한국과 중국의 콘크리트용 화학 혼화제 품질 규정 비교 (Comparison of Quality Standards of Chemical Admixtures for Concrete between Korea and China)

  • In this study, comparison of the quality standard of chemical admixtures between Korea and China is conducted. It is classified into three types of water reducing agents: standard, delayed, and accelerated according to the sensitivity and strength improvement of the sensitivity and strength of the agent. However, Chinese standards classify reducing agents only as standard, high efficiency, and high performance, and do not add AE agents into water reducing agent. On the other hand, that of Korea has a classification regulation for reducing agents added with AE agents.

Synthesis of L-Ascorbic Acid Derivative Including 3-Aminopropane Phosphoric Acid as a Novel Whitening Agent

  • A stable derivative of L-ascorbic acid, 2-O-[(3-aminopropyl)phosphinooxy]-L-ascorbic acid (LAAP), was synthesized in moderate yield and its chemical stability and effects on melanin synthesis were investigated. LAscorbic acid was decomposed completely within about 1 hour, while 93% of LAAP remained even after 10 days. Treatment of L-ascorbic acid and LAAP decreased melanin content in normal human melanocytes to 33.8% and 49.1% of control at 2 mM, respectively. Considering chemical instability of L-ascorbic acid, LAAP is a much better whitening agent.

PLGA Microspheres in Hyaluronic Acid Gel as a Potential Bulking Agent for Urologic and Dermatologic Injection Therapies

  • In this study, we investigated whether PLGA microspheres in combination with hyaluronic acid (HA) gel have appropriate properties as a bulking agent for urologic injection therapies and whether the implantation of PLGA microspheres and HA gel induces angiogenesis in the newly formed tissues. In order to investigate whether this bulking agent is injectable, this material was injected through 24-gauge needles into the subcutaneous dorsum of the mouse. The bulking agent was easily injected without needle obstruction. Histological analyses of the hybrid tissues at 2 weeks showed that host cells at the surrounding tissues migrated into the spaces between the implanted PLGA microspheres and formed tissue-like structures. An inflammatory response to the implants was mild at 2 weeks and diminished at 8 weeks. Importantly, extensive ingrowth of blood vessels was observed in the hybrid tissues formed by the injection of PLGA microspheres and HA, whereas blood vessels rarely formed in the hybrid tissues formed by the injection of PLGA microspheres only. The implant volume was conserved for almost the entire implantation period. Histological analyses of the distant organs of the bulking agent-implanted animals, such as the lungs, liver, heart, brain, kidney, and spleen, showed no evidence of the injected microsphere migration. These results show that PLGA microspheres in combination with HA possess the appropriate characteristics for a bulking agent for urologic injection therapies and induce extensive blood vessel formation in the hybrid tissues.

  • 본 논문에서는 고분자의 바인더와 고체불질 사이의 결합력을 증진시켜 물성을 향상시키는 역할과 화학결합에 의한 두 재질간의 접착력을 향상시킬 목적으로 사용되는 Aziridine계 bonding agent를 합성하여 이화학 특성을 분석하고 이를 라이너에 적용하였을 때 불성 및 접착력 특성에 관한 연구를 하였다. 비교 실험을 진행하기 위해 미국 3M사에서 제조한 HX-868을 통일한 조건에서 사용했고 미국규격에 규정된 항목과 각 항목에 대한 표준화된 방법으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 국내기술로 합성한 HX-868이 미국에서 제조된 HX-868과 통일한 품질 수준으로 갖는 것으로 평가되었다.

  • 생체재생용 지지체는 높은 다공구조와 적당한 기계적인 강도를 필요로 한다. 높은 다중성과 적당한 다공크기는 지지체와 주변 환경 사이에 영양분의 공급을 원활하게 하여 셀의 지지체에 대한 초기 집착력과 성장을 가능하게 하는 구조를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 polycaprolactone(PCL) 나노섬유를 화학 발포제와 전기방사공정을 이용하여 다양한 조건하에서 제조하였다. PCL 용액의 농도가 8wt%, 발포제의 함량 0.5wt%, 발포온도 $100^{\circ}C$ 및 체류시간 2-3초에서 가공성 측면과 다공성 측면에서 우수한 발포된 나노섬유를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 세포의 성장성을 측정하기 위하여 인체피부세포를 셀 켤츄어링하여, 발포되지 않은 나노섬유와 비교하였다.

  • This research mainly focuses on the transport and dispersion of chemical agent plume according to the Lagrangian Puff Model and Lagrangian Particle Model of NBC_RAMS(Nuclear, Biological, Chemical Reporting And Modeling S/W System). NBC_RAMS was developed with the purposes of estimating the fate of Chemical, Biological, and Radioactive(CBR) agent plumes and evaluating damages in the Republic of Korea. First, it calculates the local weather pattern, i.e. wind speed, wind direction, and temperature, by considering the effects of land uses and topography. The plume behaviors are calculated by adopting the Lagrangian Puff Model(LPFM) or Lagrangian Particle Model(LPTM). In this research, we assumed a virtual chemical agent exposure event in a stable atmospheric condition during the summer season. The plume behaviors were estimated by both LPFM and LPTM on the used area(urbanized and dry area) and the agricultural land. The higher heat flux in the used area led to stronger winds and further downward movement moving of the chemical agent than the farmland. The lateral dispersion of the chemical plume was emphasized in the Lagrangian Puff Model because it adopted Gaussian distribution.

가교제를 이용한 Sulfanilamide 중합체의 합성과 항균특성 (Characterization of Antibacterial activity and Synthesis of Sulfanilamide Polymer using Crosslinking Agent)

  • Drug delivery system(DDS) have been actively studied for the past twenty years. Dual action agents are unique chemical entities comprised of two different types of antibacterial compounds covalently linked together in a single molecule in such a way that both components are able to exert their bactericidal properties. In spite of the advent of the antibacterial agent the sulfa agents are the most widely used antibacterial agent today. In this study, new antibacterials derivative was synthesized using glutaraldehyde such as crosslinking agent for the purpose of dual-action as DDS study. Antibacterial activity of these new synthetic derivative between their structures and activities were examined by disc diffusion method. As a result, new synthetic derivative exhibited the broad antibacterial activities against Gram(+) and Gram(-) bacilli. Especially, the antibacterial effect of new synthetic derivative against Gram negative(Esherichia. coli) was much stronger than that against Gram positive.

생태산업단지에서 용수재이용 네트워크의 에이전트 기반 모델링 및 설계 (Agent-Based Modeling and Design of Water Reuse Network in Eco-Industrial Park (EIP))

  • 생태산업단지의 주요 목표인 무배출(zero-emission)을 달성하기 위해서는, 기업간의 효과적인 용수 재이용망의 구축이 요구된다. 다양한 서브시스템과 의사결정과정을 포함한 복잡한 망 구조를 이루기 때문에 생기는 모델링 부분에서의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 새로운 모델링 기법인 에이전트기반 모델링(agent based modeling, ABM)을 도입하였다. 에이전트기반 모델링 기법을 이용해 물질교환망 내의 기업을 에이전트화 하고 이를 토대로 전체 시스템을 모사하는 방법론을 제시하였으며, 이를 이용해 실제 산업단지 내 기업에 대한 간단한 용수교환망 설계 모델을 구축하였다. 에이전트기반 모델에 기초한 용수재이용망은 용수공급에서 35% 감소를 보이며 폐수 배출량은 약 50%가 감소하였다. 실제 산업단지 모델링 결과 에이전트기반 모델은 시스템 변동시에도 전체 시스템을 수정할 필요가 없으며, 시스템이 확장하는 경우에도 그 적용이 용이하기 때문에 생태산업단지와 같은 복잡한 시스템의 모델링과 설계시 유용한 기술로 사용될 수 있음을 보였다.
