In this paper we present about implementation of channel coder and Viterbi decoder for Mobile communication & IEEE 802.11a Wireless LAN. In the IEEE 802.11a Wireless LAN decoding provided that Viterbi algorithm and convolutional encoder by constraint k=7, ($133_8,\;171_8$) for channel error correction. This Paper presents a novel survivor memory management and decoding techniques with sequential backward state transition control in the trace-back Viterbi decoder, In order to verification we provide to the examples of circuit design and decoding results.

Smart metering is one of the most implementable internet-of-thing service. In order to implement the smart metering, a wireless communication network should be newly designed and evaluated so as to satisfy quality-of-service of smart metering. In this paper, we consider a wireless network for the smart metering implemented with multi-purpose wireless chips and channel coding-functioned micro controllers. Especially, channel coding is newly adopted to improve successful frame transmission probability. Based on the successful frame transmission probability, average transmission delay and delay violation probability are analyzed. Using the analytical results, service coverage expansion is evaluated. Through the delay analysis, service feasibility can be verified. According to our results, channel coding needs not to be utilized to improve the delay performance if the smart metering service coverage is several tens of meters. However, if more coverage is required, chanel coding adoption definitely reduces the delay time and improve the service feasibility.

We were evaluated from organic insulator of low dielectric constants, This organic insulator material is not only conservate TFT chanel but also used to insulator material to data line and pixel ITO electrod. This organic insulator material is possessed high platness and we can coat by Spin-On-Glass type. And we can make high aperature device because minimized black matrix width from coupling cap to data line and pixel ITO electrod, This evaluation with acryl over coat and PFCB(perflorecyclobutine) and we got good results.

The economical detection of dual-tone multi-frequency(DTMF) signals is an important factor when developing cost-effective telecommunication equipment. Each chanel has independently a DTMF receiver, and it informs the detected signal to processors. In order to detect the DTMF signals, the receiver use algorithm such DFT, FFT and Goertzel methods. This paper analyze the power spectra of the DTMF receiver by using the QFT algorithm. As experimental results, it show that can the improved performance of the DTMF receiver and can reduce memory waste and the real time processing.

Hair styles which independently coexist by transcending the time and space under the environment of highly developed information and communication technology of recent years, were analyzed. Moreover the concerned trends of art which influenced on these styles were introduced in this study. Through IT based information exchange produced new hair styles which have the technological images. The characteristics of these hair styles are investigated also. For the examination of yearly trends, hair styles in fashion collections of Yves Saint Larent during 1962 to 1999 were examined and classified. The results show that time variated trends are appeared in this period. For the analysis of the trends of hair styles featuring technological images, hair styles in fashion collection of Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Jean Paul Gaultier and Chanel in the early 2000s are quoted.

The purpose of this study is to observe artistic of Expressionism reflected to works of European costume designers by analizing works of seven major representative costume designers in the twentieth century. They are Mariano Fortuny, Paul poiret, Madelene Vionnet, Jean Patou, Jeanne Lanvin, Gabriel Chanel and Elsa Schiaparelli. These designers deployed individual and various creative costume design work with peculiar expresive techniques, which is based on the Expressionism. Although each creative work was made in extremely unique sense, there was comon expressive spirituality I their creative activity. The findings are as follows : 1. Based on the "Medieval-directed characteristic" which arose over all fields of art of those days, a modern and reformative clothing beauty was created by reanalyzing traditional motive. 2 Characteristic of Cubistic Expressionism were described in overall silhouette of clothing and fine decorative element. 3. Fantastic Expressionism, which pursued basic worth from the primitive and ethnic customs, effected costume style of early 20th century and draw such designers as Mariano Fortuny, Leon Bakst, Paul Poiet, Elsa Schiaqarelli to adopt intensive and primary color. And it also gave an impact against traditional concepts by accepting fantastic oriental Exoticism.Exoticism.

We introduce the characteristics and performance of the 0.25m telescope at Mangpo high school Unmanned Robotic Observatory (MURO) which was established in Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeongi-do, KOREA in 2015 January. MURO system included Astrohaven 2.1m non-rotation fiberglass clamshell dome, Paramount MEII mount, Takahashi CCA 0.25m wide field telescope, FLI PL 16803 4K CCD with 7-positions filter wheel system, all sky camera and point grey wide field camera, IR 4 chanel heat sensor camera for security, DAVIS realtime weather cast, and power controled by ARS system. All control softwares are from off-the-shelf products based on Windows 7 OS to be easily operated and maintained. We expect to perform variety of science programs ranging from supernovae follow-up observation to narrow band imaging survey as well as science class activities at Mangpo high school.

The purpose of this study is to review the previous researches, to make clear the difference between general image and brand image in overseas luxury fashion brands. The questionaries were given to female residents in the ages of $20s'{\sim}40s'$ in Seoul and Kyung-gi province in October 2007. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0 software such as paired t-test. The results of this study as fellows; 1. As the result of the analysis of the difference across general images, it was regarded as the most Reputed' and 'Conspicuous' image. 2. As the result of the analysis of the difference across brand images of oversea fashion luxury brands, it was regarded as the most Reputed' image. 3. As the result of analysis of the difference between general images and brand images in overseas fashion luxury goods, it was found out that Chanel brand was regarded as more 'luxurious' and 'original' image, on the other hand, Giorgio Armani and Burberry were not.

This study examines the correlation between the characteristics of sustainable slow design, The outcome derived from the pro-environmental consciousness in fashion design, and the trends of modern fashion design. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, slow design for sustainability shows an environmental consciousness and stresses the ethical aspects of fashion design that take into account the wellbeing and sustainable development of human society. It also focuses on the continuos present in which the consistent pace of life endures, rather than pursuing speedy changes of fashion by titillating desire. Second, the five characteristics of slow design have been extracted from the analysis of the examples of fashion industry and other fashion-related areas. They are sustainability, recyclibility, handicraft, naturalness, and simplicity. Third, these characteristics of slow design have much to do with modern fashion genres. For instance, classical style fashions such as Chanel suit and Burberry coat have the same qualities of sustainability, while at the same time the Vintage fashion, which reinterprets the fashions from bygone eras in modern style, has the tendency of recyclibility, and the Hippie style, a resurrection of hand-touch spirit that emerged as a secondhand style expressionism resisting uniform mass production, has not only the quality of handicraft but also recyclibility.
