현재 사용되고 있는 P형 수신기는 화재 발생의 위치 검색 및 장치의 고장 유 무 등 을 실시간으로 확인하기 어렵기 때문에 화재가 발생했을 경우 인명 및 재산 피해 등을 예방 할 수 있는 기능이 없다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 P형 수신기에서의 고장 유무에 대한 발생 신호를 실시간으로 감지할 수 있고, 화재 발생신호에 대하여 원격지에서 P형 수신기의 상황발생 정보를 탐지할 수 있는 통합화재 자동 시스템 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템에서는 P형 수신기에서 상황정보를 수집 전송할 수 있는 인터넷 접속장치 부분과 P형 수신기로부터 생성된 상황정보를 분석할 수 있는 상황정보 분석 모듈 등을 설계하고 구현하였다.

국제물품매매 거래에서 불가항력은 당사자의 통제를 벗어나는 상황으로 인해 계약의 불이행이 발생하는 경우 책임소재와 분쟁해결을 위한 계약서의 명시조항으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 FTA 특혜관세 적용과정에서 발생할 수 있는 불가항력(예외적인 경우)에 대한 판단기준과 이와 관련된 한·ASEAN FTA와 한·EU FTA 검증과정에서 제기된 사례를 살펴보았으며, 이를 통해 동 FTA를 활용하여 특혜관세 혜택을 향유하고자 하는 무역기업에 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 한·ASEAN FTA와 한·EU FTA에서 규정하고 있는 특혜관세 배제조항의 확인과 관세당국의 예외적인 경우에 대한 판단기준을 파악하여야 한다. 그리고 원산지증명서의 유효기간에 대한 유예기준 확인과 수출국 관세당국의 검증결과 회신기준을 확인하여야 한다. 마지막으로 관세당국의 검증결과 회신 미요청 행위에 대한 신의성실의 원칙 위배여부를 확인하여야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual conditions of illumination circumstances in living rooms and the evaluation of residents about those. The respondents of this study were residents of 236 detached houses and 163 apartment houses in Taegu city, The results are as follows: (1) Fluorescent lamps are usded in living rooms by half and plural lighting fixtures are generally used; ceiling light and chandelier. While direct light system is generally used and core type is the most frequent in living rooms. (2) The average used illumination level is 59.7 1x while the possession illumination level is 84.9 1x by investigating of illumination circumstances. (3) Over half of residents are satisfied with illumination circumstances in their own houses. While they wish to improve the lighting fixtures lightness and the kind of light soure in order. And the evaluation of residents are medial level.

Autonomous action, which corresponds actively to the change of conditions in complicated circumstances, is a fundamental function required to an intelligent robot. To develope a control system for a robot having the ability to adapt itself to complicated circumstances, it is necessary to establish self-tracing technology, which recognizes the corresponding position between peripheral objects and itself. So we need to manipulate the moving system with flexibility. It is effective for solving problem that fuzzy theory is adapted to algorithm on a complicated circumstances. We develope a method to generate a route-map which has not only a course from the present position to the destination but also useful information on surroundings.

This paper studies six different AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) approaches and suggests that the features of the approaches are classified by application circumstances in order to contribute to the applicability and quality usage of the AHP. Our study investigates the hierarchical principles and characteristics of the AHP, and historical debates on the AHP evaluation in which the six approaches have been involved. One of six approaches is an ANP (Analytic Network Process) application that is directly connected to AHP usage. The application differences among the six approaches are validated with a plain example. Then, the four circumstances of AHP applications are classified by two dimensions: the first dimension is whether or not the importance (weights) of criteria is independent of restrictively setting alternatives, and the second dimension is whether or not preference (priorities) of alternatives is independent of adding alternative(s) to or removing alternative(s) from the considering set of alternatives. Then featuring way of weighting criteria is classified. We suggest the distinguishing manners and describe the implications of the AHP application. Finally, we discuss rank reversal and multiplicative AHP.

Today, the times of knowledge-intelligence made changes of the ordinary life of citizens society, and also changed greatly the circumstance of leadership in the military. The times of knowledge-intelligence changed the circumstances of national security and the features of warfares, and also make affecting decisively to senses and style of new who were servicing in the military. In order to response effectively against the changes of those leadership circumstances, senior level leadership should be understand in depth human psychology and battlefield circumstances in the dimension of policies and strategies, and should be executed their leadership. In this thesis, I reviewed the concept and vision of senior level leadership theories and cases about traits and roles In addition, I suggested development options for senior level leadership such as (1) high charactenstics and professionalism, (2)educational center of military for advanced democratic citizen and leadership, (3)execution of leadership in psychological leadership, (4)development of leadership needed in the battlefield Finally, the current military senior level leadership should be changed from one-side and authority style to the change-orientated style, which could believe and participate by themselves.

The purpose of this project is to develop an automatic cutting robot system of cast steel, which raise productivity with improvement of working circumstances, overcomming labor deficiency, reduction of process and cycle time by applying cutting automation at inferior working circumstances and condition of a foundry. This system consisted of a 5 DOF tool system, an improved conveyer system and the HR-8608 ROBOT, makes it possible to get the reduction of 12 manpowers and 30% productivity up.

Generally commercial FEA program needs computer circumstances such as specific operating system, hardware. But regardlessly to computer circumstances, program coded by JAVA can work only with webbrowser. 2 dimensional mesh generation and FE analysis using JAVA is presented in this paper.
