PGP is an encryption software designed to provide information protection, security and authentication services for online communication systems. The characteristic of behavior done on the Internet is that you don't know the other person. It is very important to protect information from someone you cannot trust. So identification of the other person is an important task. PGP uses an digital signature algorithm to verify the identity of the other party. However, it is not accurate to check the other party's credibility. PGP increases trust as other users sign more on public keys of user. In other words, credibility is not perfect. In this paper, PGP certification system that key management in Ethereum blockchain, one of the blockchain platforms, is proposed. Key management in blockchain ensures data integrity, transparency and reliability.

E-mail system is the most important service that enterprises and normal users in internet use. However, because a data security is not satisfied yet, and E-mail system with security service is essential. In this paper, We implemented the E-mail system with Certification of Delivery that was not provided in prior mail system with basic security services and can prove that sender's document is properly sent to the intended receipt. And an implementation of the system used Java Cryptography API.

The aim of this study was to introduce the history and development of German organic farming(Bio-dynamic Agriculture and organic agriculture) which has a worldwide reputation and initiative in organic agriculture. And also the organization of organic producer's or farmer's group such as AGOL, POB, OSL, ALOG & Schweisfurth Stiftung and its regional distribution, the basic standard of organic farming and certification system for organic food, an actual cultivated area for organic forming and organic livestock were also shortly reported. The government subsidizing programmes and Agenda 2000, the extension services for organic farming by government and private level, the research activities of organic agriculture by governmental research body(FAL) and universities, the education system for organic agriculture in the German universities(University of Bonn, Gesamthochschule Kassel, University of Hohenheim, University of Gie$\beta$en and etc) were also explained. In the conclusion it was suggested several issues what should be considered to facilitate an organic farming in Korea in the view of organic production, marketing, distributing, extension and organic processing.

낙관적 동시성 제어 기법의 성능은 철회율에 매우 민감하다. 재배열 기법을 이용하여 이러한 철회율을 완화시킬 수 있지만 대부분의 재배열 기법은 그래프나 히스토리를 유지하기 위한 공간적 낭비가 심하다. 이 논문에서는 브로드케스팅 기법에 기반 한 효율적인 재배열 기법을 소개한다. CBI라고 불리는 이 기법은 그래프나 히스토리를 유지하기 위한 오버헤드 없이 철회율을 완화시킨다. 성능평가를 통하여 우리가 제안하는 기법이 철회율과 필요 없는 연산을 줄인다는 것을 보여준다. 뿐만 아니라, BTS와 THS보다 제안하는 기법이 우수한 성능을 나타낸다는 것을 보인다.

인터넷의 전자상거래, 응용서비스가 보편화되고 중요문서나 주문정보 등 개인정보가 네트워크상에서 교환되면서 송ㆍ수신자의 적법성과 정보의 무결성을 위해 허락된 사용자만이 자원에 접근할 수 있는 절차가 필요하다. 서버자원에 접근하는 사용자를 통제하고 클라이언트들을 식별하기 위해서는 인증서비스를 통해서 가능하다. 특히 분산환경에서는 공개키 암호시스템을 기반으로 구현되어야 여러 사용자들에게 동시에 편리성과 안전성을 보장할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 PKI기반의 X.509와 DNS를 연관하여 디렉토리 인증을 통한 영역간 서비스를 제공하는 메커니즘을 설계하였다.

국내에서 전자상거래 인증(certification) 제도가 시행된 지 5년여에 이르고 있으나 일반 소비자 대중의 이러한 인증제도에 대한 인지도는 아직도 매우 낮은 편이며, 전자상거래로 인한 사고나 범죄 등 소비자의 피해를 줄이거나 방지하는 데에 현재의 인증제도가 기여하는 역할은 아주 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 전자상거래 관련 인증/시상 제도를 검토하여 인증제도 및 평가모델의 설계 단계에서부터 기존의 정성적인 방법을 지양하고, 전자상거래 전문가 및 이해당사자들의 의견을 종합적으로 반영하되, 통계적인 기법과 AHP 기법을 사용하여 이론적 엄밀성을 갖춘 평가모델을 개발하였다.

최근, 컴퓨터와 네트워크의 보급이 일반화되면서, 인터넷을 통한 정보 전달이 일상 생활처럼 되고 있다. 또한 인터넷, 무선통신, 그리고 자료 교환에 대한 증가로 인해 다른 사용자와 접속하기 위한 방식은 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 이러한 인터넷 사용자간의 자료 교환 수단으로서 전자 메일은 표준이라 말할 수 있을 만큼 많이 사용되고 있고 현재에는 전 세계적으로 보안을 유지하기 위해 보안 메일이 각광을 받고 있다. 일반 편지에서부터 상업광고 목적의 전자 우편에 이르기까지 다양한 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 전자 메일에도 많은 문제가 존재한다. 기존의 전자 메일은 간단한 방법으로 내용을 열람하거나 변조할 수 있어 중요한 정보나 사생활 노출의 위험에서 벗어날 수 없다. 이러한 데이터에 대한 보안이 기대에 미치지 못하고 있기 때문에 암호학적으로 강력한 전자 우편 시스템의 개발이 시급하다. 본 논문에서는 기본적인 정보 보호 서비스 외에 기존의 전자 메일 시스템에서는 제공되지 않는 배달 증명 및 내용 증명 기능을 제공하고 자바 암호 API를 사용하여 안전한 키 교환이 가능하도록 하였다.

This article aimed to investigate problems relating to medical tourism based on a review of medical tourism reports and statistics in the global healthcare industry. To be a leading nation in the global healthcare industry, the needs and culture of many peoples, including Muslims, should be considered. Qualified medical services by JCI certification, including nutrition services, will provide opportunities to participate in the international and Asia medical tourism markets. In this article, the definitions of medical tourism, medical service, Halal and Haram, nutrition service for inbound Muslim patients, and Halal food supply in Korea were examined for medical service improvement. Mutual assistance between the government and private enterprise, sharing of medical service information, and construction of a cooperative network system are needed and should be supported by the government.

This study aims to suggest the alternative policies and practices which policy makers can introduce and enlarge for work-family balance of employees. For purpose, this study analyzed the regulation of work time and parental leave benefits of employees. And the results of major projects in family friendly support services were examined. Based on these assessment, this study suggested various flexible work arrangements, papa's quota system in parental leaves, various family leaves for family care, establishment of FFSC in every metropolitan area, diversification of consulting project, and enlarging of certification project on family friendly workplace.

본 연구에서는 할랄 인증을 위한 고추장 중 에탄올 분석 시 1차 스크리닝 절차로서 전자코가 적용 가능한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 먼저 공인된 알코올 분석법인 GC-FID를 사용하여 25개의 재래식 고추장을 분석한 결과 모든 고추장에서 에탄올이 검출되었으며 그 함량은 0.14-2.7%이었다. 이 중 8개 고추장을 선별하여 전자코 분석한 결과, 에탄올 함량이 비슷한 고추장끼리 유사한 패턴을 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 시판 고추장 2개를 대상으로 전자코 분석을 통해 할랄 인증기관이 요구하는 에탄올 기준을 준수하는지를 1차적으로 신속하게 스크리닝이 가능함을 확인하였다.
