PC와 모바일 디바이스 간에 데이터를 전송하는 방법은 여러 수단이 있으나, 직접 연결 또는 동일한 IP의 소켓통신을 위한 방법만이 존재한다. 이러한 방법들은 PC 와 모바일 디바이스가 직접적으로 연결되어야 가능하며, 동일한 OS가 아닌 경우 자료형의 범위 차이로 인한 데이터 훼손이 발생한다. 이를 개선하기 위해 데이터베이스 영역을 공유하며 데이터의 입 출력 시에 Base64 코드로 변환하여 데이터의 형태를 통일 시키는 방법을 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 이기종 플랫폼 PC와 모바일 디바이스 간의 이미지 데이터 비교를 위하여 원본 바이트코드를 Base64로 변환 하는 과정을 거친다. 이 때 데이터양의 증가로 발생되는 전송속도 저하를 개선하기 위하여 모바일 디바이스와 데이터베이스를 직접 연결하는 JTDS 기법을 적용하였다.

Purpose: Transsexualism is considered to be the extreme end of the spectrum of gender identity disorders characterized by, among other things, a pursuit of sex reassignment surgery (SRS). We evaluated psychologic status, health-related quality of life in female-to-male (FTM), male-to-female (MTF) transgender individuals. Methods: We used the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory, Beck Anxiety Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory, Moudsley obsessive-compulsive Inventory, SCL-90-R, Short-Form 36-Question Health Survey version 2 (SF-36v2). We enrolled 40 transsexual participants. Results: Analysis of quality of life health concepts demonstrated statistically significant (p<0.01) diminished quality of life among the transsexual participants as compared to the Korea male and female population. FTM transgender participants reported more higher hostile, phobic than MTF transgenders. Overall, in all psychologic status examination, Transgender individuals are within normal population boundary. On all category, result is improved post-operatively. Conclusion: Transgender participants reported mental status within normal boundary. SRS improved their quality of life and mental stability.

Antibacterial activity of 80% methanol extract from 13 commercial herb medicines was measured against fish pathogens Streptococcus iniae, causing several diseases in various kind of fish. Siegesbeckia pubescens showed the strongest antibacterial activity against S. iniae. Methanol extract of S. pubescens was further extracted using several organic solvents having different polarity. Extract from n-hexane and ethyl acetate fraction showed strong activity. Minimal inhibitory concentration, MIC of S. pubescens extract was measured and resulted showing 8 μg/mL with n-hexane fraction and 32 μg/mL with ethyl acetate fraction against S. iniae. The growth of S. iniae was fully inhibited by adding 50 μg/mL (final concentration) of n-hexane or ethyl acetate fraction in the liquid media. It is needed that, from these results, purification and isolation of responsible active compound(s) of these activities and further study on the synergy effect using combination with commercial antibiotics against fish pathogenic bacteria.

Spontaneous regression of lung cancer is a very rare and poorly understood phenomenon. A 64-year-old man presented to Dong-A University Hospital with a shrunken nodule in the right lower lobe. Although the nodule showed a high likelihood of malignancy on needle aspiration biopsy, the patient refused surgery. The nodule spontaneously regressed completely in the next 17 months. However, the subcarinal lymph node was found to be enlarged 16 months after complete regression was observed. We pathologically confirmed metastasis of squamous cell carcinoma and performed neoadjuvant chemotherapy, surgery, and adjuvant chemoradiation. Regardless of tumor size reduction, it is preferable to perform surgery aggressively in cases of operable lung cancer.

Purpose: Single hair transplantation for eyebrow loss has been considered as a good method of achieving natural appearance of eyebrow. To date, however, no study has reported the survival rate following single hair transplantation for cicatricial eyebrow alopecia. Methods: We performed single hair transplantation using Choi hair transplanter for 49 cases of scarring eyebrow loss from March 2003 to March 2006. Of these cases, 33 could be under a follow-up postoperatively for more than seven months. These 33 cases comprised 20 men and 13 women. Mean follow-up period was 12 months (7-36 months). In 17 patients(51.5%), 100 to 200 hairs were unilaterally transplanted. Results: Following initial hair transplantation, the surgical outcome was excellent in 11 cases(33.3%), good in 12 cases(36.4%), fair or poor in the remaining ten cases(30.3%). All procedures were done under intravenous sedation and local or regional block anesthesia. It took about one and a half hours for us to transplant 200 hairs. The shape of eyebrow was aesthetically acceptable with a good direction and an ideal inclination of hairs. No patients developed notable complications, while 30 percent had a low survival rate. Conclusion: Single hair transplantation using Choi hair transplanter is a safe, effective surgical method for scarring eyebrow loss.

Strain AP01 was isolated for the biological cypermethrin degradation from soil and sediment in Busan. This strain was identified on the basis of phylogenetic analysis of the 16s rDNA sequence and assigned as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens AP01. AP01 could degrade about 45% of cypermethrin in the mineral medium at $30^{\circ}C$ and 180 rpm for 5 days. Furthermore when 2% glucose was added in the medium, the degradation rate of cypermethrin by strain AP01 was increased upto about 60%. Therefore, AP01 may serve as a promising strain in the bioremediation of soil polluted with cypermethrin.

본 논문에서는 시간과 공간의 제약없이 작물의 생육환경을 관측하고 자동 및 원격으로 제어할 수 있는 스마트팜 플랫폼을 설계 및 구현하였다. 스마트팜 플랫폼은 환경 데이터 수집을 위한 다양한 아두이노 센서 모듈, 웹과 데이터베이스 서버, 애플리케이션을 이용한 자동 및 원격 제어, 총 3가지 기술로 구성된다. 사용자가 앱을 통하여 언제 어디에서나 농장 주변의 환경 정보를 조회하고 원격으로 제어하면 농사에 대한 노동력 절감 뿐만 아니라 시간적·공간적 구속으로부터 자유로워져 여유시간도 늘고 삶의 질도 개선될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Recently there has been much effort, in both academia and industry, to integrate a plethora of wireless technologies in order to provide seamless connection to mobile users. To support seamless connection on terminal needs fast handover function and location management function. Especially, Performing fast handover has to interact with function of datalink layer and mobility based IP. In this paper, we propose a handover decision mechanism using MIH( Media Independent Handover) in hybrid networks to reduce the delay of transmission for data.

각종 유해조수로에 의한 피해가 농가에서 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 기존에 Drone을 이용한 유해조수 퇴치연구가 있엇지만 시간의 제약과 법적인 규제로부터 발생되는 문제점이 발견되어 이를 해결하기 위해 Drone을 Caterpillar 구동형 모바일 로봇으로 대체하였고, 자율주행 기능을 추가하였다. 텐서플로우 객체 검출 딥러닝을 적용하여 유해조수를 학습 및 파악한다. 이 후 유해조수 인식 시 사용자에게 실시간 알림 서비스 및 실시간 스트리밍을 제공하고, 유해조수 퇴치 로봇에 장착된 스피커와 Neo Pixel LED을 이용하여 유해조수의 시각과 청각을 자극하여 퇴치한다. ROS, SLAM과 Object Following을 이용하여 자율주행 로봇을 제어하고 객체를 추적한다.
