  • There are many assistive devices for the visually impaired. They are becoming smart. In this paper, we propose a device that help route guidance for a visually impaired person. It is composed of a smart phone, cane, and hands-free devices. The smart phone helps a route guidance. The cane detects an obstacle and transmits it to the hands-free device. The hands-free device communicates with a visually impaired person. We here present their architecture, signal flow, configuration, and their circuit diagrams.

  • This paper presents a developing method of smart fingerprint recognition system. First, we design a hardware configuration circuit using a 32bit Risc CPU, a fingerprint sensor, a LCD, and a WiFi communication chip to realize the smart fingerprint recognition systems. It is necessary to develop a JNI (Java Native Interface) library and a device drive program of fingerprint sense to develop application program of fingerprint recognition system with Android platform. Thus second, we develop a device drive and a JNI program. And we also develop an application program of fingerprint recognition systems using developed JNI library. Finally test results are presented to illustrate the performance of the developed smart fingerprint recognition system.

촉감 피드백을 위한 유압증폭자기치유형 정전식 액추에이터 연구 개발 (HASEL Actuator Study for Tactile Feedback Device)

  • Attempts are being made to provide various tactile feedbacks to user. In particular, a variety of soft actuators are being inserted into the tactile feedback device to give a more flexible, soft and strong stimulation. In this study, a basic study was performed to utilize a hydraulically amplified self-healing electrostatic (HASEL) actuator as a tactile feedback actuator. The HASEL actuator showed great displacement and force with a simple circuit configuration. In particular, by making the actuator in a circular shape, the angle was reduced and the electrode was arranged in a ring shape to maximize the displacement of the central part. As a result, the HASEL actuator showed a displacement difference according to the input waveform. In addition, in order to use it safely as an actuator for tactile feedback, we covered the surface with silicone and confirmed that the actuator works well. Using these actuators, it will be possible to manufacture a lightweight, portable tactile feedback device.

  • Software copyright are written in text form of documents and stored as files, so it is easy to expose on an illegal copyright. The IOT framework configuration and service environment are also evaluated in software structure and revealed to replication environments. Illegal copyright can be easily created by intelligently modifying the program code in the framework system. This paper deals with similarity comparison to determine the suspicion of illegal copying. In general, original source code should be provided for similarity comparison on both. However, recently, the suspected developer have refused to provide the source code, and comparative evaluation are performed only with executable code. This study dealt with how to analyze the similarity with the execution code and the circuit configuration and interface state of the system without the original source code. In this paper, we propose a method of analyzing the data of the object without source code and verifying the similarity comparison result through evaluation examples.

엑시톤 억제층 두께에 따른 유기 광기전력 소자의 특성 (Properties in Organic Photovoltaic Cell Depending on the Exciton Blocking Layer Thickness)

  • Photovoltaic effects in organic solar cell were studied in a cell configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/CuPc(20 nm)/$C_{60}$(40 nm)/BCP/Al(150 nm) at room temperature. Here, the BCP layer works as an exciton blocking layer. The exciton blocking layer must transport electrons from the acceptor layer to the metal cathode with minimal increase in the total cell series resistance and should absorb damage during cathode deposition. Therefore, a proper thickness of the exciton blocking layer is required for an optimized photovoltaic cell. Several thicknesses of BCP were made between $C_{60}$ and Al. And we obtained characteristic parameters such as short-circuit current, open-circuit voltage, and power conversion efficiency of the device under the illumination of AM 1.5.

  • Medium scale 집적회로인 BCD to seven segment decoder/driver를 P-channel Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor집적회로 제작 기법으로 설계, 제작하였다. 본 소자는 특별히 common cathode seven segment light emitting diode에 적합하도록 설계되었다. decoder logic은 직렬로 연결된 두 개의 Read-Only-Memory로 구성되어 있으며 driver로는 channel이 넓은 FET를 사용하였다. 제작된 집적회로는 전원 전압이 -7 volt에서 -26 volt까지 변화할 때 정상적으로 동작하였으며 LED각 segment 전류의 non-uniformity는 약 ±10%이었다.

  • As car industry takes the DMB, geographical feature information and Internet service recently, the need of an electricity energy is the trend to increase. But existing 12V car electricity system is difficult to be satisfied rapidly increasing electricity need. A relation component company is adding the spur at a high electricity system development. In this paper we accomplished the hi-directional DC-DC Converter for high electricity system composed 42V configuration device. Through a simulation experiment, We looked into the control method and the operation characteristic of the circuit, We accomplished the comparison analysis for fit topoloy selection.

TPU 소재를 이용한 3D 프린팅 로봇 손의 제어기 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Controller Design of 3D Printed Robot Hand using TPU Material)

  • In this study, a rehabilitation 3D printed wearable device was developed by combining an assembly-type robot hand and an integral-type robot hand through fused deposition 3D printing manufacturing with various hardness TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) filaments. The hardware configuration of the robot hand includes a controller designed with four motors, one small servo motor, and a circuit board. In the case of the assembly-type robot hand model, a 3D printed robot hand was assembled using samples printed with TPU of hardness 87A and 95A. It was observed that TPU with a hardness of 95A was suitable for use due to shape stability. For the integrated-type robot hand model, the external sample using TPU of hardness 95A could be modified through a cutting method, and the hardware configuration is the same as the assembly-type. The system structure of the 3D printed robot hand was improved from an individual control method to a simultaneous transmission method.Furthermore, the system architecture of an integrated 3D printed robotic hand rehabilitation device and the application of the rehabilitation device were developed.

  • Product of technology developed in this study is an external interface for controlling the equipment of pendant key remote control system circuit board, and it is used in the electronic component test equipment system. Main control system module is in the role as a device for controlling the various control devices that make up the integrated system for microscopic examination at the request of the host computer engineers to control the inspection equipment. The pentane-key interface module to its role as a device for controlling the various control devices that make up the integrated system for microscopic examination at the request of the host computer for the engineer to control the inspection equipment. Development of the control system can be expected in the configuration of a system for efficient and accurate inspection of high-precision parts.
