products. One way to do that is to make up some deficiencies of the current system of a producers' joint sale. And the other is to establish an exchange of fish-products futures. Through these institutions, we could abrsorb speculative funds, which would otherwise be invested in speculation on fish-products, into productive investment opportunities, We believe that if the plan is realized, the deep-sea fishery in Korea will revive from a long-tasted depression and make progress to become one of the mai industries of Korea.

도심 부흥 및 재개발로서 나타나는 젠트리피케이션은 도심 및 이너시티에서 일어나는 인구 및 사회적 구성의 변화와 부동산의 물리적.경제적 특성 변화를 포괄한다. 1970년대 이후 젠트리피케이션은 학문적으로 많은 조명을 받아왔고 동시에 도시지리학 분야내 이론 및 이념 논쟁의 장을 제공하였다. 이러한 맥락에서 본고는 그러한 논쟁에 참여해온, 젠트리피케이션에 대한 두 가지 접근, 즉 소비중심 접근과 생산중심 접근을 논의하였다. 구체적으로 각각의 접근을 대표하는 데이비드 레이와 닐 스미쓰의 젠트리피케이션에 관한 연구를 재고찰하고 비판적으로 평가하였다. 특히 1980년대에 출간된 레이와 스미쓰의 연구를 중심으로 하여, 각각의 접근방법론이 젠트리피케이션에 대한 부분적 설명에 그치고 있음을 중점적으로 논의하였다.

본 연구는 농협 농산물 물류센터의 상적, 물적 유통체계를 파악하고, 물류의 효율성과 집약화를 위해 설립된 청주 물류센터의 계절별 농$.$축$.$수산물의 입하지를 고찰하고자 한다. 그리고 각 상품의 판매액에 의한 배송의 지역유형과 지역특성과의 관계를 밝히는 것을 연구목적으로 한다. 그 결과 청주 물류센터는 충북을 핵심지역으로 전국에서 농$.$축$.$수산물을 입하하여 충북과 충남, 대전시 일부 지역에 배송을 집중화시키고 있다. 이는 청주 물류센터가 취급하고 있는 농$.$축$.$수산물이 신선도를 요하는 상품이기 때문에 물류센터에서 상대적으로 가까운 지역에서 주로 입하하여 근거리 배송을 하는 지역 물류시스템을 형성하고 있다는 것이다. 이러한 농$.$축$.$수산물의 배송은 수급관계라는 경제원칙뿐만 아니라 물류센터의 판매전략도 크게 작용하고 있다.

For a conventional natural-circulation type solar water heater, the pressure head is limited by the height between the storage tank and hot water tap. Therefore, it is difficult to provide sufficient hot water flow rate for general usage. This study deals with a design modification of the storage tank to utilize the tap-water pressure to increase hot-water supply Based on fluid dynamic and heat transfer theories, a series of modeling and simulation is conducted to achieve practical design requirements. An experimental setup is built and tested and the results are compared with theoretical simulation model. The storage tank capacity is 240 l and the outer diameter of piping was 15 mm. Number of tube turns tested are 5, 10, and 15. Starting with initial storage tank temperature of $80^{\circ}C$, the temperature variation of the supply hot water is investigated against time, while maintaining minimum flow rate of 10 1/min. Typical results show that the hot water supply of minimum $30^{\circ}C$ can be maintained for 34 min with tap-water supply pressure of 2.5 atm, The relative errors between modeling and experiments coincide well within 10% in most cases.

지역혁신발전 전략산업 가운데 하나로 대전시가 "대덕연구단지 영상타운 건립" 사업을 추진하고 있는 가운데, 대덕밸리가 보유한 관련기술의 현황을 파악하고 활용방안을 검토하기 위한 대덕밸리 디렉토리북의 제작이 검토되었다. 이 연구는 활용도높은 대덕밸리 디렉토리북의 제작을 위하여 기술현황 조사방안과 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 한 디렉토리북의 정보아키텍쳐 구성 방안을 정보디자인 관점에서 고찰하였다.
