한국 영유아와 어머니의 모아상호작용 구조모형 (Model Structure for Mother-Child Relationship for Korean Infants and Toddlers and Their Mothers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to set up a hypothetical model to explain causal relationships among influential variables in the mother-child relationship for Korean infants and toddlers and their mothers. The research was based on Barnard's (1978) mother-child relations model, and goodness-of-fit was examined. Methods: The participants were 207 mothers with infants or toddlers. Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS programs. Results: Regarding the influence of the variables on the mother-child relationship between infants and toddlers and their mothers, social support had a 75% explanation of mother-child relationships, and attachment had a 58% explanation of social support. Attachment had both direct and indirect effects on the mother-child relationships, and social support had direct and total effects on the mother-child relationships. Among child-related variables, child temperament had a moderating effect on the mother-child relationships. Conclusion: The findings indicate that the model has utility in developing effective nursing intervention methods to boost mother-child relationships between infants and toddlers and their mothers.

부모와의 정서적 유대감과 사회적 지지 및 소외감이 미혼모의 자녀 양육효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Connection with Parents, Social Support, and Isolation on Unmarried Mothers' Child-Rearing Efficacy)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of emotional connection with parents, social support, and isolation on unmarried mothers' child-rearing efficacy. The subjects of this study were 194 unmarried mothers. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, and Pearson's correlation using the SPSS 12.0 program. The test of the theoretical model was performed with an analysis of the correlational matrix in the AMOS 7.0 package for path analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, the number of adult unmarried mothers was higher than that of teen mothers. Most unmarried mothers had a in low monthly income-, were unemployed, and received economic assistance from the government or social welfare institutions as a major source of their income. Their decision to have a child were for the following reason: the desire to have a child, fear of having an abortion, belief that abortion is a crime, and uncertainty about which decision to make, etc. Second, the women's emotional connection with their parents had a direct effect on social support. Social support had a direct effect on isolation:,- however, it did not have a direct effect on parenting efficacy. Third, the women's emotional connection with their parents had a direct effect on isolation. Isolation had a direct effect on parenting efficacy. Fourth, social support mediated by the women's emotional connection with their parents had an indirect effect on isolation and child-rearing efficacy. Isolation mediated the women's emotional connection with their parents and had an indirect effect on child-rearing efficacy.

취업모의 자녀양육지원제도에 대한 인식 및 요구 (Working Mothers' Perception and Demand on Child Care Policy and Institution Supporting the Working Mothers)

  • This study surveyed the perception and demand for the child care policy and child care service of working mothers with children under age 6. The subjects were 266 working mothers in Seoul and Kyoung-Gi Province. Data were collected with the questionnaire method and analyzed by spss-win program, including median, mode, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. (1) The working mothers considered both parents have the responsibility on child care and strongly demanded the national support on child care. (2) The working mothers prefered own mother and relatives to child care center as a carer of infants and toddlers, but prefered child care center for children age 3-5. (3) The working mothers demanded the increase of finantial support for family and child care center. (4) The working mothers focused on 'the security and care Program' and focused next on 'diet and health care program' in child care service. (5) The working mothers did not nearly know about the accreditation system of child care centers. This results suggest that the national and social support for child care service is an essential part in promoting children's and the working mothers' welfare.

보육시설 평가인증에 대한 보육시설장과 보육교사의 인식 (Awareness of Evaluative Accrediation System of the Heads and Teachers in Childcare Centers)

  • This study was intended to analyze whether there would be difference in awareness of the Evaluative Accreditation System(the administrative procedures of Evaluative Accreditation, the effect of Evaluative Accreditation, and the preferred public support types for encouraging participation in Evaluative Accreditation) between child-care directors and teachers, and among the types of child-care centers. The questionnaires were administrated to 168 child-care directors and 423 child-care teachers in Gyeonggido. Data analyses were conducted by descriptive statistics, the chi-test and the t-test. The main results were as follows. First, there was significant difference in awareness of the administrative procedures of Evaluative Accreditation among the types of child-care centers. Second, there was difference in awareness of the effect of Evaluative Accreditation on child-care service areas between child-care center directors and teachers, and among the types of child-care centers in terms of child-care services. Third, in terms of the preferred public support for the encouragement of participation in Evaluative Accreditation, there was difference between child-care center directors and teachers, and among the types of child-care centers.

저출산 대응: 가족내 자녀양육지원강화 (The Reinforcement for Policy to Support Child Care Work in Family as the Coping Strategy for Low Fertility Society)

  • 여성의 경제활동참여증가, 생활수준향상 및 가족유지비용증가, 개인적가치우선의 현상에 따라 최근 저출산현상이 더욱 심화되었으며, 이에 대한 사회적 비용 급증을 우려하여 전반적인 대응전략을 마련된 것이 바로 저출산고령사회기본계획이다. 1차에 이은 2차 기본계획은 일반가족의 양육지원과 종합적인 일가정양립지원 강화가 주요 핵심으로 이는 비단 정책뿐아니라 전방위적으로 사회전반에 걸친 변화가 수반되어야 가능한 일이다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 저출산대응정책의 실제사례를 살펴보기 위해 가족과 지역사회내 돌봄지원정책을 살펴 보았다. 가족내 자녀양육지원사업으로서 아이돌봄지원사업과 가족내 돌봄나눔에 있어 핵심요인인 남성의 자녀양육참여를 촉진하기 위한 남성대상교육, 그리고 지역내에서 가족 돌봄나눔을 실천할 수 있는 가족품앗이와 공동육아나눔터 운영을 통해 향후 저출산 정책에서 강조하고 있는 일반가족의 자녀양육지원 방향에 대한 해법을 제시하고 있다.

OECD 국가의 양육지원 정책과 출산율 분석: 현금지원 정책, 보육시설서비스 정책, 조세혜택 정책을 중심으로 (Analysis of Childcare Support Policies and Fertility Rates of the OECD Countries: Focusing on Cash-support Policies, Child-care Facility Policies, and Tax Benefits Policies)

  • 본 연구에서는 양육지원 정책과 출산율과의 관계를 분석하기 위해 OECD 33개국의 출산율을 종속변수로 현금지원 정책, 보육시설서비스 정책, 조세혜택 정책을 독립변수로 구조방정식을 실시하였다. 연구결과 출산율에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 정책은 보육시설서비스 정책으로 나타났다. 정책비용에 따른 효과를 다시 한 번 비교해 보았을 때 현금지원 정책은 지원 비용에 따라 효과의 증감이 일관되게 나타났으나 보육시설서비스 정책은 지원비용에 따라 일관된 증감이 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구 결과는 현금지원 정책의 효과성을 높이기 위해서는 부모의 양육부담 완화를 위한 적정 비용의 산정과 재정의 재분배 그리고 지원방법과 시기에 대한 지속적인 논의가 이루어져야하고, 보육시설서비스 정책의 효과성을 높이기 위해서는 일과 가정의 양립을 가능하게 하는 다양하고 포괄적인 질적 보육시설서비스 정책이 지속적으로 시행되어져야 한다는 것을 시사한다.

어린이집 재원 다문화 가정 영아의 양육 현황과 어려움 및 지원요구 (Present Status, Difficulties and Support Needs of Multi-cultural Families Raising Children under 3 Years Old Enrolled at Child Care and Education Centers)

  • Objective: This study intended to analyze parenting characteristics, difficulties and support needs of multi-cultural families that had children under 3 years old, in order to develop their supporting resources. Methods: This study performed semi-structured interviews with 7 mothers from multi-cultural families that had their young children enrolled at child care and education centers in Gyeonggi Do. The interview data transcribed were analyzed using the successive contents analysis, and led to 4 themes and 12 sub-themes. Results: First, the mothers from multi-cultural families were married without understanding the Korean language and culture. Second, the multi-cultural mothers didn't properly respond to their children's needs in interaction and language aspects. As a result, the multi-cultural support centers and child care and education centers gave help to them. Third, in the view of the difficulties facing mothers, parenting problems caused by the lack of information concerning child education, the biased burden of parenting, and the different parenting values of Korean families were all expressed by the mothers. Fourth, regarding support needs, providing individual professional support for children and child-raising support for mothers, customized language and employment support for mothers and parenting education for fathers and family education on multi-culturalism are needed. Conclusion/Implications: Suggestions for decreasing the difficulties facing multi-cultural families that had children under 3 years old were discussed.

장애아동 어머니의 자녀양육 스트레스, 사회적 지원 및 양육태도에 관한 연구 (Effects of Handicapped children on their Mothers : Maternal Stress, Social Support and Child-rearing attitudes)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the levels of maternal stress, social supports and child-rearing attitudes of the mothers of handicapped children by comparing those mothers of normal children. The subjects were 100 mothers of mentally handicapped children from elementary schools for handicapped children as well as 100 mothers of normal children from elementary schools in Pusan. The results are as follows : 1) The mothers of handicapped children showed significantly higher in maternal stress than the mothers of normal children. 2) For social support, the mothers of handicapped children recognized that they received significantly more insociable and emotional support than the mothers of normal children, but not in economic and service support. 3) For child-rearing attitudes, the mothers of handicapped children shelved significantly lower in lax attitude but not significantly different in affective, strict. punitive attitude than those of normal children. 4) For the mothers of handicapped children, they tend to be more affective and lax in child-rearing attitude when they receive more social support, while they tend to be more punitive when they have less sociable support.

보육교사의 개인변인, 회복탄력성, 사회적 지지의 관계 (The Relationship among Child Care Teachers' Personal Characteristics, Resilience and Social Support)

  • 본 연구는 보육교사의 개인변인, 회복탄력성, 사회적 지지의 관계를 규명하기 위해 실시되었다. 강원지역 어린이집에 재직 중인 154명의 보육교사를 대상으로 조사를 수행하였고, 회복탄력성 질문지(이정현, 2013)와 사회적 지지 설문지(이재영, 2012)를 사용하였다. 결과 처리를 위해 빈도분석, 신뢰도 검증, t-검증, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$의 사후검증, Pearson의 적률상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사의 경력, 연령, 기관유형, 결혼유무에 따른 회복탄력성의 하위변인과 전체에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 즉 7년 이상의 경력교사가 3년 이하와 4-6년 경력교사 보다 회복탄력성 전체와 긍정성을 유의하게 높게 경험하였다. 25세 이하 교사 보다 46세 이상 교사가 회복탄력성 전체를 유의하게 높게 형성하였고, 자기조절능력은 25세 이하 교사 보다 41-45세 교사가, 긍정성은 41-45세와 46세 이상 교사가 25세 이하의 경우 보다 각각 유의하게 높게 형성하였다. 가정어린이집 교사가 법인어린이집 교사에 비해 회복탄력성 전체와 긍정성을 높게 형성하였고, 기혼 집단이 미혼 집단 보다 회복탄력성 전체, 자기조절능력, 긍정성을 높게 형성하였다. 반면 학력에서는 집단 간 유의차가 없었다. 둘째, 보육교사의 사회적 지지와 회복탄력성 간의 관계는 각 하위변인 및 전체 간 모두 정적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 사회적 지지가 보육교사의 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 보면, 물질적 지지는 긍정성과 회복탄력성 전체에 유의한 정적 영향을 주었고, 평가적 지지는 자기조절능력과 대인관계능력, 긍정성, 회복탄력성 전체에 유의한 정적 영향력을 주었다. 연구결과 보육교사의 회복탄력성을 향상시키기 위해 다양한 사회적 지지를 강화해야 함과 동시에 개인변인들을 함께 고려해야 함을 시사 받을 수 있다.

통합어린이집 보육교사와 특수교사의 긍정적 행동지원 실행도 비교 및 증진방안 (Analysis on Implementation and Improvement of Positive Behavior Support Between Child Care and Education Teachers and Special Education Teachers in Inclusive Settings)

  • Objective: The goal of this study was to explore the implementation status of positive behavior support(PBS) for child care and education teachers and special education teachers at inclusive settings, and to investigate support needs of both teachers for improving the implementation of PBS. Methods: This study made up 405 surveys for child care and education teachers and special education teachers in 45 inclusive settings from July to August in 2019. A total of 244 surveys(60.2%) were completed and returned. Results: Special education teachers were statistically higher than child care and education teachers in the implementation of the center based level 1, the small group based level 2, and the individual based level 3 of PBS. In open-ended responses, when implementing PBS, the two groups of teachers had difficulties in getting knowledge about how to instruct preschoolers and implementing PBS. Both groups of teachers wanted the education and the training opportunities for PBS at first, and to 'reduce the teacher-to-child ratio'in the public support system. Conclusion/Implications: Based on the results, suggestions were discussed on how to improve the implementations of PBS of child care and education teachers and special education teachers at inclusive settings.
