이치형 성능변수를 이용한 전수검사 하에서의 공정감시절차의 경제적 설계 (Economic Design of a Process Monitoring Procedure for Dichotomous Performance Variable under 100% Inspection)

  • An economic process monitoring procedure is presented when the major quality characteristic of the item is dichotomous. Every item is inspected and decided whether it is conforming or not. If an item is found to be nonconforming, the previous number of the successive conforming items is compared with a predetermined number r to check the process for existence of any assignable cause of variation. A cost model is constructed on the basis of costs of inspection, illegal signal, undetected out-of-control state and corrective action. By minimizing the expected total cost per unit time, the optimal value of r is obtained. The effects of cost coefficients are studied numerically.

  • The purpose of this study was to Estimation the Risk of construction method to protect and reduce the risk of construction period. For this study we are using the pre and during construction period Inspection list. The inspection list was used by construction company for check a flaw of construction field. So we rearrange the individual item of inspection list to match the Risk factor, The results of this study were as follows: The inspection list was rearranged at Risk checklist for Risk estimation. So that we estimate the Risk of individual construction method.

보안 점검 목록을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 머신러닝 기반의 보안 점검 항목 분류 (Classification of Security Checklist Items based on Machine Learning to Manage Security Checklists Efficiently)

  • 미국의 NIST에서는 CVE나 CPE와 같은 기존의 취약점 관련 표준을 이용하여 보안 취약성 점검 및 관리를 자동화할 수 있도록 하는 프로토콜인 SCAP을 개발했다. SCAP은 XCCDF 및 OVAL 언어를 이용하여 점검파일을 작성하고 작성한 점검 파일을 OpenSCAP에서 만든 SCAP Workbench와 같은 SCAP 도구로 실행하면 점검 결과를 반환하는 식으로 동작한다. 다양한 운영체제에 대한 SCAP 점검 파일이 NCP 커뮤니티를 통해 공유되고 있으며 점검 파일에는 점검 항목별로 아이디, 제목, 설명, 점검 방법 등이 작성되어 있다. 하지만 점검항목은 단순히 작성한 순서대로 나열되어 있어 보안 관리자가 SCAP 점검 파일을 이용하여 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 점검 항목을 유형별로 분류하여 관리할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 OVAL 언어로 작성된 SCAP 점검 파일에서 각 점검 항목에 대한 설명이 작성된 부분을 추출하여 머신러닝 모델을 통해 카테고리를 분류하고, SCAP 점검 결과를 분류한 점검 항목별로 출력하는 방법을 제안한다.

  • 현재의 운영감리는 정량적 접근방법이 아니라 감리인의 주관적 판단에 의존하고 점검항목을 어떻게 적용할지는 감리인 재량에 따라 편차가 크다. 이러한 관점은 감리인의 전문성에 따라 보다 상황에 맞게 적정한 점검이 이루어지는 기회가 되기도 한다. 하지만 시스템 구축 보다 시스템 운영에 있어서는 맞지 않는 것이 현실이다. 운영시스템은 구축후 지속적인 운영이 필요한 시스템으로 운영감리 때마다 다른 점검항목을 적용한다면 감리결과에 대한 신뢰성을 확보할 수 없고, 감리결과의 활용도 제한적이 될 수밖에 없다. 이에 본 논문에서는 정보시스템 운영 상태를 정량화된 운영점검표로 측정하도록 함으로써 운영감리를 개선시키고, 그 효용성을 높이고자 한다.

서울, 경남 일부지역 가공식품 표시기준에 대한 인지도 및 만족도 조사 (A Survey on the Recognition and Satisfaction of Food Labeling System in Seoul and Geongsangnamdo Area)

  • This study was carried out to establish the consumer-centric food labeling system by investigating usage state, importance evaluation, problems and satisfaction, etc. on the current food labeling system by consumer. For usage state of checking the food label, 50.2% of respondents were replied ‘mostly check the label’, and they were indicated a significant difference on ‘education level(p<.05)’, and in case of married respondents, most were relied 'absolutely check the label', For the reason to check the food label, 61.8% of respondents were replied 'to determine whether it is stable or not', and they were indicated a significant difference on age(p<.01), marital status(p<.01), and job(p<.01). For the item considered as important things on the label of the whole food, 49.8% of respondents were replied that 'expiration and manufacture date is important', and they were indicated a significant difference(p<.001) on age, marital status, job. For item considered as important things on the label of each food, it was indicated that they considered food company as important thing in case of snack, soft drink, edible oils, and noodles, and food company in case of ice cream, and expiration and manufacture date in case of milk product and meat product. For the problems on the current food labeling system, the clauses 'Poor marking on food additives and materials contents' and 'untrue marking of nutrition contents' were indicated a significant difference on age(p<0.05, p<0.001), and the clause 'untrue marking of nutrition contents' were indicated a significant difference on marital status(p<.01) and job(p<.01).

한의 변증 설문지 개발 표준프로세스 제안 (Suggestion of Standard Process in Developing Questionnaire of Pattern Identification)

  • The aim of this study was to suggest the standard process in developing Questionnaire of Pattern Identification (QPI). The process in developing QPI was researched from validated and developed questionnaire and the standard process in developing QPI was suggested through review of the experts in research, statistics and clinics. Check list was also provided. The number of QPI reviewed in this research was 17(4 in disease in Korea Medicine, 5 in Pathological symptoms, 6 in Sasang constitutional Diagnosis, and 2 in etc), The standard process in developing QPI consisted of 11 phage and 33 check lists. 1) Composition of Research Member(3check lists), 2)Set up of the Aim(5), 3) Review for advanced research(3), 4) Finding an Important Index(3), 5) Review of item selection(4), 6) Developing the questions using items(5), 7) Developing Draft of Questionnaire(2), 8) 1st Survey of Reliability and Validity(2), 9) Revision and Correction of Item(1), 10) 2st Survey of Reliability and Validity(2), 11) Completion and Application(3). This study suggests the standard process in developing QPI for the first time in Korea. This following step may help A new QPI development.

대학 연구실 안전을 위한 일상점검 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 델파이 조사를 기반으로 - (A Study on the Improvement of Daily Inspection for the Safety of University Laboratory - Based on Delphi surney -)

  • 본 연구는 대학 연구실 사고 예방을 위해서 실험 전 이루어지는 형식적인 일상점검을 보다 실효성 있는 일상점검표를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 현재 실시중인 일상점검표와 선행연구자료를 재구성하여, 이를 토대로 2차에 걸친 전문가 델파이 조사로 연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과 연구실 정리정돈 등 일반안전 4개, 기계 및 공구 조임부 이상여부 등 기계기구안전 3개, 전기분전반 주변 적재금지 등 전기안전 3개, 유해인자취급 및 관리대장 비치 등 화공안전 6개, 소화기 점검 등 소방안전 3개, 가스용기 점점 등 가스안전 5개, 손 소독기 관리상태 등 생물안전 1개, 기타 1개, 총 26개 항목을 일상점검표로 제시하였다. 관련 전문가들의 의견을 종합해 보면, 실질적인 일상점검을 위해서는 쉽고 간소화 된 일상점검표가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

사용자 감정 예측을 통한 상황인지 추천시스템의 개선 (Improvement of a Context-aware Recommender System through User's Emotional State Prediction)

  • This study proposes a novel context-aware recommender system, which is designed to recommend the items according to the customer's responses to the previously recommended item. In specific, our proposed system predicts the user's emotional state from his or her responses (such as facial expressions and movements) to the previous recommended item, and then it recommends the items that are similar to the previous one when his or her emotional state is estimated as positive. If the customer's emotional state on the previously recommended item is regarded as negative, the system recommends the items that have characteristics opposite to the previous item. Our proposed system consists of two sub modules-(1) emotion prediction module, and (2) responsive recommendation module. Emotion prediction module contains the emotion prediction model that predicts a customer's arousal level-a physiological and psychological state of being awake or reactive to stimuli-using the customer's reaction data including facial expressions and body movements, which can be measured using Microsoft's Kinect Sensor. Responsive recommendation module generates a recommendation list by using the results from the first module-emotion prediction module. If a customer shows a high level of arousal on the previously recommended item, the module recommends the items that are most similar to the previous item. Otherwise, it recommends the items that are most dissimilar to the previous one. In order to validate the performance and usefulness of the proposed recommender system, we conducted empirical validation. In total, 30 undergraduate students participated in the experiment. We used 100 trailers of Korean movies that had been released from 2009 to 2012 as the items for recommendation. For the experiment, we manually constructed Korean movie trailer DB which contains the fields such as release date, genre, director, writer, and actors. In order to check if the recommendation using customers' responses outperforms the recommendation using their demographic information, we compared them. The performance of the recommendation was measured using two metrics-satisfaction and arousal levels. Experimental results showed that the recommendation using customers' responses (i.e. our proposed system) outperformed the recommendation using their demographic information with statistical significance.

서울지역 거주자의 외식행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Eating Out Behavior of Residents in the Seoul Area)

  • This study was undertaken to provide useful information to restaurant managers by analyzing eating out behavior and the diverse needs and wants of the people residing in the Seoul area. four hundred twenty-seven(427) people were sampled for this study and classified into three groups : housewives, salarymen and college students. The results of this study are as follows : (10 Among the groups, there were significant differences in general eating out behavior such as 'frequency' 'preferred food style' and 'who pays the check' among others. (2) The study showed housewives listing 'special occasion' as 'taking care of meal' (3) All groups considered 'price' as especially important. (4) When selecting a menu item, taste was considered most important by all groups. Housewives showed nutritional value to be important while salarymen chose the same item as companions an college students showed 'portions' and 'price' to be important. (5) degree of satisfaction of restaurants were found to be low with items such as ' price'. 'range of menu choices' and 'courteousness of employees' being relatively low.

New Plasma Etchant를 사용하여 Spacer dry etch 공정의 최적화 (Optimizing Spacer Dry Etch Process using New Plasma Etchant)

  • We studied about the effect of newly developed etchant for spacer etch process in gate patterning. With the 110nm CMOS technology, first, we changed the gate pattern size and investigated the variation of spacer etch profile according to the difference in gate length. Second, thickness of spacer nitride was changed and effect of etch ant on difference in nitride thickness was observed. In addition to these, spacer etch power was added as test item for variation of etch profile. We investigated the etch profiles with SEM and TEM analysis was used for plasma damage check. With these results we could check the process margins for gate patterning which could hold best performance and choose the condition for best spacer etch profile.
