  • This study set out to investigate the adaptation process and experiential structure of those children who went through sexual abuse by looking into their inner worlds in order to understand what kind of meaning sexual abuse had on them. For that, the investigator conducted in-depth interviews with 13 children aged 8~16 who lived at the shelter after experiencing sexual abuse. The methodology of Grounded Theory by Strauss and Corbin(1990) was used to analyze raw data. The analysis results indicate that the core theme of the adaptation process among the children living at the shelter after sexually abused by kin and kith was "hoping to appear the same as others." According to the results, the core phenomenon was "blaming the victims." The causal conditions include "broken families," "antihuman sexual abuse," "making sexual abuse a public issue," and "the trap of the family." The contextual conditions include "the chain named family," "family as the last fortress" and "structural enforcement of silence." The intervening strategies was "dual emotions toward the shelter." The action/interaction strategies include "aftermath of violence" and "trying to escape." The consequences were "preparation for the future" and "uncertain future." The identified stages include the confusion, keeping the secret, leaking the secret to others, intervention by others, social support and challenge and adjustment stage. The three identified types were "withdrawal and avoidance," "settling down in reality" and "overcoming and challenging." Based on the analysis results, discussions were made about the social welfare plans and intervention strategies in the conclusion.

  • Three kinds of hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) derivatives: 6- (cholesteryloxycarbonyl) pentoxypropyl celluloses(CHPCs) with degree of esterification(DE) ranging from 0.6 to 3, 6-[4-{4'-(nitrophenylazo)phenoxycarbonyl}] pentoxypropyl celluloses (NHPCs) with DE ranging from 0.4 to 3, and fully 6-(cholesteryloxycarbonyl) pentanoated NHPCs (CNHPCs) were synthesized, and their thermotropic liquid crystalline properties were investigated. All the CHPCs and NHPCs with $DE{\leq}1.7$ formed enantiotropic cholesteric phases, whereas CNHPCs with 6-(cholesteryloxycarbonyl) pentanoyl DE(DEC) more than 1.6 exhibited monotropic cholesteric phases. On the other hand, NHPCs with $DE{\geq}2.4$ and CNHPCs with $DEC{\leq}1.3$ showed monotropic nematic phases. NHPCs with $DE{\leq}l$, as well as HPC, formed right-handed helices whose optical pitches (${{\lambda}_m}'s$) increase with temperature, while all the CHPCs formed left-handed helices whose ${{\lambda}_m}'s$ decrease with temperature. In contrast with these derivatives, NHPCs with $1.4{\leq}DE{\leq}1.7$ and CNHPCs with $DEC{\geq}1.6$ did not display reflection colors over the full cholesteric range, suggesting that the helical twisting power of the cellulose chain and the cholesteryl group highly depends on the chemical structure and DE of mesogenic group.

  • In a smart manufacturing environment, more and more devices are connected to the Internet so that a large volume of data can be obtained during all phases of the product life cycle. The large-scale industries, companies and organizations that have more operational units scattered among the various geographical locations face a huge resource consumption because of their unorganized structure of sharing resources among themselves that directly affects the supply chain of the corresponding concerns. Cloud-based smart manufacturing paradigm facilitates a new variety of applications and services to analyze a large volume of data and enable large-scale manufacturing collaboration. The manufacturing units include machinery that may be situated in different geological areas and process instances that are executed from different machinery data should be constantly managed by the super admin to coordinate the manufacturing process in the large-scale industries these environments make the manufacturing process a tedious work to maintain the efficiency of the production unit. The data from all these instances should be monitored to maintain the integrity of the manufacturing service system, all these data are computed in the cloud environment which leads to the latency in the performance of the smart manufacturing service system. Instead, validating data from the external device, we propose to validate the data at the front-end of each device. The validation process can be automated by script validation and then the processed data will be sent to the cloud processing and storing unit. Along with the end-device data validation we will implement the APM(Asset Performance Management) to enhance the productive functionality of the manufacturers. The manufacturing service system will be chunked into modules based on the functionalities of the machines and process instances corresponding to the time schedules of the respective machines. On breaking the whole system into chunks of modules and further divisions as required we can reduce the data loss or data mismatch due to the processing of data from the instances that may be down for maintenance or malfunction ties of the machinery. This will help the admin to trace the individual domains of the smart manufacturing service system that needs attention for error recovery among the various process instances from different machines that operate on the various conditions. This helps in reducing the latency, which in turn increases the efficiency of the whole system

  • To prepare acrylic resin coatings containing 70% of solids, we used n-butyl methacrylate(BMA), methyl methacrylate(MMA), 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(2-HEMA), and acetoacetoxyethyl acrylate(AAEA), caprolactone acrylate(CLA) as raw materials, the glass transition temperature(Tg) of acrylic copolymer was adjusted around 50 ℃. The viscosity and molecular weight of the acrylic resins was increased with increasing OH values. Di-tert-amyl peroxide was found to be the suitable initiator to get high-solids acrylic resins. The optimum reaction conditions found in the study are 5 wt% of initiator, 4 wt% of chain transfer agent, 4 hrs of dropping time, and 140 ℃ of reaction temperature. The structure of the synthesized resins were characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. Number average molecular weight of 1900~2600 and molecular wight distribution of 1.4~2.1 were obtained. Crosslinked acrylic urethane clear coatings were obtained by curing reaction between the synthesized acrylic resins and hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer(Desmodur N-3300), the equivalent ratio of NCO/OH was 1.2/1.0. The physical properties from the following studies were carried out: viscosity(Zahn cup #2), adhesion, drying time, pot-life, pensil hardness, and 60° specular gloss. Various properties of the acrylic urethane clear coatings were also evaluated on the coating specimens. Adhesion property to a substrate, drying time, pot-life, pencil hardness, and 60° specular gloss of prepared paint showed quite good properties. Futhermore, prepared paint containing 10% of CLA showed quite good properties for adhesion, low viscosity and high hardness.

  • The core technology development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is linked to the development of other core technologies, which will change the industrial structure in the future and create a new smart business model. In this paper, tried to analyze the technology maturity level and analyze the technology maturity. To do this, used technology trend information to investigate and integrate the market, policy, etc. Of core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution to achieve a comprehensive maturity level. Because technology maturity measures are scored by technology developers, prejudices may be acted upon according to a person's tendency, which may be a subjective evaluation. It is also a measure of the maturity of individual technologies, and thus is not suitable for evaluating the overall system integration perspective. However, it is possible to evaluate the maturity before integrating the core element technologies constituting the whole system and to use it as a means to compare the effect of the whole system and its feasibility and play an important role in the planning of technology development.

  • This study aims to examine Blockchain research trend using bibliometrics-based network analysis. The data were collected from WoS, Scopus, Korea Citation Index and National science & Technology Information Service, from 2009 to 2018. As results, the number of publications has started increasing rapidly from 2017 and it showed the initial stage of formation of coauthor network. Words often used in the title of the publications were related to application development, controversy and technology development. In addition, the majority of domestic papers are in the subject of social science, while international papers tend to focus on engineering issues. The results of the temporal analysis show that Korean researchers' block chain 3.0 started in 2017 and are rapidly increasing in 2018. The number of citations was associated with publication year in a statistically signifiant way. By examining these research trends, we hope that this paper can be a useful basis for the development of blockchain. Future research is expected to reveal more clearly the knowledge structure and characteristics of blockchain around the world.

  • How has the passenger car's architecture evolved? In the meantime, the discussions on the car architecture have been mixed, i.e., integral, modular, and the coexistence of two types. Therefore, in this study, we aim to develop two indices can measure the degree of modularization of passenger car and its all modules using global trade data. By applying the indices to the framework of architecture positioning that reflects the hierarchical structure of a product, we examined that the degree of modularization of the passenger car architecture has been enhanced. Meanwhile, the degree of modularization differs across the modules that make up the car. Specifically, we observed the higher degree of modularization in front-end, cockpit and seat modules. Whereas, we found that body module had a relatively low degree of modularization. In particular, we observed that the platform of passenger car has notably modularized due to carmakers' efforts to achieve model diversification and reduction of cost and period in new product development at the same time. Interestingly, we showed that three modules, i.e., engine, chassis (relatively less modularized), and transmission (relatively highly modularized), had a different level of modularization, even if they commonly make up the platform. We contribute to the suggestion for analytical approaches that examine the degree of modularization and its progress longitudinally. In addition, we propose the necessity of decomposition of a system into elements in a study of product architecture, considering the possibly distinctive progress of modularization across the elements.

  • In this paper, we develop a polymeric blend membrane based on $CO_2$-philic poly(2-[3-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4-hydroxyphenyl] ethyl methacrylate)-poly(oxyethylene methacrylate) (PBEM-POEM) comb copolymer, which was synthesized by facile free radical polymerization. The PBEM-POEM (PBE) comb copolymer was blended with a commercial oligomer, low-molecular-weight poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG, $M_w=200gmol^{-1}$) with various ratios to prepare $CO_2/N_2$ separation membranes. From the result of $CO_2/N_2$ separation test of the PBE/PEG blend membranes with the various PEG contents, we could conclude that with increasing PEG content, the $CO_2/N_2$ selectivity significantly increased while the CO2 permeability decreased showing trade-off relationship. However, when comparing the performance of the PBE/PEG (9 : 1) with the PBE/PEG (7 : 3) membrane, the $CO_2$ permeance decreased by only 8.3%, while the $N_2$ permeance decreased by 69.1%. Therefore, the $CO_2/N_2$ selectivity dramatically increased from 33.8 to 100.3. This could be because the POEM chains, which account for 80% of the PBE copolymer, favorably interact with PEG and lead to a more compact chain structure, which was confirmed by FT-IR, XRD and SEM analysis. The PBE/PEG (7 : 3) blend membrane had the most optimal gas separation performance, showing a $CO_2$ permeance of 170.5 GPU and $CO_2/N_2$ selectivity of 100.3.

  • Throughout this research course, we have analyzed the financial situation of more than 2,700 companies using credit evaluation disclosures from 2017 to 2019. The population was gathered based on the certification of Ppuri companies and Ppuri Expertise companies through the Korea National Ppuri Industry Center, accompanied by the NICE credit evaluation index. For the first time in Korea, we wanted to look at growth, profitability, and stability through financial analysis of the Ppuri industry. Through an indepth analysis, we identified operating income (rate), net income (rate), asset size, and debt ratio, along with three years of Ppuri company workers and total sales fluctuations, and looked at the financial structure per capita. In addition, financial status per person was compared by dividing Ppuri companies into six groups by employee size. Groups were 10 or fewer people, 11 to 20 people, 21 to 50 people, 51 to 200 people, 201-300 people, and 300 or more people; single individual companies were excluded for research convenience. Overall, the financial situation of Ppuri companies was judged to be in a very bad downturn, and financial indicators deteriorated over the course of the three years of investigation. In particular, the smaller the number of employees, the greater the financial fluctuations were and the worse the situations were. Among Ppuri companies, the casting industry, which is the technical starting point for the value chain of the industry, was found to also be in a very bad state, with continued workforce declines, total assets and sales reductions at severe levels, and operating income (rate) and net income (rate) also very poor. This is why we need a suitable and feasible policy direction, something that is difficult but must be allowed to develop.
