The rapid industrializing of China has helped the development of the industrial economy since 1980. However, the problem is some environmental pollution, such as SO$_2$, TSP, HOx, Dioxin etc, generated by the industrial facilities located in Northeastern China is moving to the Korean Peninsula through the cold air stream during the Asian dust season, This kind of air pollution worsens the environmental pollution of the Korean Peninsula year by year. Therefore, NGO suggests to China that the minimization of the environmental problems linked to both Korea and China has to be discussed. In fact, I would like to suggest that the activity of EMS(ISO14000) should help the environmentally sound '||'&'||' sustainnable development of both countries,

In the North-eastern districts of China, Northern races inherited and developed their own cultural traditions. The housing of northeastern China has been changed under the influence of environment. Some tribes' housings has been developed, keeping their own peculiar style, while others have divested of their ethnic flavor. To understand these aspects of development, this study focused on the housings in Heilongjiang and Nei Monggol. As for the procedure, this study referred to the literature and carried out a field trip at the same time. The housing of northeastern China has undergone the process to fix their residence after the life of migration in common. In this process, northeastern hosing has changed variously and can be grouped into the several types by shape and material. From the point of view about living pattern, some important living features are extracted by the types.

Aiming to improve the shear yield stress of magnetorheological fluid, magnetorheological fluids with different particle characteristics are prepared, and the influence rules of particle mass fraction, particle size, nanoparticles content and application temperature on shear yield stress are investigated. Experimental results indicate that shear yield stress increases approximate linearly with the enhancement of particle mass fraction. Particle size and the nanoparticles within 10% mass fraction can improve the shear yield stress effectively. When the application temperature is higher than $100^{\circ}C$, the shear yield stress decreases rapidly because of thermal expansion and thermal magnetization effect.

Purpose - This paper tries to estimate the effects of China's and Japan's free trade agreement (FTA) by panel generalized least squares (GLS). Design/methodology - The GLS model includes the basic gravity theory and Difference in Difference (DD) method to divide FTA conclusion countries and non-FTA conclusion countries with China and Japan. In order to empirically research the difference between Chinese and Japanese FTAs, we use the Difference in Difference in Difference (DDD) method. Findings - This paper finds the distance variable has more influence on Japanese than Chinese trade. The exchange rate indicates that Chinese trade depends on export and Japanese trade has the structure of re-import; shows that the countries that concluded FTAs with China and Japan have more positive trade effects than those that did not; finds the Chinese FTA promotion effects greater than the Japanese FTA because China had pushed ahead with trade policy since joining the WTO in 2001. Originality/value - This study shows that a single country's FTA and trade policies are an important factor concerning not just the promotion of trade but also the issue of trade conflicts.

As the global epidemic continues to worsen, the pressure on the supply chain is also increasing. In this context, Internet shopping has ushered in new development opportunities. Under the influence of globalization, the development of cross-border e-commerce (CB-EC) is particularly remarkable. As China is a big manufacturing country, the growth of CB-EC is a significant opportunity for Chinese goods to enter the international market. Therefore, this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the integrated development of China's manufacturing industry and CB-EC from four aspects: the operation mode, development mode, policy environment, and development prospect of CB-EC in China's manufacturing sector. This paper constructs an evaluation system including 19 secondary indicators to rank the CB-EC development environment of 30 provinces in China that have established comprehensive pilot zones of CB-EC.

ESG is currently a global topic, meaning environmental, social, and governance, which are three important measures of socially responsible management. It is also having a great influence on improving competitiveness in the global market and enhancing corporate image. In this study, ESG in Korea was analyzed through big data, and four central keywords of ESG management in China based on Chinese data were derived. These four keywords are environment, management, corporate event, and quality certification. In addition, we want to understand the ESG perspective of China by studying ESG cases in China. Through this, we will be able to compare and analyze the differences between ESG approaches and key points between Korea and China.

Regarding the ancient Sino-Kroea sea communication as the main theme, the propagation of the China-culture in Koran Peninsula and he influence of Chinese ancient shipbuilding technique for Korea are described in the paper. Frequent sea trade resulted in the flourishing of Chinese and Korean harbours on both side of Yellow Sea. Sino-Koran sea communication is of long-standing. Korean Peninsula (KP) is just as the large arm extended to the great sea from the North-east China. It is the Chinese mainland plate-lump's extended part in the Yellow Sea. In the ancient time, the land communication between China and Korea was often not unimpeded, the contact between China and KP, such as the South-Korea, depended on the sea communication mainly, Although the friendly relationship between China and Korea rose one after another in the various historical period, but considering from the great background of people's historical development, just as the modern people benefited fro the Europe-American culture, the people of ancient time also benefited from the China-culture. All China, KP and Japan obtained the development by propagating the ancient China-culture. The seagoing ships which carried out the Sino-Korea sea communication and trade, as the friendly envoys, finished the mission linked u and developed the Sino-Korea culture contact.

To effectively monitor the variety of distributions of neutron flux, fuel power or temperatures in the reactor core, usually the ex-core and in-core neutron detectors are employed. The thermocouples for temperature measurement are installed in the coolant inlet or outlet of the respective fuel assemblies. It is necessary to reconstruct the measurement information of the whole reactor position. However, the reading of different types of detector in the core reflects different aspects of the 3D power distribution. The feasibility of reconstruction the core three-dimension power distribution by using different combinations of in-core, ex-core and thermocouples detectors is analyzed in this paper to synthesize the useful information of various detectors. A comparison of multilayer perceptron (MLP) network and radial basis function (RBF) network is performed. RBF results are more extreme precision but also more sensitivity to detector failure and uncertainty, compare to MLP networks. This is because that localized neural network could offer conservative regression in RBF. Adding random disturbance in training dataset is helpful to reduce the influence of detector failure and uncertainty. Some convolution neural networks seem to be helpful to get more accurate results by use more spatial layout information, though relative researches are still under way.

Ultrasonic guided wave testing is a very promising non-destructive testing method for rails, which is of great significance for ensuring the safe operation of railways. On the basis of the semi-analytical finite element (SAFE) method, a analytical model of 59R2 grooved rail was proposed, which is commonly used in the ballastless track of modern tram. The dispersion curves of ultrasonic guided waves in free rail and supported rail were obtained. Sensitivity analysis was then undertaken to evaluate the effect of rail elastic modulus on the phase velocity and group velocity dispersion curves of ultrasonic guided waves. The optimal guided wave mode, optimal excitation point and excitation direction suitable for detecting rail integrity were identified by analyzing the frequency, number of modes, and mode shapes. A sinusoidal signal modulated by a Hanning window with a center frequency of 25 kHz was used as the excitation source, and the propagation characteristics of high-frequency ultrasonic guided waves in the rail were obtained. The results show that the rail pad has a relatively little influence on the dispersion curves of ultrasonic guided waves in the high frequency band, and has a relatively large influence on the dispersion curves of ultrasonic guided waves in the low frequency band below 4 kHz. The rail elastic modulus has significant influence on the phase velocity in the high frequency band, while the group velocity is greatly affected by the rail elastic modulus in the low frequency band.

Online consumer reviews (OCRs) provide product information and recommendations especially pictures in reviews depict the true information about the product. This study investigates the influence of pictured reviews on online seller (for a particular product of a seller) rating with moderating effect of price, brand type (foreign vs local), goods type (experience vs search), and brand familiarity. Multiple robust linear regression analysis with moderation interaction and quadratic effect used to explain the relationship of the explanatory variables with the criterion variable. We collected cross-sectional data from the two most renowned Chinese online shopping platforms (B2C) of total 15,621 product links. Results show that higher number of reviews with a low ratio of picture reviews response negative effect on rating, whereas the lower number of reviews with a high ratio of picture reviews response positive effect on the rating. In overall picture in the reviews improve the online seller product rating. For the moderation effect, results show that price and brand familiarity have a positive interaction effect on the relation of pictured reviews and rating whereas experience goods have less negative effect comparing search goods. Finally, local brand has less negative interaction effect comparing foreign brand to pictured reviews and rating.
