  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the historical changes in popular house form of chuncheon city. 177 samples of the houses built in the period of 1951~1992 were selected. The house structure, size, equipment system were analyzed as well as material, color and types of roof along the historical development.

일부도시지역 주민의 상병상태에 대한 조사연구 (A Study on Morbidity of Chuncheon Citizen)

  • A Health Interview Survey at Chuncheon city was conducted to assess level of illness by stratified random sampling method. Sample size was 6,007 and the prevalence of illness in period of 15 days was studied. 1) Prevalence rate of illness among Chuncheon citizen was 20.8 percent, and that of acute condition was 10.8 percent and chronic condition, 10.0 percent. 2) There was significant difference in prevalence rate by sex, especially the prevalence rate of chronic illness. 3) High positive correlation was noted between aging and prevalence rate of chronic illness. But negative correlation was noted in case of acute illness. 4) Multiple regression analysis on morbid state by socioeconomic variables was not seen to be appropriate for this survey, especially the analysis of acute illness. 5) Estimation of anual prevalence rate could not be possible because of seasonal variation of disease prevalence.

  • 본 연구는 2011년 7월 27일 00:08경 강원도 춘천시 신북읍 천전리 마적산 산지당골에서 발생한 산사태 재난현장에 출동한 춘천소방서 소방공무원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 소방의 초기 재난대응에 관한 문제점 및 개선방안을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 의용소방대원에 대한 전문교육실시 및 활용방안 강구, 유관기관 초기 재난대응능력 향상 및 협조체제 구축, 산사태 재난대응 전문교육 강화, 상황관리 및 현장 지휘체계 강화, 신속한 현장응급의료소의 설치 운영, 적절한 자원대기소의 설치 운영, 적절한 통제선의 설치 운영, 적절한 언론통제, 개인 구조장비 및 중장비 연료의 충분한 확보, 휴대용무전기 및 충전기의 충분한 확보, 재난대응에 필요한 소방예산의 확보 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

춘천시의 조경식물의 식재와 이용 현황 (A Study on the Planting and Use of Landscaping Plants in Chuncheon)

  • This study was executed to find out how to improve the planting and use of landscaping plants in Chuncheon. The number of street trees was 17,877 in 2003. The major species of street trees were Ginkgo biloba(52.7%), Prunus sargentii(15.3%), Zelkova serrata(8.9%), Platanus occidentalis(7.3%). Salix babylonica and Platanus occidentalis were decreased, while Prunus sargentii and Zelkova serrata were increased. Salix babylonica is a good species for a lakeside city, but its seeds cause allergies to some people. Most of the trees have been removed in Chuncheon. The planting of Salix babylonica(♂) resulted in no problems, and it should be propagated to plant. The soil of several areas was analysed to investigate soil conditions. The outskirts of city had good conditions in pH, organic matter and minerals, but the downtown areas had high alkalic, due to alkali from footpath concrete blocks. Appropriate pruning adds to the aesthetic and prolongs the useful life; it also requires less managing of insects and diseases to maintain good healthy of street trees. Street trees were not properly pruned due to electric lines and shortage of pruning information. The pruning was controlled by Korea Electric Power Co, which has no pruning information. Pruning must be maintained by a professional landscape company to maintain good shape such as with Bonsai. The Shrubs planting zone between street trees and other trees, and preservation plates were established for healthy of street trees. They have to be repaired and maintained well to keep better environmental conditions. The number of tree and flower species of 68 schools in Chuncheon were 12 and 16, respectively. The species that showed high preference were Juniperus chinensis, Pinus koraiensis, Pinus densiflora, Rosa centifolia, Forsythia koreana, and Rhododendron schlippenbachii. The high frequency of the protection trees designated by Chuncheon were Pinus densiflora, Ginko biloba, Zelkova serrata, Quercus species. It was thought that the diversification of street tree species, the selection of street trees suitable to each space, the generalization of use of native species, the appropriate pruning and proper fertilization, the control of pests and diseases, and the opinions of citizens concerning landscape plants were needed to improve the planting, use and maintenance of landscaping plants in Chuncheon.

T맵 검색지와 썸트랜드 데이터를 이용한 관광인기도분석: 강원도 춘천을 중심으로 (Analysis of Tourism Popularity Using T-map Search andSome Trend Data: Focusing on Chuncheon-city, Gangwon-province)

  • 2020년 1월 국내 최초 환자가 발생한 코로나19(COVID 19)는 다양한 분야에 영향을 끼쳤다. 그중에서도 가장 타격을 받은 곳은 관광 분야라 하겠다. 특히 강원도 지역은 관광 기반의 산업 구조가 지역의 근간을 이루고 있고 관광산업이 소상공인 및 소기업의 주요 소득원이므로 그 피해가 크다. 이와 같은 피해 상황 및 정도를 확인하고자 강원권 지역 중에서 대중적 접근성이 가장 편리하며 서울 및 수도권 등에서 대중교통을 이용하여 당일 관광이 가능하고, 일반적인 이미지가 적은 비용을 사용한 관광이 가능하다고 인식되고 있는 춘천 지역을 대상으로 데이터 분석을 통하여 실증분석을 하였다. 이를 위하여 관광지식정보시스템에서 제공하는 춘천의 방문객 데이터를 기준으로 일반적인 지역 현황을 확인하였고 코로나 이전인 2019년도와 이후인 2020년도의 관심도 확인을 위하여 키워드 수집 전문 기업인 (주)바이브컴퍼니의 웹서비스 썸트랜드에서 수집한 키워드와 차량용 내비게이션 서비스와 통신 서비스 제공을 병행하는 SK텔레콤의 T맵 검색지 데이터를 함께 비교해 봄으로써 춘천에 대한 일반적인 지역 이미지를 분석하였다. 또한 키워드와 T맵 검색지 데이터를 적용한 관광 인기도 지수를 개발하여 2개 연도의 데이터를 비교해 봄으로써 코로나 상황이 춘천 지역 방문객들의 관심도가 실제 방문으로 이어지는 것에 얼마나 영향을 미쳤는지를 데이터 분석적인 접근 방법으로 고찰하였다. 데이터 마트 설계를 거친 후 관광인기도 지수를 적용한 빅데이터 분석 결과를 확인한 바에 의하면, 코로나19 상황은 강원도 춘천 지역 관광 인기도에 미치는 영향이 크지 않다는 것을 확인하였고, 해당 지역이 가지고 있는 지역별 특수성에 기반한 관광지 이미지 등을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 연구 분석 결과가 관광경제정책 입안에 유용한 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

춘천시 대기 중 PM2.5 및 금속성분의 장기간 농도 특성 (Long-term Characteristics of PM2.5 and Its Metallic Components in Chuncheon, Korea)

  • In this study, $PM_{2.5}$ samples were collected during approximately 3 years in Chuncheon, a small residential and tourist city, in Korea. The average $PM_{2.5}$ concentration was $26.9{\mu}g/m^3$, exceeding the annual national air quality standard. $PM_{2.5}$ showed typical seasonal variation, having higher concentration in winter and lower concentration in summer. Sixteen metallic elements in $PM_{2.5}$ were also analyzed, and K was the highest contributor especially in late fall and winter. In addition, K considerably increased for the top 10% of $PM_{2.5}$ samples and showed the highest correlation coefficient with $PM_{2.5}$ among all other metallic elements. These results suggest that the combustion of agricultural residue and other biomass, the major source of K was likely to be important to high $PM_{2.5}$ concentration events in this city. Crustal elements including Al, Fe, Si, Ti, Mg showed high concentration in spring while Cr, Cu and Ni were relatively consistent throughout a year. Principal component analysis was used to trace the sources, and soil re-suspension, combustion of biomass and fossil fuels, and asphalt concrete production were identified as the main sources of $PM_{2.5}$.

GIS와 퍼지함수(Fuzzy function)를 활용한 고라니의 생태통로 적지분석 - 춘천시를 대상으로 - (Suitability Analysis of Eco-corridor for Korean Water Deer (Hydropotes Inermis) based on GIS and Fuzzy Function - A Case Study of Chuncheon City -)

  • Rapid developments around the world have resulted in urban expansion, habitat destruction, habitat fragmentation, and pollution problems, which are the main reasons for the decline in biological diversity. The United Nations warns that many animals and plants will die out in the near future if this continues. This study was performed to propose a map of eco-corridor suitability analysis of Korean water deer(Hydropotes Inermis) to enhance biodiversity in Chuncheon city. Eight factors affecting habitat suitability were elevation, aspect, slope, forest type, distance to the road, distance to the stream, land use and green connectivity. Previous study analysis on the mobility behaviour of the Korean water deer(Hydropotes Inermis) produced a habitat suitability map by determining the threshold and assigning a value between 0 and 1 depending on the habitat suitability using the fuzzy function. A method of analysis was proposed for a number of eco-corridor through comparative analysis of the data from the produced habitat suitability map and the road-kill point. The previous studies were focused on Backdudaegan region and national parks except for urban cities. The potential habitat map of Korean water deer could be helpful as a way to prevent habitat disconnection and increase species diversity in urban areas.

도시 이미지 분석 기법에 관한 연구 : MDS(Multidimensional Scaling)에 의한 도시 간 이미지 비교 (A Study on the Analysis Method of City Image : Focusing on the Image Comparison between Cities by MDS)

  • Rapid economic development in Korea caused functions of city functions such as concentration of population, deterioration of the quality of living environment and traffic congestion. Korean cities have lost their identity becausr they are merged functionally and physically with neighboring cities, forming one mesa-city. Unified shape and disorganized streets of cities often cause confusion among foreigners and visitors. It is very difficult for them to find their image in strange cities. It is, however, important to correctly analyze the image and meaning of cities for understanding its identity. The purpose of this study is to develop a method to analyze the city image by focusing on some of the main cities in Korea. For this purpose, the adjective questionnaire and multi-dimension scaling (MDS) are applied to the analysis of city image. Image analysis graph by MDS can visually present the general and integrate images. The results of this study are summarized as follows: The important factors for interpretation of city image are historical and industrial character. Seoul, Taegu and Pusan have industrial and complex city images. Kongju has historical city image, while Changwon has a modern image. Chuncheon belongs to a soft and small image. Each city has an alternative solution against a negative image, according to the image analysis graph.

보건직 공무원과 행정직 공무원의 직무 스트레스, 건강증진행위와 삶의 질 비교 (Comparison of Job Stress, Quality of Life Scale and Health Promotion Behaviors in Public Health Officials and General Administration Officials)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the job stress, health promotion behaviors and quality of life between public health officials and general administration officials. Methods: Subjects were 60 public health officials and 71 general administration officials in G-City in Korea. Data were collected from January 25 to February 5, 2016 through self-administered questionnaires and analyzed t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficients. Results: Job stress (t=4.060 p<.001) and quality of life (t=3.963, p=.025) were significantly different between public health officials and general administration ones, while health promotion behaviors were not significantly different between these two official groups (t=0.394, p=.606) Conclusion: Results of this study suggested that it was necessary for public health officials to develop intervention program aimed at reducing job stress. Also, it would be effective to focus on improving health promotion behaviors and quality of life for them.

춘천지역 상수원수 중 휴믹물질의 분리 및 특성 (Isolation and Characteristics of Humic Substances in Raw water of Chuncheon-City)

  • Humic substances generally comprise 30-50% of the dissolved organic carbon in water. They can affect water quality adversely in several ways and they are important from a water treatment perspective due to their role as precursors for the formation of chlorination by-products such as trihalomethanes. The objectives of this research are to investigate the characteristics of organic matter using raw water of Chuncheon area, to isolate the humic substance fractions from natural water samples, and characterize the extracted humic substances. Humic substances were fractionated according to "isolation of IHSS aquatic humic and fulvic acids" using XAD resin adsorption technique. Characteristics of humic substances were analyzed through DOC, $UV_{254}$, $SUVA_{254}$, FT-IR spectra, fluorescence analysis.
