It is not to observe that a decision-maker frequently changes his choice strategy in the repetitive gamble choice situation. This change in risk preference attitude, however, is not well explained with the existing gamble choice models, such as Bell's disappointment-elation model which is an interesting extension of the classical MEU model. This paper shows that this change in risk preference attitude should be interpreted as a systematic transition of "d" and "e", the disappointment and elation constants of Bell's model repectively. A laboratory experiment is also performed to identify the factors which greatly affect the decision-makers' risk preference attitude change. The number of consecutive successes/failures and the amount of remaining capital found to be statistically significant factors.significant factors.

Poultry feeding systems are likely to change for increased efficiency of production. An experiment was conducted to compare the response of broilers to choice feeding of corn with a standard broiler ration. The treatments consisted of providing broiler feed as the only feed (SINGLE FEED) and access to corn as a choice to a complete broiler feed (CHOICE FEEDING). Weights and feed consumption were obtained at weekly intervals. Samples at the conclusion of the experiment were taken to determine the weight of abdominal fat. Results showed that there was no significant difference in term of liveweight between the two feeding regimes. However, birds given a choice of the broiler feed and corn had better feed efficiency which is reflected by the lower total feed intake. Corn intake was 23.1% of total feed intake in the choice fed birds. In term of carcass colour, birds fed corn as a choice was observed to have a deeper yellow skin colour than the birds fed with broiler feed only.

In international commercial arbitrations that arise from an international commercial contract, arbitral tribunals ruling on the merits of the arbitration apply the law governing the contract. The parties to contract are free to designate the law under the principle of parties autonomy. This paper examines this principle under the Korean Arbitration Act, and makes some legislative suggestions. For this purpose, this paper first discusses what is the scope of matters covered by the law governing the contract, what are the rules of conflict-of-laws for determining the law governing the contract, and what happens when the arbitral tribunal incorrectly applies the law governing the contract? Then, this paper further goes to examine issues such as the form of choice-of-law agreement, the explicit or implicit choice of law, the parties' ability to choose the rules of law including lex mercatoria, the change of choice-of-law agreement, the independence of choice-of-law clause.

The megalopolis citizens are reevaluating the expectant value and the perception of leisure aceording to increasing the level of their incomes, The leisure of citizens is increasing in the aspect of quantity and quality of life nowadays In the site planning of leisure, the concrete understanding about people's choice of a leisure site will be the most important thing, not only for the aspect of improvement of the quality of life but also efficiencies of the land use The purposes of chi study are firstly, to find out the factors which are influenced on a choice of Outdoor leisure facilities in neighbourhood unit and to Compare the Characteristics Of Choice models between the three metropolitan areas, secondly, to predict a limitation of use areal according to the change of a needed time based on the metropolitan's standard choice model For the choice model establishment this research used Logit Model which has been used in the field of the traffic, the tourism and the economics. This research made the results which find out the influencing variables with needed times, the accessibility and the percentage of facilities. The lindtations of use areas come out the results which are predicted according to the change of needed times as a most influencing factors. The range of each preferred leisure facility is about 956 meter distant in the neighbourhood park about 644 meter distant in the pocket park about 604 meter distant in the recreation center, about 628 meter distant in the tennis court about 974 meter distant in the private hob by facility and about 528 meter distant in the library from the apartment unit The recreation center and the library are nearer facilities than the other facilities. But these facilities are surveyed to be more or less influenced by an interesting progran, a context of events and the level of useful facilities, etc.

Earthen mass located beneth a sloping group surface, whether natural or manmade, have a tendency to move downward and outward under the influence of gravity. Unless this tendency is suitably counteracted by the Shearing resistances within the mass, a landslide occurs. Avoiding such instabilities is a major concern of the geotechnical engineer. The shearing behavior of a soil is determined empirically, i.e., by field tests or laboratory tests. This results are applied to the slope stability analysis. The factor of safety for slope stability analysis is much more sensitive to the choice of strength parameters as interpreted from soil tests than to the choice of the computational method of analysis. This paper was investigated the influence of the change in the factor of safety due to a change in one of the parameters, relative to the total change in the factor of safety due to change in all parameters. A conclusion may be reached with respect to the required precision definition of the different variables to limit uncertainties in the factor of safety to tolerable levels.

This paper aims to analyze an action about a port choice of shipper between two ports. For this propose, this paper analyzed a port choice action for Kwangyang and Busan port using a fuzzy logic and neural network. Also, this paper compared classification performance of fuzzy-neural network to Logit model, and analyzed a port choice action into change Para-meta such as freight volumes and service standard.

In recent year, especially in the mode choice analysis, it has been perceived that the importance of individual performance data using stated preference(SP) experiments as well as revealed preference data . Since SP experiments present respondent with various hypothetical alternatives, which are produced by a combination of a number of different attribute levels, and ask them to indicate a preference, it is possible to analyze travel behavior under a situation of potential environment change such as proposed alternative mode of transportation. The basic problems, however, remains that SP are not consistent with the actual travel behaviors and the research reports for stability of mode choice model using SP data has not been sufficient. Under this background, this study is to examine the characteristics of mode choice model using the SP data by the following items. $\circled1$ Analysis of factors affecting the mode choice behavior by the variance analysis of orthogonal-arrays-table $\circled2$ The reliability of SP data by transfer intention data $\circled3$ The stability of SP responses obtained from repetitive question by the comparison of model coefficient specified by each repetitive data. $\circled4$ The stability of ranking data in mode choice model For the analysis, we assumed subway operations in the Gwang-Ju , and set up a choice-set of hypothetical options based on Experimental Design Method.

The research purpose of A Study on the Effect of Aviation Safety over the Air Passenger's Behavior for enhancement of aviation safety management lies at the judgement that passenger's airlines choice criteria has much changed after several serious aviation accidents as before when we used to overlook "aviation safety" variable through surveying to Korean aviation passengers and foreigners visit or travel Korea on various purposes. This study will be regarded significant in terms that empirical analysis was used to prove "Aviation Safety", a variable which had not been regarded as a airline choice factor within Korea air transport market so far, and has an effect on the air passengers' airline preference change and choice after recent frequent aviation accidents. I wish, it can be another opportunity for Korean two national flag airlines to reappraise and reinforce the significance of "aviation safety" and set forth immediate vigorous efforts to support the government's aviation safety improvement countermeasures.

This study investigated the effects of preference reversal according to product characteristics and situation. To investigate the relationship between consumer preference reversal and selection change, three research problems were set up and multiple logistic regression analysis was performed considering categorical dependent variables. The results showed that the decrease in preference for the medical service products and general manufacturing products had a significant effect on selection change and selection delay. In addition, we found that selection change according to the importance of attributes in the medical service product was more sensitive than the general product, while selection change according to the preference reversal was higher in general products. This study examined the causal relationship between choices by illuminating the preference concept as the central value of consumers from a different viewpoint than the existing preference and preference inversion research. In addition, the results of this study suggest that it can include not only selective change according to preference reversal, but also alternatives such as selective delay.
