Two conformational isomers of p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene hexanoate were prepared from the reaction of-p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene and hexanoly chloride in the presence of AlCl3 in CH2Cl2 and their structures were determined by NMR spectra and X-ray diffraction as a cone and a 1,3-alternate conformer, respectively. The crystal of cone conformer (C68H96O8·(CH3)2CO) is triclinic, P, a=15.066(1) , b=16.063(1) , c=16.365(1) , α=79.75(2)o, β=109.95(2)o, γ=80.32(0)o, V=3602.7(4) 3, Z=2. The intensity data were collected on Simens SMART diffractometer/CCD area detector. The structure was solved by direct method and refined by least-squares calculations to a final R value of 0.144 for 4638 observed reflections. The molecular conformation is distorted symmetric cone with the flattening A and D phenyl rings. The crystal of 1,3-alternate conformer (C68H96O8·2CHCl3) is orthorhombic, Pca21, a=34.586(5) , b=10.207(3) , c=20.394(4) , V=7199(3) 3, Z=4. The intensity data were collected on an Enraf-Noninus CAD-4 Diffractometer with a graphite monochromated Mo-K radiation. The structure was solved by direct method and refined by least-squares calculations to a final R value of 0.152 for 2241 observed reflections. The molecule has a pseudo mirror symmetric 1,3-alternate conformation.

Parvimonas micra는 그람 양성, 절대 혐기성, 비운동성 및 아포를 생성하지 않는 구균이다. 이 세균 종은 구강의 정상 세균 총 하나이며, 구강 감염성질환 및 전신질환고도 연관이 있다. P. micra KCOM 1037 (= ChDC B276) 균주가 수술후상악낭종 병소에서 분리되었다. 여기에서 P. micra KCOM 1037 균주의 유전체 염기서열을 완전 해독하여 보고한다.

Prevotella denticola는 그람 음성, 절대 혐기성, 비운동성이면서 아포를 형성하지 않는 막대 모양의 세균이다. P. denticola는 치주질환과 관련이 있으며, 치주질환의 위험 인자 중 하나이다. P. denticola KCOM 1525 (= ChDC B698) 균주가 사람 치근단 농양에서 분리되었다. P. denticola KCOM 1525 균주의 유전체 염기서열을 완전 해독하여 보고한다.

Prevotella intermedia는 그람 음성이면서, 절대 혐기성, 비스포아형성 및 운동성 간균이다. P. intermedia는 사람의 구강내 정상세균총의 하나이며, 치주질환, 임신성 치은염, 급성괴사성궤사성 치은염, 치근관 감염, 및 류마티성 관절염과 관련이 있다. P. intermedia KCOM 1107 (= ChDC KB29) 균주가 사람 치은염 병소 치은연하 치면세균막에서 분리되었다. P. intermedia KCOM 1107 균주 유전체 염기서열을 해독하여 보고한다.

최근 Fusobacterium nucleatum subsp. polymorphum는 average nucleotide identity 및 genome-to-genome distance 분석법에 의해 Fusobacterium polymorphum로 재분류 되었다. F. polymorphum 그람 음성이면서, 혐기성 및 가는 섬유 모양의 세균이다. F. polymorphum은 사람의 구강 내 정상세균총의 하나이고, 치주질환의 원인 인자이다. F. polymorphum KCOM 1001 (= ChDC F119) 균주가 사람 치은염 병소의 치은연하치면세균막에서 분리되었다. F. polymorphum KCOM 1001 균주 유전체 염기서열을 해독하여 보고한다.

Our study is aimed at proposal of systematic verification method of molecular structure using measuring method of selective ionic determination and spectrometry on 34 kinds of surfactants such as sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) which are most widely used today. In the IR spectrum, unsaturated fatty acids reveal themselves by HC= at $3000{\sim}3020cm^{-1}$, and intensity of $720cm^{-1}$ depends on carbon length of alkyl group. Also ethylene oxide(EO) adducts exhibit weak characteristic bands by $-CH_{2}-CH_{2}-O$ at 1350, 1100 and $950cm^{-1}$. Isethionate can be distinguished from diester succinate by intensity ratio of 1740 and $1200cm^{-1}$ spectrums, the ratio of latter is close to 1 due to 2 carboxylate radical in diester succinate. Quaternary ammonium salts exhibit characteristic band of $C_{4}N^{+}$ at $1000-900㎝^{-1}$. In the case of dialkyl dimethyl ammonium salts in quaternary ammonium surfactants, the spectrum of $3000cm^{-1}$ by $N-CH_{3}$ collapses to a very weak band at $3020cm^{-1}$. In ammonium heterocyclic derivatives, pyridinium salts show characteristic bands at 1640 and $1460cm^{-1}$, while imidazolinium salts exhibit characteristic band at $1620-1610cm^{-1}$. In the characteristic spectrum at $1080-1050cm^{-1}$ on OH radicals of the alkyl esters, primary alcohol appears as weak band and the 2 bands show in almost same intensity when primary and secondary alcohols exist together in one molecule. Also, alkyl ester of polyhydric alcohols appears as various broad band.

Fusobacterium animalis (예전에 Fusobacterium nucleatum subsp. animalis으로 알려짐)는 그람 음성이면서, 혐기성 및 선형의 세균이다. F. animalis는 사람 구강 내 정상 세균총의 하나이며 치주질환원인균이라 여겨지고 있다. F. animalis KCOM 1280 (= ChDC F318) 균주는 사람 치주질환 병소에서 분리되었다. 본 논문에서 F. animalis KCOM 1280 균주 유전체 염기서열을 해독하여 보고하고자 한다.

The study aims to investigate the meaning of the rurality in traditional three-verse Korean poem written by Sadaebu(사대부). We will discuss integration method for Rural and rurality. Rurality is not physical truth, but personal and subjective thing. The meaning of the rurality produce socially. So, the concept of the Rurality can be interpreted in many ways. Sadaebu in the Joseon period put emphasis on rural as a object of a self-discipline and govern. They compose a poem from rural life. There are various meaning related to rurality in traditional three-verse Korean poem. The rurality meaning of the Sijo written by Yakcheon and Jonjae can define union between the natural order and poetic narrator. poetic narrators accept theirselves to nature and work willingly. The host of the program must make visitors homesick and gives more energy by Sijo experience program. The most import thing is the identification of the visitor and rural. To accomplish these purpose, It needs visitors can sing a sijo by oneself.
