The Effects of Transfer of Education Training on Korean Enterprise Revitalization -Focusing on Characteristics of Education Training Program and Organization Characteristics in Cyber Education- (교육훈련전이가 한국기업의 활성화에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -사이버교육의 교육훈련프로그램 및 조직 특성을 중심으로-)

  • This article starts with a review of the organization characteristics and corporate education training program, especially in relation to the cyber education. In particular, we empirically analyzed the factors affecting the characteristics of education program (e.g., relatedness of the program contents, method of education and instructor's ability) and the organization characters (e.g., support of manager and coworker, education culture). Hence the main purpose of this article is to suggest an empirical model explaining how these factors affect the transfer of training and enterprise revitalization. Furthermore, we suggested an expanded model about cyber education training program, transfer of training, and corporate's facilitation. We founded that the contents and method of education significantly affect the transfer of training, while instructor's ability does not significantly affect. Supports from manager and coworkers, education culture, and transfer of training also affect the enteprize revitalization.

  • The Government revised the sixth education curriculum plan because of rapid growth of information and communication technology, variance of computer applicable fields and curriculum plan related intelligence information. In according to this principle, the seventh curriculum plan remodeled not only knowledge cultivation as cultured person but also new curriculum correspond to special character of industrial high schools. The revised main contents are organized practicable subjects considering actual educational environments, deleted duplicated subjects and also added practicable another contents of multimedia and telecommunication fields. In this paper, we study curriculum for integrated computer education of industrial high schools according to the seventh education plan. For this research, it is searched opening classes and completion models of special subjects related computer fields of industrial high schools in Busan, we propose completion model for each school year and new curriculum of industrial high schools. We also recommend another approach methods for training and election of teachers. Therefore, this research can apply to the basis research data for the future curriculum model related computer science of industrial high schools.

  • Co-Authorship analysis is a kind of bibliometric analysis. and a well established tool for character of knowledge network in some technical fields. If more than two authors co-author an article, there is a relation of knowledge. So This study aims at discovering the trends and phases of OLED technology using co-authorship analysis, a kind of bibliographic analysis. The Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE) database was used to search for the number of times paired Korean articles were co-authored in OLED field.

  • A cell phone is a necessity for the modern society. The function of mobile phone enables us to exchange various information beyond the time and space. In addition it has lots of function such as shooting of moving picture. This study is to research the accuracy and rapidity of the information by means of SMS, and to propose a new system of transmission in order to create a profit for the life economy. Through the function, which is suggested in this paper, we can store the phone number to the sending category of the other party's phone by combining character or number. We can expect the most accuracy and swiftness of the cellphone information via of this proposed research.

Table Structure Recognition in Images for Newspaper Reader Application for the Blind (시각 장애인용 신문 구독 프로그램을 위한 이미지에서 표 구조 인식)

  • Newspaper reader mobile applications using text-to-speech (TTS) function enable blind people to read newspaper contents. But, tables cannot be easily read by the reader program because most of the tables are stored as images in the contents. Even though we try to use OCR (Optical character reader) programs to recognize letters from the table images, it cannot be simply applied to the table reading function because the table structure is unknown to the readers. Therefore, identification of exact location of each table cell that contains the text of the table is required beforehand. In this paper, we propose an efficient image processing algorithm to recognize all the cells in tables by identifying columns and rows in table images. From the cell location data provided by the table column and row identification algorithm, we can generate table structure information and table reading scenarios. Our experimental results with table images found commonly in newspapers show that our cell identification approach has 100% accuracy for simple black and white table images and about 99.7% accuracy for colored and complicated tables.

  • Roland Barthes views a myth as a chain of connotative concepts that are mutually connected. For him, a myth appears through a chain connotation that is mutually related, due to the first-stage signification system. In other words, the connotation of a particular scene is already inherent in a culture in the form of social convention or social values before it is made. In the case of Disney animation, as mentioned Barthes, it has also two layers of denotation and connotation for signification. However, Disney animation shows the tendency that seek the denotative representation and the direct communication, based on the typified character, to the representation and delivery of the myth that is inherent. Therefore, the tendency of denotative signification is seen Disney animation can be said as a branch of research methodology for the approach to the aesthetics of Disney animation.

  • 게임산업은 21세기 정보화 사회의 문화 컨텐츠 산업의 한 분야이다. 멀티미디어, 3차원 그래픽, 3차원 음향, 가상 현실 분야, 캐릭터 산업 등과 맥락을 같이 하는 핵심 기술 집약 산업이며, 문화적 파급효과와 규모가 점점 커지고 있는 산업이다. 그러나 국내의 게임 개발 능력은 선진 미국이나 일본에 비하여 낙후되어 있다. 정책적으로 게임 개발 지원 사업이 행하여지고 있으나 게임 컨텐츠 영역보다는 인터넷 게임 혹은 3차원 그래픽 엔진 개발 등 게임 소프트웨어 엔진 개발에 치중되어 있는 것이 현실이다. 한편 미국 PC게임 시장에서 만 8세 이하의 아동용 게임 시장은 전체 게임 시장의 삼분의 일을 차지하는 거대 시장이다. 재미요소와 교육요소가 접목된 아동용 게임은 컨텐츠 위주의 산업으로 짧은 개발 기간에 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 산업이기 때문이다. 본 연구는 기존의 컴퓨터 게임에 관해 고찰하고, 아동의 연령별 특징에 적합한 게임요소의 추출과 새로운 게임 컨텐츠를 제안한다는 것을 목적으로 한다. 앙케이트 조사와 프로토콜 분석 및 연령별 성장기 특징의 문헌 조사를 통해 기존의 게임 장르에 추가하여 'Asports', 'Asim', 'U.J RPG', 'S+RPG'가 성장기별 아동 발달에 유익하다는 결론을 도출 할 수 있었다.

  • Dir. Kim, Giduk's first work is (1996) which was created a new character and episode which disregard the main trand movie. His emotion in his film is over the reallife and common sense. His emotion is attached to the primitive feeling. He is called the tererist of Korean film culture. This thesis studys on the allegory of kim, Giduk's film world by Kim, Sunam's 'Korean auterism' which discusses dir.'s film work on the base of the background of filmmaker and his view of life. And also to represent film image he used space, water, color, repeated same meaning oposition by the usual image of rhetoric.

  • This paper reevaluates the influence and value of Shakespeare inherent in the history of music, focusing on the works of playwright William Shakespeare who have had an absolute influence on the history of music and various musical works derived from his work. To consider ways referred to the original work of Shakespeare, and at the same time to analyze the different musical pieces with his same material, and also about the musical implementation according to theatrical devices provided by Shakespeare through the four aspects of 'Shakespeare's musical descriptions and texts', 'Configuration model and its variants', 'Portrayal of person and human character' and 'Genre diversity and Creative possibility'.

Application of Bushou in Contemporary Chinese Poster Design (부수를 활용한 중국 포스터디자인 연구)

  • For designers, Chinese characters are featured as its unique cultural connotation and the inheritance of information. In visual designs, the beauty of Bushou in form, especially its potential forms, plays an important role and has been applied in various modern designs. There are analyses focused on radicals' roles, as well as its performance and design principles in modern posters in order to figure out how radicals are inherited and developed in posters. Additionally, these researches are conducted to recognize the cultural values of the visual linguistics of Bushou. In this paper, collating of the history and structure of Chinese characters, along with the history, function, classification and meaning of Bushou has been conducted through the method of literature research. The function of Bushou and its potential visual performance means, as well as the objective laws are summarized by analyzing Bushou posters.
