The recent development of modern weapon system by SOS (System of System) has required users to have more exact decision making. It is possible to achieve the control of complex weapon system more efficiently and effectively by increasing usability. Accordingly, many studies on graphical display have been conducted for several years in the field of HCI (Human Computer Interaction) and GUI (Graphic User Interface), starting from its design stage. Therefore, this paper focuses on evaluating the system GUI usability and analyzing several important points based on performance model, which is a tool for the evaluation and the improvement of service quality. Performance Model, the main focus of this study, reflects user expectations (which is defined as user importance in this paper). The study consists of four steps. First, 34 checklists are drawn from the existing studies related to GUI usability evaluation by using a heuristic method, and then the checklists are matched with 11 weapon system design factors. Next, the study evaluates the importance of GUI element and the usability of weapon system "A" with the checklists twice respectively. Third, the performance of user importance ($P_i$) and the performance of usability ($P_u$) are calculated by modifying a numerical formula for normalization in this step. Finally, the study compares the approach it takes and the existing usability evaluation method, demonstrating that there is a significant difference between the two methods as a result. In addition, 4 improvement factors are suggested for weapon system "A" as "Shortcut" and "Description of Abbreviation," and so on. Although it is necessary to conduct more studies for higher reliability and validity of the results, this study is meaningful considering it takes a new point of view.

The purpose of this study was to determine which nursing activities are performed for patients in each of the nine KDRGs and to examine common nursing activities between patients with the nine KDRGs and special nursing activities which were not common to patients with the nine KDRGs. The study will provide basic data for estimation of nursing fees. The nine KDRGs in model project are Lens procedures, tonsillectomy, &/or adenoidectomy, appendectomy &/or not complicate principal diagnosis, vaginal delivery, cesarean section, anal & stomal procedures, inguinal & femoral hernia, uterine & adneza procedure for nonmalignancy, and simple pneumonia & pleurisy. To determine the nursing activities for each of the nine KDRG, checklists of nursing activities in each nine KDRG were developed from the literature and a total of 115 records of patients 'who were diagnosed and discharged between January and April, 1999 from a tertiary medical center. Nursing activities for each of the nine KDRG were verified through two consecutive content analyses. The results of study are followed as: 1. The checklists of nursing activities developed included direct and indirect nursing activities, for a total of 241 nursing activities. Direct nursing consisted of physical, educational, emotional-socioecomomic-spiritual nursing in 17 areas. Indirect nursing had four areas. 2. Through the two consecutive content analyses, 197 nursing activities were selected, having item CVIs of .83 or more. Those included 81 nursing activities for Lens procedures, 95 for Tonsillectomy &/or Adenoidectomy. 93 in Appendectomy &/or not complicated principal diagnosis, 155 for vaginal delivery, 172 for cesarean section, 89 for anal & stomal procedures, 93 for inguinal & femoral hernia, 108 for uterine & adneza procedures for non-malignancy, and 68 for simple pneumonia & pleurisy. 3. Nursing activities for each of the nine KDRG were compared. Activities with 80% or higher commonality within the nine KDRGs consisted of 86 of 197 nursing activities for the total designated common nursing activities, 30 common nursing activities for patients in the operation group, 45 common activities for patients in the delivery Group. Special nursing activities not common within the nine KDRGs were : 3 for Lens procedures, 1 for Tonsillectomy &/or Adenoidectomy. 2 for Appendectomy &/or not complicated principal diagnosis, 27 for vaginal delivery, 21 for Cesarean section, 6 for anal & stomal procedures, 3 for inguinal & femoral hernia, 16 for uterine & adneza procedure for non-malignancy, 8 for simple pneumonia & pleurisy. In this study, nursing activities for each of the nine KDRGs verified through two consecutive content analyses are those that are performed in the hospital. And, nursing activities for each of the nine KDRGs included all nursing activities from hospital admission to discharge. So. the checklists consisted of nursing activities that allow for an estimation of nursing fees under PPS. The classification of nursing activities in the study will provide a reference for the development of a nursing activity classification.

As information becomes more sophisticated with the advancing technology of our times, the usability of software is considered an important factor. However, the research on usability of weapons system software graphical user interfaces (GUIs) remains insufficient. For this reason, this paper focuses on developing checklists for the usability of GUIs in weapons systems. In the first step, design principles are collected from various design guidelines on usability and from career soldiers. In the second step, a survey is conducted for factor analysis, and in the third step, factor analysis is conducted on 12 principles, with two principles excluded, as a result, due to less correlation with weapons system usability. In Step 4, the weights for design characteristics and design principles are derived using AHP. In the final step, the checklists are developed by mapping the GUI design factors and from the results of factor analysis. This research could be utilized as a foundation for usability evaluation of GUIs in weapons systems.

The application of BIM that can manage and integrate information generated during the entire life cycle of buildings in domestic and overseas construction projects is becoming active. When BIM is utilized in the construction phase, it can shorten the construction period, reduce the occurrence of reworks and improve collaboration capability. However, there are limitations in applying BIM to the construction phase due to the insufficient definition level of domestic BIM guidelines and inadequate design standards. In this regard, this study developed BIM model requirements checklist for the application of BIM in the construction phase. To develop the checklists, 21 domestic and overseas BIM guidelines, three public construction projects and four private construction projects to which construction BIM was applied, were analyzed. Based on the guidelines and cases, a total of 62 construction BIM model requirements (31 model objects and 31 attribute rules) and proposed construction BIM model requirement checklists by dividing the 61 requirements according to the requirement and purpose for utilization were identified. It is expected that the practical applications of the checklists proposed in this study will improve the level of BIM model in construction phase. In addition, this study has its significance as a basic research that can be used in the development of standardized guidelines for BIM model in construction phase from academic aspects.

In this paper, Eight characteristic types of project evaluation models have been developed economic index models, portfolio models, decision theory models, risk analysis models, frontier models, scoring models, profile models and checklists. Each of these will be critically reviewed and appraised.

The main purpose of this study was to provide basic data for better design of subway station based on universal design principle. Conclusions based on the findings ate as follows: Checklists were developed to evaluate the subway stations facilities based on universal design principles Modified and/or complementary lists can be employed to develop the evaluation tools and can construct a database for defining the standard items in order to improve the facilites.

The interest in SLA in accordance with the development of IT outsourcing has increased due to the rapid development of information systems. Moreover, an awareness and necessity for the Information System Operating Audit has increased while an effective IT service management operations for information systems is needed desperately. However, information system operations and maintenance instructions of the National Information Society Agency operates due to the current information system operation, but the experience and the interpretation of the auditor determine the decision in the field. This paper introduces an operating audit model for the efficient management. This model is derived from the Korea Information Society Agency's operating instructions of the Information Systems Audit and their inspection services. The audit checklists were derived from the areas of service planning, service delivery, service support, and service management. Consequently, the operating audit model was proposed, and the suitability of this model was verified by experts' opinions on the survey.

In recent years, the privacy concern for mobile consumers is emerging as the use of mobile application(apps) is growing according to the rapid spread of mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs. To improve privacy protections in the mobile communications and apps, overseas organizations are announcing guidelines and/or checklists for stake holders. Although personal information protection guidelines for application developers have been prepared in the country, efforts to improve consumer privacy capability is insufficient. Thus, in this paper we first scope the app privacy related guidelines in both domestic and foreign affairs, then present the risk factors of privacy invasion by the stage of mobile application use based on the "Privacy Protection Act", offering privacy checklists for consumers. This checklist will enhance the self-management capability of consumer privacy and create virtuous cycle in the mobile ecosystem.

As the emerged importance and awareness for information security, It is being implemented by each industrial sector to protect information assets. In this paper, we analyze the information security checklists or security ratings criteria to derive similarity and difference in context which used to knowledge network analysis method. The analyzed results of all checklists (ISMS, PIMS, 'FSS', 'FISS', 'G') are as follows : First, It is common factors that the protection of information systems and information assets, incident response, operations management. Second, It deals with relatively important factors that IT management, the adequacy of audit activities in the financial IT sector including common factors. Third, the criteria of ISMS contains the majority of the contents among PIMS, 'FSS', 'FISS'and 'G'.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the accomodations for the disabled children of the elementary schools in Suwon and to give helpful information to the parents and teachers for the improvement of the independence of disabled children at school. We measured the ramps, toilets, doorways and other accomodations in 64 elementary schools according to the checklists. The checklists of these facilities were based on the legal requirements of "The Act for the Benefit of the Disabled, Elderly and Pregnant Women". The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and the ${\chi}^2$ test. None of the investigated schools satisfied all the legal requirements of the facilities. Fifteen elementary schools had adequate accomodations for the disabled children which allowed them to move independently from the entrance of the school to their classrooms located on the first floor. Only eight of fifteen schools had elevators to access their classrooms upstairs. The schools were divided into two groups according to their construction dates; before and after April 11th 1998, when "The Act for the Benefit of the Disabled, Elderly and Pregnant Women" took effect. There were statistically significant differences in the number of toilets, the width of the toilet entrance, and the slope of the ramps between the two groups (p<.05). We suggest that the accomodations for the disabled children need to be established on a systematic and on-going basis in the future. The teachers and administrators should be more aware of the legal requirements for appropriate accomodations for the disabled children.
