The purpose of this paper is to analyze the organizational design and management of product development in creating new product architecture by an established firm. For the purpose, the paper put up the organizational design in the process of PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) development of Sharp and Casio which were Japanese major PDA firms in 1990s. PDA is the product born through architectural change from Electronic Organizer. Prior research on the product architecture change and organizational adaptation emphasized that an established firm is difficult to adapt to new product architecture due to the restriction of prior technology or organizational inertia. For overcoming these problems and successful development of new product architecture, organizational design and management in the process of product development becomes essential. In case of Sharp, corporate development project team had been used to overcome the restrictions from architectural knowledge accumulated through previous product. After launching first new PDA by corporate development project team, Sharp created a new division and pushed an evolution of PDA, when new PDA market start to grow up rapidly toward a major market segmentation. As a result, Sharp was able to build up stable PDA project trajectory. However, Casio was late for three years in launching of new PDA architecture because previous division charging of Electronic Organizer tried to develop first new PDA. Casio's PDA development was prohibited by engineers of previous division because new PDA architecture was inferior on user interface and display definition. That is, Casio's first PDA development was restricted by architectural knowledge of previous product.

본 연구는 벼 생산에 필요한 농자재의 제조와 벼 재배과정 그리고 농자재의 폐기과정에서 발생되는 탄소성적을 산정하고, 주요한 온실가스인 메탄의 발생 저감을 위한 재배기술을 비교평가하기 위해 수행되었다. 벼 생산 단계에서 탄소 발생량은 투입된 농자재의 물량을 기준으로 농자재와 에너지의 제조단계에서 탄소발생량, 농작물 생육 단계에서는 시비질소 유래 아산화질소 발생량과 에너지 소비에 탄소 발생량, 농법에 따른 메탄발생량 그리고 농자재의 폐기에 따른 탄소발생량의 합으로 산정할 수 있다. 벼 1 kg 생산 단계에서 발생되는 이산화탄소는 1.40 kg이었으며, 발생된 온실가스 배출비율은 벼 생육 단계에서 메탄 유래 탄소발생량이 71.1%로 가장 많았고, 다음으로 시용된 질소에 의한 아산화질소 유래 탄소발생량이 11.8%였으며, 복합비료 제조단계에서 발생된 탄소발생량이 7.6%에 달하였다. 벼 재배기술 별 메탄 발생량을 비교한 결과, 중만생종 대비 조생종 품종재배로 44.4%, 늘 물대기 대비 중간 물떼기로 43.8%, 암거배수처리로 38.7%, 이앙재배 대비 직파재배로 32.0%, 경운 대비 무경운 재배로 20.9%의 감축 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 전과정 지구온난화 평가방법을 이용하여 온실가스 감축 실적의 측정-보고-검증 체계 구축이 필요하며, 이는 탄소배출권 거래제나 저탄소농산물 인증제의 과학적 근거를 제시하는 데 기여할 것이다.

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) plays a pivotal role in predicting the potential environmental impacts of proposed developments and planning appropriate mitigation measures to minimize effects on species. However, as concerns over biodiversity loss rise, there's ongoing debate about the efficacy of these mitigation plans. In this study, we utilized data from EIAs and post-environmental impact surveys to understand the trends in biodiversity during construction and operation phases. By examining 30 urban development projects, we categorized species richness indices of mammals, birds, amphibians, and reptiles into pre-construction, during construction, and post-construction operational stages. The biodiversity trends were analyzed based on the rate of change in these indices. The results revealed three distinct biodiversity change patterns: (A) An initial increase in biodiversity indices post-development, followed by a gradual decline over time; (B) a sustained increase in biodiversity as a result of mitigation measures; and (C) a continuous decline in biodiversity post-development. Furthermore, all species exhibited a higher rate of biodiversity decline during the construction phase compared to the operational phase, with mammals showing the most significant rate of change. Notably, the biodiversity change rate during operation was generally lower than during construction. In particular, mammals seemed to be most influenced by mitigation measures, displaying the smallest rate of change. This study provides empirical evidence on the efficacy of mitigation measures and deliberates on ways to enhance their effectiveness in minimizing the adverse impacts of urban development on biodiversity. These findings can serve as foundational data for addressing terrestrial biodiversity reduction.

정보기술이 발달하면서 IT 환경은 생활전반에 걸쳐 큰 변화를 주고 있다. 또한 산업체의 비즈니스 방식과 업무 수행 방식을 빠른 속도로 바꾸어 놓고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 웹을 기반으로 기존 IT 개발 및 운영 업무의 프로세스를 개선하여 생산성 및 효율을 극대화하기 위해 기존의 개발 및 운영에서 얻어진 많은 소스코드, 실행 파일과 오브젝트를 프로젝트팀간에 공유할 수 있는 환경을 지원한다. 변경요구에 따른 기존 프로그래밍 소스의 수정과 개발시 이루어지는 영향력 평가를 통하여 장애발생요인을 최소화하고 이력관리를 통한 장애원인 추적을 지원한다 또한 프로젝트 팀간의 기존 소스 및 실행파일의 수정 및 개발 이력을 웹상에서 공유하기 적합한 XML 형태로 변환하여 관계형 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 본 논문은 기존 시스템 개발 환경에서 어플리케이션의 수정 및 개발 행위에 대한 공용성과 가변성을 분석하여 영향을 평가하고 변화관리를 함으로써 보다 효율적인 IT 개발을 제공하는 시스템에 관한 연구이다.

본 연구에서는 기후변화 고려는 한 나라 또는 한 도시의 경제, 사회, 환경의 조화와 균형을 이루는 지속가능발전의 원칙에 부합하고 그 도시의 규모나 기능, 특징을 최대한 보존할 수 있는 회복력 있는 도시를 만들기 위한 중요한 척도가 되는 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 아일랜드 더블린도시에서 구축·운영되고 있는 대중교통시스템은 녹색교통을 통한 도시의 체계를 잘 보여주고 있다. 따라서 아일랜드, 더블린이 기후변화를 고려한 선제적 대중교통지향적인 도시개발(TOD)을 실현하고 있다는 점에서 더블린이 갖추고 있는 도시기반여건을 바탕으로 연구의 방법을 SWOT분석을 통해 내부상황 요인(강점과 약점)과 외부상황 요인(기회와 위협)으로 분류하여 대중교통지향적인 도시개발 전략과 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 데 목적을 두었다.

Since Jeju island has depended a water resource on the underground water because of a poor development of the surface flow, Jeju island is in need of the surface resource development to prevent the future shortage of the underground water due to excessive development and use of it. The study shows that the SWAT model(continuous rainfall-runoff model) is applied to estimate the outflow in the drainage watershed area, where it has been urbanized through the change of the land, such as a tourism development, cultivation, housing, and impervious layer road development. Near Oaedo watershed area in Jeju island, weather and topographical SWAT input data were collected, and compared the outflow change of past and present.

Due to the development of science and technology and the emergence of new industries, the environmental change of the digital contents industry is rapidly progressing. The scope of technological development in the digital contents industry is affecting not only the entertainment industry but also various industries. Recently, with the development of digital convergence using realistic content, games, video, and VR have provided new opportunities for the growth of the content industry. The researcher determined that a new education system would need to be changed as the digital contents industry developed. For this purpose, an AHP questionnaire was conducted for experts with a high basic understanding of the education platform based on previous studies. We proposed a platform model for human resource development as an education system that meets the demand of digital contents industry. The education system for nurturing talents needed by future society should include elements that can interest the learning of users. The platform should not be approached from a system point of view, but should be developed from the content and user's point of view, considering the platform's original purpose.

작물 수분 스트레스는 토양수분 함량, 농작물 생리학적 특성 및 원격탐사 기술을 이용하여 감지할 수 있으며, 작물의 생산량 감소를 평가하는데 매우 중요하다. 작물 수분 스트레스 지수(CWSI)는 작물의 엽온과 기온의 차이를 이용하여 산출할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 드론 기반 열적외 영상을 이용하여 봄배추를 대상으로 관수 처리구(WCP)와 무관수 처리구(WDP)에 대한 CWSI 분포도를 작성하였다. 그 결과, CWSI 공간분포는 배추의 생육이상 반응 요소(구고, 구직경 및 엽록소 함량 측정치)와 높은 일치율을 나타내었다. 따라서 CWSI는 작물 생육이상 모니터링 및 평가에 좋은 수단으로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this paper is to survey the influence of the culture change on the dress and personal adornments, and to survey the change of factors from the August 15. 1945 to 1960, in connection with the social and cultural background, applying B. Malinowski′s "Theory of Culture Change" which means an acculturation is the change′s elements of the dress and its ornaments. It is remarkable that the dress and personal adornments of Korean women after August 15, 1945 has great change from the traditional dress of the thousands years. Through the Liveration on August 15, 1945, American military government and the establishment of the Korean government, American democracy has brought many changes on Korean society. Advancement of education, an society with developed economic life, and introduction of scientific skill have influenced on the women′s way of thinking and a style of behavior and the view of value. The acculturation, the supply of mass communication, introduction of new institution and the reorganization of the old institution, the change of the economic situation, the change of the educational system, the change of the point of value, the development of scientific skill have greatly influenced on the dress and personal adornments. Modern dress and personal adornments of Korean women has the following developing procedure. The Liberation from Japan on the 15th, of August, 1945, the stationing of American Soldiers during hte Koran War, returning of the oversea′s brethern, and the mass communication have the direct and indirect contact with western civilization, and bring the occasion of development of the modern dress of Korean women. The increase of mass communication, such as radio, TV, newspaper, magazines and the frequent fashion shows showed fine design and practical western style dress to the women. This was the real beginning of the western style dress in Korea. By the increase of employment and the improvement of the economic situation, the consumption of clothing and the adornments was increased, so that a wide variety of fashions was set, and numerous kind and form of dress came in. As the increase of the number of women students, their practical and free dress life demanded western style dress. After the Liberation from Japan, the open-door policy of sex, public morals and traditional ethics became lax, and in this disordered society, indecent expose of the body was common. By the different kind of technological development, the form, fabrics, colors and patterns in clothes were much influenced and the hair style, make up, shoes and adornments were much influenced too. As shown above, the change of the dress has the same connection with that of society and culture. This shows that the dress and personal adornments represent clearly the cultural phenomenon of the society and cultural change of the society.

The 19th CPC National Congress has a key historical significance in the development of China's constitution. It will also play a decisive role in the history of the seventy years'constitutional change in New China. XiJinping's new socialist thought with Chinese characteristics established in the report of 19th CPC National Congress will be written in the preface of the March 2018 National People's Congress's constitutional amendment. The fifth revision of 1982 Constitution will touch on many issues such as the leadership of the CPC into the constitution, the abolition of the tenure of the president, the constitutional oath system, and the reform of the national supervisory system. In addition, the constitutionality review system, the establishment of the National Security Council, the constitutional status of socialist public property and private property and the adjustment of major economic system has become a hot topic in the theory field. In the history node towards a socialist country ruled by law, the theory and practice of the China indeed have the academic ideas, value position and path model differences, which will delay the Chinese constitutional development, but also is the necessary pain in the process of moving towards the rule of law in China. Indeed, how to the development and where to go in the future of Chinese constitutionalism itself has sample value, which deserves rational attention and in-depth inquiry from Chinese and Western academics.
