In April, 1995, ANC government was established in South Africa. The Black government set up Truth and Reconciliation Committee in November, 1995. The Committee investigated approximately 50,000 cases for 3years. Through this process, Black and White in SA could be united into one. Finally, the system of racial discrimination, lasting for about 300 years, was abolished. The Committee played a role as a social infra-structure, which was to perform and solidify democracy in SA. Reconciliation, agreement, Participation, equality, Communication, and Reformation of law system were practically implemented by the Committee. Many people evaluate TRC's activity, which had the reformative and democratic character of the object of investigation, investigative criterion, investigative process, and the approval of investigative result. But De Klerk evaluates that TRC retaliated the White with legal. J. Cronin evaluates that TRC transiently change democracy of the South Africa, and many other social movement groups had a negative view about TRC. But the Black and White in South Africa transformed 'discriminated society' into 'united one'. The Committee took the initiative in such a change. The Committee was not an organization needed for the policy, but the committee was the policy itself to change the former society to the new one. Now The ANC government was forwarding TRC's roles and functions to the truth and reconciliation bureau of the Justice Department for further action. The ANC government has to execute some policy for social reconciliation. Firstly, the government needs to build construction social and national system for making close investigation into the White's historical guilt. Secondly, it must be executed to TRC's recommendation pursuit social reform of social infra-structure in the South Africa. Thirdly, The government should execute policy for the Black's right as labors and social member. Lastly, the government must investigate still-remaining historic state violence and infringement of human right for social reconciliation.
The purpose of this study is to analyse the change of consumption structure of households due to spending on private tutoring, then analyse the difference of change depending on income bracket. The results of the study show that the proportion of private tutoring spending of poor households is relatively higher than high or middle income households although the amount is smaller than them. The consumption items adjusted by the change of private tutoring spending are different depending on income level, and adjustment possibility of them of poor households is very lower than other classes. These show their risk of insufficient consumption of food, clothing, and shelter is high. The burden of private tutoring spending of the poor increase the economic insecurity, therefore various supportive approaches such as improvement of the quality of public education, economic support the poor suffering from the burden of private tutoring spending are necessary to prevent the latent problems of the poor and their children.

As the global climate change emergency is escalating, the need for 'Social Action-Oriented SSI (SAO-SSI) on climate change topics' in science education that can change society through social activity is increasing. By employing sociocultural theory, this study explores the challenges of limiting teacher's agency in implementing SAO-SSI on climate change topics in science education. Data from participant observation for 46 lessons, in-depth interviews with participants, field notes, and teacher reflection notes were analyzed by the structure of into micro- (classrooms), meso- (school), and macro- (Korea society) level. At the micro-level, the teacher's new attempts of SAO-SSI on climate change topics class made it difficult for him to identify students' understanding of climate change, because they have a low sense of perception that climate change is also their problem. In addition, the teacher had difficulties leading students' into an engagement for social action because students were skeptical about the feasibility of planned social behavior by positioning themselves as children or had difficulty in understanding social action and sympathizing with its values. At the meso-level, a school culture that encourages the implementation of a curriculum similar to that of colleagues, it was difficult to implement one's own curriculum. And it was difficult to develop expertise without the support and communications with colleagues who revealed the burden of unfamiliar science topics of climate change. In addition, conflicts arose in the process of implementing out-of-school social actions with the principal's passive support. At the macro-level, the insufficient proper material resources for SAO-SSI on climate change topics class, and negative perceptions on the students' social action in the society were acting as constraints. We offer implications for what kind of structural support and efforts from various subjects in the educational community should be provided to implement SAO-SSI on climate change topics class in science education.

Purpose : Nursing profession has been rapidly changed due to the development of bioscience and the change of medical service environment. Nursing profession that has been focused on only care giver's role like mother's in tradition, is required careful reflection new nursing role to cope properly to the change of medical service environment. In nursing profession, the concept of the role was used without an accurate definition, as a results, the concept of the role was mixed with the concept of the "activity", "job" and "function". Therefore, concept analysis of the role in nursing profession is needed to remove conceptual ambiguous and make confirm the true meaning of the role. Concept analysis is a strategy that examine the characteristics of a concept. It is a formal linguistic exercise to determine those defining attributes. The basic purpose of concept analysis is to clarify ambiguous concept in theory, and propose operational definition which reflects the theoretical base of the concept. Method : In this study, the concept of the role in nursing profession which was analyzed based on the steps of concept analysis by Walker & Avant(1988). Results : The attributes of the concept of the role in nursing profession are : 1. Basic factors to construct social structure. 2. Expected attitudes, values, behavior patterns according to the social status and position in social structure. 3. Perceptive attitudes, values, behavior patterns in order to social interaction. 4. Acquiring through continuous communication and learning. 5. Not fixative but changeable. The antecedents of the role in nursing profession are : 1. The social status and position which is possessed by a person. 2. Expected attitudes, values, behavior patterns according to the social status and position in social structure. 3. Acquiring through continuous interaction, communication, and learning process. And the consequences of the role in nursing profession are : 1. The role maintenance and the role expansion as a positive consequences. 2. The role conflict and the role loss as a negative consequences. Conclusion : Through this concept analysis, the concept of the role in nursing profession is defined as As basic factors to construct social structure, person's attitudes, values, behavior patterns which are expected from other social members according to person's social status and position, and perceived and acquired through continuous interaction, communication, and leaning process.
New social risks is likely to emerge from instability of family structure, flexible of labor market, movement of globalization which is related with the post-industrial society and so on. Especially, a lot of women are exposure to not only old social risks but also new social risks. A breakdown of traditional family structure, flexible of labor market which is be followed by globalization, women's poverty and limited approaches at social security services are the representation risk which is confront to women. In this study, therefore, the social risk is recognized by breakdown of traditional family structure risk which comes from the social change, aging of population, the decrease of labor population and New Right ideology. The purpose of the study is to arrange the new welfare state at gender equality level by anglicizing about women's new social risks.
The purpose of this study is to explore the phenomenon in-depth with its context that what are changes of life in the older patients with social admission by applying the phenomenological research method, and to understand the essential meanings and structure of change experiences of life in elderly patients with social admission. The participants were 15 patients with chronic disease over 65 ages who were selected by convenience sampling. Data were collected through individual in-depth interviews from April to July 2016, and were analyzed using Colaizzi (1978)'s phenomenological analysis method. The essential meanings and structure of change experiences of life in the older patients with social admission were derived into six clusters of themes as follows: 'A lot of concerns are solved', 'New relationship', 'Life as a ordinary person that it looks nothing like a patient', 'The body and mind are comfortable', 'Fear of discharge','Social isolation'. The results of this study contributed to promoting a deeper understanding of change of life in older patients with social admission, and provided for the basic data of strategic approach in solving the social admission problem in long-term hospital.
Objectives: The mass media play a crucial role in risk communication regarding climate change. The aim of this study was to investigate the trend in journalistic reports on climate change in the daily newspapers of Korea. Methods: We selected 9 daily newspapers in Korea, which according to the ABC Association, represented 77% of newspaper circulation, out of a total of 44 Korean daily newspapers. The collected articles were from 2009 to 2011. All of the articles were sorted into the following 8 categories: greenhouse gas, climate change conventions, sea level rise, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change synthesis reports, expected damage and effect, use of fossil fuels, global warming, and mitigation or adaptation. A chi-squared test was done on the articles, which were counted and classified into cause, effect, and measurement of climate change according to the newspaper's majority or minority ownership structure. Results: From the 9 selected newspapers, the number of articles on climate change by month was greatest in December 2009. Generally, the articles vague about climate change (lack of precise data, negative or skeptical tone, and improper use of terminology) were much more common than the articles presenting accurate knowledge. A statistical difference was found based on ownership structure: the majority-owned newspapers addressed the cause of climate change, while the minority-owned newspapers referred more to climate change measurement. Conclusions: Our investigation revealed that generally Korean daily newspapers did not deliver accurate information about climate change. The coverage of the newspapers showed significant differences according to the ownership structure.
This article is exploring the possibility of establishment of a 'Smart Citizens Party'. In the society based the social computing, the individual leads the technical progress and the society which is adapted for this circumstance is changing in the direction of user-centric. Also, in the political process, we can see this social phenomenon. In other words, there's a quite possibility that decision-making structure may shift from the top-down approach to the bottom-up approach by the networked individuals or flexible voluntary group. In this context, this paper will propose the 'Smart Citizens Party' model that accept the change of political and social environment due to the advent of the social computing and cope with this change. The 'Smart Citizens Party' means the 'Party for Smartizen' of this social computing era. The 'Smart Citizens Party' is the intermediate party that link the political party to the civil society and is smart citizen's party that is operated democratically by active participation of citizens. This paper will review on structure and operational issues of political parties in Korea and study future-oriented solution and/or way to discovered problems of political parties in Korea.

The results of Change of Space Organization of Nagan Eupsung are as follows. There was no castle when Nagan folk village was built and it was merely small village arranged centering around road, but as it was emphasized as a point of strategic importance, castle wall was built and the government office and military facilities were established. In the late period of the Joseon Dynasty, as central power was weakened and its importance as a strategic point was declined, private houses outside the folk village were extended to the inside of castle. The whole structure of the village was not greatly changed through the modern society, but disappearance of village components and change of its basic structure like destruction of the castle were continued not to be restored to the former condition spontaneously. It was considered that it was caused by social demographic characteristics of the folk village which was deteriorated and environmental factors that it was changed into sightseeing place.
This study aims to analyze the changes of goals and contents of middle school geography education following up the changes in the Korean social studies curriculum over time. The main findings are as follows. First, From the Syllabus period to the Third Curriculum, geography education, history education, general social studies education in the middle school social studies were directed and managed independently. However from the 4th to the 7th Curriculum, the demand for the virtual integration in middle school social studies increased sharply. Since 2009 revision, social studies suffered an identity crisis as integrated subject matter because history education was separated from the social studies and interdisciplinary units were abolished. In spite of much criticism, however, an odd form of social studies integrating geography and general social studies still remains. Second, the stronger the demand for the social studies integration in middle school, students' social studies learning load had become heavier due to severe competition with other areas to ensure more portion in the integrated structure of social studies. Since geography education did not reflect the new tendency of the geography in the integrated structure of middle school social studies, the gap between the geography and geography education has increased and knowledges of geography growing became separated from students' experience. In conclusion, the integrated structure of social studies in the middle school hindered the geography education development as it limited the autonomy of geography education in terms of curriculum development.
