G-SEED(Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design) is the certification system to evaluate environmental friendliness of buildings for the purpose of reducing environmental burden generated from the entire process of buildings, which is classified into 4 grades according to the evaluated score. Green building certification rule regulate to get over green 2nd grade for the public office buildings of $3000m^2$ or more. However, detailed measures on the applied level of each issue to obtain targeted certification grade have not been prepared yet. For each issue, the score distribution and the ratio of score in proportion to credit were analyzed by certification grade for office buildings which get the G-SEED certification. And applied level of issues were presented for each certification grade.

세계 여러 기업에서는 교통체증이라는 심각한 사회 문제를 해결하기 위해 개인용 항공기 PAV(Personal Air Vehicle) 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. PAV는 사람이 탑승하는 유인운송수단이므로 반드시 감항인증이 요구된다. 항공기와 마찬가지로 PAV의 안전 운항에서 치명적인 위협을 가하는 요소는 고온의 열과 자기장을 동반한 낙뢰이다. 현재 PAV 관련 낙뢰 인증 기술, 지침 및 요건 개발이 미비한 실정이기 때문에 PAV 낙뢰 인증은 더욱 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 미연방항공청(FAA)에서 인정하는 국제 표준 인증지침서인 SAE ARP를 분석하여 낙뢰 인증지침을 PAV에 접목하였다. PAV의 낙뢰에 대한 영향성을 전산 소프트웨어를 통해 분석하였고 향후 추진될 PAV 낙뢰 인증을 위한 실무지침 수립의 근거를 제시하고자 한다.

대표적인 융복합 ICT 서비스라고 할 수 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스에 대한 법안이 2015년 3월에 통과되면서 많은 업체나 기관에서 다시금 클라우드 서비스 도입을 고려하고 있으나 보안에 대한 염려 때문에 서비스 도입을 주저하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 클라우드 서비스 보안에 대한 객관적이고 공정한 평가와 인증을 수행할 수 있는 클라우드 보안 인증체계의 도입이 요구된다. 현재 클라우드 보안 인증체계에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있지만 인증스킴에 대한 연구는 미흡하다. 따라서 본 연구는 국외 클라우드 보안 인증체계와 클라우드 서비스 제공자에 대한 평가 제도를 분석하여 국내 클라우드 보안 인증 도입시 고려되어야 할 요소들을 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 국내 실정에 맞는 3가지 인증스킴을 제시하였고, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통하여 인증스킴별 장단점을 도출하여 상황에 적절한 인증스킴을 제시하였다.

Purpose: This study aims to find directions to improve the barrier-free (BF) certification criteria by assessing the current BF certification system, which is used as a method to improve access to passenger facilities and as a method for universal design planning, and by comparing BF certified facilities with non-BF certified facilities. Methods: This study assesses 20 BF certified facilities and 39 non-BF certified facilities, which were constructed in 2005 and onwards. The results of the assessment are compared and analyzed based on the following three categories: railway stations, urban railway stations and bus terminals. Results: The results of the analysis show that the total scores of the BF certified facilities are higher than those of the facilities that were not BF certified, indicating that the BF certification system is effective. Implication: However, there are some criteria items showing higher scores in facilities that are not BF certified than in BF certified facilities. This suggests the need to improve the BF certification criteria.

ISO 9000 series, as quality management system that assesses quality system based on the documentation such as quality manual, documented procedures, specification is properly operated and then decides to give a certification, is a screening documented system that includes factors which may influence quality. Therefore, to have a proper documented system and its performance accordant to it is very important to the company which hopes to acquire the certification of ISO 9000 series. So, the objectives of this paper are to increase the efficiency of the work by cutting down efforts necessary to establish and revise documented procedures for the certification of the ISO 9000 series in the company using the documentation system.

The ISO 90000 Quality System Certification is one of trends over the world. Many companies and organizations want to achieve the ISO 9000 certificate. But, some of companies did not fully consider the needs of certification before the decision of establishing the quality system to ISO 90000. If a company/organization wants to establish its unique quality system, it should consider some of points in the identification of needs, definition of application scope, effective ways of system establishing, top management committement, composition of task force team, practical involvement and development, analysis of process and assigned job functions, adoption of changes of business circumstances, and practical implementation of its unique quality system.

In this study, it has been attempted to build up a smart, stable, and integrated Next-generation Home Network (NHN) system capable of supporting more comfortable and convenient life in the future human housing domains, and to find out which institutional tasks are required to activate the related industries. Additionally, this study aims to review a variety of technologies suggested so far in several fields including information and communications, appliance, and building maintenance. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, acceptance structure and problems of standard technologies and it suggests the political methods and policies to embody them most effectively and integrally in the future. The said certification system is called 'Standardized Certification System for Korean-style Next-generation Home Network Buildings'(abbreviated to K-NHN) as a new system created for the purpose of developing, more effectively, NHN to be introduced in the future.

This paper investigates different QA standards such as KEPIC QAP, KEPIC END 1200, ISO/1EC 17025 etc. and as a result defines QA elements for Nuclear Power Plant equipment qualification(EQ) in Korea. This paper also proposes a practical QA certification system appropriate for an Integrated Organization for EQ which is being planned to be established in Korea. Since the level of the Korean EQ technology is comparatively low, the Korean manufacturers of the Nuclear Power Plant(NPP) equipment have usually used overseas EQ services. The EQ related organizations in Korea are making efforts to construct the integrated EQ system. In connection with this, it is required that the QA elements and QA certification system suitable for EQ in Korea be developed.

현재의 친환경인증평가 과정은 전통적 수작업에 의한 평가방법으로 많은 시간과 인력을 필요로 하며 평가자의 경력과 주관에 따라 평가 결과에 영향을 끼치게 된다. 이러한 문제점의 해결방안중의 하나로 평가과정을 시스템화하여 평가에 대한 객관성을 부여함으로써 평가결과에 대한 신뢰성을 높일 수 있으며 처리과정의 오류방지나 시간 절약등의 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안이 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 현재 건축설계에 도입되고 있는 BIM 방식의 설계정보를 이용하여 자동화된 친환경인증평가 시스템의 구축 가능성을 타진하고 가능한 분야에 대한 평가시스템을 구축함으로써 친환경인증평가 시스템화의 기반을 마련하고자 하였다.

China has recently (28 August 2004) adopted a new act legalizing the electronic signature. This new act provides electronic signatures with the same legal status as handwritten signatures, and states that on-line certification providers will have to be created in order to ensure the security of on-line operations made using said signatures. This new act is intended to increase Chinese electronic business, and thus to raise the revenue China can expect from said business. And the law grants electronic signatures the same legal effect as handwritten signatures and seals in business transactions, and sets up the market access system for online certification providers to ensure the security of e-commerce. As Internet trade requires a reliable third party to identify the signers, the credibility of online certifying organizations is significant for the transaction security. So, considering the weakness of China's social credibility system, the law regulates that the online signatures certification providers should be approved and administered by governments.
