In this paper, we presented function catalogs that Internet content transcoding system for heterogeneous client devices must offer, and, we proposed content transcoding framework architecture that is good in extensibility. This transcoding framework can accommodate each transcoder in efficient way using device capability and user preference information based on W3C's CC/PP and Wap forum's UAProf specification. This architecture offers advantages that can add developed transcoder dynamically in Plug-In form later.

본 연구는 逸失 의한문헌 $\ulcorner$윤방$\lrcorner$에 대하여 撰述에 관한 여러 가지 문저점과 문헌적 性格을 살펴보고, $\ulcorner$산림경제$\lrcorner$의 여러 분야에서 散見되고 있는 $\ulcorner$윤방$\lrcorner$을 執一하여 그 내용을 복원해 보고자 하였다. 연구결과 본서는 17세기 중엽 이후 또는 18세기 초 인전에 해평 윤씨 가에서 우리나라 醫人들의 經驗方을 수집하여 엮은 의서로 추정되며, 현대임상분야별로 대비하여 본 결과 의학의 전 분야를 포괄하고 있는 종합의서의 문헌적 특성을 보이고 있음을 밝혀졌다.

The trial business of e-trade service providers for supporting small enterprises to find their markets abroad is about to begin from the end of March, 2003. The department of Industrial Resources held the "Committee of e-trade service provider selection" with professors of e-trade field, and selected three companies: ECplaza, EC21 and Tpage Global. The e-trade service providers combine the various technologies of on-line trades and off-line trades to support small enterprises with lack of marketing skills by intermediation of overseas buyers and production, registration of e-catalogs and offers, administration of inquiries, trade negotiations, and contract settlement. Prospective small enterprises with exports under US$ 5 million will be selected by 2005. The selected companies will be supported fully by the government, and will be provided with the services by the e-trade service providers. e-Trade service will be the most potential and successful ones in the future, which helps traders and organizations preparing for globalization.

Until recently, there have been fundamental changes in many fields of industries. Especially, the mass-production is being changed into mass-customization. In order to construct a 3D e-catalog system far the utilization of mass-customization, there are several matters to consider. Setting realistic 3D image should be effective fur providing the customers with the product information with reality and raising their interest. This study explains the whole process to convert CAD data formed from the production activities into VRML data used in virtual reality environment. Examples are given and discussed to validate the proposed activity.

WTR articles to date have addressed raising innovation capacity in lagging regions. We now move to the question of sharing the benefits of specific innovations, noting that one way to do this is to focus on a particular technology as a demonstration project within a capacity-building project. The word "sharing" implies mechanisms that go beyond simple buy-sell transactions. This paper catalogs a number of these mechanisms, which in fact include many well-known technology transfer techniques. The paper focuses in particular on two mechanisms, technology assessment and new institutions, the latter including three Korean institutions. A manager seeking to benefit from the several mechanisms currently must find them in as many different places. We therefore present the possible "roll-up" of sharing mechanisms as an opportunity in social entrepreneurship. We hope the paper will lead to an expanded list of sharing mechanisms, consideration of their feasibility in different regions, and ultimately a one-stop shop for managers seeking to benefit their own and other organizations by the sharing of innovations.

The purposes of this thesis lies in the study of marketable design through understanding of skiwear design and its market. This was done through the analysis of the present state of, and the growth of its market, modern fashion industry and the consumer, through skiwear related periodicals. I undertook the task of understanding current design trends through a study of catalogs by well-known ski wear brands, firsthand observation and photographing at ski resorts. The characteristics of present fashion industry lie in the realization of global merchandising, expansion of discount stores and tele-sales, demands for susceptible store interiors and change in consumer behavior. The market created outside of mainstream skiwear, focuses on the growth of the sportive mood over all areas of fashion, and among these developments. Skiwear trends begin to show tendencies to subdivide. Skiwear design can be divided into groups of functional sportswear for professionals, practical, snowboard-wear that combines as street-wear and finally elegant, feminine style.

문제해결에 필요한 정보를 도서관 종합목록이나 온라인 데이터베이스 등을 탐색해 보아도 얻지 못할 경우 어떤 특정기관에 소장되어있는 특수장서에 눈을 돌려야 한다. 많은 도서관에서 다른 곳에서는 구할 수 없는 독특한 정보원으로 구축된 특수장서를 운영하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 문헌조사와 인터넷 검색을 통해 특수장서의 중요성, 역사, 이용방법, 국내외 대학의 특수장서 상황을 조사하여 특수장서구축의 필요성을 제시하고, 대학도서관의 특수장서개발 사례로서 한국여성저작정보센터의 여성장서구축을 소개하고자 한다.

Young Stellar Objects (YSOs) in the early evolutionary stages are very embedded, and thus they emit most of their energy at long wavelengths such as far-infrared (FIR) and submillimeter (Submm). Therefore, the FIR observational data are very important to classify the accurate evolutionary stages of these embedded YSOs, and to better constrain their physical parameters in the dust continuum modeling. We selected 28 YSOs, which were detected in the AKARI Far-Infrared Surveyor (FIS), from the Spitzer c2d legacy YSO catalogs to test the effect of FIR fluxes on the classification of their evolutionary stages and on the constraining of envelope properties, internal luminosity, and UV strength of the Interstellar Radiation Field (ISRF). According to our test, one can mis-classify the evolutionary stages of YSOs, especially the very embedded ones if the FIR fluxes are not included. In addition, the total amount of heating of YSOs can be underestimated without the FIR observational data.

Utilizing pump selection softwares is becoming a new general trend in pump industries, substituting the old fashioned pump catalogs. One of the most powerful pump selection softwares is developed, which features pump performance viscosity correction function as well as pump selection based on the exact pump performance curves, NPSH warning, automatic determination of impeller diameter cutting to meet the customer's performance specification, performance simulation for the rpm and diameter variation, standard motor recommendation according to the motor standards and enclosure types and automatic pump datasheet generation for sales submission, automatic pump drawings and dimension generation for installation check and part preparation. This software provides pump distributors and customers with a quick, easy and exact pump selection, various performance curves review (system curves, performance curve of series or parallel operation) of the selected pumps.

In this study, statistical analyses implemented in the EPRI EQHAZARD programs were employed to estimate the sismicity parameters in the Korean peninsula based upon an combined Korean earthquake catalog. The combined earthquake catalog was prepared by performing earthquake clustering analysis on the collected earthquake catalogs provided by experts of the seismic panel during the PSA for Yonggwang Units 1 & 2. The duplicate earthquake events and secondary events in earthquake clusters have been successfully screened. The resultant earthquake catalog was analyzed to quantitatively assess the incompleteness of the earthquake catalog for specified earthquake magnitudes and time periods. The result shows that the earthquake catalog of the Korean peninsula is complete for the times periods of 1392 ~ 1750 and 1905 ~ 1989 (AD) and earthquake magnitude above 4.5. The PSHA methodology of EQHAZARD features the estimation of inhomogeneous a-and b-values within a seismic source. This study shows various results of a-and b-value is well constrained lying between o.6 and 1.0. Also the confidence of estimated a-and b-value for a specifed location was assessed by quantifing the uncertainty of these parameters using bootstrap simulation.
