Variable Priority Number Control of SPMS for Leisure Ship

  • The power system of leisure ship has a character of stand-alone type, so it continuously checks the usable power. Especially, the leisure ship using renewable energy needs to adjust the power consumption of loads according to the usable power. Also, the important loads of leisure ship are different by operation mode. However, current power management system doesnot consider such character. This paper studied load management system of the SPMS(Smart Power Management System) and composed using the smart plug. The SPMS controls the loads depending on a user's pattern and character through variable priority number control. This control algorithm was verified through simulation of assumed user and situation using LabVIEW.

  • As a part of "The method of suitable design for resident," the purpose of this study is to figure out the resident aptitude of client through "Saju-Myungrihak" more effectively and precisely. That is, the study is to find out the relations between individual character and environmental interior tendency through experimentingss to make Images based on one's individual inherent aptitude and character. For all these reasons, we proudly launch to develop the interior design program based on emotional inherent-aptitude technology for our clients with applying Nakamitch Mizuo's emotional technology thesis "the Expert System." However, a critical implication made by Nakamitch Mizuo's emotional technology, elucidates the fact that there was a problem for understanding the system of client's inherent aptitude. 1. Appearance of The inherent-aptitude in Saju-Myungrihak 2. MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) Form K 3. To strengthen and develop the tools of visual images through understanding clients' character and tendency by the result of his or her DNA (ACE, DRD4, DRD2, G-protein) test.

A Study on the Readability of the Car License Plate in Korea (자동차(自動車) 번호표(番號標)(보통 번호표(番號標)) 숫자(數字)의 가독성(可讀性)에 대한 연구(硏究))

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic research data on the readability of the car number license plate in Korea by experimental procedure. This study is performed by the combination of color contrasts, character forms, and stroke widths. Additionally it is focused on the distance of distinct vision and misreading rate. The results of the this study are as follows: First, as to the color contrasts, the plate which has black on yellow contrast has better readability than current contrast between white and green (white character on green plate, vice versa). Second, as the character forms, it is showed that Quasigothic and NAMEL types have less misreading rates by 42.86% and 42.15%, respectively, than current Gothic type, and they also increase distance of distant vision by 4 meter. Third, as to the stroke widths, it is showed that 12 milli-meter and 14 milli-meter of stroke widths have less misreading rates by 63.94% and 65.33 %, respectively, than current 6 milli-meter of stroke width.

Development of a Recognition System for Automatic Giro Processing (금융 장표 자동 처리를 위한 인식 시스템 개발)

  • A pattern recognition system is proposed to recognize characters in any type of Giro. The system consist of the character segmentation and the character recognition. Positional features from two round markers at the upper-right part and lower-left part of Giro is used for extracting character strings from images and RLE analysis is used if there are no round markers. A multi step combined method, which use a structural method and a statistical method, is used to improve recognition. The structural method apply rules on each characters, whereas a statistical method gives a different weighting vector to each pixel for improving the classification performance in regard to noises and distortions. The experimental results show that the proposed combined method has higher recognition rate, over than 98% even in cases that images are rotated about 10 degrees as well as have noises.

A Study of the Young Aged Women′s Bust (청년기 여성의 상반신 체형 연구)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to offer basic data for clothing design which is intended to apply appropriate shape and capacity to clothes. The following are the analyzed results of an investigation which was conducted to characterize the upper half of the female body of 193 women whose ages are 18 to 25, taking part in this investigation. According to the results of analyzing young women's bust, I came to find a large individual difference of the wide varying factor numbers at the items of the side feature, the body stance, and the dart quantity. For the analysis of the female's upper body, 11 factors are used. The are as follows: Factor 1. width of the bust Factor 2. height of the bust and length of the arm Factor 3. side thickness of the bust and the upside type Factor 4. length of the bust on the front Factor 5. length of the bust on the back Factor 6. salient ratio of the breast Factor 7. width of the neck. the armhole, and measurement of the droop Factor 8. length of the shoulder Factor 9. flat ratio of the bust Factor 10. inclination of the shoulder factor 11. form of the back The shape of young women's upper bodies can be divided into four groups. The character ization of each group are as follows : Group 1 . 28.5% of the women who take part in this investigation belong to Group 1 These women have the shortest body, with a longer length of the front than the back and more thickness on the front than the back. Group 2. 21.1% of the women who take part in this investigation belong to this group. They show a longer length of the back and more thickness of the back than the front. In addition, this group is bent forward. Group 3. This group is the mast common type, showing the shortest and thickest character. 37.8% of the women who take part in this investigation have this bust character Group 4. 12.4% of the women belong to Group 4. They possess the highest and fattest character, skewing smaller necks, armholes, and waists than the other groups. This group also shows the drooping shoulders.

Motion generation using Center of Mass (무게중심을 활용한 모션 생성 기술)

  • When a character's pose changes, its center of mass(COM) also changes. The change of COM has distinctive patterns corresponding to various motion types like walking, running or sitting. Thus the motion type can be predicted by using COM movement. We propose a motion generator that uses character's center of mass information. This generator can generate various motions without annotated action type labels. Thus dataset for training and running can be generated full-automatically. Our neural network model takes the motion history of the character and its center of mass information as inputs and generates a full-body pose for the current frame, and is trained using simple Convolutional Neural Network(CNN) that performs 1D convolution to deal with time-series motion data.

  • Java 프로그램밍 언어는 general-purpose concurrent object-oriented 언어로 알려져 있다. Java 언어는 개념과 구문 모두가 매우 간결하고 통일되어 있으며 인터넷 환경에서 최대한 활용되도록 하기 위하여 가상기계 개념을 도입하여 목적코드를 생성한다. 프로그래밍 언어에서 가장 중요한 부분이 data type 부분이다. Java 언어는 primitive type과 reference type을 지원한다. Primitive type과 reference type을 지원한다. Primitive type에는 boolean type integral type이 있다. Integral type에는 character, byte, short integer, integer, long integer, single-precision 과 double-precision floating point number가 있다. Reference type에는 class type, interface type, array type이 있다. 그러나 Java 언어는 general-purpose 프로그래밍 언어가 일반적으로 지원하는 structure type을 지원하지 않는다. 대신에 class type이 structure type을 포함하여 지원하는 구조로 되어 있다. 그러나 class type과 structure type은 서로 상이한 data type으로 판단된다. 따라서 Java 언어가 general-purpose의 성격을 가지기 위해서는 structure type을 명시적으로 지원하는 것이 바람직하다고 생각된다. 이 논문은 structure type을 Java 언어에 포함시킬 것을 제안한다.

  • The purpose of this study is analysing the characteristics of interior space aiming for the exterior space in mixed-used development. The range of this study is limited as passage, department store, shoppingmall and Mixed Use Development. The method of this study is as follows. First, analysing the 7 samples of the interior space aiming for the exterior space in MXD through the framework of public character categorized as 5 factors, accessibility, openness, comfort properties, connectivity, convenience in use. Second, drawing a conclusion from the precedent step. The result of this study is as follows. First, the interior space has become bigger with time. And the public character is expanded with having the same structure of the city space. Second, the interior space solves the problem of the exterior space of city but prefers the same factors with the exterior space. Third, the street in the interior space has the characteristics of openness and comfort properties through diversification. And the open space is planned in various parts of the MXD and has the character of accessibility and connectivity.

Analysis of Male Character Design's Stereotype through Otome Game - Focusing on Ensemble Stars (오토메 게임을 통한 남성 캐릭터 디자인의 스테레오 타입 분석)

  • This study is about stereotype analysis of male character design that can satisfy female gamer's preference. Based on Helen McCarthy's stereotype study of male characters released in 1998, we analyzed 33 characters in the Otome game ensemble stars for mobile. As a result, we were able to find one new type in addition to the six stereotypes of previous studies. Through the emergence of this new stereotype, we are able to find the development of male character design.
