Under the rapid change of business circumstance to E-business, CRM is one of the major strategic choices to reinforce the relationship with customers. In this point, this study attempts to understand the relationships among the quality of CRM and the variables of post adoption on the innovation diffusion theory. With integration of information system success model and innovation diffusion theory, it developed a research model and several hypotheses focusing on CRM performance of post-adoption. To testify the hypotheses, it conducted a survey on insurance industry and performed a statistical analysis for the research model with structure equation model. The results show that the factors of CRM quality (system, service, and information) have significant relationships with level of CRM usage and satisfaction. And the relationships between satisfaction and CRM performance and between CRM performance and intension of CRM extension are found as statistically significant.

It is an essential prior condition that information security of all sorts of administration-information on line for E-Government. we propose the Walsh-Hadamard Transform adaptive filter with time-varying step size. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evealuated in system identification where computer simulations are performed for both time-invariant and time-varying system. It is shown that the proposed algorithm produces good results compared with similar algorithms under different conditions, particularly in case of time-varying circumstance.

This paper gives the Sonic Range Finder(SRF) Array which detects the unknown obstacles on the mobile robot's path. This SRF Array gives mobile robot's circumstance information wider, processes and transfers them to the locomotion module to construct the modify path. In this system, 8 pairs of the 40 KHz ultrasonic sensors constitute the SRF Array, including a pair of reference sensors to correct the errors, 4051 analog multiplexer and demultiplexer swtch the sensor with time and 8031-on chip micro computer controls processes the data and communication the others.

This paper's purpose obtain information of three dimension using a camera. This system embody to know the height of object using triangle method between reference point of circumstance and object. As I use java program, it is possible to make system regardless of operating system, set up the system. By using comportable USB port camera, we used to everywhere without the capture board. We can use the internet by using the java's JMF and applet everywhere, we regard the camera as fixed.

In high education, knowledge is the very important resource and output. Knowledge management is the art of creating additional value from academic knowledge assets. The e-community is the network community, newly created by information communication technology, and the critical place that share and transfer people's the various knowledge and thinking and the effective space that can apply knowledge management. If we construct a convenient and useful e-community in our university, we will be able to increase the student's intellectual needs, and create new knowledge. Web-portal will promote the activity of e-community providing easy to access and personalized web circumstance. The emergence of Internet and Web access to all university services will force institutions to rethik everything. We should reconfigure our academic environment in order to adapt information technology and educational change, and must do change management based on their structure and culture.

As the business structure of many industries changes under IT progress and internet economy, the customer information has emerged a key factor in setting up the management policy. The customer has come to replace the product as a central figure in business competition. The domestic life insurance market has also experienced the rapid structural changes in IT time. The competition in the insurance industry to maintain the existing membership and to attract the new members gets stronger under such a new business circumstance. Accordingly, it is necessary for an individual insurance company to develop a systematic marketing plan, based on the customer information, to be competitive in the market. Unlike other studies in which customer characteristics are neglected, this study attempts to utilize the customer information by applying the data mining technique, and then suggests an efficient marketing strategy that could prevail in the competitive business environment.

The objective of this thesis is to measure the limit of the real space where wireless Local Area Network (LAN) is used, and to apply this result as reference to set up a real Wireless LAN environment. The organized circumference was composed of Wireless LAN based on IEEE 802.11b of the American standard, and the examination is carried out on the campus. On the real condition of office environment and open space, the ratio of available distance to a signal at each distance was measured and this result was studied as data to embody wireless LAN on the campus. The measurement under an indoor environment was executed under circumstance having two walls and open space, however, was executed respectively under three circumstances: Where no obstacle, where one wall exists, and where two or more walls exist.

There have been developed in authentication systems for information using biometric information approaches such as fingerprint, face, and iris. In general, a door-lock system is operated by touching keypads, which remains fingerprints on the keypads. Such door-lock systems do not protect personal information from others due to the exposure of fingerprints to keypads. In this paper, we propose the new door-lock system that does not leave fingerprints on the keypads. Without touching keypad the system works because the system accepts authentication information by using illuminance sensor and LED. The experiment shows that the implemented door-lock system works well under any circumstance.

This study applies in case of operating an exam using by the contrast order or inputting an order of a contrast media the exam of Radiology Department. It is developed for helping decision making as regards a process of an exam from reading the creatinine value automatically linked with Laboratory Information System. It can be confirmed by real-time information; therefore, the creditability of the information is able to be improved. We will create the base for Patient Monitoring System with the data from the side effect of the creatinine value and allergies. Decision Support System minimize the inconvenience and the riskiness of the given contrast medium for CT tests. We would like to improve medical services by providing a standard circumstance where patients are able to run tests safely and comfortably.
