디지털 전환과 비대면 소통 플랫폼에 대한 요구로 메타버스가 주목받고 있지만, 원활한 의사소통을 돕는 대화 시스템이 아직 메타버스에서는 널리 적용되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 메타버스에 대화 시스템을 적용하는 경우 메타버스에서의 주변 상황에 대한 정보를 이용하여 기존의 대화 상태를 수정하는 방법을 제안한다. 대화와 상황에 대한 정보를 모두 활용하는 본 모델은 대화 상태를 추적하는 모듈과 상황 상태를 추적하는 모듈, 그리고 추적한 상황 상태와 대화 상태를 비교하여 수정하는 알고리즘으로 구성된다. 사용자의 의도를 재확인하는 대화가 추가됨에 따라 잘못된 대화 상태를 수정할 수 있고, 대화 시스템의 정확도 향상이 가능하다.

The purpose of the study is to propose the plans promoting IS acceptances under the circumstances where the IS usage is semi-mandatory. Since the IS usage is critical to secure the organization's competitiveness, many researchers have endeavored to investigate the factors in promoting IS acceptance. While TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) has been generally applied under the voluntary circumstance, under the mandatory circumstance did many researchers come to realized the limit of applying the TAM on IS acceptance. This resulted in various research trials to identify the IS acceptance under the mandatory circumstance. However, no research to promoting IS acceptance under the recommend circumstance where the corresponding users are recommend to the IS rather than alternative systems exits. The study applied the concept of switching costs to the research model, identified users' acceptance variations, and finally proposed the promotion plans for IS acceptance. The findings illustrate that IS dependence levels tend to be increased when both user satisfactions from a psychological perspective and monetary benefits from an economic perspective make the switching costs higher. The study stresses that organizations should provide information systems which reduce users' time, costs, and endeavors in performing their tasks, rather than require to use them by compulsion.

본 연구는 최근 확산되고 있는 이러닝 학습 환경과 관련하여, 사이버가정학습의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 환경요인과 학습자요인으로 구분하고 이들의 구조적 관계를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 충청북도와 대전에 위치한 초등학교 학생들을 대상으로 하여 1,784명에게 관련 요인에 대한 설문을 수집하였고 이를 바탕으로 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 사이버가정학습에서 학습자 요인과 환경요인은 높은 상관관계를 가지고 있으며, 학습자 요인보다 환경요인에 의해 사이버가정학습의 만족도가 좌우되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 학습자 개개인의 역량이나 특성보다도 효과적인 이러닝 학습 환경을 구성하는 것에 의해 학습 성취도가 보장될 수 있다는 점과, 한편으로 교사나 부모의 지도에 따라 사이버 가정학습에 참여하는 경우가 많고 주로 과제나 의무로 참여하기 때문에 학습자의 피동성이 반영된 결과로도 볼 수 있다. 이에 대한 후속연구의 필요성을 논의하였다.

농업과 ICT(Information & Communication Technology)의 융합기술은 미래농업의 주요 요인으로 지목되고 있는 가운데 식량부족 및 식품 안전성 문제의 대안 책으로 주목받고 있다. 최근 들어, 국내 및 국제 농업분야에서는 농작물 생육환경에 대해 ICT기술 중 빅데이터를 이용하여, 농업분야 환경을 개선하고자 한다. 그러나 아직까지 국내 농업분야에서는 빅데이터 활용도가 낮으며, 농가별로 폐쇄적으로 운영하여 생육환경 데이터가 공유되지 않고 있다. 따라서 세계 10대 유망상업 중 하나로 꼽히는 빅데이터 활용과 더불어 개방형 지식 서비스화 할 수 있는 LOK(Linked Open Knowledge) 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구는 국내외 생육환경과 빅데이터의 연구현황을 분석하고 국내 농업의 선진화 방안으로 농업 내의 빅데이터 구축 및 활용을 통한 농작물에 대한 LOK의 필요성을 알아보고, 제언하고자 한다.

사물 인터넷(IoT) 산업이 확산되면서 사용자의 정보를 특별한 조작 없이 물체가 스스로 인식하는 일이 매우 중요해졌다. 그중에서도 성별(남, 여)은 생물학적인 구조가 달라 성향이 다르고 사회적으로도 기대하는 바가 다르기 때문에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 하지만 얼굴 이미지를 기반으로 한 성별 인식과 관련된 연구는 동일한 성별이라도 다양한 생김새를 가지고 있어서 여전히 도전적인 분야이다. 그리고 성별인식 시스템을 사물 인터넷에 적용하기 위해서는 디바이스 크기를 소형화 시켜야 하며 저전력으로 구동이 가능해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 저전력으로 실제 사물에서 성별을 인식할 수 있는 기능을 탑재하기 위해 딥 러닝 기반의 성별 인식 알고리즘을 제안하고 이를 모바일 GPU 임베디드 보드에 포팅하여 최종적으로 실시간 성별인식 시스템을 구현하였다. 실험에서는 소비전력과 초당 처리 가능한 프레임 수를 PC환경과 모바일 GPU 임베디드 환경에서 측정하여 저전력 환경에서도 성별 인식이 가능함을 증명하였다.

RFID system can be used to improve object recognition, map building and localization for robot area. A novel method of indoor navigation system for a mobile robot is proposed using RFID technology. The mobile robot With a RFID reader and antenna is able to find what obstacles are located where in circumstance and can build the map similar to indoor circumstance by combining RFID information and distance data obtained from sensors. Using the map obtained, the mobile robot can avoid obstacles and finally reach the desired goal by $A^*$ algorithm. 3D map which has the advantage of robot navigation and manipulation is able to be built using z dimension of products. The proposed robot navigation system is proved to apply for SLAM and path planning in unknown circumstance through numerous experiments.

We have developed the convergence system that can control an appliance under ubiquitous circumstance. The system can display the GPS information received from the satellite, several control signal and mobile phone signal. In order to display the information between phone and the PC, we can control program command.

대부분의 화자인식 시스템은 음성 분석을 통해 화자의 특징을 음향 파라미터 형태로 추출하여 화자의 표준패턴을 만든 후, 입력된 미지의 음성패턴과의 차이를 계산하여 허용 여부를 최종적으로 판단한다. 화자인식에 사용하는 파라미터는 화자의 특징을 충분히 표현함과 더불어 발성 시마다 변동이 작은 것이 바람직하다. 따라서 본 논문에서도 이를 위해서 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 벡터 양자화모델에 비잡음 환경에 강한 스펙트럼 특징과 잡음 환경에 강한 운율정보를 화자인식 시스템에 이용할 것을 제안하였다. 훈련과정에서 코드북 형성시 실제 데이터를 스펙트럼 특징과 운을 특징을 조합하여 원하는 모델 수만큼 만들었다. 인식과정에서는 입력된 테스트패턴을 각 모델간에 거리 측도로 비교하여 가부를 결정하였다. 실험결과 스펙트럼 특징과 운을 특징을 각각 이용할 경우 보다 좋은 인식율을 얻었으며, 특히 잡음 환경에서 안정된 인식율을 확보하므로 상용화의 가능성을 한층 높였다.

In the UK, the legal principle for the duty of disclosure established in Carter v Boehm case was codified in the Marine Insurance Act 1906("MIA"). The duty of disclosure under the MIA is the pre-contractual duty by the insured and therefore, the insured should disclose the every material circumstance that would influence a prudent insurer's judgement. If the insured violates the duty of disclosure, the insurer is entitled to avoid the insurance contract, regardless of whether there was the deliberate or reckless breach, which is unfavorable to the insured. The Law Commission reviewed the duty of disclosure under the MIA in detail and provided the Insurance Act 2015 for the purpose of enhancing the interests of the insured. The Insurance Act 2015("Act"),while the basic legal structure of the duty of disclosure under the MIA still remains, amends it in respect of non-consumer insurance and furthermore, integrate the duty of disclosure and the duty not to misrepresent into the duty of fair presentation of risk. And according to the Act, the insurer is required to more actively communicate with the insured before entering the contract with the result that, if the insured fails to disclose the material circumstance but provides the sufficient information to put the insurer on notice, the insurer should further inquire for the purpose of the insured's revealing the material circumstance. In addition, the Act details the insured's constructive knowledge of material circumstance by reviewing the current case law and introduces a new system for the insurer's proportionate remedy against the insured's breach of the duty of fair presentation of risk.

In the study of the Sutras in our country. We can seak important not only the study of real-Sutras, but the study of counterfeit-Sutras. This study examines into the completion circumstance of Monglyun Kyung. Therefore, Following items were discussed. (1) Monglyun Kyung was conceived by the idea of Monglyun's biography. (2) Monglyun Kyung was derived and developed by Ulanboon Kyung (3) Monglyun Kyung was effected by Donhwang Byunmoon's Monglyun Byunmoon, and Completed about the eleventh century in Korea. But it was not the simple imitation of Byunmoon. Thereby it was completed, undergo various influence, by other the Sutras and the theses. As a result, Monglyun Kyung was disclosed as excellent Korea's forge the Sutras. For it had excellent aspect like the Sutras.
