디젤기관에서 다종 함산소연료 첨가에 의한 배기배출물 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Exhaust Emission Characteristics by Various Oxygenated Additives in Diesel Engine)

  • In this paper, the effects of oxygen component in blended fuel on the exhaust emissions have been investigated far direct injection diesel engine. It was tested to estimate change of engine performance and exhaust emission characteristics for th? commercial diesel fuel and oxygenated blended fuels which have three kinds of fuels and various mixed rates. And, it was tried to analyze not only total hydrocarbon but individual hydrocarbons(C$_1$∼ C$\_$6/) in exhaust gases using gas chromatography to seek the reason far remarkable reduction of smoke emission on various oxygenated fuels. This study carried out by comparing the chromatogram with diesel fuel and diesel fuel blended DGM(diethylene glycol dimethyl ether), MTBE(methyl tart-butyl ether) and EGBE(ethylene glycol mono-n-butyl ether). The results of this study show that individual hydrocarbons as well as total hydrocarbon of oxygenated fuel are reduced remarkably compared with commercial diesel fuel.

자소엽(紫蘇葉)의 한약재 표준화 연구 (Analysis of Perilla Frutescens Using Liquid Chromatogram Pattern)

  • Perilla frutescens is known as the herb helps digestion, tonifies stomachache, and decreases fever in oriental medicine. And it is reported it possess the anti-pyretic effect, anti-inflammatory effect, anti-allergy effect, anti-tumor effect etc. The components isolated from this herb consist of perilla aldehyde, d-limonene, ${\alpha}-pinene$, cyanin, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, menthol, rosmarinic acid and luteolin etc. But there is no effective tools to determine the quality of this herb. In this study, we aimed to analyze the changes of liquid chromatogram pattern, one of major standardization method, to determine the quality of Perilla frutescens.

  • 海洋에 기름이 流出되면 蒸發, 溶解, 酸化 및 미생물 分解等의 영향을 받는다. 그러므로 GC에 의한 탄화수소와 黃化合物을 分析하기 위하여 人工的으로 經時變化 시키면서 시료을 채취하였다. GC분석결과 시료유는 저마다의 독특한 형태의 Chromatogram을 나타내고 있다. 탄화수소 중의 低비점 성분의 Peak는 시간이 경과하면서 감소하고 있다. 그러나 FPD에 의해 黃化合物을 分析한 Chromatogram 은 비교적 經時變化의 영향을 적게 받고있다. GC에 의한 탄화수소 및 黃化合物 分析法은 流出油를 비교 分析하여 汚染源을 識別하는데 重要한 方法이다.

  • This investigation was carried out to study the influence of pH and heat treatment on the ginsenosides in the white ginseng extract. Changes in ginsenosides (Rb1, Rb2, ,Rc, Rd) and free sugar were measured by the peak area variation of HPLC chromatogram during 25 hours heat treatment at the various level of pH. It was found that :(1) The peak areas of Rb1. Rb2, Rc and Rd on the HPLC chromatogram were decreased remarkably below pH 4.0 and more decrease was found as the temperature and heating time increased. (2) Those of glucose and arabinose were increased remarkably. It is considrered that the increase of glucose and the formation of arabinose result from the hydrolysis of ginsenoside( Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Rd) linked with sugars.

Preparation of Smart Probiotic Solid Lipid Nanoparticles (SLN) for Target Controlled Nanofood

  • Ultrasonication was employed to prepare solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) for smart probiotic nanoparticles as a nanofood. The model probiotic material, lactocin from Lactobacillus plantarum (CBT-LP2), was incorporated into SLN. The CBT-LP2 loaded SLN (CBT-LP2-SLN) were spherical in the photograph of scanning electron microscope (SEM). The particle size measured by laser diffraction (LD) was found to be $97.3{\pm}8.2nm$. Zeta potential analyzer suggested the zeta potential of LP-SLN was $-29.36{\pm}3.68$ mV in distilled water. The entrapment efficiency (EE%) was determined with the sephadex gel chromatogram and high-performance liquid chromatogram (HPLC), and up to 90.59% of nanofood was incorporated. Stability evaluation showed relatively long-term stability with only slight particle growth (P>0.05) after storage at room temperature for 4 weeks. Therefore, ultrasonication is demonstrated to be a simple, available and effective method to prepare high quality SLN loaded probiotic material.

  • 식품에 잔류하는 보존료를 동시에 정성 및 정량 분석하고자 수증기 증류법에 의한 전처리한 용액을 HPLC주입하여 Chromatogram을 얻었다. cosmosil $5C_{18}$ HPLC column을 상용하였고, 이동상 용매로서는 1% phosphotic acid와 acetonitrile(60 : 40) 혼합용매를 사용하였고 220 nm의 검출 파장 조건에서 실험해 본 결과 분리도가 좋은 chromatogram을 얻었다. 따라서 수증기 증류법에 의해 단 한번의 전처리 과정을 거쳐 HPLC를 이용하여 보존료를 동시 분석, 정성 및 정량이 가능하였다.

  • Aliphatic hydrocarbon gases from rubber pyrolysis have been identified by gas chromatography with tetraethyleneglycol dimethylether column. Rubbers used in this work are polyisoprene, SBR, NBR, polybutadiene, buthyl rubber, polychloroprene and polyurethane rubber. The chromatogram is characteristic for each polymer. Author proposes a method of identification of synthetic rubbers by gas chromatograph of pyrolyzed gas. Sample is pyrolyzed at $450^{\circ}C$ under nitrogen or more effectively helium and gaseous portion, which eliminated liquid condensate, is passed to the column. The appearance of exclusively large peak of isoprene, isobutylene and carbon dioxide shows the presence of polyisoprene, polyisobutylene and polyurethane, respectively. Large peak of butadiene will appear in case of polybutadiene, SBR and NBR, but SBR can be identified through the styrene peak in gas chromatogram of liquid pyrolyzate and NBR can be identified by the evolution of hydrogen cyanide during pyrolysis. Polychloroprene is identified by the evolution of hydrogen chloride. This method could be applied to the identification of copolymer or polymer blend.

역청콘크리트의 성질과 아스팔트 시멘트 크로마토그램과의 상관관계 (Correlation between Property of Bituminous Concrete and Chromatogram of Asphalt Cement Used)

  • Chromatograms of asphalt cements were observed using high pressure - gel permeation chromatography (HP-GPC). The chromatogram characterzed profile of molecular size distribution of asphalt cements. Bituminous concretes using the asphalt cements were prepared in laboratory to measure mechanical properties, tensile strength (TS) and resilient modulus (MR), in dry and wet conditions. Three sources of AC-20 Asphalt cements and one aggregates were used for GPC test and strength test. Results of mechanical property tests and GPC tests were analyzed to evaluate correlation between those two results. Regression analysis showed strong correlation between a mechanical property and sliced percent areas of GPC profile. Mathematical models were developed for estimating mechanical properties of asphalt cement concrete based on HP-GPC data.

노화(老化)에 의한 아스팔트 시멘트 형질변화(形質變化)의 HP-GPC 분석(分析) (HP-GPC Analysis for Characteristics Change of Asphalt Cement Due to Aging)

  • 본 연구(研究)는 노화(老化)에 의한 아스팔트시멘트의 물리적 성질변화를 크로마토그램에 근거(根據)하여 유성학적(流性學的)으로 고찰(考察)하였다. 3종류의 AC-20 아스팔트시멘트와 그것을 인공노화(人工老化)시킨 것 그리고 도로(道路)포장의 코어로부터 추출(抽出)해낸 자연노화(自然老化)된 아스팔트에 대하여 3가지 물리적 성질과, 고압(高壓) 겔 투과(透過) 크로마토그래프(HP-GPC)를 이용한 크로마토그램(분자입도분포(分子粒度分布))을 측정(測定)하였다. 이 물리적 성질과 HP-GPC 결과를 분석(分析)하여 노화전후(老化前後)의 크로마토그램과 물리적 성질의 상관관계(相關關係)를 고찰(考察)하였다. 물리적 성질로는 점도(粘度), 동점도(動粘度), 퇴입도(退入度)를 구하였으며, HP-GPC 시험에서는 THF가 순환용액으로 사용되고 RI 검출기가 사용되었다. 크로마토그램을 같은 시간간격(時間間隔)의 10구간으로 분할(分割)하여, 각 구간의 분할면적비(分割面積比)와 물리적 성질이 통계분석(統計分析)에 사용되었다. 이 연구결과(研究結果) 아스팔트시멘트의 물리적 성질은 크로마토그램 특성과 매우 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 아스팔트의 노화는 유성학적으로 분자입도의 구성비가 변환되는 과정임을 알 수 있었다.

치자(梔子)의 규격 기준 모니터링 및 HPLC 표준크로마토그램 연구 (Quality Monitoring of Specification Standard of Gardeniae Fructus in the Korean Pharmacopoeia and Studies HPLC Standard Chromatogram)

  • Objectives : Gardeniae Fructus is a ripe fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, which has been used as traditional medicines for anti-inflammatory, diuretic, antipyretic, and antibacterial activity. The aim of this study was to compare of Gardeniae Fructus in South Korea collected during three years according to the standards in monographs of the Korean Pharmacopoeia Eleventh edition (KP11). Methods : 30 items of Gardeniae Fructus from two cultivation regions were classified into dried(n=15) & steamed (n=15) and tested according to the standards in monographs of the KP11. Gardeniae Fructus was carried out identification(comparison of colors, thin layer chromatography), heavy metals, residual pesticides, total ash, and assay registered at KP11. Add to we tested loss on dry, contents of ethanol-soluble extracts, and HPLC profiling. Results : In TLC chromatogram of identification test, the spot of gardenoside and geniposide were observed at $R_f$ value of about 0.3 and 0.5. Heavy metals and residual pesticides met the requirements of the standards for all samples. The results of total ash of each samples are measured maximum 4.87 %. According to HPLC for assay, the samples contain 4.80~6.10 % of geniposide and 0.45~1.83 % of gardenoside. Conclusion : We have verified the current specification standard of Gardeniae Fructus and standard that is not set. By the results, it is proposed a new draft of loss on drying and confirmed the content of gardenoside revised. HPLC standard chromatogram of Gardeniae Fructus is proposed. We hope that it will help the standardization of Gardeniae Fructus.
