Fashion have been expressed by a face through various a period, social change, and various culture changing. Human expresses as "Transformation" by applying these needs of changing to the fashion. A origin tribe expressed its own self by using direct body transformation and extreme decorations in the past. However, human express creative and esthetic desire based on shape, material, and transformation method in the present time characteristics of the body. Exceptional transformation breaking a existing fixed idea appeared frequently due to dissolution through transformation which is positive expression method in the fashion from 20th century. As a results, followings are obtained in this study. First, human body transforms by using a tool or intermediation in investigation of aesthetic meaning for human body. The object, Transformation, is stably transformed by disintegration, distortion, exaggeration and simplification reduction, as design's sensitivity. Second, transformation from relation of clothing composition is expressed by extension, reduction, simplification, and dissolution. In transformation from original tribe's sensitivity, past decorative desire lead to transformation of human body. To give variable change from past to present fashion, external formative will is introduced. Then, extreme expression is made by direct transformation of clothing type. It seems to be accomplished that human body's expression method is continuously changed into extension, exaggeration, reduction, and dissolution from transformation method as described before. Transformation of modem fashion is expression method by creative supervision. Extreme transformation substituted body's each part is based on immanent play and representative satisfaction. Through these transformation, it is judged that variety of creative type is achieved.

The conventional boundaries between art and technology are being torn down by the development of science in the 21st century. It is fulfilling the convergence to emphasize two-way communication. This research is to study the aesthetic experience of the space design which appeared in the playful space of art and technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the expression and characteristics of the art and technology applied for the playful space, to present the intrinsic value of aesthetic experience, and finally to focus on the necessity of aesthetic experience in modern society. In the Playful space of art and technology, research methods and settings of the range to study the aesthetic experience are as follows: First, establish a theoretical consideration about the concept and characteristics of the aesthetic experience, based on Philosophical theories. Second, analyze the meaning of art and the expression elements and characteristics by using technology. Third, discuss the concept of play and features of aesthetic experience in the playful space. Fourth, investigate analysis of the case studies, focused on the architecture and space design announced through the media recently. Finally, proposes the value for the applicability of aesthetic experience that appears playful space works affect us. I saw the aesthetic experience that appears playful space independent reaction and lead to behavioral changes and physical experience to maximize the effectiveness of participation. and it is to maximize a pleasurable experience, while increasing the commitment to participate in the space. Expressions using art and technology are activated by stimulation of the emotional experience, creating a new aesthetic experience. In the modern, the new environment is being created by the convergence of art and technology and it stimulates the imagination of art. Also, it has been newly regulated the meaning of human emotions and consciousness in the new space, surrounded by technology.

The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of interior coordination in accordance with lifestyles to provide better interior conditions for house dwellers who have many different preferences and needs. For this purpose, this research examined the lifestyles of house dwellers, and their experiences on interior coordination, needs and preferences of dweller groups according to their lifestyles. As the methods of the study, both literature research and empirical survey were conducted. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows; The factor analysis shows that there are five main factors significantly affecting the lifestyles of apartment residents, and the lifestyles of residents were largely classified into four groups. G1 group is characterized by 'demand for luxuriousness' and 'pursuit for beauty', and G2 group has tendency of 'information orientation' and 'pursuit for self-expression', G3 group shows strong tendency for 'pursuit for practicality' and G4 group is characterized by 'pursuit for self-expression' and 'pursuit for beauty'. The four groups showed distinct characteristics in their experiences, needs and preferences of interior coordination. G1 group can be names as 'the style of well-being and luxuriousness', and they are very positive in the interior climate change and prefer artistic items and luxurious atmosphere. G2 group, which can be named as 'the style of expression', tend to have their house interior-coordinated in order to follow fashion trends or express their personality. G3 group is named as 'the style of practicality' and they consider convenience, practicality, and functionality. The last group, G4 can be named as 'the style of personality', and they have much interest in expressing their personality or following trendy fashions.

This study explores the impacts of e-learning system characteristics on learner committment and satisfaction by surveying the firms utilizing e-learning systems for learning. In the study, we have, first, drawn the key factors and instruments to measure e-learning system characteristics through intensive literature review. Second, we have investigated whether the characteristics contribute to increasing learner's commitment and satisfaction. Finally, we have examined the mediating effect of learner's commitment between the characteristics of e-learning system and learner satisfaction. We have conducted a survey on the employees having experience in using e-learning systems for learning, and collected a total of 93 responses. The results of a statistical analysis show the following: First, expression and interaction affect the learner's commitment. The results indicate that a learner should engage in e-learning and ultimately be more committed on it when there is a coherence in design and organization of learning contents, and when the system offers various multimedia options including audio, sound, image, graphics, etc. Second, leaner's commitment leads to higher learning satisfaction. Finally, our results show that the commitment plays a mediating role between learner characteristics (expression, control, and trust) and learner satisfaction.

The first visual contact in architecture happens in surface, and it could be significant object as well as the starting point to recognize the essence and perceive the buildings. Architecture surface could not get out of the restriction of structures and materials that support buildings for a long time in the past. Architecture surface in the past should fulfill the structural role to form are appearance of buildings and support buildings at the same time, so it was difficult to get out of logic for material and thickness of walls, arrangements and sizes of windows. However, since the modern age, architecture surface came to be freer according to the development of building technology, and development of technology changes shows tendencies to express role of new design factor as an architectural element emphasized expression and autonomy,s which was escaped from the subordinate relationship that the surface of building must do the structural function. In this study, it would be examined the expressive characteristics of various epidermis that are expressed in architecture of Herzog & de Meuron since the end of 20thcentury focused on comprehended and analyzed results of changes and characteristics of contemporary society. Through this, it would be comprehended the epidermis of architecture that has particular character expressed in modern buildings of Herzog & de Meuron, and it would be composed a certain linkage between this and characteristics of contemporary society and it would be investigated that the establishing process of inner spaces. Identification through case analysis for this would perform a role of catalyst for the new possibility and development of contemporary architecture's surface expression in the future.

This study was conducted by the awareness that although interior spaces using the techniques and characteristics of assemblage are excellent means to reveal distinctiveness and identity with preeminent originality which are different from other spaces, there are few domestic studies and literatures on them. The results analyzed by preceding studies and cases on the characteristics of expression of assemblage which appear in the interior spaces of commercial areas can be summarized as follows; First, assemblage expresses identity of spaces with symbols capable of multiple interpretations through the method of integration and repetition of the materials used. Second, it strongly reminds visitors of memories on spaces by producing odd and unfamiliar scenes with such designs as installation art. Third, when it uses ordinary materials, it adds combination, integration, transformation or colors to the materials for extraordinary traits. Fourth, it pursues sustainability through recycling or upcycling by using wastes or natural materials. Fifth, in order to express materials to fit the purposes of spaces, it formulates outcomes with intentional plans. To sum up above analysis results, expressions of assemblage which appear in modern commercial spaces are characterized by expression of symbols with multiple meanings, purse formativeness which fit the purposes and meanings of spaces, play the role of reminding memories on places by producing extraordinary spaces with strangeness and unfamiliarity such as installation art and sometimes show sustainability by using recyclable materials. The results of this study are expected to be utilized as reference materials which suggest directions of approach to interior spaces through assemblage techniques and materials which can be used in various design terms by domestic designers.

This study analyzed metaphorical characteristics of composite materials in terms of a visual aspect on a new material that is applicable for housing space. The results are as follows. First, the recent trend of housing space tends to stimulate emotions of residents through visual finishing materials, and for this reason, visual expression of a new material that is applicable to finishing materials plays an important role. Second, convertibleness, association and duplicity were selected as items of metaphorical expressions through the precedent studies. Third, most of combinations of materials were shown different from the existing materials in an expressive characteristic of composite materials through analysis, and application of a technology showed a different visual effect of patterns and textures from the existing materials. This implies that visual expression and directing are being attempted using such technology on finishing materials of housing space with development of digital technologies. Fourth, for metaphorical characteristics of composite material for housing space, combination of various materials and a digital technology were applied on convertibleness. For association, a combination of materials that have each different characteristic associated with the third material, and combination with subsidiary material of optical fiber and a digital technology were appled for duplicity. Data obtained from the results of this study has high efficiency in planning finishing materials for emotional housing space in future, and it will be basic data for a study on development of new finishing materials.

Present expression methods have close relations with popular culture in the active acceptance of various kinds of genre. Fashion illustration is no longer limited to sketching garments or technically explaining construction, it is accepted as an art that is expressed by the desire and consciousness of the artist. This study examines the expressional characteristics and effects of photo-image appropriation as an expression method in fashion illustration. The word 'appropriation' (to steal something) is used as euphemism and not meant to be derogatory. The methods of appropriation in art indicate that paintings are not inventions but are self-satisfactory creations that show that the idea of originality is false and that paintings should be uninhibited from the greed of the authority of the genius of artists. In postmodern paintings, the photo-image of appropriation are expressed through the methods of re-photography, photo collage, and photo painting. Photo-image appropriation methods in fashion illustration are re-photography, photo collage, image mixing of photography, drawing, and graphic expression of photography. Fashion illustrators are able to develop expression techniques for expanding a field of expression and enhance the ability of communication through the photo-image appropriation methods.

The overall trend of the contemporary society which is characterized by the variety and de-unification shows many that object to the language system of the structuralism. The typical characteristics of deconstruction in contemporary architecture and products are deconstruction of meanings, deconstructuralism of he form by the use of material, new material, deconstruction of metaphor and way of expression, deconstruction of proportion and deconstruction of ideas. The design elements of the deconstruction are re-defying the function, changing shapes, the structures, metaphors, dening of the golden proportions and the emphasizing the kitsch elements. From the various style, the kitsch style is a phenomenon that comes from the way of representing emotion, inspiration, understanding of the popularity, and the authority of consumers for choice.

The purpose of this study is to reveal that the deconstructive dis de phenomenon in contemporary fashion beauty design can be interpreted from the viewpoint of Korean aesthetics by having an open mind of coexistence. The typical characteristics of dis de phenomenon are decomposition, decentralization, and discontinuity, and these can be compared with beauty of non-artificialness, unity, and humor, which are characteristics of Korean aesthetics. In other words, the dis de-phenomenon rejects traditional composition and uniformized expression, and seeks various images by accepting the bi-national confrontation concept, this is similar to Korean aesthetics, which experienced atypical diversity by concentrating on the inner spirit rather than the outer form through indifference to technique, form, and honest human emotion.
