The research which it sees will confront to the coating with paint material and a coating with paint public law application of the river bridge and it will present it will sleep and it will execute, it will reach and a comparison - an analysis from the research which it tries to respect middle of special environment the polyurethane system which is a method coating with paint system and fluorine resin system, against a ceramic system it executed more an objectivity and rational fundamental data. With research method against each coating with paint evening sunlight a research investigation material and structure, it separated with spatial-temporal characteristic and economic viewpoint it executed. When considering overview from material viewpoint, fluorine resin system ceramic system polyurethane system pure with it is judged with the fact that it is excellent. There is a possibility of saying that the coefficient of friction of the fluorine resin system which uses the weapon quality zinc end coating compound ever so hard and polyurethane system is excellent ceramic system than from structure viewpoint. That fluorine resin system = polyurethane system ceramic system pure with it is excellent, it is judged from spatial-temporal characteristic viewpoint. It measures but it considered an internal troubles year grudge in the standard which becomes disturbance the place where it executes the market the expectation life person of the general bridge against 100 years the result fluorine resin system polyurethane system ceramic system which compares a materials unit cost pure with it appeared.

Ti(C,N) solid solutions in hot-pressed Ti($C_{x}N_{1-x}$) (x=0.0, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1.0) and 40TiC-40TiN-20Ni (in wt.%) cermet were characterized in this study. For hot-pressed Ti(C,N)s, the lattice parameters and hardness values of Ti(C,N) were determined by using XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) and nanoindentation. The properties of hot-pressed Ti(C,N) samples changed linearly with their carbon or nitrogen contents. For the TiC-TiN-Ni cermet, the hardness of the hard phase and binder phase were determined by nanoindentation in conjunction with microstructural observation. The measured hardness values were ${\sim}8.7$ GPa for the binder phase and ${\sim}28.7$ GPa for the hard phase, which was close to the hardness of hot-pressed Ti($C_{0.7}N_{0.3}$).
In synthesis of nano powders, the hard agglomeration for the synthesized powders occurred during the drying processing. In order to avoid hard agglomeration in particles the freeze drying process was used in this experiment. e fabricated the Yttira-Doped Ceria(YDC) nano powder by co-precipitation. Starting materials used in experiments were the cerium(III) nitrate and yttrium(III) nitrate solution with 야-water, which two solutions were mixed and then the precipitated hydroxides were prepared for adding sodium hydroxide. The co-precipitated powders were dried by the thermal drying at 8$0^{\circ}C$ for 24 h and by freeze drying at -4$0^{\circ}C$, 30 mtorr for 72 h. The lattice parameter and crystallite size as a function of calcination temperature was characterized by XRD analysis. The lattice parameter of YDC was decreased with addition amount of yttrium and was estimated as 5.401683 $\AA$ at $700^{\circ}C$. Crystallite size were calculated by XRD-LB method, and morphologies were confirmed with the observation of TEM and SEM. The freeze dried YDC powders had medium diameter of 17 nm with more uniform size distribution than the thermal dried YDC posers, which were mainly ascribed to the difference of agglomerates formation during drying stage.
The purpose of this study is to improve recycling rate of the waste glasses by investigating bloating mechanism. In this study, we use waste glass(W/G) and hard clay(H/C) as raw materials. The artificial lightweight aggregates were formed by plastic forming($\phi$=10 mm) and sintered by fast firing method at different temperatures(between 700 and $1250^{\circ}C$). The physical properties of the aggregates such as bulk specific gravity, adsorption and microstructure of surface and cross-section are investigated with the sintering temperature and rate of W/G-H/C contents. As the result of the bulk specific gravity graphs, we can found out the inflection point at content of W/G 60 wt%. From the microstructure images, we considered the artificial lightweight aggregates content of W/ G over 60wt% are distributed numerous micro-pores by organic oxidation without Black Core and the artificial lightweight aggregates of W/G below 60 wt% are distributed macro-pores with Black Core.
When restoring a tooth, the dentist tries to choose the ideal material for existing situation. One criterion that is considered is its suitability for restoring coronal strength. As more tooth structure is removed, the cusps are weakened and susceptible to fracture. Further, this increased deformation may cause the formation of intermittent gaps at the margin between the hard tissue and the restoration, facilitating marginal leakage. The improvements in ceramic materials now make it possible for alternatives to amalgams, composites, and cast metal to be of offered for posterior teeth. Of the materials used, ceramics most closely approximates the properties of enamel. The introduction of computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacture(CAD/CAM) systems to restorative dentistry represents a major technological breakthrough. It is possible to design and fabricate ceramic restorations at a single appointment. Additionally, CAD/CAM systems eliminate certain errors and inaccuracies that are inherent to the indirect method and provide an esthetic restoration. The aim of this investigation was to study the loading characteristics of CAD/CAM ceramic inlay and to compare the stress distribution and displacement associated with different designs of cavity(the isthmus width and cavity depth). A human maxillary left first premolar was prepared with standard mesio-occlusal cavity preparation, as recommended by the manufacturer Ceramic inlay was fabricated with CEREC 2 CAD/CIM equipment and cemented into the prepared cavity. Three dimensional model was made by the serial photographic method. The cavity width was varied $\frac{1}{3}$, $\frac{1}{2}$ and $\frac{2}{3}$ of intercuspal distance between buccal and lingual cusp tip. The cavity depth was varied 1.5mm and 2.3mm. So six models were constructed to simulate six conditions. A point load of 500N was applied vertically onto the first node of the lingual slope from the buccal cusp tip. The stress distribution and displacement were solved using ANSYS finite element program(Swanson Analysis System). (omitted)

The purpose of the present study was to analyze the pulpal tissue reactions to several capping materials. 8 adult Mongrel dogs and 4 different capping materials (G I : Calcium hydroxide, G II : Bonding resin, G III : Glass ionomer liner, G IV : Bioactive ceramic) we-reused in the study. The results can be summarized as follows : 1. The formation of hard tissue barrier was observed to begin after 2 weeks in all groups with various forms or positions. 2. According to the result of statistical analysis, G I and G IV showed significantly higher degree of inflammation than G II, G III in 1-week samples(p<.05). And in 2-week samples, G I showed higher degree of inflammation than G II, G IV with statistical significance(p<.05). Howere, these inflammatory reactions have gradually dimiished with time resulting in negligible difference between groups. 3. No bacterial penetration was observed in any group. 4. Hard tissue formation was evident in all groups after 2 weeks regardless of material type in this experiment. Conclusion can be drawn from the above-mentioned results that the perfect marginal sealing after pulp capping procedure is thought to be the most important factor in determining the propgnosis of direct pulp capping.

Calcium metaphosphate (CMP) nanofibers with a diameter of ${\sim}600nm$ were prepared using electrospun CMP/polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) fibers through a process of drying for 5 h in air followed by annealing for 1 h at $650^{\circ}C$ in a vacuum. The viscosity of the CMP/PVP precursor containing 0.15 g/ml of PVP was 76 cP. Thermal analysis results revealed that the fibers were crystallized at $569^{\circ}C$. The crystal phase of the as-annealed fiber was determined to be ${\delta}-CMP\;({\delta}-Ca(PO_3)_2)$. However, the morphology of the fibers changed from smooth and uniform (as-spun fibers) to linked-particle characteristics with a tubular form most likely due to the decomposition of the inner PVP matrix. It is expected that this large amount of available surface area has the potential to provide unusually high bioactivity and fast responses in clinical hard tissue applications.

In this paper, three different types of commercial tools -P20, NC123K and ceramic- have been used to cut austempered ductile iron(ADI). In the austempered condition the materials are hard, strong and difficult to machine. Thus, we selected a optimum tool material among three different types of used tools in machining of austempered ductile iron. It was used acoustic emission (AE) to know cutting characteristic for selected tool and investigate characteristic of AE signal according to cutting condition and relationship between AE signal and flank wear land of the ceramic tool. The obtained results are as follows ; (1) The ceramic tool among three different types of tools is the best in machining austempered ductile iron. (2) In case of ceramic tool, the amplitude level of AE signal(AErms) is mainly affected by cutting condition and it is proportional to cutting speed. (3)There have been the relationship of direct proportion between the amplitude level of AE signal and flank wear land of the tool. (4) It was observed that the value of AErms was only affected by cutting speed. Therefore it is possible to in-process detec- tion of ceraic tool's wear in case the initial value of AErms at each cutting speed decided.
Nanomachining process, static nanoplowing, is one of the most promising lithographic technologies in terms of the low cost of operation and variety of workable materials. In nanomachining process, chemical effects are more dominant factor compared with those by physical deformation or fracture. For example, during the nanoscratch on a silicon surface in the atmosphere, micro protuberances are formed due to the mechanochemical reaction between diamond tip and the surfaces. On the contrary, in case of chemically stable materials, such as ceramic or glass, surface protuberances are not formed. The purpose of this study is to understand effects of the mechanochemical reaction between tip and surfaces on deformation behaviors of hard-brittle materials. Nanometerscale elasoplastic deformation behavior of single crystal silicon (100) was characterized with micro protuberance phenomena, and compared with that of borosilicate (Pyrex glass 7740). In addition, effects of the silicon protuberances on nanoscratch test results were discussed.

Hard magnet was usually used by coating $SiO_2$ ceramic thick films followed by the thermal annealing process. In this work, the alternative annealing process for NdFeB magnets using e-beam sources (1~2 MeV, 50~400 kGy) was investigated. NdFeB magnets was coated with ceramic thick films using the spray method. The optimal annealing parameter for e-beam source reveals to be 1 MeV and 300 kGy. The sample prepared at 1 MeV and 300 kGy was characterized by the analysis of the surface morphology, film hardness, adhesion and chemical stability. The mechanical property of thick film, especially film hardness, is better than that of thermal annealed samples at $180^{\circ}C$. As a result, e-beam annealing process will be one of candidate and attractive heat treatment process. In future, manufacturing process will be carried out in cooperation with the magnet company.
