Contemporary workspace is configured in various manners according to working patterns, collaborative or independent nature of works, group-wise working styles and culture, the size of the group, and so on. On the other hand, conventional office space has tended to be a monolithic single space packed with various types of works. This change reflects what has happened to the meanings and structures of office space. The ubiquitous computing technique is being applied to the development of the intelligent office as it grows. This leads to the change of intelligent office technology which provides user-oriented spatial service. This paper focuses on the conceptualization and design of service scenarios or the intelligent office based on the user-oriented spatial service paradigm.

The number of people working in their own home has been increasing, and this will change the form of house. Therefore, it is necessary to plan the new house for the people working at home, and to offer business related working area. This study was designed to know the office workers preference for spatial characteristics of home office. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey. The subject were 257 office workers living in Seoul area. Frequency, percentage, and MM2 : $\textrm{X}^2$-test were used. The results showed that the place for home-office should be located independently inside house. The desirable size for the home-office might be 3-4 pyung. If the place for home-office share with other places, livingroom of bedroom, it is necessary to develop furniture and partition matching with residential furniture and atmosphere. Office workers prefer U-shaped workstation and coner-shaped workstation.

This Paper analyzed activities of the average time use survey in 1999 and 2004 by Korea National Statistical Office. The survey of National Statistical Office considered general analysis for activities like that personal care(eating), employment and study, leisure, travel by purpose. Change of time of living causes a lot of effects on society whole economy, culture etc., and is used basic data in policy proposal of the country and enterprise's marketing operation establishment. Analysis for average time could look at change in a role of gender, holiday of saturday's enforcement and increasing of temporary post. Using this analysis we can do more developed and analytical sociological study.

Today, the traditional office system doesn't accomplish the function of office well on account of the change of socioeconomic environments We can expect that aspect will grow from bad to bad in the 21st century. So, I insist that the alternative office is a cure for the problem The alternative office means a new form of offices, e,g. Team office, Hoteling, Small office home office. Satellite office, Cyber office. etc., as a alternative of the traditional office. I believe that alternative offices on the basis of a powerful information technology will perform the function and the role of office efficiently, and then these are fixed on the new paradigm of the information-intensive offices.

This study is a study on the change of life and leisure satisfaction caused by the reduction of working hours of office workers, summarizing the results of the analysis as follows: First, the change in the working hours of office workers was found to be men (42.4 percent), but women (54.7 percent) had a high increase in personal satisfaction, monthly income of 2 to 3 million won 96.1 percent, and personal satisfaction increased in small and medium-sized cities and towns. Second, leisure satisfaction due to shorter working hours was somewhat high in monthly income of 3 million won to 4 million won (43.6%) and more than 6 million won (39.1%), but there was no change in leisure satisfaction by gender, age, academic background, number of family members, marital status, worker status and region. The revitalization of leisure is a very important task in personal life, but it is meaningful in that it provided implications for socializing leisure as leisure satisfaction is positively spreading in life changes.

지구 온난화 현상, 국제 유가 급등, 화석 연료의 고갈 등 여러 가지 환경 문제에 대한 세계적인 관심이 높아지면서 UNFCCC(United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) 이 각국의 온실가스 배출량을 제한하기 위한 활동을 벌이고 있다. 그리고 온실가스 배출량을 국가별 또는 산업별로 정량적으로 산출하기 위해 IPCC(Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), WRI/WBCSD (World Resources Institute and World Business Council for Sustainable Development) 및 ISO 등 국제기관과 표준단체에서 표준지침을 제정하여 온실가스를 산정하는 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT산업에서 환경 문제 해결을 위해 자구적인 노력을 하고 있는 그린 IT분야에서 이슈가 되고 있는 그린데이터센터에 대해 알아보고, 데이터센터를 에너지관리 측면에서 관리하기 위한 전력사용량 모니터링에 탄소배출량 산정 지침을 적용한 "스마트 에너지/탄소 관리 시스템 설계"에 대해 살펴보고 향후 구축에 있어 이슈가 될 사항을 점검해 본다.

The decentralization of local extension authority is due to several aspect of improper law on extension. First, extension authority has not treated the extension law properly though it has many local office in province, counties, villages. Second, the authority concentrated too much on the service ignoring the local offices are under the improper law. Third, the authority lost their dignity when other institutions argue for their work on the extension services, Extension Institution should change, but the change should come with proper law environment.

The relevant ministries, including the Ministry of Environment in Korea, provided Post-2020 Long-term Mitigation Target and Implementation Plan. The plan consisted of four Business As Usual (BAU) reduction levels by 14.7%, 19.2%, 25.7%, and 31.3% until 2030. The Korean government finalized the mitigation target of 37%. But all the initial alternatives were below the goal, 30% from BAU, that has been promised to the international community as well as set out in the Framework Act on Low Carbon Green Growth. In order to achieve a specific goal, performance management should pursue "Justify doing the right things." Otherwise, performance management would not work properly. According to Kingdon's Policy Stream Framework, abnormal alternatives are difficult to be presented as scenarios because alternative building should focus on the role of the need to adhere to the basic principles and professionals. Such a result is possible only when the policy actors does not balance themselves. Performance management statistics has been analyzed by 6 years CCPI data since 2011, taking into account the impact after enactment. This study also has been complemented by a variety of sources, including the media, documents, and artifacts during the period. As a result, raising awareness about climate change was analyzed as one of the solutions because the climate change issue affects the normal performance management throughout the life of the people to stay linked to the environment.

Under the rule of Japanese Imperialism, there were two kinds of architectural government organizations inside the Chosun(朝鮮) Governor-General which designed To(道) and Pu(府) government office buildings; one was the organization inside the central government office and the other inside the local government offices(To and Pu). By the administrative approval procedure of the Chosun Governor-General, the local architectural organization planned site and floors of the building in the schematic design stage, and in the detail design stage not only the central but sometimes the local planned the building design. The design accomplished by the local in schematic stage was believed as a kind of guideline in detail design and the local organization was able to insist their own needs to the central and to change the central's planning. Even though the central had the authority of the design, the local took part in the planning of To and Pu government office buildings at least in the schematic design stage.

It is getting more difficult to construct new transmission lines, due to the increase of people's demand resulting from the change of social environment and people's consciousness. In order to solve these complicated conditions. we developed a computer system to support the route selecting and surveying of a transmission line. This paper introdouces the methodology for route selecting, designing, surveying of a transmission line and tower designing process using a computer system.
