  • Recently, many studies have been conducted to analyze traffic or object recognition that classifies vehicles through artificial intelligence-based prediction models using CCTV (Closed Circuit TeleVision)or drone images. In order to develop an object recognition deep learning model for accurate traffic estimation, systematic data construction is required, and related standardized guidelines are insufficient. In this study, previous studies were analyzed to derive guidelines for establishing artificial intelligence-based training data for traffic estimation using drone images, and business reports or training data for artificial intelligence and quality management guidelines were referenced. The guidelines for data construction are divided into data acquisition, preprocessing, and validation, and guidelines for notice and evaluation index for each item are presented. The guidelines for data construction aims to provide assistance in the development of a robust and generalized artificial intelligence model in analyzing the estimation of road traffic based on drone image artificial intelligence.

  • Objective : Respiratory muscle weakness and decreased chest mobility has been suggested to result from the deconditioning that accompanied activity level in chronic elderly stokes. The benefits of respiratory exercise programmes on exercise capacity and muscle strength in hemiplegia. This study aimed to determine the effects of selective inspiratory and expiratory muscles training and chest mobility exercise on patients with strokes to establish if an improved exercise capacity can be obtained in patients that are not limited in their daily activities. Methods & Intervention : Twelve patients were assigned to the intensive respiratory exercise group participated in a measures design that evaluated the subjects with pre-treatment and post-treatment. Thirteen subjects who were assigned to a control group received training with breathing exercise and resistance exercise of skeletal muscles. The subjects performed spirometry then undertook a 6-week programme of respiratory muscle and chest mobility training. Training for the two groups was carried out 2 times a week for 6 weeks. Measurements and Results : Spirometry(Forced Vital Capacity: FVC and Closed Circuit Spiromety: CCS) and thoracic mobility were measured before and after the 6 weeks. The experimental group improved significantly compared to control group in FVC, $FEV_1$, MVV, IRV and ERV, and upper chest wall expansion(p<0.05). No significant improvement was seen in thoracic mobility or lung function in control group(p>0.05). Conclusion : The major findings in this study were that a intensive 6week exercise programme of resistive breathing and chest mobility in patients with hemiplegia led to an increase in lung capacity. • An adaptive equalization scheme based on all-digital jitter measurement is proposed for a continuous time linear equalizer (CTLE) preceding a clock and data recovery (CDR) in a receiver circuit for high-speed serial interface. The optimum equalization coefficient of CTLE is determined during the initial training period based on the measured jitter. The proposed circuit finds automatically the optimum equalization coefficient for CTLE with 20", 30", 40" FR4 channel at the data rate of 5 Gbps. The chip area of the equalizer including the adaptive controller is 0.14 mm2 in a $0.13{\mu}m$ process. The equalizer consumes 12 mW at 1.2 V supply during the normal operation. The adaptive equalizer has been applied to a USB3.0 receiver.

  • In this study, anti-corrosion effect was investigated through various electrochemical experiments after applying Al thermal spraying technology to AA5083-H321. Open circuit potential and anodic polarization curves were analyzed through electrochemical experiments in natural seawater. The shape of the surface was observed using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and a 3D microscope before and after the experiment. Component and crystal structure were analyzed through EDS and XRD. As a result, the surface roughness of AA5083-H321 and the Al thermal sprayed coating layer increased due to surface damage caused by anodic dissolution reaction during the anodic polarization experiment. The corrosion rate of AA5083-H321 was relatively low because the Al thermal spray coating layer contained structural defects such as pores and crevices. Nevertheless, the open circuit potential of the Al thermal spray coating layer in natural seawater was measured about 0.2 V lower than that of AA5083-H321. Thus, a sacrificial anode protection effect can be expected.

  • To enhance the quality of defect detection for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) during electronic product manufacturing, this study primarily focuses on optimizing the YOLOv7-based method for PCBA defect detection. In this method, the Mish, a smoother function, replaces the Leaky ReLU activation function of YOLOv7, effectively expanding the network's information processing capabilities. Concurrently, a Squeeze-and-Excitation attention mechanism (SEAM) has been integrated into the head of the model, significantly augmenting the precision of small target defect detection. Additionally, considering angular loss, compared to the CIoU loss function in YOLOv7, the SIoU loss function in the paper enhances robustness and training speed and optimizes inference accuracy. In terms of data preprocessing, this study has devised a brightness adjustment data enhancement technique based on split-filtering to enrich the dataset while minimizing the impact of noise and lighting on images. The experimental results under identical training conditions demonstrate that our model exhibits a 9.9% increase in mAP value and an FPS increase to 164 compared to the YOLOv7. These indicate that the method proposed has a superior performance in PCBA defect detection and has a specific application value.

  • This paper attempts to compensate the nonlinearity between the input voltage and the output displacement of the piezoelectric stack in dynamic actuation by the following two ways. Firstly, the charge steering by circuit configuration reduces the hysteresis of piezoelectric actuator remarkably. However, it makes the ripple in positioning due to the phase lag and noise induced from the elements of the long closed loop. Secondly, the feedforward control by neural network compensates the hysteresis of the piezoelectric actuators effectively with the appropriate selection of the input variables for the training. The improvement of the dynamic performance of the piezoelectric actuators by the developed linearization technique is verified by experiments.
