이태리 레스토랑의 메뉴선택 속성요인이 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Menu Selection Factors of an Italian Restaurant on Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전주지역 이태리 레스토랑을 대상으로 메뉴 주문시 선택 속성에 관한 중요 내용을 알아보고, 이태리 레스토랑의 이용 형태와 각 메뉴 구성별 좋아하는 음식이 무엇인지 분석을 하는데 있다. 연구 결과의 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이태리 레스토랑 메뉴 주문시 선택 속성에 관한 중요도에서는 요인분석에서 건강관리 요인, 서비스관리 요인, 음식관리 요인, 메뉴관리 요인으로 명명하였는데, 만족도 검증 결과 건강관리 요인에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이태리 레스토랑 이용형태에서는 이태리 음식의 인지도에서 긍정적으로 나타났으며, 방문 횟수는 한 달에 1회- 2회, 주 동반인은 가족, 이용 목적은 식사를 하기 위해서, 음식에 대한 정보는 구전을 통해서 정보를 얻은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이태리 메뉴 중에서 각 메뉴별 좋아하는 음식으로는 안티파스토에서 모짜렐라 치즈요리, 수프에서는 아스파라거스 크림 수프, 파스타에서는 크림소스의 스파게티 까르보나라, 피자에서는 모짜렐라 치즈와 살라미, 검정 올리브, 토마토 소스를 얹어 구운 피자, 샐러드는 모짜렐라 치즈 토마토 샐러드, 주요리 중에서 육류는 쇠고기 안심 스테이크, 생선요리는 광어요리, 후식에서는 신선한 과일과 티라미슈를 좋아하는 음식으로 나타났다. 향후 연구에서는 고객들이 이태리 레스토랑을 방문했을때 메뉴 선택시 중요하게 이루어지는 내용을 조사대상자 표본 집단별로 분석하는 다양한 연구가 진행이 되어야 하겠다.

Association between Perceived Parenting Style and Adolescents' Attitudes toward Suicide

  • Objectives: Adolescent suicide, a major cause of adolescent death, is affected by various factors, including attitudes toward suicide. This study investigated the association between parenting style and adolescents' attitudes toward suicide and the mediating role of attitude toward suicide between parenting style and suicidal ideation. Methods: We surveyed 1,071 adolescents from eight middle schools in Incheon, Korea. The survey included sociodemographic information, attitudes toward suicide, perception of parenting style, depression severity, and suicidality. Results: Students in the authoritarian parenting group had a more permissive attitude toward suicide compared with the democratic and permissive parenting groups. These students considered that suicide is justified in certain situations and that choosing suicide is an individual's right. They also had a negative attitude toward talking about suicide or intervening in others' suicide. This association remained statistically significant after adjusting for the impact of confounding factors that could affect attitudes toward suicide, except for suicidal processes and preparedness to prevent suicide. In the mediation analysis, we observed that some factors of the attitudes toward suicide mediated between authoritarian parenting attitudes and suicidal ideation, namely, suicide as a right, preventability, suicide as normal/common, preparedness to prevent suicide, and resignation. Conclusion: This study revealed the significant impact of parenting style on children's attitudes toward suicide. Educating parents about the appropriate parenting attitudes-sympathetic and rational-can help prevent youth suicide.

보건의료계열 대학생의 심폐소생술 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Influential Factors for the Attitude of Health-Care University Students on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

  • 본 연구는 보건의료계열 대학생의 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 자신감 및 태도를 알아보고 심폐소생술에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상은 참여를 동의한 보건의료계열 대학생 516명으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 연구목적에 따라 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple linear regression을 실시하였다. 대상자의 심폐소생술에 대한 태도와 심폐소생술에 대한 지식은 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며(r=.269, p<.001), 또한 심폐소생술에 대한 태도와 심폐소생술에 대한 자신감은 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.620, p<.001). 대상자의 심폐소생술에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 심폐소생술에 대한 자신감, 성별, 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 성격, 전공에 대한 생각, 심폐소생술 교육경험, 의료봉사경험, 전공선택동기가 유의한 영향 요인이었으며, 설명력은 49%이었다. 본 연구의 결과를 근거로 심폐소생술에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 강화할 수 있는 적극적인 프로그램 개발과 교육을 제언한다.

치과용 임플란트 보철물적용환자의 만족요인 (A Study on Satisfaction Factors with Dental Implant Patients)

  • This research has been attempt to examine closely factors that high cost and value to overall satisfaction state for dental implant prosthesis, re-utilization intention, inducement intention of the general hospital dental service user and provide basis data necessary to establish competitive general hospital dentistry management strategy. Collected data using own recording way questionnaire from April 17, 2004 to May 15, 2004 choosing 142 people that agree on this research and question of 361 people that dental implant prosthetic treatment finished from March 1, 1999 to March 1, 2004 for this. Major analyzation consequences are as follows : First, general satisfaction, re-utilization intention, inducement intention for implant prosthesis that highly correlation variables are kindness, explanation, medical treatment level and appreciation of the aesthetic. Second, correlation is high relatively between re-utilization intention, inducement intention in the 3 variables such as general satisfaction re-utilization intention, inducement intention. Third, the result of multiple regression analysis showed that most significant effective factors are satisfaction with explanation of dental implant prosthesis between the 3 dependant variables such as general satisfaction, re-utilization intention, inducement intention. In looking into these consequence, how to improve that raise satisfaction about dental implant prosthetic treatment and to establish patient focused care service system for dental implant prosthesis, it is consider that explain enough about implant prosthesis and raise quality of medical examination and treatment level, including satisfied with fabrication of good esthetic dental implant prosthesis.

20~30대 패션업계 종사자들의 이직과 스트레스에 대한 심층연구 (In-depth Study on the Turnover and Stress of Fashion Industry Workers in Their 20s-30s)

  • The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth examination into the cause of stress as well as reasons for turnover relative to fashion industry workers in their 20s-30s, thereby seeking effective improvement methods to reduce turnover. The study method consisted of one-on-one in-depth interviews to collect data on 15 fashion industry workers. Results were as follow. First, causes of stress for fashion industry workers in their 20s-30s include work related factors, interpersonal relations, and organizational culture, while the most frequently mentioned reasons for turnover were concerns about career track and aptitude as well as annual salary, revealing that self-improvement related growth potential is the most significant factor for turnover. Second, it was not one stress factor that influenced turnover but a composite of several stress factors that motivated individuals to change jobs. Last, time flexibility, self-esteem, and development potential were critical factors for turnover. Self-esteem and development potential that provide a sense of acknowledgment were especially emphasized as the most significant, revealing that the younger generation considers personal happiness to be critical and the more this aspect is not treated adequately the more the odds of choosing turnover. To mitigate this issue, an in-house educational system for self-development and an assignment rotation system must be adopted for workers to change to positions that fit their aptitude.

컨조인트 분석을 이용한 관여도에 따른 한식당 선택 속성 (Selection Attributes of Korean Restaurants Based on the Level of Involvement Using Conjoint Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the key factors considered important by customers in the selection of a Korean restaurant through the use of conjoint analysis techniques. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed over a 2-week period in October 2011, of which 354 were completed (88.5%). Statistical analysis was then carried out using the Windows 18.0 Statistics package. The research was based on the analysis of two target areas - daily meals and special purpose meals. Responses were measured by using Zaichkowsky's Personal Involvement Inventory (PII) and a 7-point Likert Scale. Overall it was found that in all areas of the results regarding the involvement related analyses, daily meals scored lower than special purpose meals. This implied that the choice of daily meals is more applicable to customers with a low level of involvement, whereas high-involvement customers were more likely to focus on special purpose meals. The analysis of high-involvement customers revealed that the quality of food, price, service quality and physical environment, in order of priority, were the most important factors in selecting a restaurant. The use of the optimum attribute combination revealed the following results: delicious food (0.601); friendly staff (0.170); clean restaurant (0.191); price of 20,000 won (-0.513). Furthermore, low-involvement customers considered the following factors as important when selecting a Korean restaurant: quality of food, followed by price, physical environment and service quality in that order. In this instance, the optimum attribute combination showed the following outcomes: tasty food (0.645); friendly staff (0.418); clean restaurant (0.365); price of 5,000 won (-0.847). These results indicated the importance of developing a marketing plan which was based specifically on a customer's involvement level, focusing on their main selection criteria when choosing a Korean restaurant.

공급업체 선정을 위한 계층분석과정과 선형계획모형의 통합모형 (An Integrated Model Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Linear Programming for the Supplier Selection)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업의 운영과 재정, 경쟁력 등에 영향을 비치는 전략적으로 중요한 의사결정인 공급업체 선정을 위한 수리적 평가모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 우수한 공급업체 평가 및 선정을 위한 의사결정을 위해서는 서로 상충되는 다양한 양적요인과 질적요인에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 기존의 연구들이 제시한 단일목적 혹은 다수 목적의 최적화를 추구하는 수리적 모형들 대부분은 공급업체 선정과정예서 매우 중요한 역할을 담당하는 질직 요인을 반영치 않았거나, 모형의 유연성이 제한적 이어 광범위한 활용이 힘든 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공급업체 평가 및 선정을 위해 양적요인뿐만 아니라 질적요인을 동시에 고려한 최선의 공급업체 선정과 주문량 결정을 위한 AHP기법과 선형계획모형을 결합한 통합모형을 제시하였다. 본 통합모형은 공급업체 선정을 위한 평가요인과 이들의 상대적 중요도를 기업의 경영상황에 따라 선택 조정할 수 있으며, 제약조건에 대한 추가나 수정에 유연성을 부여함으로써 기업의 공급업체 평가 및 선정을 위한 실제적인 활용 가능성을 제고시키고자 하였다

초등 교사는 왜 그 사이트에서 과학수업자료를 찾는가? - 과학 교수·학습 자료 지원 웹사이트를 중심으로 - (Why Do Elementary School Teachers Look for Science Instructional Materials on the Website? - Focusing on the Website that Support Science Teaching and Learning -)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influenced elementary school teachers in choosing websites that support science teaching and learning. The participants of this study were four elementary school teachers. The data was collected through semi-constructed and in-depth interview. The results of the research are as follows: First, the individual factors that influenced participants to choose a website were teacher's thinking about appropriate science teaching and learning methods and teacher's lack of ability to prepare science lessons. Second, the surroundings factors were the image of the teachers using the website, the formation of consensus, belonging to the peer teachers, and students' preferences and interests. Third, participants chose a website where they could provide ideas for science lessons that are not available in textbooks and instructional materials for all subjects, and see stories and tips related to teaching career. In addition, the website was selected according to whether the developer of science instructional materials was a teacher, whether the materials uploaded on the website were up-to-date, and whether the teachers can learn by themselves to prepare for the science class. Fourth, participants considered the design and interactivity of the website and chose a website that is easy to search for information. Finally, we suggested the implications for building the websites that support science teaching and learning.

사회경제적 요인이 의료기관 선택 시 사용한 정보원에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Socioeconomic factors on Medical Information resources when Choosing Medical Service)

  • 본 연구는 의료소비자들이 의료기관을 선택할 때 이용하는 의료정보원에 성별, 연령, 직업, 소득수준, 의료보장의 형태, 주거지역 등 사회경제적 요인이 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위한 면접조사이다. 2008년 지역사회 건강조사의 일환으로 충북 지역 거주자들을 대상으로 표준화된 설문지를 이용한 면접을 통하여 의료정보원과 관련된 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS version 12.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 의료기관 선택 시 가장 많이 이용한 정보원은 입원, 외래 모두 개인적 정보원(41.9%, 33.5%)이었으며 가정 적게 이용한 정보원은 경험적 정보원(3.0%, 4.3%)이었다. 개인적 정보원에는 입원, 외래 모두 성별의 차이가 존재하였으며, 외래이용에서 교육수준과 거주지역의 차이가 존재하였다(p<0.001). 공공적 정보원은 입원 시는 연령, 교육수준, 월 가구 소득 간의 차이를 보였고 외래이용 시는 거주지역만 차이를 보였다(p<0.001). 경험적 정보원은 거주지역의 차이만 보였으며, 전문가 정보원은 입원 시는 남자가 외래이용 시는 여자가 더 많이 이용하는 결과를 보였다. 결론적으로 의료기관 선택 시 사용한 정보원은 의료이용자의 사회 경제적 요인과 관련성을 가지고 있으며 이는 의료기관 이용형태(입원, 외래)에 따라 서로 다른 양상을 보였다.

1인 가구 연령별 외식 비용에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of factors influencing dine-out expenditure among single-person household by age)

  • This study was conducted to analyse the dine out behaviors for single-person households using the Consumer Behavior Survey for Food in 2019. The results showed that the respondents had different dine out behaviors according to their age. 20s~30s and 40s~50s single-person household tend to dine out more frequently than 60s~70s. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in the most important selection criteria when choosing a restaurant (p=0.063), but 39.7% of 20s~30s 43.1% of 40s~50s, and the 38.3% of 60s~70s respondents selected 'the taste of food', and the young people (20s~30s) who chose 'cleanliness of the restaurant' were second with 39 people (15.5%), but in the opinion of 40s~50s and 60s~70s, 'price level' was the second most important selection criteria. Besides, frequency of buying food at home was the influencing factor for 20s~30s' monthly expenditure of dinning out, while frequency of buying food at home, monthly expenditure of buying delivery or take-out food were the factors for 40s~50s. Lastly, gender, occupation as well as monthly expenditure of buying delivery or take-out food were the factors for 60s~70s' monthly expenditure of dinning out. As many studies have shown that the expenditures single-person households play an important role in the restaurant business, the results of this study are necessary for food service industry to generate different business strategy to single-person household by age.
