이태리 레스토랑의 메뉴선택과 IMC 활동이 고객만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Menu Choices and IMC Activities on the Customer Satisfaction and the Revisit Intention at Italian Restaurants)

  • 고객들이 지각하는 메뉴선택 속성에 대한 고객만족과 재방문의도 간의 영향 관계 분석을 통하여 현재 소비자층의 특성에 맞는 메뉴의 구성 및 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 필요한 IMC 활동정보를 제공하고자 하는 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 이태리 레스토랑의 메뉴선택 속성이 고객만족에서는 제품 품질, 메뉴구성, 물리적 제공은 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이태리 레스토랑의 메뉴선택 속성이 재방문의도에서는 제품 품질과 메뉴구성은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 물리적 제공은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이태리 레스토랑의 IMC 활동은 고객만족에서는 광고, 홍보는 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 인적 판매는 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이태리 레스토랑의 IMC 활동은 재방문의도에서는 광고, 홍보는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 인적 판매에는 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이태리 레스토랑의 고객만족은 재방문의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Tone in Text and the Effect on Trust and Choice Confidence in Online Fashion Shopping

  • Consumers' psychological demands for e-tail shopping have increased as websites have become one of the most dominant retail outlets for various fashion products. The lack of realistic social stimuli in virtual contexts (websites) has been a major limitation for many online shoppers. Prior research has focused on the viable role of technology to improve positive social factors in e-tailing; however, this study tests the role of tone in text in fashion e-tail sites on consumers' trust and choice confidence. We conducted a self-administered online survey with 309 individuals from the U.S.. The results indicated positive effects of casual tone in text-based content of a fashion e-tail site on trust and confidence. Trust also has a significant positive effect on confidence. Both trust and confidence improved purchase intention. Given the high price of employing an avatar or simulated salesperson online, using tone in text to increase positive social effect on shoppers can be a positive alternative when managers plan e-tail strategies contributing to consumers' positive shopping experience online. Discussions and study limitations are provided.

기능적 속성을 고려한 DMB 서비스의 채택 결정요인 분석 (Determinant Factors Including Functional Attributes for Accepting Digital Multimedia Broadcasting Service)

  • In this paper we consider the Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) Service that starts recently in Korea and gains popularity. DMB makes it possible to watch high quality TV programs while we are in motion. The service provider or the service researcher are interested in the factors that influence the user's choice of new service such as DMB. Understanding the factors make them create the powerful marketing strategies and develop the new service or product that is attractive for users. We therefore find the factors influencing the user's choice of DMB service, and propose a model for analyzing the relationship between the factors and the intention of buying. The model is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). We extend the TAM by adding factors including functional attributes of DMB service. We survey the significant functional attributes influencing the intention of buying by using the proposed model.

Factors Affecting Consumer's Choice of Retail Store Chain: Empirical Evidence from Vietnam

  • The study explores the factors affecting the brand selection behavior of retail chains in Vietnam and to what extent they have an impact on the customer's choice intention. This research employs a combination of both qualitative and quantitative mixed methods with the help of SPSS version 22.0 in data analysis. Expert interviews are used to design the questionnaire for the survey conducted on 700 consumers. Research results show that the eight factors of store image (1-to-3 split factor of store image including the display of goods and services), price perception, risk perception, brand attitude, brand awareness, and brand familiarity were determined. They all influence the intention to choose the retail chain brand. With a positive β coefficient, the more store image, price perception, brand attitude, and brand awareness are enhanced, the more likely the intention to choose the retail chain brand. The factor of risk perception has negative ��, resulting in an inverse impact on choosing a retail chain brand name. Price perception and risk perception have the strongest impact on retail chain decision behavior while commodity display factors the least. Based on these important results, the study proposes implications for retailers and manufacturers.

선호의식데이타에 의한 교통수단선택 모델의 특성 (The Characteristics of Mode Choice Model by Stated Preference Data)

  • In recent year, especially in the mode choice analysis, it has been perceived that the importance of individual performance data using stated preference(SP) experiments as well as revealed preference data . Since SP experiments present respondent with various hypothetical alternatives, which are produced by a combination of a number of different attribute levels, and ask them to indicate a preference, it is possible to analyze travel behavior under a situation of potential environment change such as proposed alternative mode of transportation. The basic problems, however, remains that SP are not consistent with the actual travel behaviors and the research reports for stability of mode choice model using SP data has not been sufficient. Under this background, this study is to examine the characteristics of mode choice model using the SP data by the following items. $\circled1$ Analysis of factors affecting the mode choice behavior by the variance analysis of orthogonal-arrays-table $\circled2$ The reliability of SP data by transfer intention data $\circled3$ The stability of SP responses obtained from repetitive question by the comparison of model coefficient specified by each repetitive data. $\circled4$ The stability of ranking data in mode choice model For the analysis, we assumed subway operations in the Gwang-Ju , and set up a choice-set of hypothetical options based on Experimental Design Method.

창업역량과 사회적 영향력이 창업의지에 미치는 영향력 (The Influence of Entrepreneurial Competence and Social Influence on Entrepreneurial Intention)

  • 직업 특성의 변화로 인하여 성인들은 고용, 비노동 또는 창업을 포함한 새로운 경력 선택을 해야만 하는 상황에 직면해 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 제2의 진로 선택을 목적으로 성인의 창업의지를 높이기 위한 창업역량, 사회적지지, 성공 창업 롤모델이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 또한 창업멘토링의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구 방법으로는 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하고 구조화된 설문지를 통해 연구가설을 검증하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 24.0을 사용하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업역량 중 직무역량과 자금조달능력은 창업의지에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 창업 롤모델은 창업의지에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 창업역량과 사회적지지, 창업 역할모델과 창업의지와의 관계에서는 창업 멘토링의 매개효과를 살펴보면 직무역량→창업멘토링→창업의지, 자금조달역량→창업멘토링→창업의지, 창업성공 롤모델→창업 멘토링→ 창업의지에서 유의미한 매개효과가 있었다.

의과대학생들의 진로선택과 진로지도 (Medical Student Career Choice and Career Planning)

  • Purpose: This study analysed the intention of medical students career choice, educational programmes, and mentoring and counseling system for career planning at Yonsei medical school in Korea. Methods: The data were collected based on four separate graduation questionnaires at Yonsei medical school in the years of 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. The number of the survey was 130 in 2005, 130 in 2006, 153 in 2007, and that of the latest was 120 in 2008. We analysed the career intention on medical specialties and activities, and perceptions of important factors in choosing medical specialty. Results : The results which can be drawn from this study are these: firstly. students had more intention for choosing clinical medicine as university faculty than any other activities. While male students preferred to major in surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, urology, otorhinolaryngology, female students in internal medicine, neurology, anesthesiology and pain medicine, diagnostic radiology, laboratory medicine. Secondly, students perceived that the most important factor which can influence on choosing a medical specialty was individual factor such as one's interests and concerns, values, and aptitudes. In stead, they relatively less perceived mentor and role model's effects on choosing a medical specialty compared to those of the United States of America. Third, the career planning at Yonsei medical school was evaluated well, especially educational programmes for career planning such as self assessment programme, elective(specialized) courses, and conversation with a senior programme. Conclusions: Unexpectedly, there are high demands for career planning by medical students. Therefore, we will reorganize systematic devices for career planning such as mentoring and counseling system at medical school.

해외여행상품 선택을 위한 의사결정 프로세스에 관한 연구 (Decision-making Process for Choosing Alternative Outbound Travel Product)

  • The goal of this article is to ascertain the factors that govern consumers' choosing to outbound travel product. The authors assess the consumers' travel product choosing processes with information search(internal knowledge, external information knowledge). alternative evaluation(perceived image, emotional experience, price acceptability, appeal, trust), and alternative choice(purchasing intention). Using data on Thailand travel product, the authors find considerable results and conclude by discussing prescriptive recommendations for the travel industry.

개인적 차이 변수들의 중소기업제품 구매의도 영향에 대한 연구: 품질과 유통의 역할 (The Impacts of Individual Differences on Purchase Intention for Small Enterprise Products: the Roles of Quality and Channel)

  • 이 연구는 기존연구를 토대로 인지욕구, 독특성욕구개념이 중소기업제품의 구매의도에 어떻게 작동하는지를 알아보고 또한 자기조절이 어떤 역할을 하는지를 조사하였다. 기존연구에 의하면 일반적으로 중소기업제품을 구매하지 않으려하는 가장 큰 이유는 품질측면에서의 문제점과 유통측면에서의 문제점으로 요약할 수 있다. 만약 이러한 문제점들이 어느 정도 해결되었을 때 중소기업제품에 대한 구매의도에서 개인적 특성변수들의 영향이 어떻게 변화하는지를 알아보았다. 또한, 개인적 특성변수들 특히 심리적인 변수들을 이용하여 어떤 중소기업제품군을 구매할 것인가, 가격대비 품질과 어떤 관련성이 존재할 것인가 하는 문제에 대해 분석하여 보았다. 기존의 연구에서는 인지욕구와 독특성욕구를 사용하여 분석하였으나 대부분은 단일차원을 가정하였다. 이 연구에서는 인지욕구와 독특성욕구의 단일차원측면이 아닌 다차원으로 가정하고 이들 차원들이 서로 상이하게 작동하는 것을 보여주었다. 특히 품질과 유통측면에서의 개선 후에 소비자들의 선택에는 인지욕구와 독특성욕구의 하위차원뿐만 아니라 자기조절 초점의 차원인 촉진초점과 방어초점 모두 긍정적인 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 품질과 유통측면에서의 개선이 중소기업제품을 구매하는데 있어서의 일정수준 이상의 기대치를 만족시켜주는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 개인적 특성변수들의 군집분석 결과는 기존의 연구들에서 보여주지 못하였던, 인지욕구, 독특성욕구, 자기조절의 하위차원들이 중소기업제품군의 구매의도에 관련되어 있는지를 보여주었고, 가격대비 품질을 강조하면 할수록 중소기업제품군에 대한 구매의도는 줄어드는 것을 보여주었다.

  • This study demonstrates some major traits of digital contents as information, playfulness, individuality, as satisfaction and commitment, user behavior as use intention. To make an empirical analysis the study, it is hypothesized that traits of digital contents, relationship quality, and user behavior. The major finding of this study can be summarized as follows, traits of digital contents are positively affected by satisfaction in relationship quality and use intention. Theoretical implication of this study are as follows. First, users wanted to choice only needed information. Second, users recognized digital contents as a part of life. So, user's ability is very important in this environment. According to this, business related with or interested in digital contents must have developed digital contents in variety aspect. Users must have concerned using digital contents, also.
