Electrical product safety certification is for public safety. Korea electrical safety certification (KC) is being tested and certified on the base of Korean electrical appliance safety act and KC scheme. There are operating system and Electrical safety standards in the KC scheme. KC' operating system was adapted from japan operating system of Japan certification scheme. But KC certification' electrical safety standard was adapted from IEC standards of IECEE CB scheme. So There are many problems such as difference of version between KC standards and IEC standards, discrepancy between operating system and standards. Therefore, This paper analyzed the reason of discrepancy and proposed the improved KC certification operating system in order to reduce cost and to save time in the procedure of issuing KC approval for public safety in using electrical products and also for global competence.

Green Building Certification System currently going into effect is a static evaluation model. Therefore, as far as the sustainable development of certification system is concerned, further long-term evaluation is required. The main purpose of this study is to offer a model in a way of developing and verifying a dynamic model in Green Building Certification. A dynamic model development has been given System Dynamics based on the causal structure. Thus, this study focused on searching the causal structure of certification criteria and verifying the reality of the model through simulation processing after developing a model. In conclusion, the development of dynamic evaluation method can be attributed to systematic evaluation for the criteria of Certification System.

With developments of architectural and information technologies at the knowledge-information oriented society in the 21st century, there are the needs on intelligent buildings equipped with advanced systems to integrate both technologies. The intelligent building means a smart building which provides comfortable environments, realizes fast and speed information and telecommunication network services, and maximizes work productivities by adopting various systems suitable to uses, sizes, and functions of buildings. In order to meet these needs of the times, the domestic intelligent building certification system has been enforced in 2006. Recently, the intelligent building certification system was newly revised for revitalizing the spread of intelligent buildings. Thus, this paper investigates rating criteria and assessment standards of the new certification system focused on office building projects and suggests strategies for obtaining certifications by analyzing cases which were certified on the previous version of the system.

The ICAO AMO global recognition system will be instituted in 2024, with the aim of reducing the certification and surveillance burden on aviation authorities and approved maintenance organizations (AMOs). If the domestic AMO certification and surveillance system is internationally recognized through this system, it may facilitate the rapid development of the domestic MRO industry in South Korea. To ensure international recognition of the domestic AMO system, the AMO surveillance and regulation system must be improved. This study reviewed ICAO policies, standards, guidelines, and leading aviation authorities' regulations and systems with regard to maintenance organization certification and surveillance, and a comparative analysis with the domestic system was conducted. From this, gaps in aviation safety inspection personnel training, qualification, and surveillance were identified, and measures for improving inspection personnel training and organization certification and surveillance system maintenance were elucidated to preemptively respond to the ICAO AMO global recognition system.

Electronic transaction using electronic documents be carried without direct person to person meeting, there is the possibility to use other's identity illegally without notice and to verity authenticity of transaction. It is very hard to find out that the electronic documents on the process of submitting is forged documents or not and also has much difficulty in maintaining transmitting secret. Therefore, to solve such problems on electronic transactions, certification system with cryptography skill are inevitably necessary. Also there is needed legal base in the electronic document as functional equivalent of the paper document. Recently there are so many commercial certification service provider(CPS) such as Identrus, Bolero, TEDI but their establishment of CPS, certification process, guideline and so on are different each CPS. Therefore, this kind of situation can make user confuse. To introduce and develop the electronic certification in the international electronic commerce not domestic electronic commerce, it need to authorize and operate certification authority under the uniform regulation base. But, because the laws and guidelines that related to electronic certification system are different among the nations and international organizations, it need to compare laws and guidelines. In conclusion, the most important thing to resolve problems surrounded certification and develope certification system in the international electronic commerce make uniform rule of international electronic certification to recognize internationally from each nation or at least, need to harmony laws and guideline in each nations.

This paper investigated relationship among internal as well as external motive to receive the ISO 13485 certification, countermeasure to the certification examination, active reception/execution level of the certification, and operational as well as financial performance of the medical device related enterprises in South Korea which received and are maintaining the ISO 13485 certification. SEM (structural equation model) and related analyses using AMOS 21.0 and SPSS 21.0 have been applied to verify the hypotheses of the research. Result of the research showed that internal as well as external motive for certification positively(+) affects active reception/execution level of the certification as well as countermeasure to the certification examination. The reception/execution level of the certification also positively(+) affects on the operational as well as financial performance of the certified enterprises. However, countermeasure to the certification examination was found out to negatively(-) affects the active reception/execution level of the certification and we can interpret that relatively more countermeasure to the certification examination burdens the employees of the enterprise, causing them to be less active on the reception/execution level of the certification. This research found that an enterprise's operational/financial performance improves when an enterprise introduces the ISO 13485 certification standard spontaneously on the purpose of improving its system and the certification system is applied to the enterprise actively, not passively. This research emphasizes the need to recognize the difference of the level of active reception implication among members of an enterprise according to the motive of introduction of the certification system.

The objective of this study has two folds. The first is to investigate current global certification system and the second is to suggest some possible solutions for expanding global e-trade networks. Both research and industrial communities recognize the importance of global certification problems in connection with global e-trade payment because global e-trade volume continue to grow. But not many research results have been reported to the communities in identifying some barriers against active global certification systems. This paper intents to suggest some possible solutions for improved global certification system and the results are summarized as follows: First, strict certification structure has to be relaxed by considering diverse mutual certification methods in global e-trade practice. This paper provides some comparative results about mutual certification methods among different nations. Second, numerous business models have to be derived such that they can be applied to other global certification applications than global e-trade. Third, global certified networks have to be expanded beyond mutual certification level. Once the certified structure among different nations have been established then diverse certified authority channels have to be implemented. Finally, since Korea has already established very good public certification infrastructure within the nation this platform has to be positioned in the center of global e-trade networks. This paper has of course to accept a critique such as this study provided limited results to generalized global e-trade certification model, and therefore empirical study for assessing robust model should be pursued in the future.

정보보호 관리체계(ISMS)와 개인정보보호 관리체계(PIMS)는 인증제도의 준비를 위해 소요되는 시간과 비용을 줄여달라는 요구에 따라 정보보호 및 개인정보보호 관리체계(ISMS-P) 인증제도로 통합되었다. 인증제도 통합으로 제도 운영자는 ISMS-P 인증제도 관리의 용이성을, 인증 대상기관은 인증취득 및 유지의 간편함이라는 장점을 얻을 수 있게 되었으나, 모든 유형의 인증 대상기관에 동일한 인증기준을 적용하면서 생기는 인증 대상기관별 인증기준 적용기준의 모호성과 인증 대상기관에게 과도한 관리체계 운영을 요구하는 인증기준 통제항목의 모호성, 인증 대상기관에 적용해야 할 법적 근거가 모호한 문제점이 발생하였다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 사례연구를 통해 인증기준을 적용하는 인증 대상기관의 유형 구분, 인증 대상기관의 유형에 따라 인증심사 시 적용하는 통제항목의 변경, ISMS 인증만 취득하려는 기관에 대해서는 ISMS-P에서 적용하는 통제항목을 제외하는 세 가지 해결방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 효율적인 인증제도의 운영을 위한 방안을 제시하고 향후 ISMS-P의 인증제도에서 발생하는 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 전문가 인증을 위한 제도로서 전문가의 자격수준을 높이고 전문가로서의 사회적 인지도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 논의되고 있는 사서자격인증제도 도입에 대한 논의를 집중적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 첫째, 문헌정보학 교육과정 인증제도 도입에 대한 논의를 하였다. 둘째, 인증제도 도입 시 고려할 사항에 대해서 논의하였다. 즉, 인증제도를 논할 때 우리가 고려해야 할 사항이 무엇인지에 대해 깊이 있게 분석했다. 셋째, 국내외 인증제도의 구성요소를 조사·분석하고, 사서자격인증제도에 적용할 수 있는 방안에 대해 논의하였다. 넷째, 문헌정보학과 인증제도 도입 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 분석결과를 기반으로 국내 문헌정보학과에 인증제도를 도입할 때 문제가 될 수 있는 것은 무엇이고 어떠한 내용들이 검토되어야 하는지를 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 사서자격인증제도 도입을 제안하기 위하여 세부적으로 사서자격인증제도의 목적, 인증 기준, 인증기관, 대학과 문헌정보학과의 대비 등에 대한 내용도 구체적으로 다루었다.

Presently, various building certification systems are being enforced in Korea. However, people are in confusion and have an aptitude to waste time and money because these certification systems for buildings have very similar criteria. After investigating the foreign certification systems and domestic certification systems for the building, it is required that some of similar building certification systems are integrated.
