This paper seeks to find out possibility of introducing market order into Korean fisheries regulatory system. Hayek tells us that market order is equivalent to spontaneous order, while regulations are man-made order created based on incomplete knowledge. He also sees market competition as a discovery procedure of knowledge and information. From this perspective is discussed Korean fisheries regulatory reform-particularly issues of establishing property right on fishery resources. It appears that there is quite a large room for substituting market functions for the regulations regarding fishery resources management, even though fishery resources have a very nature of common pool. Advanced fisheries suggest that successful regulatory reform require a well-prepared strategic plan and check list. In addition, the government should be able to secure sufficient monitoring and surveillance power and to play an important role as a fair supervisor.

In preparing a bibliographic check-list on freshwater red algae of India, we noted that nomenclatural changes are necessary for nine taxa currently placed in Acrochaetium-Audouinella-Chantransia complex and Batrachospermum sensu lato. These are Audouinella desikacharyi nom. nov., A. keralayensis (Jose & Patel) comb. nov., Kumanoa balakrishnanii (Chaugule) comb. nov., K. dasyphylla (Skuja ex Balakrishnan & Chaugule) comb. nov., K. iyengarii (Skuja ex Balakrishnan & Chaugule) comb. nov., K. kylinii (Balakrishnan & Chaugule) comb. nov., K. mahabaleshwarense (Balakrishnan & Chaugule) comb. nov., K. umamaheswararaoi (Baluswami & Babu) comb. nov., and K. zeylanica (Skuja ex Balakrishnan & Chaugule) comb. nov. All the above-mentioned species, excepting Kumanoa zeylanica, appear to be endemic to India, since no other records are known outside India.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between irrational belief and psychopathology. The Korean version of Symptom Check List-90-R and Irrational Belief Test were administered to 621 high school students in group. The author used Pearson correlation coefficiency and multiple regression analysis to seek the regression patterns of the irrational belief. The results were as follows. 1) Most of the subscales of the SCL-90-R and Irrational Belief Test were correlated significantly. 2) In multiple regression analysis, the irrational belief associated with anxious overconcern was the most predictable variable for psychopathology.

Recently the importance of website becomes confident in realizing the long distance education (teleeducation) as web. The purpose of this research is evaluating the websites of cyber university and analyzes web usability and web accessibility and analyzes to suggest the good quality content and several personalized service. Also we tried to improve website quality and contribute the reliability of the long distance education with all these. For these we applied the of professor Hyung Nam Moon's SM-ABCDE website evaluation model and developed the check list suitable for cyber university and evaluated websites in the five views of Attraction, Business, Content, Design, Engineering. Totally Kyunghee Cyber University, Busan Digital University, Hanyang Cyber University is selected best in sequence. But every website doesn't keep the basic observation rule of the web accessibility.

It is booming to use computer and information owing to the information society. As software applications have grown, so too has the importance of software quality. Therefore, software quality measurement and evaluation are necessary to satisfy the users who are using computers. The ISO/IEC 9126 defines six quality characteristics and twenty-one subcharacteristics including forty inter quality characteristics. We developed software measurement and evaluation technique using the check list in accordance with the ISO/IEC 9126 in design phase. We applied idea and concept of Total Quality Management in order to evaluate and measure the quality of software. Namely, it is the concept such as "you should do it right the first time." or "you have to build quality in the process." We executed the quantitative evaluation of software, also had shown the distinctive result in order that users and developers can find the errors easily. We evaluated the quality of academic softwares in order to verify developing technique at S college. As a result of the evaluation, this college has found it necessary to maintain the software as soon as possible because academic systems are not adequate for users at this present time.

This paper aims to analyze ecological characteristics of interior design, selecting as the subjects Busan-based construction companies which have a model house, among those that distribute apartments in Busan as of August 2006. Primarily, literature research Is conducted to understand recent trends of interior design for apartment building, present situations and characteristics of ecological design, and prepare environmentally-friendly guidelines and check-list items on the basis of domestic and overseas cases. Collected data in turn is analyzed to assess ecological characteristics of apartment building design in Korea today and present problems and directions for the future.

This study presents the decision of priority for optimal design guide to improve disassembly process. Disassembly process is divided into recognition, transfer and disassembly of assembly point and recognition, transfer and remove of grasp point. Significant influential factors are derived from analyzing the above process. And those factors are used for making the check list to evaluate the properties of parts in each process. Furthermore, the weight with considering disassembly process is also used to determine weight of each process. On the base of the above sequence, qualitative score of disassemblability of each process that is enabled to compare different disassembly processes can be acquired. Ultimately the score helps to decide the priority of design guide for disassembly process.

The purpose of this study is to examine methodological issues of empirical research using survey methods in Journal of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles. We reviewed 95 articles from Journal of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles in 1996, 1998, and 2000. Methodological issues were categorized into four areas: questionnaire and scale development, sampling and collecting data, variable construction, and external validity(generalization). In each imp, a check list was made and 95 articles were reviewed based on this limit. Major findings were discussed and some suggestions were made for future research.

Recently, the use of domestic products securing domestic technology is encouraged, because of export restrictions of the countries or DMSMS(diminishing manufacturing sources and shortages). Domestic weapon systems are actively focused on the parts localization process of R&D projects based on Systems Engineering. However, it is the only way to do technical review for Systems Engineering process up to now. There is a case of application in Localization with Systems Engineering process, but the SE activity is not enough. This study is how to apply Systems Engineering process to Localization effectively based on real cases.
