A Scheme on Internet-based Checking for Variant CNC Machines in Machine Shop

  • This paper proposes Internet-based checking technique for machine-tools with variant CNC (Computerized Numerical Controller). According to the architecture of CNC, CNC is classified into two types such as CAC (Closed Architecture Controller) which is conventional CNC, and OAC (Open Architecture Controller) which is a recently introduced PC-based controller. CAC has a closed architecture and it is dependent on CNC vender specification. Because of this, it has been very difficult for users to implement an application programs in CNC domain. Therefore, an additionally special module is required for Internet-based application such as remote checking. In this case, web I/O embedded module can be efficiently applied for Internet-based checking. The module is directly attached to TCP/IP network for communication. In order to obtain the monitoring data of CNC machines, the I/O signals of the module are assigned to PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) input and output (I/O) signals within CNC domain. On the other hand, OAC has a PC-based open architecture and an additional module is not necessary for the connection with external site. Because of this, a simple DAU is just used for signal sensing and data acquisition without additional communication modules. For Internet-based remote checking of machine-tools with OAC, a user-defined daemon and application programs are implemented as the form of internal function within the PC-based controller. Internet communication is performed between the daemon program in CNC domain and web script programs in external server. Checking points defined in this research are classified into two categories such as structured point and operational point. The formal includes the vibration of bearing, temperature of spindle unit and another periodical management. And the latter includes oil checking, clamp locking/unlocking and machining on/off status.

BIM기반 설계 품질검토 자동화를 위한 건축 관련 법규문장의 객체 및 속성 표현에 대한 체계화 접근방법 (Application of Classification of Object-property Represented in Korea Building Act Sentences for BIM-enabled Automated Code Compliance Checking)

  • This paper aims to classify objects and their properties represented in Korea Building Act sentences for applying to BIM-enabled automated code compliance checking task. In order to conduct automated code compliance checking, it is necessary to develop translation process of converting the building act sentences into computer-executable forms. However, since Korea building act sentences are written in natural language, some of requirements are ambiguous to translate explicitly. In this regard, the building act sentences regarding building permit requirements are analyzed focusing on the regulation-specific objects and related properties representation from noun phrases within the scope of this paper. From 1977 building act sentences and attached reference regulations, 1200 regulation-specific objects and about 220 related properties are extracted and classified. In the application for the classification, object-property database is implemented and some of application using the database and the regulation-specific classification is suggested to support to generate rule set written in computable codes.

  • Wave and following checking cycle arbor in the mountains form that examine various theories that decide checking cycle and data and application possibility that can acquire actually were presented.   • This paper presents the design of self-checking comparator using the time diversity and the application to 8 bit CPU for the implementation of fault tolerant computer system. this self-checking comparator was designed with the different time Points in which temporary faults were raised by electrical noise between duplicated functional blocks. also this self-checking comparator was simulated in the method of the fault injection using 4 bit shift register counter. we designed the duplicated Emotional block and the self-checking comparator in the single chip using the Altera EPLD and could verify the reliability and the fault detection coverage through the modeling of temporary faults ,especially intermittent faults. at the results of this research, the reliability and the fault detection coverage were implemented through the self-checking comparator using the time diversity.

  • 이 논문에서는 형식 검증(formal verification)의 한 분야인 모델 검증(model checking)에 재타이밍(retiming) 기법을 적용하는 방법에서 대해 연구하였다. 재타이밍은 주어진 회로의 레지스터들을 재배치함으로써, 입출력 동작을 바꾸지 않으면서 전이 관계(transition relation)을 변환할 수 있는 기법이다. 이러한 재타이밍을 이용하면 모델 검증을 더 효율적으로 수행하도록 회로를 바꿀 수 있다. 이 논문에서는, 레지스터의 개수와 전이 관계의 특성을 반영한 cost 함수를 제안하고, 재타이밍으로 얻을 수 있는 회로 구조들을 효율적으로 탐색하는 heuristic annealing 알고리즘을 개발한다. 제안된 방법이 모델 검증의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있음을 실험 결과를 통해 보여주었다.

  • 시스템의 안정성을 검증하는 Model Checking(모델 검증)은 여러 가지 분야에서 기본적으로 중요하게 사용되어왔다. 하지만 Model Checking의 특성상 Computing Power가 많이 필요한 점과 최근 소프트웨어의 대형화, Ubiquitous 환경에서의 잦은 변화가 필요한 점 등으로 Model Checking 을 그대로 적용하기 어렵다. 따라서 이 논문은 점증적인 변화에 따른 필요한 부분만 검증하는 점증적 모델 검증을 소개한다.

  • IFC based open BIM has internationally developed as a solution for interoperability problem among different software applications. Despite much interest and effort, the open BIM technologies are rarely introduced to the construction industry and need more technical development for a practical application as well. This research aims to develop automated code checking modules for quality assurance process of BIM data. The research have analyzed domestic regulations focusing on super-tall buildings and developed open BIM-based code checking modules for the evacuation regulations. The modules are able to validate evacuation regulations such as installation of emergency elevator and fire safety zone. The authors expect to improve the process of BIM quality assurance and enhance the quality of BIM data by this research on automated checking system.

중풍(中風)의 치법(治法) 중 잠양법(潛陽法)에 대한 문헌고찰 (A Study on the application of checking the exuberance of yang (潛陽) to treat apoplexy)

  • 잠양법(潛陽法)은 평간치법(平肝治法)의 일종으로 간양(肝陽)이 상항(上亢)해서 나타나는 두목혼훈(頭目昏暈), 수족추휵, 구안괘사, 설건어삽(舌乾語澁), 두통불지(頭痛不止), 졸연도지(猝然倒地) 등의 증상(症狀)에 쓰는 치법(治法)이며 중풍(中風)의 표실증(標實證)을 다스리는 목적으로 다용(多用)되고 있다. 중풍(中風)에서의 활용(活用)은 청대(淸代)에 이르러 본격화되었는데, 엽천사(葉天士)는 "자액식풍(滋液熄風), 유양영락(濡養營絡), 보음잠양(補陰潛陽)"을 사용하였고, 장백룡(張伯龍)은 "잠진섭납(潛鎭攝納)"하는 치료법을 사용하였다. 중풍(中風)의 병리(病理)가 본허표실(本虛標實)하므로 항상 자음(滋陰), 보수(補水)하는 치법(治法)과 상호보완적(相互補完的)으로 사용되고 있다. 잠양법(潛陽法)이 다용(多用)된 병증은 간신음허(肝腎陰虛), 풍양상요(風陽上擾)로 인한 중경락증(中經絡證)과 중장부증(中臟腑證) 중에서 양폐증(陽閉證)이며, 탈증(脫證)의 일부와 중풍일구(中風日久)로 인(因)한 전간(癲癎)에도 사용되었다. 잠양락(潛陽樂) 중 진주모(珍珠母), 석결명(石決明), 대모(玳瑁), 모려(牡蠣), 패치(貝齒), 구판(龜板), 별갑(鱉甲) 등 개류(介類)의 효력이 뛰어나고, 치방(治方)으로는 진간식풍탕(鎭肝熄風湯), 호잠환(虎潛丸), 고본단(固本丹), 복맥탕(復脈湯), 천마구등음(天麻鉤藤飮), 영양각탕(羚羊角湯) 등이 활용되고 있다.

  • Currently, research on more convenient and safer cars for drivers and passengers, the intelligent cars, are being actively conducted. The researches involve designing systems that intelligently minimize physical damages caused by car accidents, not just pursuing passive safety measures like airbags or safety belts. However, there are many cases around the world where airbags cannot be activated in times of accidents and it is difficult for consumers to check if their airbags will be activated, especially for the old-style cars. Thus, in this paper, a base technology for an application that can determine whether the airbags will actually be actuated at a critical moment based on the mechanical calculations is being introduced.

개방형BIM기반의 건축법규검토를 위한 법규유형화 및 적용방안 (Building Code Typology and Application for Open BIM based Code Checking)

  • Recently, Productivity of the construction industry has been decreasing than other industries. Because of this, BIM is being spread in the construction industry. However, quality criteria for BIM data is insufficient. Regulation information is an important factor for initial architectural design evaluations. However, building code and related regulation are numerous. National building code structure in Korea is much more complex than other countries. The purpose of this study is to suggest the typology method of building code and apply to real regulations. To achieve this purpose, the authors have extracted required information to from original regulation for code checking and suggested mapping methods between extracted information and information of IFC scheme. In addition, the authors have represented EXPRESS-G diagram for extracting information from IFC scheme and suggested code checking method through stair case. Output of this study can be used as a base line data for automated code checking system based on open BIM. Automated code checking system will be utilized in architectural design evaluations and supported to increase design quality. It can be used to mount in SEUMTER that is the construction administration system of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT).
