영조 대 숭례문 문루의 하층 사용과 건축 변화에 대한 연구 (A Research on the Use and Architectural Changes of Sungnyemun in King Yeongjo's Reign)

  • This research work is to analyze architectural characteristics of Sungnyemun especially in King Yeongjo's reign in Joseon dynasty. The result of this research is summarized as following: 1. The architectural characteristics of Sungnyemun in King Yeongjo's reign are closely related with Confucian ceremonies such as Jeon-jwa and Heon-goek-rye. To perform these ceremonies, some lower walls of Sungnyemun's wooden pavilion were removed and used as ceremonial space. And after ceremony it was restored. 2. The floor type of center bay of the 1st story of wooden pavilion should have a type of floor using long and narrow fine tree plate, which is same type before the repair work of 1960's dismantlement. 3. The width of east stairway which is reached to east small gate, was changed just before Japanese's rule(1910~1945), should be broaden than present width, which is proven through the recent excavation. 4. The reason of asymmetric characteristic of locations of both east and west narrow-gate, and widths of east and west stairway, are related with order of King's ceremony. * Jeonjwa : a ceremony to see national affairs or receive royalty from officials in main hall or main gate of palace in Joseon dynasty (some times open to public) * Heon-goek-rye : a ceremony after win a war and offering to king enemy's ear or head in Joseon dynasty.

일 지역주민의 죽음관과 돌봄행위 (The Notion of Death and Caring Behaviors in one Community)

  • This study was to find out the perceptions of toward death and caring behavior of lay persons in one community : One Island in Puan County, Chonbuk. The methodology of this study was ethnography. For this study, the fieldwork was conducted from October 1997 to July 1998. Data collected by in-depth interview and participant observations. The participants consisted fo were 17 persons of both sexes. The key informants were four specific people. The result of this study is as follows ; The people perceived two different kinds of death. Normal death, which means death from old age. The person was respected as an ancestor God and was believed to exist forever with their offspring. Abnormal death was regarded as negative, many had fears toward this kind of death. The causes of abnormal death were supernatural phenomena and had absolute holy meanings. Whether death was good or bad, the death was not personal, but collective events as family or community affairs and was interpreted as death and birth for their offsprings. Funeral rites were family-centered and/or com munity-centered. They did normal procedures for normal deaths for abnormal deaths, there were many protective ceremonies(BuJungMagi : the prevention of the taboo of uncleanliness) for the remaining people. These ceremonies combined confucism and shamanism. Caring behavior for dying persons was ruled as community-centered, reciprocal and reality-centered principles.

진찬의궤의 구성에 관한 고찰 (A Study on composition“Jin Chan Eui Gue(Bangqet record)”of Chosun Dynasty)

  • Since the year 1795(in the 19th year of King Jungjo), the form of Banquet Record was established. In the year 1827(in the 27th year of King Sunjo), the formality of Banquet was made at Ja-kyung Palace for the first time. Thereafter it was utilized by all banquets, So it was called the“model of courtesy”. The compostion of Jinchan Uigue of the year 1887(in the 24th year of King Gojong) was identified as follows; Banquet Record was composed of 4 Volumes. In Preface, there were Data choice(Taekil), Personal rank his name(Zwamok), Pictures of ceremonies(Dosik). In 1st Volume, there were King's order(Jungyo), Answer of King's question(Yeonseol), Musuic Record(Akjang), Compliment for King(Chisa), Poem for royal family(Junmun), Procedure of ceremony(Uiju), Works of theauthorities concerned(Samok), Resource indices(Gyemok), Letters from chief of the authorities concerned (Gyeas), Official letters(Imun), Letters to headquarters from local officers(Negwan). In 2nd Volume, there were Consult for budget(Pummok), Letters from to local officers from head quarters(Gamyul), Banquet menu(Chanpum), Utensil item(Gijong). In 3rd Volume there were repairment(Suri), Arrangement(Besul), Umbrella and flag for ceremonies (Ui Jang), Guard(Uiwui), List of quests(Neyebin), Ministers(Munanjesin), Musician and dancer's name and costume (Gongryung), Musical instrument(Akgipungmul), Rewards(Sangjum), Expenditure of banquet(Jaeyoung).

조선왕조시대(朝鮮王朝時代) 악인복(樂人服)에 관한 연구(硏究) - 악사(樂師).전락(典樂).악생(樂生).악공(樂工)을 중심(中心)으로 - (A Study of the Musicians' Costumes in Yi dynasty - Specialized in Master Musician, Jeon-ag, Ag-Sang, and Ag-gong -)

  • This study is to research and analyse the Musicians' Costumes in Yi dynasty. Each costume for the musicians was, at that time, different in its design and style in accordance with what class the musicians were belonging to and what ceremony they were playing for, and the form and substance of them were changed according to the ages. In the early of Yi dynasty, the musicians wore their costumes imitated from the Song dynasty's. Especially in the 13th year of King Sae-Jong(1431), they divided the costumes into A-ag-Seo Jeon-ag Gwan-bog(雅樂署 典樂冠服) and Jeon-ag-Seo Gwan-bog(典樂署冠服). Meanwhile the musicians had to put on their different kinds of costumes according to the sorts of ceremonies they were playing for since January of the 16th year of king Sae-Jong(1434). It is widely known that confucianism was made a national policy in Yi dynasty. Compared the musicians' costumes for sacrificial rituals, however, with those for every kind of ceremony, one was simpler and shabbier without any strictly established forms than the other. At the same time, the musicians' costumes for ceremonies were, instead, designed in more gorgeous forms; it means that the sacrificial ritual was very lightly dealt at that time. It is very difficult to define, by standard pictures the whole style and form of the musicians' costumes in Yi dynasty in this study. Since we haven't shown any examples of the costumes, this attempt will be keepful.

조선시대 의궤 반차도를 통한 왕실의례복식 콘텐츠 제작 (Content Production for Royal Rituals Attire through Uigwe Banchado in the Joseon Dynasty)

  • Uigwe Banchado are paintings of court events and royal ceremonies of the Joseon dynasty. The paintings record national events and ceremonial rituals performed by the Joseon royal family, such as marriages, celebrations, enthronements, processions to royal tombs, and archery ceremonies. This record provides a combination of information about the event's appearance, including preparation, procedure, people involved, reproductions worn by the participants, and the items used at that time. Through the realistic depictions painted in the Uigwe Banchado, in particular, one can grasp the scene of events at the time and reproduce the diverse attire worn by participants in the event. Based on 31 representative Uigwe Banchado, 550 knowledge nodes were written. These include 31 royal protocols, 41 attires, 136 clothes, 8 storage facilities, 120 objects, 55 people, 33 places and 83 concepts. The meaningful relationships between each node can be explored via a network graph. Digital illustrations of the 41 attires were created to aid in the understanding of Joseon dynasty royal ceremonial ritual attire.

Research on the Drinking Culture of the Choseon dynasty's Ruling Class using Semantic Network Analysis

  • In this study, the drinking culture of the Choseon dynasty is examined with the text frequency analysis technique on the entire 『Choseonwangjosilok (朝鮮王朝實錄)』. This study examined a total of 1,968 volumes and 948 books about 27 kings of Choseon , which spans a total of 518 years, through web crawling on the National Institute of Korean History website. Python 3.8 was used to extract sentences related to alcohol, Rhino 1.4.5 was used for morphological analysis to extract nouns, and Gephi 0.9.2 was used for semantic network analysis. According to 『Choseonwangjosilok (朝鮮王朝實錄)』 about alcohol culture, the results of the analysis are as follow: Alcoholic beverages were more often used in court or in ritual ceremonies rather than those based on specific ingredients or manufacturing methods commonly used by the general public. regarding the ruling class through semantic network analysis l in the 『Choseonwangjosilok (朝鮮王朝實錄)』, the Choseon dynasty was found to be highly associated with political issues related to maintaining the power relations within the Korean royal court system. At times, alcohol was used to maintain personal relationships, while at other times it was seen as an essential item in state ceremonies. It was also used as a highly political means to maintain and strengthen national power.

  • 삶의 수준이 높아지면서 명품의 대중화 성향이 강해지고 있다. 이에 따라 보편화된 고객관계를 위한 전략이 수반되어야 한다. 명품브랜드구매는 고객의 상징적 편익 추구와 관련되고 이러한 사회적 욕구에 우리나라 사람들이 보다 민감하게 반응할 수 있다. 이는 우리의 체면중시 문화와도 맞물려있다. 또한 공익과 소비의 관계도 고객들이 브랜드를 지속적으로 구매하고 호의적 이미지를 연상케 하는 중요한 대(對)고객 커뮤니케이션이다. 본 논문은 명품구매와 관련한 상징적 편익추구의 측면에서 공익과 연계하여 가치를 제고할 수 있고 여기에 한국인의 체면의식이 민감한 요인으로 작용할 수 있다고 판단하였다. 이러한 실질적, 심리적 고려를 통해 명품브랜드에 대한 고객과의 지속적 고객 관계를 형성할 수 있다. 본 연구는 한국인의 체면중시문화가 명품태도에 미치는 영향과 공익연계마케팅이 명품태도에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증하기로 한다.

국제 행사에 대한 테러대응 사례분석과 정책적 함의 (A Study on the Counter-Measures for International Events through the Case Studies and Its Implications for Counter-Terrorism Policy)

  • 국제회의 및 국제 스포츠 행사는 개최기간 중에 테러나 안전사고 등이 발생할 경우에 행사 그 자체가 실패할 뿐만 아니라 많은 생명과 재산이 파괴되고, 궁극적으로는 개최국의 신뢰도 저하가 수반되기 때문에 안전대책 이야말로 가장 중요한 요소이다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 연구에서는 최근 10년간 세계 각국에서 실시한 국제회의 및 스포츠 행사에 대한 테러대응 사례를 분석하고, 이를 통해서 나타난 정책적 함의를 제시하는 목적에서 진행되었다. 본 연구에서 나타난 향후 국제회의 및 스포츠 행사에 대한 테러대응의 기본 방향을 압축하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 대규모 국제 행사 개최시 잘 훈련된 전문가인 안전요원 및 행사요원의 양성이 중요하다. 앞으로 자주 개최될 각종 국제행사에는 자칫 타성에 빠질 수 있는 정부 주도의 행사 보다는 각 지방자치단체가 지역내 대학과 연계되어 보안에 필요한 인력 및 재원확보를 안정적으로 해야 한다. 또한, 테러리스트들의 전략과 전술을 명확히 이해하고 정보를 활용하여 그들보다 앞서나 가는 시스템을 구축해야 한다. 따라서 정부의 주도하에 테러리즘에 대한 직 간접적인 교육과 연구 활동을 촉진시켜 테러리즘의 다양한 측면과 대응책 등 테러리즘에 대한 전반적인 안목을 국민들에게 길러줌으로써 만일의 사태에 총체적으로 대응 할 수 있는 기반을 만들어야 한다. 끝으로, 뉴 테러리즘의 한 수단으로서 사용되는 사이버 테러(cyber terror)에 대한 철저한 대비책을 마련해야 한다.

떡류(類)의 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察) -(1670년${\sim}1943$년의 우리말 조리서를 중심으로)- (A Bibliographical Study of Dock(Korean rice cake))

  • $D{\acute{o}}ck$ (Korean rice cake) is a peculiar food of Korea made of grain. By means of cooking from, it is defined as 'Pulvberzed food of grain' $D{\acute{o}}ck$ was one of the daily food, but development of boild rice had narrowed it's use to the food of festive days and ceremonies. $D{\acute{o}}ck$ is used as a main food of all Kinds of ceremonies from one's birth to death, such as the Three seven day(a baby's twenty-first day of life), one hunderdth day, birthday, wedding, both brithday, funeral and sacrifical rites, vocational ceremonies, such as a sacrifice to spirits and a srevics for a big catch of fish. It is also used as a present and seasonal food. A large variety of $D{\acute{o}}ck$ is available and its recipe is scientific and reasonable. In this treatise, the Kinds of $D{\acute{o}}ck$ and the frequency of them, the material, the recipe, the measuring unit of material, cooking kitchen utensils and the cooking terms are studied from the books published in Korea from 1670 to 1943. 1. $D{\acute{o}}ck$ was classified as Tcbin $D{\acute{o}}ck$(steamed), Chin $D{\acute{o}}ck$(strikn), Chijin $D{\acute{o}}ck$(fried) and Salmun $D{\acute{o}}ck$(boiled), according to its way of cooking. 2. There were 122 Kinds of $D{\acute{o}}ck$, 57 were Tchin $D{\acute{o}}ck$, 35 Chin $D{\acute{o}}ck$, 20 Chijin $D{\acute{o}}ck$, and 10 Salmun $D{\acute{o}}ck$. 3. There were 34 Kinds of measuring units. Of them, 13 for volume, 4 for weight, 9 for quantity, 4 for length and 4 for the rest. 4. There were 55 Kinds of cooking Kitchen utensils but now many of them are not used because of mechanization or automation of tools of living. 5. There were 143 Kinds of cooking terms. Of them 49 for the preparing process, 25 for the mixing process, 27 for well-forming process 10 for process of getting ready to cook, 14 for heating process, 10 for cutting process, 5 for dishin process and 3 for process of soaking in sugar or honey.

남계 박세채의 예론과 고금절충론적 특징 (Park Se-chae's Theory of Rituals and eclectic features)

  • 본고는 박세채의 예론과 고금절충론적 특징을 살펴보기 위해 작성되었다. 박세채는 현종대 기해예송, 민신의 대복사건, 갑인예송 등에서 송시열의 주장 및 서인예론에 동조하는 입장이었다가 이후 숙종 대 효종세실의, 태조추시의 등에서 송시열의 주장에 대한 신중론 및 비판을 제기하여 서인예론에서 탈피하는 경향을 보인다. 이는 그가 저술한 예학설을 통해서도 검토할 수 있다. 생애 전반에 저술한 "복제사의(服制私議)"(1660), "부사위조위모이복의(父死爲祖爲母異服議)"(1667) 등과 생애 후반에 저술한 "국휼졸곡전장제설(國恤卒哭前葬祭說)"(1683), "관서혼상계약속(關西昏喪契約束)"(1686), "상제치역두설(喪祭値疫痘說)"(1690) 등을 비교함으로써 그의 고금절충론적 특징에 미묘한 변화가 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 그의 예론은 고례(古禮)["의례(儀禮)"], 금례(今禮)["주자가례(朱子家禮)"], 시제(時制)[국제(國制)]를 절충하는 특징을 지니고 있는데, 현종대 서인예론을 주장하던 시기에는 금례를 중심으로 고례와 시제를 절충하다가, 숙종대 서인예론을 탈피하면서 점차 시제를 중시하는 경향을 띄기 시작한다. 요약하자면, 그의 예론은 금례를 중심으로 고례와 시제를 검토하던 고금절충론에서 시제를 중심으로 고례와 금례를 검토하는 고금절충론으로 변화해갔다고 할 수 있다.
