Coupling media was used gel, glycerin, distilled water. The data was analyzed using spss/pc+and t-test The results were as fallow : 1. With skin. gel was significant temperature change in 2minutes(p<.05). glycerin was significant temperature change in 2minutes(p<.05), 5minutes(p<.05), 7minutes(p<.01), 10minutes(p<.01). distilled water was significant temperature change in post coupling media(p<.05), 2minutes(p<.01). 5minutes(p<.05). 7minutes(p<.01). 10minutes(p<.01). With subcutaneous. gel was no temperature change. glycerin was significant temperature change in 2minutes(p<.05), 5minutes(p<.05), 10minutes(p<.01). distilled water was no temperature change. With muscle. gel was no temperature change. glycerin was significant temperature change in 2minutes(p<.05). 5minutes(p<.05). 7minutes(p<.05). 10minutes( p<.05). distilled water was significant temperature change in 10minutes(p<.05). 2. Superficial heats of skin and subcutaneous was higher temperature change than Deep heats of muscle. 3. Gel. glycerin. distilled Water required minimum treatment 10minutes fur thermal effect. 4. Gel was low temperature change superficial and deep heats. and glycerin was high temperature change superficial and deep heats. This results show that gel is high transmissiveness in the coupling media and glycerin is low transmissiveness in the coupling media.
It is observed that if the 2-gimballed seeker is stabilized using rate gyros mounted along its primary axis, line of sight change measured in the seeker is induced by the rolling due to the bank-to-turn(BTT) steering as well as the actual change. This body-coupling within BTT homing includes the spurious target maneuver effect and the coupling loop due to the rate gyro misalignment. In this paper we formulates the linear BTT homing loop model with a 2-gimballed seeker including those body-coupling effects. With the model, we analyze the effects of the couplings, and show that the roll rate coupling to the rate gyro for the stabilztion of gimbal could seriously deteriorate the homing loop stability. And we propose a direct linear compensator for the coupling to recover the stability.

Change coupling is a measure to show how strongly change-related two entities are. When two source files have been frequently changed together, they are regarded as change-coupled files and they will probably be changed together in the near future. In the previous studies, the change coupling between two files is defined with the number of common changed time, that is, common commit time of the files. However, the frequency-based technique has limitations because of 'tangled changes', which frequently happens in the development environments with version control systems. The tangled change means that several code hunks have been changed at the same time, though they have no relation with each other. In this paper, the change types of the code hunks are also used to define change coupling, in addition to the common commit time of target files. First, the frequency vector based on change types are defined with the extracted change types, and then, the similarity of change patterns are calculated using the cosine similarity measure. We conducted experiments on open source project Eclipse JDT and CDT for case studies. The result shows that the applicability of the proposed method, compared to the previous studies.
The effects of silane coupling agents on the injection molding process were investigated using silicone nitride mixtrues with a binder system containing polypropylene as a major binder (55vol% solid loading). The formation of bonding between silicon nitride powder and coupling agents was confirmed through the analyses of powder surface. The use of coupling agents improved mixing characteristics judged by the torque change during mixing process. the coupling agents also reduced molten viscosity of the mixture considerably, which is a main factor to determine the flow of the mixture. However, the bonding between coupling agents and polymers had a negative effect on the debinding process by retarding the thermal decomposition.
The effect of cure accelerator content on the change in crosslink density by thermal aging was studied for silica-filled natural rubber (NR) vulcanizates. Influence of silane coupling agent was also investigated. N-tert-Butyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide (TBBS) and bis-(3-(triethoxysilyl)-propyl)-tetrasulfide (TESPT) were used as a cure accelerator and a silane coupling agent, respectively. The crosslink density increased by thermal aging and the increasing level became larger as the aging temperature increased. The degree of crosslink density change of the vulcanizates without the silane coupling agent was larger than that of the vulcanizates containing the silane coupling agent. For the vulcanizates silane coupling agent, the activation energy for the crosslink density change decreased with increase of the cure accelerator content in the vulvanizate.

In this thesis, approximated design formulas for bandpass filters using changed coupling nodal point resonators are derived. The formulas take into account the arbitrary coupling node of lumped and distributed resonators. The advantage of this filter is its abilities to change freely the coupling structure between two resonators. Using the design formulas two filters were designed and simulated. Their responses verified the formulas.

This paper proposes a nonlinear virtual coupling fur haptic interface, which offers better performance while maintaining stability of the system. The nonlinear virtual coupling is designed based on a human response model. This human response model exploits delay between the human Intention and the actual change of arm impedance. The proposed approach provides with less conservative constraints for the design of stable haptic interface, compared with the traditional passivity condition. This allows increased performance that is verified through experiments.
To address the problems caused by the strong coupling of an airbreathing hypersonic vehicle's airframe and propulsion to the integrated control system design, an integrated airframe-propulsion model is established, and the coupling characteristics between the aircraft and engine are analyzed. First, the airframe-propulsion integration model is established based on the typical nonlinear longitudinal dynamical model of an air-breathing hypersonic vehicle and the one-dimensional dual-mode scramjet model. Thrust, moment, angle of attack, altitude, and velocity are used as transfer variables between the aircraft model and the engine model. The one-dimensional scramjet model can accurately reflect the working state of the engine and provide data to support the coupling analysis. Second, owing to the static instability of the aircraft model, the linear quadratic regulator (LQR) controller of the aircraft is designed to ensure attitude stability and height tracking. Finally, the coupling relationship between the aircraft and the engine is revealed through simulation examples. The interaction between vehicle attitude and engine working condition is analyzed, and the influence of vehicle attitude on engine safety is considered. When the engine is in a critical working state, the attitude change of the aircraft will not affect the engine safety without considering coupling, whereas when coupling is considered, the attitude change of the aircraft may cause the engine unstart, which demonstrates the significance of considering coupling characteristics.
Superconducting coplanar waveguide (SCPW) resonators with high quality (Q) factor are widely used for developing quantum sensors and quantum information processors. Here we conducted numerical simulations of SCPW resonators to investigate the relationship between the Q factor and the coupling capacitance of the resonator. Varying the geometrical shape of both ends and coupling parameters of the SCPW resonator resulted in a change of the coupling capacitances and the Q factor as well. Our calculation results indicate that the performance of the SCPW resonator is highly sensitive to the capacitive coupling and searching for an optimal coupling condition would be crucial for developing high-performance SCPW resonator.

The C-terminus ends of the second putative transmembrane domains of both m1 and m2 muscarinic receptors contain a triplet of amino acid residues consisting of leucine (L), tyrosine (Y) and threonine (T), This triplet is repeated as LYT-LYT in m2 receptors at the interface between the second transmembrane domain and the first extracellular loop. Interestingly, however, it is repeated in a transposed fashion (LYT-TYL) in the sequence of m1 receptors. In this work we employed site-directed mutagenesis to investigate the possible significance of this unique sequence diversity for determining the distinct differential drug-receptor interaction and cellular function at m1 muscarinic receptor. Mutation of the LYTTYL sequence of m1 receptors to the corresponding m2 receptor LYTLYT sequence, however, did not result in a significant change in the binding affinity of the agonist carbachol or in the affinity of the majority of a series of receptor antagonists which are able to discriminate between wild-type m1 and m2 receptors. Surprisingly, the LYTLYT ml receptor mutant demonstrated markedly enhanced coupling to activation of phospholipase C without a change in its coupling to increased cyclic AMP formation. There was also an enhanced receptor sensitivity in transducing elevation of intracellular Ca$\^$2+/. These changes were not due to alterations in the rate of receptor. desensitization or sequestration, On the other hand, the reverse LYTLYT-LYTTYL mutation in the m2 receptor did not alter its coupling to inhibition of adenylate cyclase, but slightly enhanced its coupling to stimulation of PI hydrolysis, Our data suggest that the LYTTYL/LYTLYT sequence difference between ml and n12 muscarinic receptors is not involved in determining receptor pharmacology. On the other hand, while these differences might play a role in the modulation of muscarinic receptor coupling to PI hydrolysis, they are not important for specifying coupling of various subtypes of muscarinic receptors to different cellular signaling pathways.
